Customers demands seeking the variety and individualization in the rapidly changed consumption environment with these changes in the distribution market expect the environment in the shops providing the degage and abundant lives and environmental change in the environment of sale providing abundant values in the life other than simple sale of goods. More effective marketing strategies are desperately required for corresponding to these customers demands. VMD is the consolidated visual plans for the emotional communication with customers through CI which is the visual element influencing customers visual environment, SI, interior and exterior designs, presentation of goods, advertising and marketing. This is the marketing strategy providing customers with joyful shopping space and enabling customers to get the information and characteristics of goods more effectively by means of visual elements in the comfortable environment of the shop and the main factor allowing the competitiveness differentiated from the competing companies. To achieve these goals, we herewith suggest the effective VMD Strategy and alterative by applying VMD as the consolidated marketing communication to the Lady's casual shop in the Hyundai department located in Gwangju after complementing problems found In the course of studying and analyzing the VMD Cases.

As our society has been moving from the industrial society towards the information society, individual consumers' unique needs which were concealed behind mass products and services have been revealing themselves. As for Internet businesses, they are requested to implement the 'individual marketing' which regards each consumer as a segment of market, while being pressured to meet consumers' needs at the level never accomplishable before. The purpose of this study was to review the gap between the progress of individualization and consumers' expectations on the Internet shopping malls centering around the apparel shopping malls - which are most obliged to satisfy the consumers who are extremely individualized - and thereupon, explore the directions for development of on-line shopping mall designs.

The adequacy of anticoagulation with heparin during cardiopulmonary bypass, and precise neutralization with protamine at the conclusion of cardiopulmonary bypass, were important. In sixty children undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass, ACT and heparin dose-response curve were studied. Total dose of heparin before bypass were 2.80$\pm$0.74 mg/kg and the amount of protamine administered after bypass were 3.0$\pm$1.23 mg/kg. So protamine: heparin ratio was 1.07: l.c After administration of protamine which dose is calculated with heparin dose-response curve, ACTs were returned to normal range[mean 114.8 $\pm$13 second]. The heparin sensitivity and its half-life do not have relationship with age, weight, height, surface area and urine amount during operation. And there are too much individual variations in heparin sensitivity and its half-life. So conventional heparin protocols can overestimate or underestimate the amount of heparin and protamine. Heparin dose-response curve makes it possible to maintain anticoagulation in a safe range during bypass with adequate amount of heparin individually. At the conclusion of bypass, this curve can be used to predict the precise amount of protamine amount of protamine needed for neutralization of the heparin. But heparin dose-response curve to be used clinically, further studies will be needed about relationship between ACT and heparin level in the high range, influence of hemodilution and hypothermia to ACT and discrepancy between true adequate amount of protamine and calculated amount by heparin dose-response curve.

The change into the knowledge based information society requires a transformation of educational paradigm. Accordingly, intelligent learning and distance education are attracting a fair amount of attention. To apply the instructional learning method in this field, we need to consider a individualization of learning, as it were, abstraction of fact and path through learning, which is based on learner's traits, this focus entails a argument for individualized reasoning strategy. Therefore, in this paper, we design a learner's cognitive union, which is based on X-Neuronet(eXtended Neuronet), represent learner's hierarchical knowledge is able to self-learn, and grows adaptive union by proprietor. Additionally, we propose a individualized reasoning strategy, which relies upon learner's cognitive union, and verify the validity.

One often thinks that those doing any activity on the Internet are likely to be addicted to it so that they tend to rather restrain the educational use of what the Internet can provide. However, the online edu-games deserve a good learning material which can not only provoke learners' interest but also draw out a smoother interaction between teachers and learners. Even the preliminary study on immersion verified that the Internet could work positively for the learners. Considering that online edu-games can be a useful tool for individual learning, more studies on immersion should be conducted focusing on the individualization in the future. This paper shows the differences among the components of learning immersion depending on the different individual cognitive styles in the online edu-games.

In Intellectual Subject the learning is applied individualization learning but In Computer Subject most teachers teach the curriculum with altogether lesson because of lack about understanding computer subject and the great gap of student's beforehand. The purpose of this paper is to suggest Customized Educational Program to help teachers apply in the classroom and to analyze the effect of educational using Personalized Learning model on the improvement of student's learning attitude and self-directed learning ability. For this study, after the Personalized Learning model class, measured learning attitude, student's class satisfaction and the expanding of self-directed learning ability by the self-assessment reports, a product, teacher's evaluation.

Formative evaluation is an evaluation activity performed in the process of teaching and learning. The general purpose of formative evaluation is to provide the feedback and correct identified problems in the process of teaching and learning. In this paper, we propose a system which provides each student with individualized feedback in formative evaluation. The evaluation questionnaire in the system are produced on the basis of the section criteria such as knowledge, comprehension, and application. The evaluation result is categorized and evaluated according to the given criteria. Then different feedback is provided for each student advising where he or she should make up for weak areas. Moreover our system offers instructors the itemized correct answer ratio data as well as sets of individualized feedback delivered to students. It gives an additional benefit to ensure the improvement of teaching methods.

The traditional intelligent teachable system has mainly focused on knowledge and cognition. It has overlooked motivational aspects of learners. Motivation is an important factor in learning making learners to have interests in a given task and persist it. Although the systems include cognitive as well as motivational factors, the effects of ITS on interest are not equivalent depending on individual characteristics. This study is to investigate how influence learners' response patterns to their interests and also examined effects of individual characteristics on interest in teachable agent (TA). In this experiment, we used KORI which is a new type of ITS that learner teach computer agent based on the instructional method of learning by teaching'. In the beginning of experiments, metacognition, achievement goal orientation and self-efficacy were measured as individual characteristics. Then, participants were asked to use KORI at home during 10 days. After using KORI the level of interest were measured. The result showed that metacognition was positively related with interest, whereas performance goal orientation and mastery goal orientation were negatively related to interest. It suggests t hat different individual characteristics should be considered to promote learners' intrinsic motivation in TA.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is characterized by a not entirely reversible limitation in the airflow. An airflow limitation is progressive and associated with an abnormal inflammatory response of the lung to gases and harmful particles. In COPD, the weight loss is commonly observed and there is a negative impact on the respiratory as well as skeletal muscle function. The pathophysiological mechanisms that result in weight loss in COPD are not fully understood. However, the mechanisms of weight loss in COPD may be the result of an increased energy expenditure unbalanced by an adequate dietary intake. The commonly occurring weight loss and muscle wasting in COPD patients adversely affect the respiratory and peripheral muscle function, the exercise capacity, the health status, and even the survival rates. Therefore, it is very valuable to include management strategies that the increase energy balance in order to increase the weight and fat free mass. A Better understanding of the molecular and cellular pathological mechanisms of COPD can improve the many new directions for both the basic and clinical investigations. The Nutritional supply is an important components of a multidisciplinary pulmonary rehabilitation program. Future studies combining an exercise program, the role of anabolic steroids, nutritional individualization, a more targeted nutritional therapy, and the development of new drugs including anti-cytokines is needed for the effective management of COPD.

This thesis, drastically breaking from the prior form of art, searched mutual relationship between surrealism centering around surrealism which tried to liberate the spirit of humanbeing by investigating internal world of the humanbeing. That is to say, it is the purpose of this thesis to study the relationship between artistic trend and costume by grasping how the artistic trend of an age was specifically accepted and expressed to the modern costume as the foundation of fashion. Followings are the searched results for searching mutual relationship of the surrealism and modern costume. At first, surrealism made it possible from modern costume to an expression of formative art, and at the same time emerge from existed uniform costume, and thus presented new possibility to the harmony of costume and art with fresh and avant-garde sense. Second, by being applied the expressing method of depaysement which could materialize surrealistic image to the modern costume from various angels, and thus it suggested new aesthetic conception different from general conception of the traditional costume. Third, with regard to modern costume, introduction of various object due to thought of surrealism was a new and innovative attempt, and thus it suggested infinitive possibility of creation. So, it suggested that we could thrown away a fixed idea and that every objects could be moulded. As the result of the afore-said, wide application of the idea and formative feature of surrealism with regard to modern costume did not only ring the diversification and individualization of the costume escaped from the past traditional idea, but also at the same time prepared modern costume with the moment to develop as a formative arts.
