VOD 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 대용량의 저장매체와 전송 대역이 필요하며 이를 위해서는 막대한 네트워크 구축비용이 필요하다. 이러한 VOD 서비스 구축비용을 줄이기 위한 방법으로 분산 서버 구조를 바탕으로 한 망 계위 설계, topology에 따른 서버 위치 최적화, 프로그램 caching 등에 관한 연구가 현재 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 분산 트리 구조의 망에서 하위 준위와 링크간의 물리적인 전송 대역의 차이에 따른 전체 준위의 변화와 비용의 관계를 분석하여 전체 준위 크기의 제한 조건을 도출하였으며, 각 노드에서의 가지수와 비용의 관계를 분석하여 물리적으로 주어진 링크간의 전송 대역의 차에 적합한 망 구조를 설계하였다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 VOD 서비스 제공에 적합한 경제적인 망 구조 설계와 노드 설계에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Applying evolved IT technology to increase the satisfaction of the consumer is a typical feature of the rapidly transformed service industry. Smart devices have taken a place as the mainstream of major media, moreover, IT service strategies utilizing smart devices have been constantly developed. Location recognition method of users has been proposed as one of the significant features to the IT service industry. The long-term care home services can be one example of user location recognition methods that real time computerization of service record utilize an attached tag to home of pensioners with RFID reader or an NFC function of mobile when a home carer provides service. And, the Homecare Electronics Management System (HEMS) and the various location recognition methods will be discussed to improve effectiveness of services. In this paper, we propose a home applicable electronic management system which insurer, home care service facilities, home cares, pensioners and guardians which enables to simultaneously check service records based on the improved system by use of iBeacon.

SMBA (Small and Medium Business Administration) and TIPA (Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs) have operated the Business Innovation Platform for SME Informatization based on cloud computing technology with the cooperation of seven industry cooperatives since 2013. This project will evolve into the open market platform where service providers and users voluntarily participate and transact. This research conducts the literature review about the concept of open market and the empirical analysis through survey for the software providers and the future users regarding the future operation methods. The policy about how the open market strategy for the business innovation platform needs to be designed and implemented are organized as the three differentiated government support strategies. The first is to provide free IT services including specialized core operation support S/W which is developed only for the small or home office group of firms which lack minimal informatization capability and budget. The second is to augment IT platform service through incorporating ERP supplier initiated commercial S/W sales window for those firms having medium level informatization capability. This includes to provide IT support for customization and system integration with existing government subsidized S/W. The third is to provide upgrading services of existing S/W functions to facilitate better system utilization. The results provide useful insight for government role to enhance SME competitiveness using IT.

블록체인 기반 탈중앙 서비스는 참여자들의 합의에 기반하여 시스템을 운영함으로써 중앙화된 서버 없이도 신뢰 할 수 있는 서비스를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다. 참여자들은 디지털서명 메커니즘을 사용하여 블록체인과 상호작용 할 수 있지만 개인키 관리와 관련된 이슈는 여전히 해결되지 않는 문제로 남아있다. NIST SP800-57 암호키 관리 권고안 등에서는 사용자의 개인키 관리에 관한 내용을 기술하고 있지만, 이는 탈중앙 서비스 환경을 고려하지 않았기에 블록체인 환경에 적용하기에는 적절하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 개인키 관리와 관련된 지갑 애플리케이션의 기능을 정의하고 NIST SP800-57을 반영한 블록체인 개인키 관리 방안과 이를 만족하기 위한 관련 기술을 제시한다. 마지막으로 논문에서 정의한 내용을 바탕으로 퍼블릭 블록체인에서 일반 사용자를 대상으로 하는 개인키 관리 가이드라인을 제안한다.

Diversified SaaS applications allow users more choices to use, according to their own preferences. However, the diversification of SaaS applications also makes it impossible for users to choose the best one. Furthermore, users can't take advantage of the functionality between SaaS applications. In this paper, we propose a platform that provides an SaaS mashup service, by extracting interoperable service functions from SaaS-based applications that independent vendors deploy and supporting a customized service recommendation function through log data binding in the cloud environment. The proposed SaaS mashup service platform consists of a SaaS aggregation framework and a log data binding framework. Each framework was concreted by using Apache Kafka and rule matrix-based recommendation techniques. We present the theoretical basis of implementing the high-performance message-processing function using Kafka. The SaaS mashup service platform, which provides a new type of mashup service by linking SaaS functions based on the above technology described, allows users to combine the required service functions freely and access the results of a rich service-utilization experience, using the SaaS mashup function. The platform developed through SaaS mashup service technology research will enable various flexible SaaS services, expected to contribute to the development of the smart-contents industry and the open market.

Public health system and public health practice have changed over the past decades as the result of social and epidemiologic changes. New public health concept emphasizes leadership, strategical thinking, systematic planning and effective performance to identify and solve complex health problem In Korea, the role of Health Center has been expanded rapidly. However there is strong suspicion that Health Center can achieve their mission. This paper aims at understanding what is the needed functions of Health Center and which of its aspects needs improvement. The main results of this study are summarizes as follows. District Health Law does not address the core functions of Health Center. The staffs of Health Center have difficulties in prioritizing their services. The recent attempt to restructure Health Center and change delivery pattern of public health services ended with only limited success. To effectively confront threats to the public's health, the three major function of Health Center must be ${\circled}1$ modifying individual behavior and lifestyle, ${\circled}2$ improving social and economic conditions, and ${\circled}3$ reforming health policies. Better results do not come from setting new functions only; they come from understanding and improving the processes that will then leads to better outcome. We recommend that policy-makers focus economic evaluation of public health programs, building and spreading of the scientific evidence of programs, linkage of public health research and public health program. The criteria of delegation of public health service to private sector is urgently needed. Making community health information data available on a routine basis to providers, managers and researchers of public health services helps promote the efficiency of the overall operation of public health system.

The authenticating parties are the authentication the serving general packet radio service support node access the authentication center to obtain the authentication with the mobile station. In this paper, we propose that the automatic cost-effective solution size of the authentication vector array.

The rise in recent technology has changed the ways, in which people communicate with one another. Social networking services (SNSs) have become one of the most representative means. General SNSs allow users to create their own unique profiles, search for fellow members, share information, etc., while other SNSs have functions that cater to different needs of users. As a result, users of SNSs have begun to pick and choose different SNSs and concurrently use multiple SNSs in order to fulfill all their needs. This exploratory study examined which SNSs are used together and the characteristics that predict the use of multiple SNSs. In addition, it observed the differences between consumers' usage of multiple SNSs in different cultures. An online survey was administered to SNS users in the United States and Korea. The results of the study showed that the use of multiple SNSs is not yet prevalent in Korea, the country that represented a collectivistic culture. In addition, in the U.S., the highest number of users reported that they were active on at least three SNSs.

현대 사회는 노인 인구가 증가하면서 고령화 시대로 진입하였으며, 이른바 65세 이상인 실버세대를 위한 노인의료비, 노인 케어 등의 사회적 비용이 증가하고 있다. 현재 정부나 각종 기업에서 노인 건강을 위해 정보기술을 활용한 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있음에도 불구하고 여러 가지 한계가 지적되어 활성화가 저해되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사용자의 욕구를 반영한 스마트 헬스 케어 서비스 중에서도 가장 보편화되고 있는 스마트 헬스 밴드의 비즈니스 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 스마트 헬스 밴드 및 이와 관련한 기술적 기능에 대해 살펴보고, 비즈니스 모델에 대한 구성 요소 및 각 내용에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.
