LibQUAL+는 도서관서비스의 품질을 이용자에 의해 평가하는 평가도구이다. 이러한 LibQUAL+의 결과를 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 도서관 업무 개선을 위해 사용할 때, 대부분 추가정보를 사용하여 개선안을 마련하고 있으나, 도서관의 관점에서 볼 때 이러한 방법은 개선안의 평가방법 부재라는 문제가 있을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 추가정보 없이 LibQUAL+의 결과데이터만을 사용하여 도서관 개선안을 개발하는 데에 도움을 줄 수 있는 분석틀을 탐색해본다. 이러한 분석틀은 나아가 LibQUAL+ 뿐 아니라 도서관 이용자의 관점에서 조사되는 다른 설문조사 결과의 분석틀로 이용될 수도 있을 것이다.

In this paper a computer program has been developed using IT technologies for load flow analysis. The program is written in the Java language for the platform and operating system independence. The software technique, such as Standard Widget Toolkit (SWT), Graphical Editing Framework (GEF), and Java web start, are used for the program. The program also has Graphical User Interface (GUI) to enable users to construct power system displays through simple mouse clicks and map directly into visual power system elements on the screen. The input data of the elements of power system can be entered on the screen. The results of the program cail be checked on the screen.

The Purpose of this study is to research the problems of trade restriction for an environment protection. Environmental regulation relate to trade are Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna & Flora, Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes & Their Disposal, Cartagena Protocol on Biosafty and WTO Agreement. Regulatory action for environmental protection has economics instrument, command & control, liablity, damage compensation, voluntary agreement. In the case of our country, impact of regulatory action for environmental protection is low. Because is recognized position of developing country yet. For in the balance rules of trade and enviroment, First must satisfy WTO's basic principles and principle of quantitative restrictions prohibition, Second, operation of protection action must reasonable and objective standards Third, must satisfy GATT article 20 (b) clause and (g) protestation each essential factor To grow for environment advanced country, we should do i) using of FTA ii) international cooperation strengthening for developing country position iii) construction of environment information network

The mobile RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a new application to use mobile phone as RFID reader with a wireless technology and provides new valuable services to user by integrating RFID and ubiquitous sensor network infrastructure with mobile communication and wireless internet. However, there are an increasing number of concerns, and even some resistances, related to consumer tracking and profiling using RFID technology. Therefore, in this paper, we describe the security analysis and implementation leveraging globally networked mobile RFID services which complies with the Korea's mobile RFID forum standard.

This paper aims to apply a supply chain modeling and its analysis framework to the supply chain in the port industry, each of which has its own objective. The simulation approach serves two purposes: to model a supply chain network in quantity approach and to evaluate its supply chain performance based on proposed strategies. The simulation model will be applied to quantifying the flow of a supply chain, the involved information and material flow and conducted to simulate the supply chain operations. The model will also be used which strategic and operational policies are the most effective in smoothing the variations in the supply chain.

최근 정보기술은 미국을 중심으로 사회 활동의 기반 요소로서 자리잡고 있다. 다양한 정보기술의 출현과 함께 근래에는 집단내 통합된 정보서비스 기반기술인 정보기술 아키텍처의 구축이 대두되고 있고 그에 따른 부문별 정보시스템 요소간의 상호 접속을 위한 표준화가 중요시되고 있다. 현재 정보기술 아키텍처에 대한 시스템은 미국에서 개발된 프레임워크이 기초를 형성하고 있으며 국내에서도 이를 벤치마킹하여 적용하는 추세에 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보기술 아키텍처의 기반환경과 표준기술 추진 현황을 분석하여 정리하였다.

Large-scale failures resulting from natural disasters or intentional attacks are now causing serious concerns for communication network infrastructure, as the impact of large-scale network connection disruptions may cause significant costs for service providers and subscribers. In this paper, we propose a new framework for the analysis and prevention of network service disruptions in large-scale failure scenarios. We build dynamic deterministic and probabilistic models to capture the impact of regional failures as they evolve with time. A probabilistic failure model is proposed based on wave energy behaviour. Then, we develop a novel approach for preventive protection of the network in such probabilistic large-scale failure scenarios. We show that our method significantly improves uninterrupted delivery of data in the network and reduces service disruption times in large-scale regional failure scenarios.

It is generally agreed that realizing the full potential of the internet shopping mall(ISM) requires careful identification of customer needs and expectations. However, a quantitative framework to explain and predict users' behavior toward ISM has not been well established because the research on the user acceptance of ISM is still in its infancy. This study proposes a model which uses factor analysis to identify factors of ISM characteristics and individual characteristics affecting user acceptance of ISM. Predictive models based on the multiple regression analyses select the factors and their interactions with individual characteristics that significantly influence user acceptance. Results show that five factors including economy, convenience, credibility, reliability, information risks, and performance risks affects user acceptance. In addition, individual differences in terms of innovativeness, playfulness, and recreational shopping traits have both direct and interaction effects on user acceptance. The implication of this study is that, although user attitudes towards ISM characteristics in general are important to their acceptance behavior, the level of importance depends upon different user groups.

There are many technical datum in related with design, test & evaluation and logistic support which will be exchanged between geographically isolated units and heterogeneous hardwares & softwares in developing and operating the weapon systems. The paper proposes the conceptual database schema to establish configuration management information systems in which these datum can be automatically interchanged, tracked, audited and status-accounted without errors under the various environments. The paper investigates how to identify and classify the data in accordance with document identification, task analysis, system development, logistic support, system test & evaluation and data management. Furthermore, the investigation includes drawing the subject areas and modeling the conceptual database schema to explain the relationships between these datum. Thus, the paper results in the conceptual framework and data models of configuration management information systems, while additional customization efforts be required in applying the models to a specific weapon systems R&D.

At present multimedia service composed of voice, data, and video service is prevalent in the Internet. As such, wide-scale penetration of Internet service imposes tremendous pressure to the network infrastructure such as the media servers and links as well as the nodes. In addition, users from a large-scale population require broad bandwidth and high level of QoS. This requires a network with reliable and scalable services to customers, which also necessitates a realistic method for the design of the a media server. In this work, we explore the influence of user's behavior about delay on the performance of media server that takes into account the system and user attributes in a realistic manner. By incorporating user's behavior about the delay-sensitivity, we present an analytic framework for the evaluation of the performance of the media server, via which we illustrate a meaningful intuition in the provision of Internet multimedia service.
