In this paper, we proposed flash memory design method for image and voice recoder based on the standard imageㆍvoice codec algorithm. For implementation of this method we designed image voice browser which is application system of flash memory and card using GDS30C6001 USB controller. To process image and voice data we designed root directory of image and voice files repectively. To extend application of image and voice data we added various information to the system.

In Korea construction project case, architectural construction project is curtailed production because information network process within multidisciplinary isn't smooth. Particularly, the construction is not insufficient about performance, cost and material, construction process, etc. in result various question arises because of design error in construction step. And various mistake is made because communication path within multidisciplinary isn't smooth in architectural design and design change process. This research proposed the optimization method of building system which is satisfied with performance of building, cost, constructability, and proposed the information management plan which is connected with that. And The construction information in this research is restricted to design/construction information which is considerate in design step.

Building information modeling (BIM) is a smart construction technique that is recognized as essential for current construction facility projects. The Public Procurement Service (a construction project-ordering agency) announced a plan to introduce BIM and has required changing the operation of projects by using BIM design information. LCC analysis is essential for items, quantity, and cost information of the construction, and it is expected that efficient work will be achieved by using BIM design information. In this study, a BIM-LCC analysis system was established for selecting optimal design alternatives by actively using open KBIMS libraries. The BIM-LCC analysis system consists of a single alternative and an optimal alternative LCC analysis, but it has a limitation in that only the architecture and machine libraries have been applied. However, by applying BIM, practical use and work efficiency can be expected. In order to use the method as an LCC analysis support tool with BIM design information in the future, it will be necessary to collect user opinions and improve the UI.

Recently ubiquitous sensor network(USN) technique has been applied into various industrial fields such as construction of u-city, civil and architectural engineering, medical areas. The main objective of this paper is to design a u-health system based on USN. Compared to the previous researches, the proposed system in this paper was designed to activate with collected information about health in outdoor environment.

In this paper, Tele-Test System for ASIC Design is constructed. It consists of the server, and the clients. The server and clients are implemented by Java. Using Java RMI system, the remote access via information network is implemented. In this Tele-test system, fault simulation, test pattern compaction, test pattern generation, and path-delay fault test generation services are implemented. All service can be peformed parallel by network access.

Optical fiber subscriber receive communication system is a core technology of multimedia home networks because it provides the high-level quality of data and services. As the growth of developing Islamic countries, Muslims are into the world. The most important thing for Muslims to purchase food, ingredient, cosmetics and other products are whether they were certified as 'Halal'. With the increasing number of Muslim tourists and residents in Korea, Halal restaurants and markets are on the rise. However, the service that provides information on Halal restaurants and markets in Korea is very limited. Especially, the application of recommendation system technology is effective to provide Halal restaurant information to users efficiently. The profiling of Halal restaurant information should be preceded by design of recommendation system, and design of recommendation algorithm is most important part in designing recommendation system. In this paper, an Intelligent Recommendation Service system for offering Halal food (IRSH) based on dynamic profiles was proposed. The proposed system recommend a customized Halal restaurant, and proposed recommendation algorithm uses hybrid filtering which is combined by content-based filtering, collaborative filtering and location-based filtering. The proposed algorithm combines several filtering techniques in order to improve the accuracy of recommendation by complementing the various problems of each filtering. The experiment of performance evaluation for comparing with existed restaurant recommendation system was proceeded, and result that proposed IRSH increase recommendation accuracy using Halal contents was deducted.
