Cloud computing technology will provide application that needs many resources and various services to customers without any restriction of time and place. So, many of companies are now adopting cloud computing technology to this business and this trend is now increasing. However, cloud technology adoption rate is low because of security, compatibility, loss of control, security, data protection, performance and uptime, to the risk of vendor lock-in Cloud computing services, and compatibility with existing systems and anxiety. Now, many people are interest on the migration of existing systems but there are many study on this issue. So, more of study on this issue should be needed. This paper will show you the method that how to adopt cloud computing to their business and also show you evolution of cloud computing for existing system.
The purpose of this study is to contribute to reducing distribution costs, enhancing export price competitiveness, and improving distribution system in LCL cargo, by pursuing the present status of warehouse storage fee, a cause & problem about excessive hike, and a plan for stabilizing warehouse storage fee, as for LCL Cargo, which is imported by sea. The plans for rationalizing warehouse storage fee in LCL cargo were suggested the adoption of the ceiling system for warehouse storage fee rate, the obligation of offering information on warehouse storage fee rate, the eradication of illegal rebate, the improvement in distribution system of the imported LCL cargo, a scheme for the importer to designate a bonded warehouse and forwarder, the introduction of the tentatively named 'LORAS(Lowest Rate Service),' and formation of the dispute coordinating committee for warehouse storage fee.
It is very difficult to predict what effects the introduction of IFRS(International and Financial Reporting Standars) has on the existing system. Only the cautious and careful adoption of new system will minimize the confusion. The purpose of this paper is to propose appropriate design and construction of IS on financial statement according to the introduction of IFRS(International Financial Reporting Standard) in order to minimize the confusion. In order to meet that purpose, suggestions on five areas in consolidation financial statement are proposed. Those five aspects are as follows: Area of SPE Consolidation, Area of internal transaction setoff, Area of unrealized gain or loss setoff, Area of eliminate the investment account against the stockholder's equity, Making Consolidation footnote and Consolidation CoA as other area.
Ensuring the security of medical records is becoming an increasingly important problem as modern technology is integrated into existing medical services. As a consequence of the adoption of EMR(Electronic Medical Records) in the health care sector, it is becoming more and more common for a health professional to edit and view a patient's record. In order to protect the patient's privacy, a secure authentication model to access the electronic medical records system must be used. A traditional identity based digital certificate for the authenticity of EMR has private key management and key escrow of a user's private key. In order to protect the EMR, The traditional authentication system is based on the digital certificate. The identity based digital certificate has many disadvantages, for example, the private key can be forgotten or stolen, and can be easily escrow of the private key. Nowadays, authentication model using fingerprint recognition technology for EMR has become more prevalent because of the advantages over digital certificate -based authentication model. Because identity-based fingerprint recognition can eliminate disadvantages of identity-based digital certificate, the proposed authentication model provide high security for access control in EMR.
This research explores the factors affecting infusion of public administrative information systems(IS) and analyzes its impact on work performance. For this purpose, the factors affecting the infusion of IS are classified into voluntary and involuntary motivations based on the self-determination theory that explains individual motivations. As factors for voluntary motivation, performance expectancy, personal innovativeness, and organizational citizenship behavior are proposed, while government influence, competitor influence, and the top-level management influence are proposed as factors for involuntary motivation. The analysis shows the voluntary motivation factors-performance expectancy, personal innovativeness, and organizational citizenship behavior-do affect infusion of IS, whereas the involuntary motivation factors-government influence, competitor influence, and the top-level management influence-have no statistically significant impact on the infusion of IS. The relationship between infusion of IS and work performance is found significant. While individuals are unable to decide on the adoption of IS in an involuntary environment such as in the case of using the public administrative IS, the results show that the factors related to individual autonomy have an important role in extended, active usage of IS beyond the mandatory level.

This paper proposes the performance evaluation test of attitude heading reference system (AHRS) suitable for small high speed autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV). Although IMU can provides the detail attitude information, it is sometime not suitable for small AUV with short operation time in view of price and the electrical power consumption. One of alternative for tactical grade IMU is the AHRS based micro-machined electro mechanical system(MEMS) which can overcome many problems that have inhibited the adoption of inertial system for small AUV such as cost and power consumption. A cost effective and small size AHRS which incorporates measurements from 3-axis MEMS gyroscopes, accelerometers, and 3-axis magnetometers has been developed to provide a complete attitude solution for AUV and the attitude calculation algorithm is derived based the coordinate transform equation and Kalman filter. The developed AHRS was validated through various performance tests as like the magnetometer calibration, operating experiments using land mobile vehicle and flight motion simulator (FMS). The test of magnetometer calibration shows the developed MEMS AHRS is robust to the external magent field change and the test with land vehicle proves the leveling error of developed MEMS AHRS is below $0.5^{\circ}/hr$. The results of FMS test shows the fact that AHRS provides the measurement with $0.5^{\circ}/hr$ error during 5 minutes operation time. These results of performance evaluation tests showed that the developed AHRS provides attitude information which error of roll and pitch are below $1^{\circ}$ and the error of yaw is below $5^{\circ}$ and satisfies the required specification. It is expected that developed AHRS can provide the precise attitude measurement under sea trial with real AUV.
Increasingly the institutional theory has been an important theoretical view of decision making process and IT adoption in many academic researches. This study used the institutional theory as a lens through which we can understand the factors that enable the effective appropriation of advanced information technology. It posits that mimetic, coercive, and normative pressures existing in an institutionalized environment could influence the participation of top managers or decision makers and the involvement of users toward an effective use of IT in their tasks. Since the introduction of IT, organizational members have been using IT in their daily tasks, creating and recreating rules and resources according to their own methods and needs. That is to say, the adaptation process of the IT and outcomes are different among organizations. The previous studies on a diverse use of IT refer to the appropriation of technology from the social technology view. Users appropriate IT through not only technology itself, but also in terms of how they use it or how they make the social practice in their use of it. In this study, the concepts of institutional pressure, appropriation, participation of decision makers, and involvement of users toward the appropriation are explored in the context of the appropriation of the mobile electronic medical record system (M-EMRS) in particularly a hospital setting. Based on the conceptual definition of institutional pressure, participation and involvement, operational measures are reconstructed. Furthermore, the concept of appropriation is measured in the aspect of three sub-constructs-consensus on appropriation, faithful appropriation, and attitude of use. Grounded in the relevant theories to appropriation of IT, we developed a research framework in which the effects of institutional pressure, participation and involvement on the appropriation of IT are analyzed. Within this theoretical framework, we formulated several hypotheses. We developed a second order institutional pressure and appropriation construct. After establishing its validity and reliability, we tested the hypotheses with empirical data from 101 users in 3 hospitals which had adopted and used the M-EMRS. We examined the mediating effect of the participation of decision makers and the involvement of users on the appropriation and empirically validated their relationships. The results show that the mimetic, coercive, and normative institutional pressure has an effect on the participation of decision makers and the involvement of users in the appropriation of IT while the participation of decision makers and the involvement of users have an effect on the appropriation of IT. The results also suggest that the institutional pressure and the participation of decision makers influence the involvement of users toward an appropriation of IT. Our results emphasize the mediating effect of the institutional pressure on the appropriation of IT. Namely, the higher degree of the participation of decision makers and the involvement of users, the more effective appropriation users will represent. These results provide strong support for institutional-based variables as predictors of appropriation. These findings also indicate that organizations should focus on the role of participation of decision makers and the involvement of users for the purpose of effective appropriation, and these are the practical implications of our study. The theoretical contribution of this study is lies in the integrated model of the effect of institutional pressure on the appropriation of IT. The results are consistent with the institutional theory and support previous studies on adaptive structuration theory.
In line with the enhanced weight and variety of electronic commerce in business activities, new type of payment settlement and banking system which will enable to store, create and transfer values from the existing method of payment settlement is highly required. Cyber Banking system draws strong attention being the solution of there requirements. The existing Cyber Banking system has the difficulty of operation, administration, in addition to the problem of initial facility investment of big amount, resulted from the usage of the current business process. As the existing Cyber Bank system is unable to carry out the function of storing, creating, and transferring values due to the adoption conventional credit card system instead of the application of non-stop payment system between the seller and buyer. As a result, current Cyber Bank system still imply the deficiency of non-performing cash payment function on internet. This paper describes (1) an integrated application process, One Process One Input (OPOI) which is essential for software development of the Cyber Bank, (2) an application process of payment settlement system to be applied to the electronic commerce in Internet. And then, with these for a basis, (3) design and implementation of payment settlement system through CyberBank for Electronic Commerce. Consequently, by means of this suggested process, we could attempt to solve the problem of existing Cyber Bank system and further to explore the possibility of advanced Cyber Banking being the non-stop payment settlement system. The effectiveness of this suggested system has been practically confirmed.
The development of ICT brings a big change in manufacturing industries, and new information technology such as IoT, AR, and big data was applied on manufacturing process. As a result, the concept of smart factory has been introduced as a new manufacturing paradigm. In fact advanced countries like USA, Germany, and Japan have actively introduced smart factory in their manufacturing industries such as electronic, automobile, machinery, to improve production efficiency and quality. The manufacturing environment has been changed into flexible system, so that smart factory will be leading future manufacturing industries. Thes changes have more severe influence on Korean manufacturing industries. Mny industrial companies, have a strong interest in smart factory and they, particularly big enterprises, have been adopting smart factory to increase their manufacturing efficiencies. However, Korean small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have many financial and technological difficulties so that the diffusion of smart factory in Korean SMEs has not been satisfiable up to present. However, smart factory is very important for enhancing their competitiveness in global market. Therefore, this study aims at identifying the standardization strategy of smart factory in so-called Korean 'roots industry' by presuming that the standardization will activate the diffusion of smart factory among Korean SMEs. For this purpose, first, this study examines the competitiveness of SMEs, especially in 'roots industry' and identifies the necessity of diffusion of smart factory among those SMEs. Second, based on the active review on the existing literature, this study identifies four factor groups that would influence the adoption or diffusion of standardized smart factory. They are technological, organizational, industrial and policy factors. Third, using those four factors, this study made two comprehensive case analyses on the adoption and diffusion of smart factory. These two companies belong to molding sector which is one of the important six sectors in 'root industry'. Finally, based on the theoretical and empirical analyse, this study suggests four strategies for activating the standardization of smart factory; international standardization, government-leading standardization, firm-leading standardization, and non-standardization.
The purpose of this study is to deliver both market-practical and civil-centric political implication for sharing economy by investigating the nature of consumer-adoption for car-sharing service. With the global interest and market proliferation of the sharing economy, various service models for sharing idle resources have also been released in Korea. Particularly, in case of car sharing service, public - private partnership projects are spreading rapidly in various local governments including Seoul, along with the growing demand for alternative transportation system centering on the urban area. This study conducted an empirical study on the process of accepting the car sharing service by analyzing the data collected from users of the car sharing service "Sharing Car(Nanum Car)" of Seoul Metropolitan Government. A survey was conducted on 281 users in their twenties who are in the age of main use among the experienced users of the "Sharing Car(NaNum)" residing in Seoul. The result of analysis on the relationship between these users' perceived value and intention to use the vehicle sharing service would provide implications for establishing consumer(citizen)-centeric policies as well as market implications.
