데이터베이스와 관련된 표준화는 기본 참조모델 설정을 통하여 크게 데이터베이스 일반, 데이터, 데이터베이스의 세가지 분야로 나누어 설명할 수 있다. 이러한 데이터베이스 국제표준화 활동은 현재 다양하고 적극적으로 추진되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 국내의 표준화 활동을 강화하기 위해 문헌정보 분야의 ISO/TC46과 데이터베이스 분야의 ISO/IEC JTC1/SC32의 활동현황을 분석하고 이와 관련하여 국내 전문위원회의 활동을 강화하여 추진할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 관련된 국내 데이터베이스 표준 제정기관의 실태를 조사하고 향후 개선 방향을 제시하였다.

Agile and flexible manufacturing systems make it mandatory that a control program should have features such as agility, flexibility, and reusability in order to run manufacturing unit smoothly. PLCs are the most frequently used control program in manufacturing systems. PLC programs are mostly programmed by subcontraction, which makes correction of code very difficult. As a result, it may cause delay during down time and ramp up time which leads to big loss of revenue and goodwill. To prevent delay during the times, this paper proposes systematic process analysis and application method for programmable logic controller like LLD (Ladder Logic Diagram). The proposed method uses modified human-error investing techniques for documentation and transforming technique to program LLD from the documentation. Furthermore, this paper demonstrates an example of piston mechanism to explain the proposed method.

Purpose - The study sought to examine the relationship between individual characteristics and system features and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) success in Japanese manufacturing companies in Malaysia. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This study adopt quantitative approach to investigate the relationship between individual characteristics and system features and HRIS. Toward this objective, a total of 700 questionnaires were mailed to a representative of the organization. A total of 187 questionnaires were returned, and only 145 were usable for further analysis, representing a response rate of 20.71%. Result - Results indicated that individual characteristics and two dimensions of system characteristics (ease of use and training) were significantly related to HRIS success. Unexpectedly, the results showed that the third dimension of system features (documentation) was unrelated to HRIS success. Conclusions - The results partially support the underlying arguments that individual characteristics and system characteristics have significant influences on HRIS success. The finding suggests that HRIS success in the organization can be generated as a result of good implementation of system support and employees' readiness to apply HRIS in their jobs.

객체지향 기술의 도래 이후로 많은 연구 개발 과제들을 통해 객체지향 기술이 생산성과 재사용성 향상에 크게 도움이 되고 있음이 판명되고 있다. 객체지향 기술과 관련된 다양한 연구 분야가 있으며 그 중에서 두 가지 중요한 분야가 CASE 도구에 관련된 분야와 컴포넌트 기반 기술이다. 본 논문은 이 두 기술을 결합하기 위하여 CASE 도구에 컴포넌트 기술을 적용한 시도에 대해 논한다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 개발되었던 객체 지향 CASE 도구인 OODesigner에 COM/OLE 기반의 복합문서 지원 기술을 지원하도록 추가로 개발한 연구 결과를 제시한다. OLE 컨테이너와 서버 기능을 제공하는 OODesigner는 윈도우 시스템의 응용 프로그램들과 상호협동 작용을 하며 수행될 수 있기 때문에 다른 CASE 도구들보다 막강한 문서화 기능을 제공할 수 있다. OODesigner는 단지 UML 다이어그램의 설계를 위한 용도로 사용될 뿐 아니라 녹음기나 엑셀과 같이 OLE 기능이 제공되는 다양한 소프트웨어와 협력함으로써 좀 더 표현력이 뛰어난 문서화를 가능하게 한다. 그 결과 이 도구를 통해 강력하고 일관성 있는 문서화 작업이 이루어질 수 있다.

이 연구는 지역기록을 활용하여 로컬리티를 새롭게 형성한 일본의 다테야마를 방문하여 이 운동을 주도한 아이자와 교수의 안내를 받아 현장을 답사하며 설명을 듣고 관찰하고, 관련 자료를 통해 연구를 진행하였다. 지역 기록을 활용하여 로컬리티를 형성한 사례로 사면석탑에 새겨진 나무아미타불을 통해 <아시아와 우정을 나누는 평화의 도시>, 아오키 시게루가 "바다의 선물[海の幸]"을 그린 장소가 다테야마임에 착안하여 <화가가 사랑했던 예술의 도시>라는 로컬리티를 형성하고 있었다. 유적의 기록화를 통해 로컬리티를 재구성한 사례는 다음과 같다. 사라질 위기에 처한 사토미성이 유명한 대하전기소설인 "사토미 팔견전"의 무대임을 밝혀서 유적지로 지정 보존하고, 잊혔던 태평양 전쟁의 유적을 발굴 연구하여 평화학습을 위한 체험공간으로 활용하며, <평화의 도시>라는 긍정적이고 미래지향적인 로컬리티로 재구성하고 있었다.

The article provides a literary and analytical review in the following areas of search: problems and prerequisites for changes in the field of education, innovations and innovative models in education, the use of new technologies in teaching. A proposal for a business plan and accompanying documentation for a new methodology based on blockchain technologies were developed, to assess the economic efficiency of the project. The main systems of the new model were modeled on the basis of the proposed methodology, to develop a prototype based on the project documentation.

This paper surveyed 30 system designers and developers who had been participating in a project for five months to examine the usefulness of design artifacts for object-oriented system development. A set of nine requirement and design documents was selected in consideration of the IEEE guidelines. Overall the respondents appeared to agree that the artifacts were useful for system development. On the other hand, the contribution of design artifacts to maintenance was rated lower due to the frequent changes over the iterative process. Of the artifacts, considered more useful were use case specifications, UI design and operation specifications. The respondents were the most reluctant to write test cases. Designers did not like to document more details in the design artifacts than did developers. A future study is required to determine the economics end change management of documentation.

이 연구는 변화하는 도시패러다임에 대응하고, 도시발전을 위한 도시 기록화에 필요한 구성요소를 도출하기 위한 실험적인 연구이다. 이를 위하여 도시아카이브에 관련된 전문가들을 대상으로 2차에 걸쳐 델파이(Delphi) 조사기법을 적용하여 도시 기록화의 기록분야와 구성요소들을 도출하였고, 각 분야와 요소들을 유형화, 계층화하였다. 연구의 결과는 1차 델파이조사 결과 6개 분야(자연환경, 인문환경, 역사와 문화, 사회와 교육, 산업과 경제, 교통과 통신)에서 62개의 구성요소를 도출, 2차 델파이 조사에서는 6개 분야에서 32개의 구성요소를 도출하였다.

This study investigated the use of e-journals by health researchers in the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (NIMR). A descriptive survey method was adopted for the study and a questionnaire was used for data collection. The study population was comprised of fifty-four (54) respondents who are health researchers in the institute. The data collected were presented and analyzed using tables, frequency distribution, simple percentages, and charts. The result of the study revealed that all the respondents are aware of the availability of e-journals and attest to making use of them. The study revealed that electronic journals were mostly used for the purpose of conducting research work and the PDF format was preferred for downloading e-journals. However, it was observed that low Internet connectivity and intermittent electricity supply constitute a major obstacle to the use of e-journals. The study, therefore, recommended that the institute's management invest more resources on network connectivity, particularly its bandwidth, and ensure reliable power supply.
