Since CAD is advertised 1980s, all across industries have been changed through engineering, manufacturing and inspection. Also marine industry has adopted not only CAD but also various IT systems to make productivity higher. This paper includes research and development to improve traditional draft reading by using IT system, it has focused to build draft database for new vessels, to improve robustness measuring weather condition and to reduce accident possibility.

High Pressure Annealing System was developed to improve the characteristics of low-temperature poly-silicon thin film transistors.. (TFTs). The high-pressure steam annealing was applied to the poly-silicon film made by rapid thermal annealing method. The carrier lifetime was investigated by Microwave detection of the Photo-Conductive Decay and the increase of carrier lifetime which indicates the reduction of the defect was observed by high-pressure steam annealing of 1MPa 600C 1hour.

Avoiding the industrial accidents is one of the goals in manufacturing industries from the top manager to the foremen. Therefore all the companies try to prevent occupational accidents using system safety programs in order to increase the productivity. Korean industries have been tended to depend upon historical information to control risks. The other hand, foreign industries have identified risk factors using system safety techniques to predict future risks. This study presents the method to apply the foreign industries risk control technique to the Korean industries.
