미디어 교육의 개념 변화에 대한 고찰 (Study for the Conceptual Variety of Media Education)

  • 본 연구는 미디어 교육의 개념 변화를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 본 연구는 미디어 교육을 둘러싼 2가지 차원에서의 변화를 살펴보았다. 첫 번째로, 새로운 미디어의 등장, 수용자의 이용자로의 변화, 교육환경의 변화의 3가지 차원에서의 미디어 교육을 둘러싼 환경변화를 살펴보았다. 두 번째로, 미디어 교육의 다양한 패러다임의 변화를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해서 역사적으로 미디어 교육이 미디어 이론과 연관성을 맺으면서 발전되는 과정을 살펴보았다. 미디어 교육의 환경과 이론적 토대의 변화는 미디어 교육의 개념이 변화해야 할 필요성을 말해주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 학자들이 제시하는 미디어 교육의 개념을 살펴보았다. 미디어 교육은 초기의 텔레비전에 대한 교육에서 새로운 학문영역으로 정의되고 있다. 또한 미디어 교육은 새로운 미디어의 등장에 따라서 커뮤니케이션 능력으로서 미디어 리터러시의 개념으로 확장시켜야 한다. 이러한 변화는 미디어 교육이 언어적 차원, 미디어 내용의 비판적 해석, 사회와의 소통이라는 다양한 형태로 확장되어짐을 의미한다.

Effectuality of Cleaning Workers' Training and Cleaning Enterprises' Chemical Health Hazard Risk Profiling

  • Background: Goal-oriented communication of risk of hazards is necessary in order to reduce risk of workers' exposure to chemicals. Adequate training of workers and enterprise priority setting are essential elements. Cleaning enterprises have many challenges and the existing paradigms influence the risk levels of these enterprises. Methods: Information on organization and enterprises' prioritization in training programs was gathered from cleaning enterprises. A measure of enterprises' conceptual level of importance of chemical health hazards and a model for working out the risk index (RI) indicating enterprises' conceptual risk level was established and used to categorize the enterprises. Results: In 72.3% of cases, training takes place concurrently with task performances and in 67.4% experienced workers conduct the trainings. There is disparity between employers' opinion on competence level of the workers and reality. Lower conceptual level of importance was observed for cleaning enterprises of different sizes compared with regional safety delegates and occupational hygienists. Risk index values show no difference in risk level between small and large enterprises. Conclusion: Training of cleaning workers lacks the prerequisite for suitability and effectiveness to counter risks of chemical health hazards. There is dereliction of duty by management in the sector resulting in a lack of competence among the cleaning workers. Instituting acceptable easily attainable safety competence level for cleaners will conduce to risk reduction, and enforcement of attainment of the competence level would be a positive step.

도서관 업무와 전문사서간의 윤리적 관계에 관한 이론적 고찰 (A study on the professional ethical relationship between librarian and library work)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate typical ethical problems found in the technical and public services areas. The followings are the summary of the study. There are three distinct elements that govern ethical problems. One element is legal laws. The copyright law and the privacy act are exact examples. The copyright law has strong influence on the inter library loan service where the majority requests from the users are reproduction of copies. The privacy act also creates difficulties for librarians. Most requests for circulation records infringe on the privacy of library user. And advance online access systems also violates the privacy of library users. The second element is the code or rules that private organization has created. American Library Association created many statements that regulate the conduct of librarians. The bill of right, the professional code of ethics and policy on the confidentiality of library records have strong implications in the obligation of librarian. In the case of censorship at the selection of library materials, the code is a defensive tool against intellectual freedom. Yet self-censoring are prevailing practice among librarians. The thirds element is the competence of librarians. The analyzed table 3 showed that beside two elements, the rest of matters are competence required by librarians. The one aspect of it is humaneness and the other one is technical aspects. Technical aspect of competence are:(l) managerial and operational ability (2) communication skill (3) leadership (4) structure of knowledge and (5) self developing professionalism. Humanity aspect of competence are:(l) trust(fiduciary relationship) gained by diligence, objective judgement, ability, belief, rationality, integrity, kindness) (2) objectiveness (free from bias) (3) user-oriented consideration (need, interest, equal treatment, information gap) (4) caution in providing information (5) pride and (6) ability to distinguish advice and guidance specially in medical and law library.

문과대학 학생들의 직업기초역량과 진로독서 실태 분석 -A 대학을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Students' Job Basic Competencies and Career Reading Status of the College of Liberal Arts: Focused on "A University")

  • 본 연구는 A 대학교 문과대학(인문, 교육계열) 재학생 457명을 대상으로 직업기초역량과 진로독서 실태를 분석하여 문제를 파악, 개선방안을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 분석결과, 첫째, 직업기초역량의 경우 의사소통능력(평균 3.61), 대인관계능력(3.59), 문해력(3.40), 문제해결능력(3.39)은 상대적으로 높았으나, 수리력(2.72), 사업가정신(2.89)은 낮았다. 둘째, 진로독서의 경우 65.2%가 하지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 이유로는 '진로에 대한 책을 읽을 시간이 없어서' 46.3%, '진로와 관련해서 읽을 만한 책이 없어서' 25.8%, '진로에 대해서 궁금한 것이 없어서' 22.5% 순으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 직업기초역량이 미흡한 학생이 상당수에 달하고 있는 점, 진로 자료 독서를 하고 있지 않는 학생이 65.2%에 달하는 점을 감안하여 직업기초역량을 체계화하여 강화할 것과 진로에 대한 이해력을 높이기 위한 체계화된 교육프로그램을 실행할 것을 제언하였다.

중학생의 회복탄력성과 학교적응성에 관한 실증적 인과관계 분석 (An Analysis of Middle School Students' Resilience on Their School Adjustment)

  • 본 연구는 중학생의 학교적응성을 개선시키는 함의를 도출하고, 중학생의 사회적지지 정도에 따라 학교적응성에 미치는 정책적 방안을 제시 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 중학생의 회복탄력성인 자기조절능력, 대인관계능력이 사회적 유능성과 학교적응성에 미치는 영향력의 관계에서 충동통제력, 자아존중감, 의사소통, 자아확장력은 사회적 유능성에 영향력이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감정조절력, 충동통제력, 자아존중감, 의사소통, 자아확장력은 학교적응성에 영향력이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 중학생의 사회적 유능성이 학교적응성에 미치는 영향력이 높은 것을 알 수 있으며, 중학생의 자아확장력은 사회적 유능성에 가장 영향력의 정도가 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 중학생의 회복탄력성인 감정조절력과 타인공감성 및 자아확장력은 매개변수인 사회적 유능성에 유의미한 영향력의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 중학생의 회복탄력성인 충동통제력은 종속변수인 학교적응성에 사회적지지 정도에 따라 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있고, 사회적 유능성은 종속변수인 학교적응성에 사회적지지 정도에 따라 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있다.

A Study on the Effect of Core Competence of Supervisor on the Business Performance of Franchisees and Franchisor

  • This study analyzed the effect of core competence of supervisor on the satisfaction, loyalty, business performance of franchisees and business performance of franchisor. And the purpose of this study is to solve the most problematic issues in franchise business such as poor sales of franchisee, inadequate measures for activating sluggish stores, closing rate increase of franchisee, dispute between a franchisee and franchisor. The results of this study will be used as data for the success of Franchisor's business operation and for the change and development of the franchise industry. In this study, 168 CEOs and employees in the franchise industry were surveyed. Through previous research and expert interviews, we designed the core competency factors of franchise supervisors into seven areas: check, consulting, coordination, promotion, counseling, communication, and control. In order to verify the hypothesis of the research, the relationship between variables was verified by simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Key result of the study are as follows. First, the core competency of the supervisor has a positive relationship with the franchisee's satisfaction. Second, the core competence of the supervisor has a positive relationship with the franchisee's loyalty. Third, franchisee's satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Fourth, franchisee's satisfaction positively affects the business performance of franchisee and franchisor. Fifth, franchisee's loyalty positively affects the business performance of franchisee and franchisor.

취업한 여성결혼이민자들의 직업기초능력에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Key Competencies of The married female immigrants at work)

  • On this study, the survey was conducted for the married female immigrants at work living in the district of Pusan, Changwon and Gimhae in order to analyze the level of the key competencies based on the differences of their ages, their final educational background, the period of their staying in Korea, their Korean language competence, jobs and the employment status in their native countries. As the result of the analysis, firstly, depending on their Korean language competence and jobs, there were meaningful differences among the groups in the aspects of the nine key competencies including communication, numeracy, problem solving, self-management and development, resource use, human relationship, information, technology, and organization skills, with the statistical significance level of .05. Secondly, depending on their final educational background, there were meaningful differences among the groups in the other aspects of eight key competencies except problem solving, with the statistical significance level of .05. Thirdly, depending on the employment status in their native countries, there were meaningful differences among the groups in the aspects of the five competencies including communication, numeracy, problem solving, resource use and organizational skills with the statistical significance level of 0.05. Fourthly, depending on the period of staying in Korea, there is difference only in the aspect of communication. Fifthly, depending on their ages, there were no meaningful differences among the groups.

AHP기법을 활용한 간호사의 NCS직업기초능력 우선순위 분석 (Priorities Analysis of NCS Vocational Key Competence of Nurse using AHP Method)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the research is understand the priorities of national competency standards vocational key competence factors in nurse who is work in Seoul and Incheon. Methods: The design of this study is descriptive investigation research, and the subjects were 144 nurse. we establish the vocational key competency defined in national competency standards as analytic hierarchy analysis model. The vocational key competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. And based on the survey in nurse, the weight representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using analytic hierarchy process method. Results: The analytic hierarchy process analysis on 10 categories showed that professional ethics(0.149) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.040) was at the bottom. And the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the Ethical community(Professional ethics), Conflict management skills(Interpersonal skills), Problem solving capability(Problem-solving skills), Listening skills(Communication skills), Applicable technical skills(Technical skills), Ability to understand business(Ability to understand organizational structures), Information processing capabilities(Information capacity), Self-management skills(Self-development capability), Ability to manage time(Resource management capabilities), Basic math skills(Numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for Nursing.

Improving the Professional Competence of a Specialist in Poland by Implementing Multimedia Technologies

  • The article emphasizes the features of the modern education system in Poland, reveals the peculiarities of improving the professional competence of a specialist in Poland through the implementation of multimedia technologies. Various forms of innovations implemented in improving the professional competence of a specialist are listed: improvement (rationalization), modernization, innovation. The forms of professional improvement through the introduction of computer technologies in general and multimedia technologies, in particular, primarily include various professional courses, qualification, preparatory, methodological conferences, seminars, postgraduate studies, foreign and state internships. At the same time, the main direction is self-education. The subject of professional improvement in the application of computer technologies by specialists is the updating of existing knowledge, exchange of professional experience, planning, as well as discussion of innovative works in which specialists participate. Professional growth of specialists can occur both during work and in higher education institutions during their studies. Modernization of computer technologies, especially multimedia ones, is a necessary condition for the functioning of specialists in modern society, since specialists are at the center of the educational process, during the improvement of professional competence. The main functions of the educational process necessary for improving the professional competence of specialists through the implementation of multimedia technologies are revealed. These functions not only contribute to the professional improvement of specialists, but also affect their solutions and optimize the maintenance of contacts between specialists. The importance of creating conditions that are consistent with the modern needs of innovative education is emphasized.

간호사를 위한 영적간호교육프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effectiveness of a Spiritual Care Education Program for Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 영적간호교육프로그램이 간호사의 자아존중감, 의사소통능력, 실존적 안녕 및 영적간호역량에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후시차 유사실험 연구이다. 연구 참여자는 G 광역시 C대학의 간호학 학사학위과정 중에 있는 간호사 63명(실험군 30명, 대조군 33명)이었다. 실험군은 영적간호교육프로그램에 7회기 동안 참석하였으며, 회기는 회당 90분, 주 1회, 7주에 걸쳐 실시되었다. 실험군의 자료 수집과 실험 처치는 2017년 10월 10일부터 12월 5일까지 시행되었고 대조군은 2018년 4월 24일에 사전조사, 6월 5일에 사후조사가 실시되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 windows program을 이용하여 ${\chi}^2-test$, Fisher's exact test, 독립표본 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 실험군이 대조군에 비해 실존적 안녕(p<.025)과 영적간호역량(p<.001)이 유의하게 향상되었다. 따라서 본 영적간호교육프로그램이 간호사의 실존적 안녕과 영적간호역량을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다.
