본 연구에서는 물리적 활성화법인 수증기 활성화법을 이용하여 PAN (Polyacrylonitrile)계 활성탄소섬유를 제조하였다. 활성화는 온도와 시간을 변수로 하였으며, 활성화 온도(700, 750, $800^{\circ}C$)에 도달하였을 때 200 mL/min의 수증기 유량의 조건으로 PAN 탄소섬유의 활성화를 진행하였다. 제조된 활성탄소섬유의 기공구조를 분석하기 위하여 질소가스의 흡 탈 등온선을 통한 비표면적($S_{BET}$) 측정과 표면분석을 위한 AFM 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 인장시험을 실시하여 활성화 결과 형성된 기공구조가 섬유의 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 활성화 후 섬유의 비표면적($S_{BET}$)은 $448{\sim}902m^2/g$의 값을 나타냈으며, 인장강도는 58.16~84.92%, 탄성계수는 69.81~83.89%의 감소를 보였다.

The mVoIP service is the technology which focuses on the wireless data service as the IP network having the transmission rate of 100 Mbps classes on the high-speed middle of movement through the WiFi, WiBro and 3G mobile radio communication network, and etc. and is developed. Since 2010, the mVoIP (mobile VoIP) service shows the rapid growth due to 4G-LTE service seriously disclosed from July with the Smart phone and 2,011 it begins to be rapidly popularized. In this research, additionally the mVoIP service industry activation plan is presented with the trends of technology development including the chip-set/module/terminal, etc. based upon local and foreign market trend searchlight through the market demand analysis. The mVoIP service downloads App to the mobile apparatus and or can provide the service as the software through the WiFi network. Therefore, the change which is large in the products development aspect is to be have no. Expected to is being provided as the added service in the case of 4G-LTE as a matter of course, the service deployment where it is based on the market principle and demand needs is needed.

본 연구는 스마트워크 산업 경쟁력 분석과 육성방안을 알아보기 위해, 스마트워크 산업 전문가 117명 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며, 스마트워크 시장성 전망과 국제경쟁력 분석을 하였다. 조사결과 첫째, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 산업에 대한 성장성 인식이 매우 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 스마트워크 산업의 수익성 높은 산업군으로 보안산업, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 산업, 모바일 오피스산업 등이다. 셋째, 스마트워크 산업군중 국제 기술경쟁력 수준이 높은 산업군은 스마트러닝 산업, 모바일 오피스 산업 및 보안산업이다. 끝으로, 정부차원에서 집중 육성해야할 산업은 보안산업, 클라우드 컴퓨팅산업, 스마트워크용 SW 산업, 스마트라닝 산업 등이다. 이러한 결과를 통해 향후 스마트워크 산업들 중 정부 차원의 집중 육성분야를 선정하고 활성화 정책을 마련하는데 이용하고자 한다.

Sisal fiber, an agricultural resource abundantly available in china, has been used as raw material to prepare activated carbon with high surface area and huge pore volume by chemical activation with zinc chloride. The orthogonal test was designed to investigate the influence of zinc chloride concentration, impregnation ratio, activation temperature and activation time on preparation of activated carbon. Scanning electron micrograph, Thermo-gravimetric, $N_2$-adsorption isotherm, mathematical models such as t-plot, H-K equation, D-R equation and BJH methods were used to characterize the properties of the prepared carbons and the activation mechanism was discussed. The results showed that $ZnCl_2$ changed the pyrolysis process of sisal fiber. Characteristics of activated carbon are: BET surface area was $1628m^2/g$, total pore volume was $1.316m^3/g$ and ratio of mesopore volume to total pore volume up to 94.3%. These results suggest that sisal fiber is an attractive source to prepare mesoporous high-capacity activated carbon by chemical activation with zinc chloride.

Since 1990's, many enterprises have implemented ERP System. Especially, they want to become an advanced company use ERP implementation. Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and had many problem about Project team operation. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation for Project team. The purpose of this study is suggest to improve method about team activation through analysis the Project team member's individual personality as a factor that makes the success of Project team. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. The results of this study can be used for a successful implementation of the ERP system as make of Project team consider of individual personality and administer a Project team.

Instead of existing bar code system, RFID is now the core sensor technique of Ubiquitous computing and it will bring a revolution of corporation's logistics systems. In recent years, RFID becomes the center of government and other related companies and furthermore, its basic and applied techniques and have been established as various international standards. Many major countries announced application cases in various fields and concentrate their effort to make new RFID technologies as well. Recently Korean government announced the basic plan of u-Korea and all-out plan of activation of RFID/USN. SO in this paper, we will discuss two things; the trends of RFID technologies and the printing tag technique, which is needed to spread of RFID item units.

This study intends to find a solution through the activation of community business as a business as a business model of the creation of real satisfaction for the region's residence. In this study focuses on finding out how community building project, which is recently emerging as a new paradigm of regional development. In the past, we have lived community units, but nowadays many communities have been destroyed by the capitalization and the urbanization even in the rural area. This report studies essential elements needed for successful 'Rural Community Business' through case studies of 'Dandelion Village' in Gyoengsangnamdo. In order to do so, we analyzed this villages according to a theoretical 'Sustainable Community Business Model.' We constructed successful business model of 'Rural Community Business' based on six groups - 'Community Leader,' 'Teamwork,' 'Sustainable Population Influx,' 'Sustainable Voluntary Participations of Community Members,' and 'Sustainable Networking.

Purpose - Focusing on the FGI research method, the current status and issues of barrier-free tourism in Gangwon State were identified, and specific activation plans were derived Design/methodology/approach - This study conducted in-depth interviews with 20 experts related to the tourism industry. The issues, current status, and activation plan of barrier-free tourism in Gangwon State recognized by experts in tourism policy, tourism administration, tourism management, and tourism service industry were derived. Findings - First, the tendency of businesses to be promoted based on the non-disabled by not recognizing the weak as the main tourism demand group, second, confusion caused by the unification of terms related to barrier-free tourism, third, lack of finding tourism constraints subdivided according to the type and degree of disability, fourth, tourism information and evaluation indicators provided by prioritizing the convenience of suppliers rather than consumers, and fifth, the nature of the project focused on improving access to physical infrastructure. Subsequently, the results of the analysis of the plan to revitalize the barrier-free tourism industry in Gangwon State were as follows. First, education and programs to improve disability awareness appropriate to local conditions were activated, second, related information was unified and project sustainability was improved by creating a control tower for the barrier-free tourism industry at the provincial level, third, to overcome the employment crisis based on finding locally tailored jobs related to tourism care professionals, and fourth, to continuously secure quantitative and qualitative data and establish utilization plans. Research implications or Originality - First, it presents theoretical implications for related fields by providing issues and activation measures related to barrier-free tourism from the perspective of experts who are still lacking in research in academia. The practical implications are that based on the opinions of experts working in the tourism field, more specific issues of the barrier-free tourism industry in the province were presented, and policy and practical solutions were presented accordingly, suggesting realistic alternatives that can be carried out in the actual field.

Busan is Korea's No. 1 trading port, and the logistics industry plays an important role in the regional industry as a whole. In Busan, various efforts are being made to revitalize the port logistics industry, but it is necessary to develop various policies and related technologies linked with the 4th industry. In this study, we propose a smart refrigeration logistics center, which is required for the activation of Busan New Port and the new port of Pusan New Port, which is connected with the 4th industry. I would like to present the operation direction of the center.
