IT 환경변화에 따라 IT기술을 기반으로 하는 금융환경에서 정보보안의 사고 경로는 다양해지고 있고 그 발생 가능한 피해 유형은 점차 광범위해지고 있다. 특히 기업에게 정보보안사고로 인한 개인정보유출은 1차적인 문제로 그치지 않고 유출된 개인정보로 2차 피해가 충분히 발생가능하기에 그 어느 유형의 정보보안사고보다 심각하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 개인정보유출사고가 기업가치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 최근 15년간 1,899개의 상장기업 중 개인정보유출사고가 발생한 21개의 상장기업을 대상으로 사건연구방법론을 통해 분석하였고 사고일 전후의 거래량 흐름을 통해 개인정보유출사고에 대한 투자자들의 정보반응을 추론하고자 하였다. 더불어, 우리나라 주식시장에서 외국인, 기관, 개인투자자 등으로 그 투자자유형을 세분화하여 개인정보유출사고가 투자자 유형별 투자성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는 사건인지를 실증적으로 정량분석 하였다. 본 논문을 통해 우리나라 주식시장에서 개인정보유출사고가 기업가치 뿐만 아니라 기업의 이해관계자인 투자주체별 투자성과에도 차별적인 영향을 주는 사건이라는 것을 제시함으로서 정보보안사고로 인한 피해예방과 기업의 정보보안을 담당하는 사람들의 지위 및 역할에 있어 경영자들에게 정보보안의 중요성을 인지시켜주는데 있어 본 연구가 실무적으로 많은 시사점을 줄 것이라 기대해 본다.

Comparative analysis to secure safety of Blockchain Many investors have invested in virtual currency such as bit coins as a new investment due to increased popularity of virtual currency around the world. Also, virtual currency such as bit coin has a security technology and it has been relatively proved. popularity of virtual currency is rising as a new investment alternative because of this reason. This paper focused on the block chain's transparency and security of distributed ledger technology, which is relatively safe without third party's intervention. Many governments and companies around the world are developing and working on block chain technological development to introduce due to these reasons However, there are some suggestion that block chain has minor risks to its security. In this paper, it will examine security vulnerabilities from importance of security of Blockchain which relates to transactions of Bitcoin which stored by governments and companies around the world. This paper will propose measure which will improve safety and efficiency of Blockchain technology such as the existing Blockchain method, Blockchain proposal, traceability and awareness about hacking.

Recently, many Korean firms have suffered financial losses and damaged firm's trust due to information security incidents. Hence, a lot of firms have realized the importance of the information security. In particular, the demand for information security certification has increased. This study examined the effect of information security certification using the event study methodology. Our research shows that the announcement of the information security certification significantly influences the market value of the corresponding firm. The certified firms rise, on average, o.4993% (-2 day), 0.5462% (+1 day) of their market value. Further, we found that the financial sector in our data showed a 1.4% higher abnormal returns than the nonfinancial sector. On the other hand, whether a firm first acquired the information security certification is not significant. Our paper presents that it is possible to analyze the effect of the information security certification using the event study. We are expected to be used in making a decision for the investment of information security. Also, our results indicate that the firm which have acquired the information security certification should actively announce that fact.

특정 보안 기술만으로는 나날이 치밀해지는 공격을 방어할 수 없기 때문에 ISMS(Information Security Management System) 등 다양한 보안관리 모델 등이 적용되고 있지만, 너무 많은 항목에 대한 일반적인 보안관리 방안을 제시하고 있어 취약점이 높은 부분에 집중하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 최근 수년간 우리 사회에 막대한 피해를 입힌 주요 정보 및 기밀 유출 관련 사건을 분석한 결과, 공격자는 주로 이메일, 웹 서버, 휴대용 저장매체, 외주업체 직원 등 조직의 내부와 외부를 연결해주는 통로인 '인터페이스(interface)' 취약점을 이용하였음을 발견하였다. 이를 통해 우리는 보안에 투자해야 할 시간과 자원이 제한되는 현실을 고려하여 공격자가 악용할 가능성이 높은 인터페이스에 대한 현재 보안 실태를 적시한 후 관리적 기술적 물리적 측면을 융합한 보안대책을 제시하고, 해당 인터페이스에 대한 중점적이고 지속적인 관리(continuous management)를 통해 투자 비용 대비 효과적으로 조직의 실시간 보안관리를 가능하게 하는 체계를 제안하고자 한다.

해킹에 의한 개인정보의 유출 또는 기업의 관리 소홀로 인한 개인정보 유 노출 등의 침해사고가 다양한 형태로 발생하고 있으며, 이로 인한 피해범위도 확대되고 있다. 개인정보 유 노출 사고의 발생시 기업의 손실비용을 산출하는 일은 정보보호 투자에 대한 의사결정을 위해 필요하다. 본고는 개인정보 유 노출 사고로 인한 기업의 직접적이고 정량적인 손실비용 산출방안을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 개인정보 침해사고에 의해 발생할 수 있는 손실비용을 범주에 따라 분류하고, 비용을 구성하는 요소들을 구체적으로 분석하였다. 또한 제시된 모형으로 2005${\sim}$2007년 동안 국내에서 발생한 개인정보 유 노출 사고의 손실을 추정하였고, 이를 일본의 사례와 비교 분석하여 시사점을 도출하였다.

Pairs trading is a type of arbitrage investment strategy that buys an underpriced security and simultaneously sells an overpriced security. Since the 1980s, investors have recognized pairs trading as a promising arbitrage strategy that pursues absolute returns rather than relative profits. Thus, individual and institutional traders, as well as hedge fund traders in the financial markets, have an interest in developing a pairs trading strategy. This study proposes pairs trading rules (PTRs) created from a price ratio between securities (i.e., stock index futures) using rough set analysis. The price ratio involves calculating the closing price of one security and dividing it by the closing price of another security and generating Buy or Sell signals according to whether the ratio is increasing or decreasing. In this empirical study, we generate PTRs through rough set analysis applied to various technical indicators derived from the price ratio between KOSPI 200 and S&P 500 index futures. The proposed trading rules for pairs trading indicate high profits in the futures market.

Software Defined Networking (SDN) is a novel approach that have accelerated the development of numerous technologies such as policy-based access control, network virtualization, and others. It allows to boost network architectural flexibility and expedite the return on investment. However, this increases the system's complexity, necessitating the expenditure of dollars to assure the system's security. Network Function Virtualization (NFV) opens up new possibilities for network engineers, but it also raises security concerns. A number of Internet service providers and network equipment manufacturers are grappling with the difficulty of developing and characterizing NFVs and related technologies. Through Moodle's efforts to maintain security, this paper presents a detailed review of security-related challenges in software-defined networks and network virtualization services.

The purpose of this study is to introduce a proposed Framework for Evaluating the Return on Investment (ROI) of E-Learning Programs at Saudi Universities. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analysis methodology is used to analyze the literature review about e-learning and its evaluation from different viewpoints, especially from the ROI-related perspective. As well as the literature reviews related to ROI and the methods of calculating it inside society institutes. This study suggests a conceptual framework for evaluating the ROI of E-Learning Programs at Saudi Universities. This framework is based on the merging process among the analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) model for designing e-learning programs, which gives detailed procedures for executing the program, several evaluating models for e-learning, and the Kirkpatrick model for evaluating the ROI of e-learning. It consists of seven stages (analysis, calculating the costs, design, development, implementation, calculation of the benefits, and calculation of the final ROI).

정보보호 공시제도는 이해관계자 보호 및 알권리를 보장하고, 기업의 자발적인 정보보호 투자를 촉진하기 위하여 2016년부터 시행된 제도이다. 정보보호 공시제도(ISDS)에 대해서는 해당 제도의 시행을 촉구하는 연구들이 있었으나, 제도 시행 후에 공시된 내용을 분석하거나 개선방향을 제시하는 연구는 부족한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 정보보호 산업진흥포털에 2020년까지 공시되었던 정보보호공시의 내용을 분석하여 그 현황을 정리하고, 제도의 개선방향을 제시하였다. 공시제도를 통해 정보보호 관련 정보를 공개한 기업들에서 전담인력을 늘리는 경우가 있었으며, 정보보호 관련 인증을 취득하기도 했음을 알 수 있었지만, 투자의 증/감에는 영향을 발견하지 못했다. 현재의 공시제도는 개별 기업들이 공시를 해야하는 유인을 주는 데 어려움을 가지고 있기 때문에 활성화되지 못하고 있고, 이로 인하여 제도의 취지였던 기업의 정보보호 위험을 이해관계자들에게 공개하는 것이나 기업의 정보보호 투자를 활성화하는 것을 달성하지 못하고 있다. 현재 의무화되어 활성화되고 있는 정보보호 관리체계 인증제도(ISMS)에 포함하여 활성화하는 방안을 제시하였으며, 현재의 공시제도에서 기업의 이해관계자나 고객이 공시의 내용을 확인하는 것이 어렵기 때문에 이를 보다 인지하기 쉽도록 하는 방안으로 개인정보 처리방침 또는 개인정보 이용내역 통지의 내용에 포함하는 방법을 제시하였다.
