Korea is a powerful nation in field of IT that has a 30 percent of world market. However Because of the IT education have been treated unimportant, korea has a shortage problem of manpower that develop core technology and software. Therefore, in this paper we propose a direction of the enactment of Information Technology Education Promotion Law to improve an education system and to promote education for IT. Also, we propose detailed contents to include in this law - the duty of country for a comprehensive planning of Information Technology Education, the organization of committee to promote Information Technology Education, a method to promote Information Technology Education in school and society, certification system of Information Technology using ability. Therefore, we expect that the result of this paper will contribute to enact an Information Technology Education Promotion Law that can improve an education system for IT.

Ad hoc network is a multi-hop wireless network formed with non-infrastructure. The fact that limited resource could support the network of robust, simple framework and energy conserving etc. In this paper, we propose a new ad hoc multicast routing protocol for based on the ontology scheme called inference network. Ontology knowledge-based is one of the structure of context-aware.

In recent Year were many devices and facilities developed and manufactured. For guarantee of the property of the devices and facilities needs Vibration protecting Technique and the Technique will be developed more and more. Magneto-Rheological damper is one of the nice devices for reducing of Vibration. In this paper magnetic properties of a MR-damper which is developed for reducing of vibration in display manufacture devices will be analysed at variation different air-gap length and current.

There has been important issues of improving pre-service teacher training how to use information technology in education. The main purpose of the paper is to find out what would be sound solutions of pre-service teacher training of information technology in education. The characteristics and curriculum of NUEs(National Universities of Education) as well as current situations were analyzed and summarized for this purpose. As a result, the study suggested what are some sound solutions to teach information technology in education at NUEs.

전기사업의 자유화, 규제완화가 진행되는 가운데 분산 전원장비의 고 효율화, 저 가격화로 분산 전원의 도입이 급속하게 추진되고 있다. 하지만 분산형 전원이 다수 계통에 연계되었을 때, 전압, 주파수, 계통보호와 기존계통의 전력품질 등에 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고조파의 연계기준(IEEE Std 1547)으로 기존의 전력계통에 태양광발전을 연계시 발생되는 고조파를 평가하는 방법을 제시하였고 분석결과를 검토하였다.

We have studied the methods to connect homes with a digital network and apply home automation to education. We presented the possibility of integrated education where public education at school can be extended to home. The hardwares related with home automation are continuously in development. We have demonstrated the materials appropriate for the levels of individual students with home network information, and studied methods of education.

This study attempted to examine the phenomenon of information society in education by exploring pre-service teachers' use of technology. Pre-service teachers from the USA and Korea participated in the study. Surveys and interviews were conducted to collect the data. The NET and ISST which are the national educational technology standards for each country were used as survey instruments. Focused interviews were conducted with 10 participants after analyzing the data for collecting more information. Based on the study results, technology is not deeply infused into education yet and the degrees of technology infusion were different in two countries. The participating pre-service teachers were not quite confident in their abilities to integrate technology into their lessons.

Here the hydrogen passivation treatment has been adopted to enhance the performance of poly-Si crystallized by YAG laser annealing (LA poly-Si). We have investigated the effects of passivation time, passivation power and passivation temperature on the hall mobility of the LA poly-Si and analyzed the mechanism of the hydrogen passivation preliminary. It has been found that the quality of the poly-Si annealed by YAG laser could be improved after proper hydrogen plasma treatment.
