This paper is to review assessment indicator on priorities for budget allocation of the national R&D program. In priority setting of programs for the budget allocation process of the national R&D program using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the survey result on the major influencing factors is as follows: the significance of components of evaluation for the priority of the national R&D programs in budget allocation was as following order: "accomplishment and ripple effect of the project," "basis and driving force for the promotion of project," "feasibility of project goals," and the "possibility of overlapping and linkage among projects". The importance of the final evaluation indicator was as following order: "clarity and possibility for accomplishment of business objectives," "ripple effects in terms of science and technology", "ripple effects in terms of the economy and overall society" and "appropriate correspondence with mid- to long-term plans" (the importance for these four indicators was over 10%) while the importance of "overlapping" and "appropriateness of budget size" indicators which fell below 5% were considered to be relatively less important. there is a need for a clear criteria and conceptions of evaluation indicators for budget allocation of national R&D programs.
The existing innovation policies and strategies mainly focused on the influencing factors for improvement of innovation outcome. However, these strategies were not always successful in driving innovative activities that make technology innovation disseminated. In this regard, innovation ecosystems approach has recently been coming to the force to establish a successful innovation strategy. The innovation ecosystems concept describes that innovation processes are evolved through collaborative networks of economic actors. In an innovation ecosystem, different organizations collaborate for technology development and its use. They interact for value co-creation by sharing mutual resources. The organizational networks are re-organized by dynamic changes of actors' interactions, which drive innovation mechanism of the networks. Recent studies on innovation ecosystems mostly have paid attention on developing theoretical frameworks to describe dynamics of an innovation ecosystem. There have hardly been empirical tests on the theoretical ecosystem models. In this vein, we investigated dynamics of an innovation ecosystem by analyzing structural characteristics of a collaborative network among organizations which are involved in the use of innovative technologies. Particularly, we examined the longitudinal changes of the interaction patterns among the organizations. This test was performed by an analysis of structural equivalence on the network dataset transformed from the organizational interactions. This result provides a guideline for an organization in developing an innovation strategy under a systemic perspective.

This study examined the effectiveness of ultrasound on enhancing the dewaterability and volume reduction of bio solids from a waste treatment plant. The test specimen was obtained from a storage tank immediately before the dewatering process at a local treatment plant. The test conditions included the energy levels of ultrasonic waves and treatment time. The tests were undertaken using three types of different treatment processors (7 liter, 1 ton, 7 ton container). The capillary suction time (CST) and the viscosity of sludge, which is one of the influencing factors for dewaterbility, were obtained under various test conditions. The results showed that ultrasound increases the CST of the raw specimens, whereas a significant reduction (20 % of the maximum value) of CST occurred in the sample with ultrasound and flocculent. The decrease in viscosity reached 40 % of the maximum value. A centrifugal test was performed to examine the characteristics of the sludge settlement. The settling rate and time required to reach the final values were both enhanced by the ultrasonic energy. An ultrasonic treatment is potentially useful tool for reducing the amount of released sludge. To examine the possible use of field application, the real scale sonic processor was designed and operated. The results were similar (50 % of the maximum value) to those of laboratory experiments.

The aim of this study was to identify the influencing factors and the relationships between the learning ability and stress according to the character type in nursing college students. A total of 209 subjects were selected by convenient sampling. The data was collected using a self-reported questionnaire from November 2 to 20, 2012. The differences in the character type, learning ability and stress according to the general characteristics were as follows. The character type was significantly different according to grade (F=6.551, p<.036). In addition, the learning ability was significantly different according to the grade (F=7.059, p<.001), religion (F=4.651, p<.001), school record (F=7.667, p<.001), economic status (F=7.700, p<.000) and methods of reducing stress (F=2.531, p<.030). Stress was significantly different according to the grade (F=7.414, p<.001), school record (F=4.776, p<.009) and cohabitation (F=9.989, p<.000). A negative correlation was observed between the character type and learning ability, and between learning ability and stress. 8.4% of the variance was observed in character type A, which was explained by the learning ability and stress. These findings may be useful for understanding the learning ability of nursing college students and developing more specific programs regarding personality and stress control.

The purpose of this study was to establish an intervention strategy for nursing students' empathic ability enhancement by confirming the degree of empathy ability of nursing students to confirm the relationship between empathy ability and diversity acceptance, emotion recognition clarity, and other person' s recognition. The subjects were 173 nursing students. Data were collected as a self-report questionnaire consisting of general characteristics, diversity acceptability, emotional clarity, other-awareness, and empathy. We carried out t-test, ANOVA, Scheff's test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using IBM SPSS Statistics 19. The results show that there was a significant difference in empathy ability according to the general characteristics of the subjects according to academic year and practice experience, and empathy was statistically significant according to academic year, diversity acceptability, emotional clarity, and other-awareness. Factors influencing empathy ability of nursing students were academic year, diversity acceptability, emotional clarity and other-awareness, and these variables explained empathy ability as 51.9%. In order to improve empathy ability of nursing students based on these results, we should adopt a nursing education program that can accept subjects with various backgrounds and clearly recognize emotions in a therapeutic setting.

The purpose of this study was to examine violence response, burnout, and job satisfaction according to violent episodes of emergency room workers. Methods : This Study was a descriptive survey design using convenience sampling. This study was exempt from needing an IRB approval. There were 167 emergency room workers, who agreed to participate in this study, and took a self-report questionnaire between July and August 2015. SPSS 21.0 version was used for descriptive analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) 84.4% of participant experienced violent episodes. The frequency of verbal violence was highest. Violent attackers were patients and guardians with drunken state. The time of violence episodes was usually during the night. Violent experience of doctors and nurses was very high. 2) There were significant differences in the emotional response according to violent episodes (t=2.528, p=0.12) 3) The correlation between \response and burnout was statistically significant, and indicates a high positive correlation (r=.616, p=<.001). The correlation between violence response and job satisfaction was statistically significant, indicating a negative correlation (r=-.512, p=<.001). There was a negative correlation between burnout and job satisfaction with statistical significance (r=-.568, p=<.001). 4) Significant factors influencing job satisfaction were emotional response to violence and burnout. Conclusion: The findings of this study provide basic information for the strategies of preventing violence, decreasing burnout, and improving job satisfaction by developing a violence management program.
This study is based upon the assumption that trust is a pedestal of much importance in the relationship behavior marketing channel members conduct in their arena. Unlike the existing studies that consider trust to be a circular simple concept with the emphasis on mutually symmetrical relationship level, this study focuses on the asymmetrically different levels of asymmetric trust concept. The major results of this study are as follows: First, among the individual characteristics which could affect on trust, reputation plays a significant role in transaction. Second, in the domain of the relation between trust and relationship characteristics, opportunistic behavior is shown to influence upon trust. Communication is turn out not to be a significant factor in trust; in a further analysis, it is also shown to influence upon willingness to make future relationship behavior. Third, willingness to make future relationship behavior plays a significant influence on trust, which shows that trust is the very core factor in the long-term relationship behavior. We can find that the antecedent factors influencing upon the trust build-up are different between agents and buyers and the established trust influences upon the future relationship behavior. This study tries to show how trust is established and what role the trust conducts.
Purpose - Over recent years, O2O and shared economy have been an eye-catching topic. Many researches on O2O and shared economy have been published gradually. The emerging enterprise of chauffeured car services developed rapidly in the past two years. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of use intention of the chauffeured car services users. Through active use of O2O and shared economy, put up with operation strategy in line with their use intention. Research design, data, and methodology - After collecting 324 respondents in China with questionnaires, this study begin the empirical research with users of Chauffeured Car Services, and analyzes data with IBM SPSS 24.0 and IBM AMOS 24.0. Results - Personal Propensity to Trust significantly affects the Initial Trust of chauffeured car services users. Firm Reputation significantly affects the Initial Trust and use intention of chauffeured car services users. Initial Trust significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy significantly affect chauffeured car services users' use intention. Social Influence also significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. Conclusions - First, Initial Trust significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. Thus, the enterprise should make efforts to improve users' initial trust in order to attract their attention. For this reason, chauffeured car services enterprises should conduct questionnaires to deeply explore what needs can improve users' initial trust. Second, performance expectancy and effort expectancy significantly affect chauffeured car services users' use intention. When users enjoy chauffeured car services, they attach great importance to the convenience, simplicity and efficiency, which reflects that chauffeured car services' desire for greater development in the O2O and shared economy market. Therefore, they need to grasp users' needs (convenience, simplicity and efficiency) and carefully improve the quality of chauffeured car services. Finally, social influence also significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. It means friend recommendation or mass media influences users' intention. So, it is more important to increase differentiated benefits, advertising and publicity of chauffeured car services.
This study was intended to assess the effects of low glycemic index (LGI) nutrition education on dietary management and glycemic control of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The subjects were 48 sex-matched patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, aged $66.5\;{\pm}\;6.2$ years, visiting a public health center. They were divided into two groups: the control group (males 10, females 14) and the educated group (males 10, females 14). The educated group was provided with a LGI nutrition education program for 7 weeks. The control group was educated only one time for general diabetic education. Anthropometric indices, knowledge and perception of efficacy of low glycemic index carbohydrates, dietary glycemic index (DGI) and glycemic load (DGL), fasting blood glucose, and HbA1c were assessed. In the educated group body weight, body mass index and systolic blood pressure (from $138.0\;{\pm}\;18.9\;mmHg$ to $130.6\;{\pm}\;15.0\;mmHg$) were significantly reduced after the nutrition education (p < 0.05). The scores of knowledge and perception of efficacy of low glycemic index carbohydrates increased significantly in the educated group. Dietary glycemic index and glycemic load of the educated group decreased significantly from $103.4\;{\pm}\;67.6$ to $45.4\;{\pm}\;27.1$ (p < 0.001), and from $173.3\;{\pm}\;135.9$ to $66.8\;{\pm}\;50.4$ (p < 0.001), respectively. Also fasting blood glucose and HbA1c levels of the educated group significantly decreased from $124.5\;{\pm}\;28.8\;mg/dL$ to $96.7\;{\pm}\;21.6\;mg/dL$ (p < 0.001) and from $7.1\;{\pm}\;1.3%$ to $6.4\;{\pm}\;1.2%$ (p < 0.05), respectively. The score of knowledge and perception of efficacy of low glycemic index significantly correlated with fasting blood glucose and HbA1c levels negatively. DGI, DGL and duration of diabetes significantly correlated with HbA1c level positively. From stepwise multiple linear regression analysis, DGI, DGL and the duration of diabetes were extracted as factors influencing HbA1c level of the subjects. The results of this study suggest that low glycemic index nutrition education programs is an effective intervention measure for the glycemic control in type 2 diabetic patients.
This study investigated the influential factor over the intention to buy autonomous driving car by applying extended technology acceptance model (TAM2). To this end, 117 ordinary persons experienced in driving car were analyzed by using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). Analysis shows that the perceived usefulness and purchase intention is positively affected by social influence and recognized risk. It is found that perceived usefulness is not affected, but purchase intention is positively affected in the case of innovation. On the contrary, analysis shows that driving capability and car playfulness recognized by individual have no influence on the perceived easiness. Although the result that driving capability recognized by individual negatively affects perceived usefulness was not included in the study hypothesis, it was remarkable. Generalizing the above result, it is found that social influence, innovation and recognized risk as variables which affect the intention to buy autonomous car play the role of significant variable. This study is meaningful in that such result can foresee the perception of preliminary accommodators of new technology of the 4th industrial revolution, autonomous driving car.
