Graphic-programming 을 이용한 주축용 유도전동기의 토크감시시스템 개발 (Development of Torque Monitoring System of Induction Spindle Motor using Graphic-programming)

  • In vector control technique, stator currents of an induction motor are transformed to equivalent d-q currents in a reference frame consist of d and q axis, each of which is coincide with flux and torque direction respectively. Since the current in q-axis is related to the torque in a synchronously rotating frame, torque is estimated as a function of q-axis current and flux. In this paper, a method to estimate torque of an induction motor based on the measurement of 3-phase currents and rotating velocity of a rotor is presented. Graphic-programming is used to measure signals, to estimate the torque and to show the result in the form of user friendly graph in window environment. To stabilize the fluctuation of estimated torque caused from the small measurement error of the rotor velocity, the stator current is reconstructed in a program based on measured signals. The experimental results executed under the velocity of 500 rpm, 1500 rpm without load and 1500 rpm with load show that the proposed method estimates the torque very well.

  • The recent advancement in the power electronic technique has increased the use of induction motor fed by inverter using high-frequency switching devices. Also the tendency is toward larger size and higher voltage. Therefore, The IGBT (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor) that is high switching frequency element has been using increase. But, The switching surge voltage was occurred by high switching frequency of inverter has appeared a voltage doubling in the motor input terminal due to mismatching of cable characteristic impedance and motor characteristic impedance. Actually, The Switching surge voltage became the major cause to occur the insulation failure by serious voltage stress in the stator winding of induction motor. The short during rise time of switching surge and cable length is increased, the maximum transient voltage seen at the motor terminals increases. In this paper, Analyzed switching surge transient voltage of power cable pulling is used EMTP(Electromagnetic Transient Program) at the induction motor terminal and in cable.

  • The critical speed of a train running on the straight railway track is investigated by in-house program. The program is developed to find out nonlinear critical speed and it bases on the bifurcation theory. As a result, it is found that nonlinear critical speed exists on the lower speed band than linear critical speed and this fact imply a possibility of induction of a big accident.

  • 본 논문에서는 IGBT PWM 인버터 구동 유도전동기 고정자 권선에서의 스위칭 써지전압 분포특성을 분석하였다. 고정자 권선의 턴 및 코일간의 전압분포를 해석하기 위하여 케이블을 포함한 유도전동기의 등가모델을 제안하고, 유한요소법을 이용하여 고주파 파라메타를 산출하였다 또한, 유도전동기, IGBT PWM 인버터 및 케이블등에 대한 전체 시스템의 EMTP 시뮬레이션을 통하여 인버터 상승시간, 케이블 길이 및 스위칭 주파수 등의 영향에 따른 전압분포를 분석하였다. 380[V], 50[HP] 유도전동기 고정자 권선을 대상으로 한 전압분포 특성실험을 통하여 인버터용 전동기 설치 및 과전압 억제용 필터 설계시의 유용한 자료를 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 H-bridge cascaded 7-level 인버터로 구동되는 고압 유도전동기에서 발생하는 과도과전압 저감을 위한 LCR 필터의 효과를 분석하였다. 인버터에서 발생하는 스위칭 서지 전압은 유도전동기 입력단자에서 과도과전압을 발생시킨다. 이 과도과전압은 고압 유도 전동기의 고정자 권선에 심각한 전압스트레스를 주어 전동기 절연사고를 발생시키는 주요원인이다. 과도과전압의 영향은 저압유도 전동기 보다 고압 유도전동기에서 더욱더 심각하게 발생한다. 이러한 과도과전압을 저감하기 위한 방안으로 LCR 필터를 선택하였으며, 필터를 인버터 출력단자에 연결하여 과도과전압 스트레스와 링잉을 저감한 것을 전동기 단자에서 전압파형과 고조파 스펙트럼을 통하여 증명하였다. 시뮬레이션은 전자계과도해석 프로그램인 EMTP(Electromagnetic Transients Program)을 사용하였다.

고혈압환자의 자가간호증진을 위한 Slides / Tape 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (A Study on the Development and Effects of Slides / Tape Program for the Hypertensive Patients진 Self-Care)

  • The self-efficacy as the mediating variable to connect knowledge to behavior was Identified as the most powerful predictor that determines behavior. The purpose of this study was, first, to develop the slides /tape program based on the self-efficacy theory of Bandura(1977) second, to investigate that the Slides /Tape program would increase self-efficacy and self-care in patients with hypertension. The subjects for this study were 54 hypertensive outpatients and data collection was carried out from January 9, 1995 until March 18, 1995. The design of this study was one-group pretest and posttest design and the results are as follows 1) The slides /tape program was developed to based on performance accomplishment and vicarious experience which are induction modes of efficacy expectation. It composed of 80 slides and 20 minutes long tape. 2) The effectiveness of the slides /tape program “The self-efficacy score after giving the slides /tape program will be higher than one before giving the slides /tape program.” was supported (t=3.67, p=0.001). “The self-care score after giving the slides /tape program will be higher than one before giving the slides /tape program.” was supported(t=5.23. 000), 3) A significant difference was found between the self-care and sex. Also, the significant difference was found between the self-care and job. From these results, the slides /tape program is effective to increase the hypertensive patients' self-care.

Evidence for the association of peroxidases with the antioxidant effect of p-coumaric acid in endothelial cells exposed to high glucose plus arachidonic acid

  • Although many plant-derived phenolic compounds display antioxidant effects in biological systems, their mechanism of action remains controversial. In this study, the mechanism by which p-coumaric acid (p-CA) performs its antioxidant action was investigated in bovine aortic endothelial cells under oxidative stress due to high levels of glucose (HG) and arachidonic acid (AA), a free fatty acid. p-CA prevented lipid peroxidation and cell death due to HG+AA without affecting the production of reactive oxygen species. The antioxidant effect of p-CA was not decreased by buthionine-(S,R)-sulfoximine, an inhibitor of cellular GSH synthesis. In contrast, pretreatment with p-CA caused the induction of peroxidases that decomposed t-butyl hydroperoxide in a p-CA-dependent manner. Furthermore, the antioxidant effect of p-CA was significantly mitigated by methimazole, which was shown to inhibit the catalytic activity of 'p-CA peroxidases' in vitro. Therefore, it is suggested that the induction of these previously unidentified 'p-CA peroxidases' is responsible for the antioxidant effect of p-CA.
