산업재해근로자 노동시장이행의 성격과 영향요인 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Labor Market Transition and Factors Influencing Labor Market Transition of Injured Workers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 산업재해를 경험한 근로자의 경제활동형태 변동과 그 특성을 기술하고, 산재근로자의 노동시장이행과 관련하여 산재보상서비스를 비롯한 영향 요인이 무엇인지 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 산재보험패널 1~3차(2013년-2015년)자료를 활용하여, 요양을 종료한 1,668명의 산재근로자를 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 한번이라도 원직장 복귀를 경험한 사람은 36.9%, 재취업 경험자는 51.5%, 미취업 경험자는 36.9%였다. 경제활동형태 전이확률은 현재 원직장 복귀자가 다음 기에도 원직장을 유지할 확률은 88.1%, 재취업자의 재취업 유지 확률 88.9%, 미취업자가 다음 기에도 미취업자가 될 확률은 60.0%로 나타났다. 둘째, 경제활동형태 변화에서 재취업 대비 원직장 복귀에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별, 연령, 학력, 요양기간, 현재 업무수행능력, 산재전 직장규모, 근무기간, 종사상 지위 중 임시직, 일용직 그리고 직업훈련 총 횟수였다. 재취업 대비 미취업을 선택할 확률에 유의미한 영향을 주는 요인은 성별, 연령, 장해등급, 요양기간, 현재 업무수행능력, 산재 전 근로기간, 직업재활서비스 이용 경험이었다. 분석결과를 토대로 산재근로자의 직업복귀와 노동시장이행을 지원하기 위한 논의점을 제시하였다.

로지스틱 회귀분석 기반 노인 보행자 교통사고 요인 분석 (Analysis-based Pedestrian Traffic Incident Analysis Based on Logistic Regression)

  • 초고령화 사회로 진입하고 있는 대한민국 노인 인구의 상황을 반영하여 노인 교통사고의 특성을 파악하고, 이항형 변수를 활용하여 노인 보행자 교통사고에서 발생한 중상 이상의 교통사고와 경상 이하의 교통사고를 구분하여 독립변수와 종속변수의 관계를 분석하였다. 도로교통공단 교통사고분석시스템(TAAS)에서 지난 10년간('3년~'22년)의 노인 보행자 교통사고 자료를 구득하여 데이터 수집, 가공, 변수 선정을 수행하였으며, 기초 통계 및 사고 요인별 분석을 실시하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 모형을 적용하여 총 15개의 영향 변수를 도출하였고 노인 보행자 중상이상의 교통사고 발생 확률에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 영향 변수들을 도출하였다. 이후, 로지스틱 모형의 정확도 분석을 위해 통계적 검정을 수행하였으며, 노인 보행자 교통사고에 영향을 미치는 변수를 도출 및 예측모형 구축에 따른 교통사고 발생확률 예측 방법을 제시하였다.

뇌졸중 환자의 병원 내원시간에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the Hospital Presentation Time of Stroke Patients)

  • Purpose: This cross-sectional survey research was undertaken to identify the factors influencing time from onset to hospital arrival of stroke patients and to provide basic information for the development of intervention programs for stroke patients. Methods: The data were collected using a convenient sampling method from three hospitals in Inchon. The subjects were 78 patients who were diagnosed as stroke by doctor and they voluntarily participated in the study. Results: On the average, subjects arrived at the hospitals by 16.72 hours after the onset of stroke events with the range from 0.17 hours to 72 hours. Thirty-four(43.6%) subjects arrived within 3 hours which can maximize treatment effects. There was significant difference in hospital presentation time according to the level of knowledge(${\chi}^2=18.629$, p=.0003). A negative correlation was found between the hospital presentation time and self-efficacy (r= -.320, p=.004). Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor was self-efficacy. Self-efficacy, the level of knowledge and physical symptoms were significant factors and accounted for 21.7% of the variance of hospital presentation time in stroke patients. Conclusion: According to the results, self-efficacy is a useful concept for reducing the hospital presentation time from onset of attack in stroke patients. Therefore, nurses should consider educational programs which include not only a knowledge of stroke and recurrence prevention but also the concept of self-efficacy.

수량화 이론을 이용한 도시부 터널 내 교통사고 영향요인에 관한 연구 - 부산광역시를 중심으로 - (Study on Influencing Factors of Traffic Accidents in Urban Tunnel Using Quantification Theory (In Busan Metropolitan City))

  • 본 연구는 통계적 분석기법을 통하여 부산시내에서 운영 중인 11개 터널에서 발생한 교통사고 456건을 대상으로 교통사고의 발생특성, 유형화 및 예측모델을 구축하였는바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻게 되었다. 교통사고 발생특성으로는 시간대별 터널 내 교통사고 08~18시 사이가 전체의 64.9%를 차지하고 있어 기존 도로의 45.8~46.1%에 비해 높게 나타났고, 사고유형별로는 차대차 사고가 대부분을 차지하고 있으며, 차량단독사고는 기존도로에 비해 다소 높게 나타났으며, 연령층별로는 21~40세의 구성비가 높았고, 제1당사자 차종별로는 화물차의 비중이 높았고, 운량별로는 맑은 날을 제외하고 비가 오는 날이 흐린 날 보다 더욱 높은 수치를 보였다. 교통사고 영향요인에 대하여 주성분분석을 실시한 결과, 제1주성분은 도로, 터널구조 및 교통류 관련요인이, 제2주성분은 조명시설 및 도로구조 관련요인이, 제3주성분은 대기상태 및 조명시설 관련요인이, 제4주성분은 인적 및 시계열 관련요인이, 제5주성분은 인적요인이, 제6주성분은 차량적 요인과 교통류 관련 요인이, 제7주성분은 기상요인으로 대별되었다. 교통사고 발생지점에 대하여 유형화를 실시한 결과, 최적 집단수는 5개로 구분지어 졌으며, 집단별로 수량화이론 1류를 적용하여 분석한 결과, 제1집단은 예측모델의 설명력이 낮은 반면 제4집단은 예측모델의 설명력이 중간정도, 제2, 제3, 제5집단은 높은 설명력을 가진 예측모델이 구축되었다. 예측모델의 편상관계수 절대 값이 0.2(약한 상관) 이상인 항목(주성분) 중에서 도로환경적 요인이 포함된 변수를 체크하여 분석한 결과, 주요 검토항목은 적절한 교통류 처리, 횡단구성(차로폭), 터널구조(터널길이), 도로선형, 환기시설, 조명시설로 요약되었다.

  • In the present study, a numerical simulation for the diffusion of hydrogen leakage of FCV(Fuel Cell Vehicle) in a tunnel was performed to aid the assessment of risk in case of leakage accident. The temporal and spatial distributions of the hydrogen concentration around FCV are predicted from the present numerical analyses. Flammable region of 4-74% and explosive region of 18-59% hydrogen by volume was identified from the present results. Factors influencing the diffusion of the hydrogen jet were examined to evaluate the effectiveness of tunnel ventilation system for relieving the accumulation of the leaked hydrogen gas. The distribution of the concentration of the leaked hydrogen for various cases can be used as a database in various applications for the hydrogen safety.

의료서비스에서 고객지향요인이 서비스가치와 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Effects of Customer Orientation Factors in Relation to Medical Services on the Values of the Services and Customer Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of customer orientation factors in relation to medical services on the values of the service and customer satisfaction and loyalty. Those factors include patient safety and, as found by previous studies, specialization, explanation of what to be medically examined and customer orientation itself. Based on these pervious studies, this study surveyed customers of 7 general hospitals located in Busan to empirically identify relations between customer orientation factors of medical services and the values of the services and customer satisfaction. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, this study is very meaningful in that it established a basic theory of patient safety as one of the above customer orientation factors, and tried to empirically demonstrated the theory by applying it to medical services. Second, another of the factors, specialization was found positively affecting the values of medical services, but not affecting customer satisfaction. Customers are likely to choose specialized medical institutions even at higher cost when they undergo an accident or disease. Nevertheless, in factors, whether medical service providers are specialized is not influencing customer satisfaction. This is because medical institutions are failing to properly make recognized their specialization to customers who want to receive specialized medical services. Third, another of customer orientation factors, that is, explanation of what to be medically examined was found not having positive effects on the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. This is probably because enough time was not given for the explanation or because the explanation itself was not provided enough. Fourth, medical service providers' customer orientation was found positively influencing the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. In other words, it seems that customer-centered attitudes and behaviors of medical service providers had positive effects on customers' perception of medical services. Fifth, another of the factors, that is, patient safety was found positively affecting the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. This is probably because medical services' accurate diagnoses and reliable services had positive effects on customers' perception of medical services. Sixth, customers' perceived values of medical services were found having positive effects on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This suggests that the values of medical services are an antecedent variable that directly influences customer satisfaction and loyalty. Seventh, customer satisfaction was found positively affecting customer loyalty. This suggests that customer satisfaction is an antecedent variable of customer loyalty. In conclusion, this study showed that in relation to medical services, customer orientation factors' significant influences on the values of the services and customer satisfaction requires continuous efforts for raising customers' perceived qualities of medical services.

Successful Treatment of Tracheoinnominate Artery Fistula Following Tracheostomy in a Patient with Cerebrovascular Disease

  • Tracheoinnominate artery fistula is a critical complication of tracheostomy. The most important factors influencing patient outcome are prompt diagnosis, immediate control of bleeding with a patent airway, and emergency operation with or without interruption of the innominate artery. Here, we report a case of tracheoinnominate artery fistula in a 40-year-old woman with cerebrovascular accident who was successfully managed with an aorta-axillary artery bypass.

Strategic Identification of Unsafe Actions That Characterize Accidents on Ships

  • Seafarers are one of the main engines driving economic growth in the maritime sector. The International Maritime (IMO) Organization estimated that there were approximately 1.5 million seafarers around the world engaged in international trade in 2012. Data have shown that human casualties in maritime accidents around Japan have shown an increasing trend over the last ten years. One cause is human error, which is inseparable from the human element that influences mariner's decisions and actions. The Personal Identification (PIN) Safe method is one way to systematically identify substandard and unsafe actions by considering the error taxonomies associated with various scenarios for a maritime system. The results are based on analysis of the role of the human element in commonly reported unsafe actions when interacting with equipment and other systems. Furthermore, patterns of influencing shaping factors were observed on the basis of data processing; the aim of this study was to promote safety culture and provide an opportunity to improve safety at sea.

  • Rail cars are subject to vibration, impact and wear which can cause severe defects leading to a fatal accident. Thus, they are designed and manufactured in consideration of such factors influencing their service lifetime. Under-frames are composed of steel and support most of load imposed on the car. Steel is very sensitive to corrosive environment and corroded even in a normal service condition. Regular maintenance can Protect steel Parts from corrosion by painting. However, an exposure of defect point to corrosive agents can make corrosion proceed to a considerable depth, which may cause the structure to remain under safety standard. It is necessary to understand corrosion behavior of rail cars in order to estimate unexpected accidents by corrosion.

원직복귀 산업재해 근로자의 의료이용에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the Health Care Utilization of Disabled Workers Who Returned to Their Original Workplace after Occupational Accident)

  • 본 연구는 산업재해로 인해 신체장해가 남은 원직복귀 산업재해 근로자의 의료이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 의료이용의 접근성을 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2021년 근로복지공단 패널조사 자료에서 장해등급을 받고 원직복귀한 산업재해근로자 457명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 26.0를 이용하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 일용직, 하위층 경제상태, 육체적 활동 제약, 주관적 건강상태, 만성질환이 외래이용 횟수에 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고, 일상생활 지원자, 화상, 육체적 활동 제약이 의료비 지출에 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 원직복귀 산업재해 근로자 의료이용의 접근성을 높이기 위해 사업장 내 보건관리자의 역할 확대와 사업주가 직장복귀 계획 수립시 의료이용 계획을 포함해야 하며, 아프면 쉴 수 있는 유급병가제도 도입에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 화상치료 및 재활급여 범위의 확대 방안을 마련하여 경제적 부담을 줄이는 것이 필요하다.
