The digital economy is becoming an increasingly important source of regional competitiveness enhancement. The purpose of this research is to examine the spatial distribution characteristics of China's digital economy from 2016 to 2019. Moran's I analysis was performed to see if China's digital economy has spatial self-correlation. The Getis-Ord General G test was used to determine the clustering type of China's digital economy. In addition, we used OLS and GWR methodologies to figure out what drives China's digital economy level. The findings show that the digital economy is rapidly expanding throughout China; yet, there is a significant regional imbalance in the digital economy level in China, and the agglomeration of the digital economy is increasing over time. Furthermore, the findings reveal that human capital, information staff, telegram income, and Internet access are vital factors in the development of the digital economy. To close the digital economy gap, policymakers must invest in human capital and technology innovation. Simultaneously, the government must speed up the development and implementation of electronic information services.

Sharing Economy is the modern main item with ICT Development. Of course sharing economic item is the old and long run mainstream, but by the ICT technological development sharing economy is the fostering and affluent factors in the world economic growth. Though, in Korea, till now sharing economy is minimal, that will growth sharply. We can track various business models of sharing economy. Sharing economy is to buy use right not ownership. With the sharing economic business model wee can make also financial sharing model. In finance model we can divide two kind models. First, we can trace small size lending model with p2p type. And second, we can make financial information transaction model. But till now sharing economic system is not activated, because of many reasons. To activate, first we have to set law and various standards, and also government actively support many sharing economy firms and institutions. To catch up developed countries in the field of sharing economy we have to make aggressive and flexible rules and standards.

The intensification of the processes of the digital economy development is leading to the transformation of the higher education system. Universities are forced to digitalize their own educational, research, international, marketing, financial and economic activities in order to maintain a competitive position in the global market of educational services. The purpose of the article is to study the role of information and communication technologies in the development of the higher education system and to ensure its adaptability to modern challenges of digital economy. To achieve this goal, methods of content analysis, logical generalization, systematization and a structural-functional method are used. In the article, the authors substantiate the urgency of forming a holistic strategy to ensure the adaptability of higher education to the challenges of digital economy. In the structure of this strategy, the information-technological block is singled out and described. The authors specified a set of positive synergetic effects from the introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the activities of universities. The main information threats to the digitalization of higher education related to the protection of personal data and university systems from cyberattacks and fraudulent schemes are identified. In conclusion, the authors detail the measures for the strategy implementation to ensure the adaptability of higher education to digital economy.

Blockchain is an emerging technology that is used to address ownership, centrality, and security issues in different fields. The blockchain technology has converted centralized applications into decentralized and distributed ones. In existing sharing economy applications, there are issues related to low efficiency and high complexity of services. However, blockchain technology can be adopted to overcome these issues by effectively opening up secure information channels of the sharing economy industry and other related parties, encouraging industry integration and improving the ability of sharing economy organizations to readily gain required information. This paper discusses blockchain technology to enhance the development of insurance services by proposing a five-layer decentralized model. The Najm for Insurance Services Company in Saudi Arabia was employed in a case study for applying the proposed model to effectively solve the issue of online underwriting, and to securely and efficiently enhance the verification and validation of transactions. The paper concludes with a review of the lessons learned and provides suggestions for blockchain application development process.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the problem of socio-economic development in the conditions of the digital economy. The post-industrial era is characterized by the development of the electronic environment and the transition to an information civilization. In this regard, the developed countries of the world pay considerable attention to the development of the digital economy. However, there are a significant number of problems associated with this process. The country cannot be successful in the development of the digital economy in the absence of the necessary legal framework, an economic development strategy based on digital technologies. The research methodology involves the use of several theoretical methods for analyzing and synthesizing information. As a result of the study, the key problems of socio-economic development in the digital economy were characterized.

Purpose - On the basis of discussing the network economy concept and the commentary of the marginal revenue decreasing of traditional economic theory, The concept of network economy has just been put forward in recent years. The reason why such a concept appears is that the information technology, marked by computer network, plays an increasingly important role in economic activities. Some people define network economy as an economic form based on network technology and human capital. this paper points out network economy existing the marginal revenue increasing and analyzes the reasons that influencing the marginal revenue increasing. Research design, data, methodology - The network economy has fundamentally changed the traditional economic laws. The economic basis of industrial society is the law of incremental marginal cost, which reflects the socialization of high cost in industrial society. Results - As the number of network members increases, the value of the network increases explosively, and the value increases attract more members to join, resulting in more returns. Conclusion - In conclusion, network economy has changed many aspects of traditional economy, resulting in decreasing marginal cost, decreasing transaction cost in and out of enterprise organizations, and making the effect of increasing scale compensation more prominent. This is of great significance to the information construction in China.

The circular economy approach in the coffee supply chain promotes a more sustainable, environmentally friendly, and socially responsible coffee industry. It aims to reduce the environmental impact of coffee production and consumption while ensuring the long-term viability of coffee farming communities and ecosystems. However, there are many challenges in the traditional circular economy coffee supply chain. Hence, this paper undertakes a comparative analysis between the traditional circular economy coffee supply chain and its integration with blockchain. As a result, we display the benefits of incorporating blockchain technology into the conventional circular economy framework of the coffee supply chain. Additionally, this integration promises to overcome the challenges in the traditional circular economy coffee supply chain.

The recent global economic crisis has resulted in increased discussion and attention on the sharing economy, a form of economic activity where individuals share currently available products. This study investigates consumer sharing economy usage attitudes and usage intentions by applying rational choice theory. For this study, an investigation that had 400 adult consumers from across Korea answer a structured questionnaire was conducted. A statistical approach using SPSS ver. 22.0 was used to analyze the data. The study found that the consumer's sharing economy value and participation levels were higher than usual. Higher than usual consumption patterns were seen for the construct of rational behavior theory. An analysis of the relative influence of variables regarding sharing economy usage intention also found that usage intention was higher for those who had experienced using a sharing economy services rather than those who did not have experience. In addition, the sharing economy usage intention also increased along with the values for subjective norms, sharing economy usage attitudes, sharing economy participation, sharing economy emotional benefits, and increased values. This study found that fundamental materials for consumer education should be made to eliminate difficulties that consumers have when they use sharing economy services. It is also expected that economic policy will develop to stimulate the sharing economy in a stable manner, that sharing economy-related information will be provided to consumers, and that consumer policies will be prepared to prevent consumer problems before they occur.

According as the use of information and communication technologies and the Internet are advancing rapidly, the digital economy are no longer emerging or beginning today. They are here with ours already. We are living in a new era that the economic paradigm and structures are changed remarkably, namely the digital economy era. Tourism policy is crucial to tourism industry competitiveness by triggering changes in the digital economy. Better tourism policy in the digital economy should satisfy the tourist needs as well as create additional value for the tourism industry.
