In general, Rough Set theory is used for classification, inference, and decision analysis of incomplete data by using approximation space concepts in information system. Information system can include quantitative attribute values which have interval characteristics, or incomplete data such as multiple or unknown(missing) data. These incomplete data cause the inconsistency in information system and decrease the classification ability in system using Rough Sets. In this paper, we present various types of incomplete data which may occur in information system and propose INcomplete information Processing System(INiPS) which converts incomplete information system into complete information system in using Rough Sets.

The current land characteristics survey to calculate an individual declared land value requires significant manpower, time, and cost. Accordingly, a revised method is required to reduce an economic cost and efficiently extract the information on land characteristics. This study proposed a utilization of spatial information as a means to rapidly and efficiently examine a survey on land characteristics and the method to obtain land characteristics that cannot be obtained in the KLIS (Korea Land Information System) among the land characteristics, which is a basic material in calculating an individual declared land value, via GIS spatial analysis. The proposed methods will not only reduce a significant time and cost as well as a demand necessary in a land characteristics survey but also provide an improvement direction to a current survey method for land characteristics.

It is essential to estimate and evaluate for user satisfaction and quality management of database system, understanding of user needs and quality characteristics. Based on ISO 25000 series, it was suggested, the first research, that 5 main quality characteristics, 21 sub quality characteristics and 48 internal quality characteristics. There are comparative significance methods of main quality characteristics, sub quality characteristics and internal quality characteristics but it is not easy to use directly quality model in database system industry field. Also, Considering time and cost in quality evaluation, it is impossible to evaluate 48 internal quality characteristics and its level of quality evaluation is not equal in accordance with integrity level of database system. By using AHP, this study presents selection method of quality characteristics in weight and possibility of application quality model.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the activities of Community Health Nurse Practitionses using the Community Health Post Information System(CHPIS). The information system that have been introduced in 1994 and used by 400 Community Health Posts(CHPs) since 1997, which is about $20\%$ of the total CHPs nationwide. Twenty-five CHPs from two provinces participated in the analysis. Seventy-two percent of the CHPs among the participating CHPs started using the system since 1996. The degree of utilization of the information system was classified into three groups (i. e., high. medium, and low). The results revealed that only $48\%$ utilized the system with high level. The areas of analysis of the information system included characteristics of community residents, environmental attributes, and job analysis of Community Health Nurse Practitioners(CHNPs). The study results indicated that primary health care and drug demand and supply system showed the highest level of satisfaction in utilizing the information system by CHNPs.

In the business environment of the modern society, it is not possible for the company, which is a producer of accounting information, to provide accounting information to the users of accounting information because it can not satisfy the information demand of the accounting information users due to the problem of information asymmetry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out what information should be provided for satisfying the information needs of users of accounting information. This study investigates the qualitative characteristics of accounting information based on K-IFRS in the provision of accounting information and conducts empirical studies based on the users of accounting information of listed companies and unlisted companies. And how to improve the satisfaction. As a result of empirical research, it was confirmed that the accounting information satisfying the qualitative characteristics is useful for meeting the information needs of users of accounting information.

AIS(Automatic Identification System) provides navigational information including identification, position, a ship's course and status to ground and other vessels. To obtain AIS Marine Equipment Approval Service, various requirements are required and meet the requirements International Standards. However, most of the requirements are to identify essential functions, response time, hardware requirements, and communication protocols of AIS. The requirements for the quality of SW are not sufficient or detailed, and the weight is relatively low. As role of SW grows and types become more diverse, AIS SW quality inspection is essential. In this paper, We apply eight-quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25023 standard to improve SW coverage quality of AIS. Suggest additional AIS SW requirements based on the eight quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25023 standard.

In this study, we establish technology classification system for twelve material and component(MC) areas to sup-port systematic information services for MCT-20l0 which is supported by Korean government. We propose some design principles for MC technology classification system. The principles are suggested by considering of the characteristics of MC classification, regarding with scope, originality, hierarchy, relationship between technology classification and product classification, duplication and complex structure, use of information system, and life cycle of the classification system.

This study investigates the relationship between perceived system characteristics of Internet shopping mall and loyalty, and examines how perceived website attractiveness and flow play mediating roles between perceived system characteristics of Internet shopping mall and affective commitment in the context of Internet clothing shopping mall. For these purposes, the author developed a structural model which consists of several variables. In this model, perceived system characteristics of Internet shopping mall that consist of such as familiarity, reputation, uniqueness, positive emotion, self-efficacy, and interactivity were proposed to affect the website attractiveness and flow, and in turn, result in higher affective commitment. Thus, perceived website attractiveness and flow were proposed as core mediating variables between perceived mobile service characteristics and affective commitment. To test unidimensionality and nomological validity of the measures of each construct, the author employed scale refinement procedure. The results of reliability test with Cronbach's, and confirmatory factor analysis warranted unidimensionality of the measures for each construct. In addition, nomological validity of the measures was warranted from the result of correlation analysis.

Even though, many enterprises began to use management information system, they were not able to attain remarkable outcome. Thus, a purpose for this research is to explore effect that characteristics of information technology and executive support have on its user's confrontation In order to verify this purpose, we selected Nong-hyup's CRM as an object for a proof of effect that characteristics of information technology and executive support have on its user's confrontation. According to this research's conclusion, characteristics of information systems have notable influence on user's confrontation, while executive support did not have significant influence on it. Yet, this research has its limits by considering characteristics of information technology and support from board of directors as only variables among many other possible reasons for user's confrontation. Thus, in the future, there should be another research that considers more various reasons for user's confrontation.

Some concepts and methods for information system as a part of CIM system in ship production are proposed in this paper. The characteristics and problems focused on product design and production planning and control are analyzed. A conceptual framework for CIM in ship production is presented, which is focused on a product model for information system. A methodology for the practical use of information for each managerial class is also presented.
