HAI 제어기에 의한 유도전동기 드라이브의 고성능 제어 (High Performance of Induction Motor Drive with HAI Controller)

  • This paper is proposed hybrid artificial intelligent(HAI) controller for high performance of induction motor drive. The design..of this algorithm based on fuzzy-neural network(FNN) controller that is implemented using fuzzy control and neural network. This controller uses fuzzy rule as training patterns of a neural network. Also, this controller uses the back-propagation method to adjust the weights between the neurons of neural network in order to minimize the error between the command output and actual output. A model reference adaptive scheme is proposed in which the adaptation mechanism is executed by fuzzy logic based on the error and change of error measured between the motor speed and output of a reference model. The control performance of the adaptive FNN controller is evaluated by analysis for various operating conditions. The results of experiment prove that the proposed control system has strong high performance and robustness to parameter variation, and steady-state accuracy and transient response.

패턴 매칭과 자동 규칙 생성에 기반한 2단계 주식 트레이딩 시스템 (A Two-Phase Stock Trading System based on Pattern Matching and Automatic Rule Induction)

  • 일반적인 동적 매매 환경에서의 금융 예측 시스템은 주어진 목적을 최적으로 만족시키는 매매 형태를 찾고자 한다. 본 논문은 수익률을 극대화시키기 위하여 추출과 여과라는 두개의 단계로 구성된 새로운 형태의 주식 매매 시스템을 제안한다. 주식 추출 단계에서는 특정 시계열 패턴에 부합하는 주식을 추출하는데, 이러한 시계열 패턴은 기술 지표 값들의 조합으로 표현된다. 그리고 여과 단계에서는 추출된 주식 집합에 여과 규칙들을 적용하여 실제 매매 대상이 되는 주식들을 골라내는데, 여과 규칙은 과거 주가 데이터로부터 자동으로 유도되었다. 이를 위하여, 우리는 먼저 방대한 과거 일별 주가 데이터로부터 기술 지표 값들을 계산하였다. 계산된 기술 지표 값들은 시계열 패턴을 추출하는데 사용되고 이 값들의 이산화 구간들의 분포가 양성 및 음성 데이터들에 대하여 계산된다. 본 논문에서는 독특한 분포를 보이는 구간에 존재하는 기술 지표 값들이 주가의 향후 움직임을 예측하는 데 도움을 준다는 가정을 하였다. 그리고 여과 규칙은 바로 이런 독특한 분포를 보이는 구간 내의 데이터 값들로부터 자동으로 유도되었다. 우리는 시뮬레이션을 통해, 본 논문에서 제시한 트레이딩 시스템이 시장 평균 수익률을 상회한다는 사실을 확인함으로써 위의 가정에 대한 검증을 할 수 있었다.

  • PID 제어기는 산업자동화 설비에 널리 쓰이고 있다. 하지만 시스템 특성이 간헐 또는 연속적으로 변화할 때에 정밀제어를 위한 새로운 매개변수 결정이 쉽지 않다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 본 논문에서는 PID 제어기와 같은 기능을 갖는 신경망이득 자동조절기를 제안 하였다. 시스템의 적절한 궤환제어 이득은 델타 학습규칙에 의해서 결정된다. 제안된 신경망이득 자동조절기의 기능은 유도 전동기의 속도제어 실험에 의해 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, an auto-tuning method for fuzzy controller based on the neural network is presented. The backpropagated error of neural emulator offers the path which reforms the fuzzy controller's membership functions and fuzzy rule, and used for speed control of induction motor. For the torque control method, an indirect vector control scheme with slip calculation is used because of its stable characteristics regardless of speed. Motor input current is regulated by a current controlled voltage source PWM inverter using space voltage vector technique. Also, the scheme of current control fuzzy controller is synchronous reference frame with decoupling term. DSP(TMS320C31) is used to achieve the high speed calculation of the space voltage vector PWM and to build the self-learning fuzz. control algorithm. An IPM is used to simplify hardware design.

  • This paper proposes a low-cost switched-mode rectifier (SMR) for a small-scale wind turbine with a permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) system. Also, a sensorless Fuzzy MPPT control is realized by the proposed system. In the PMSG system with the SMR, the synchronous impedance can be replaced as the input inductor of a boost converter. Moreover, the sensorless MPPT control using the Fuzzy technique is carried out by the duty-ratio regulation of the SMR. The relation between the generating power and the duty-ratio is ruled by the chain rule. The wind turbine model is implemented by the squirrel cage induction motor and generated the variable torque when the generator speed is varied. To verify the performance of the proposed system, simulation and experimental results are executed.

  • Light rail transit is classified to rubber-tired LRT, lear induction motor LRT, steel wheel LRT, monorail and tramway. LRT except for tramway are usually operated without driver and tramway are driven depending on driver's sight like usual car. LRT, which is one type of urban guided transit, shall be operated according to domestic "Operational Regulation for Urban Guided Transit" but existing regulation does not contain the safety related codes for driverless operation. In this paper, we investigate "IEC 62267 : Railway Application-Safety Requirements for Automated Urban Guided Transit" and compensate for existing operational regulation by referring to international standard and operational rule of commercial line.

  • This paper describes an application of artificial neural network to diagnose the defects of rotating machiner. Induction motor was used to the object of defect diagnosis. For defect diagnosis, the frequency spectrum of vibration was utilized. Learning method of applied neural network was back propagation. Neural network has following advantage; Once it has been learned, inference time is very short and it can provide a reasonable conclusion regardless of insufficient input data. So, this defect diagnosis system can be used superiorly to rule based expert system as quality inspection of rotating machinery in the shop.
