  • In this study, We are developed learner traits analysis and profile management software modules to develop learnable courseware fits to learner's individual traits in cyber learning system. We specified learner's personal information, performance information, preference information and portfolio information as learner's traits variables in this study, these four types of information are managed in learner profile management DB based on elaborate analysis to learner's traits. And we consists of curriculum sequencing module using high and low level sequencing technology, these are used in organizing learning contents sequencing with learning topic and specific learning task. The advice algorithm module developed based on adaptive navigational support and rule based technology. This Result of Research are able to be used for develop learnable courseware fits to learner's individual traits in cyber learning systems.

  • The purpose of this study is to conduct a theoretical and empirical study to identify the appropriate organizational culture for the activation of CRM. The contents of this study are consisted of two parts: First, using the organizational learning theory originated in the organizational behavior area this study proposed which culture related factors are indispensable for the activation of CRM. Second, the propositions in the first part were confirmed by analyzing the survey data from the CRM practitioners in Korean companies. Conclusively the results show the follows: First, for the activation of CRM not only the individual learning(including team learning) but also the enterprise-wide sharing of the information is the crucial element. Second, for the activation of the individual learning, the enterprise-wide participation, the active experimental trials based on the empowerment, and the facilitative leadership of top management must be encouraged. Third, for the activation of the information sharing the active communication among the departments and the possession of organizational memory must be realized.

A Study of Teaching-Learning Practices in Education Center for the Talented in Invention (발명 영재 교육기관의 교수-학습 실태 분석)

  • This study tried to look into what are happening in the 'class for the talented in invention' using COS-R developed by VanTassel-Baska. Teaching and learning activities within the classroom were observed and analyzed in terms of teacher's observation and teacher's observation, respectively. Based on results of this study, conclusions are as follows. First, it was founded that there are some commonalities between teacher observations and student observations. Based on teacher observations, differentiated teaching activities considering individual characteristics are rarely observed, and for students, it was true. Therefore, supplying a special training program for teachers are needed in order to make teachers and students engage in changing their teaching and learning behaviors. Second, on the side of teachers, they usually emphasize the importance of curriculum planning and implementation, problem solving, creative thinking et al. However, they barely stress the characteristics of research methods, critical thinking, and considering individual characteristics and the level of intellectual ability. Third, on the side of students, they frequently respond to solving problems and critical thinking at the same degree. On the other hand, systemic efforts of considering individual differences and adapting to them have been less regarded in both teaching and learning. In sum, for the successful 'Invention gifted classroom', establishing an educational environment to consider individually guided instruction and taking a balance among various factors embedded in teaching and learning situation should be required.

  • National technical qualifications to enhance an individual's vocational skills, the competitiveness of companies and countries have an important function to improve. Especially 'qualifications' will have a signal function to show objectively measure an individual's ability with the 'Education' The "knowledge necessary for the performance of their duties. Technology will gain knowledge about such assessment or recognition is based on certain criteria and procedures." Learning to qualify are being made through a smart learning a lot. Due to the revolution of the Internet in recent years with the development of information and communication technologies are entering into a knowledge society, the importance of information and knowledge. This contemporary smart learning education system is continuing to rapidly growing in pace with the changing time and space constraints, without teaching and learning is taking place. The purpose of this study is the ARCS motivation theory can determine a representative theory of human motivation factors and basic psychological needs dealing with the human nature of the psychological needs Interactivity and immersive learning, and to validate the empirical causality Affecting the continued use of smart learning through fun. Specifically, attention, relevance, confidence in the ARCS motivation, see their effect on the learning flow through the satisfaction we analyze empirically. Through this national technical qualifications smart learner's learning by supporting the implicit synchronization of students in learning are the degree of continued use. Therefore, to achieve the objectives of national technical qualifications and skills through a smart learning can contribute to the activation of the development and certification of course industry.

Research on the development of an AI-based customized learning support model : Focusing on the university class environment (인공지능 기반 맞춤형 학습 지원 모형 개발 연구 : 대학교 수업 환경을 중심으로)

  • Research Purpose : Based on artificial intelligence, this study considers learners' characteristics, learning content, and individual learning, and analyzes the collected learning data to develop a model that supports customized learning for individual learners. Research content and method : In order to achieve the research purpose, the literature was analyzed to investigate the structure of customized learning support, learning data analysis, and learning activities, and based on the investigated data, the area and detailed components of the customized learning support model were derived. did. A draft model was constructed through literature analysis, and the first expert Delphi survey was conducted on the draft model with five experts. The model was revised by reflecting the results of the first Delphi, and the validity of the revised model was verified through the second expert Delphi. The model was elaborated through expert Delphi, and the final model was constructed through this. Conclusion and Recommendation : Through research, customized learning support area, class management system area, and learning analysis data area were formed, and detailed elements were derived for each area. The results of this study provide basic data that can be used as a reference for constructing a customized learning support system based on artificial intelligence, taking into account the university's class environment.

  • Previous studies have focused on individual and organizational learning. Amid an increasingly complex business environment, a team system designed to improve flexibility and adaptability constitutes the most basic part of an organization. Still, team learning has rarely been discussed. In addition, team learning behavior, despite being an important part of a team process, is often mentioned as a team-level outcome variable. Given that team learning behavior involves constant changes in thinking and behavior, a shared belief among team members is needed in order to positively influence innovative performance of a team. In spite of that, there has been only limited discussion of it. Besides, few domestic studies have dealt with R&D teams that can clearly demonstrate team learning behavior and team innovative performance. This study is an empirical analysis of the impact of team efficacy on team innovative performance and the mediating role of team learning behavior based on materials collected from team leaders and their immediate subordinates in 268 R&D teams. The analysis showed that team learning behavior actually has a positive effect on team innovative performance. Team efficacy also turned out to have a positive influence on team learning behavior. Lastly, the study found that team learning behavior played a mediating role in the relationship between team efficacy and team innovative performance. Based on those results, the study has identified implications and suggested directions for future research.

Comparison of Learning Satisfaction, Critical Thinking Disposition, Learning Attitude and Motivation between PBL and SBL Groups (문제중심학습(Problem Based Learning)과 주제중심학습(Subjective Based Learning) 간의 학습만족도, 비판적 사고성향, 학습태도 및 동기에 대한 비교 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze learning satisfaction, critical thinking disposition, learning attitude and motivation between Problem Based Learning and Subjective Based Learning. Method: The research was performed between September and December, 2005 and 2006, including the development of PBL packages and their application. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 13.0. An independent t-test, $X^2$-test, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient were performed to compare the two groups on each of the measures. Result: There were no statistically significant differences among participants in the two groups according to general characteristics. However, The PBL group scored significantly higher on learning satisfaction, critical thinking disposition, learning attitude and motivation. Conclusion: This study contributes to our understanding of student outcomes of the PBL approach compared to the SBL approach. PBL needs to be extended over individual nursing courses for the unification of related courses and a curriculum.

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to develop a problem-based learning model for orthopedic manual physical therapy. A problem-based learning (PBL) model for orthopedic manual physical therapy developed from PBL module of Jeju C university (Halla-Newcastle PBL Center). A summary of this study is as follows: 1) PBL model is comprised of a class of 30 students, operated small group as of 4~5 students. 2) PBL is suggested a scenario of clinical case, induced variety reaction through group discussion and presentation. 3) PBL is occurred wide variety learning through group work activity and self-directed learning. 4) The tutor as a facilitator is played a guide for group discussion, work activity and team learning. 5) The evaluation for PBL is performed such as student self-evaluation, group activity evaluation, individual presentation, and practice. This model is considered wide variety learning through team learning and self-directed learning by clinical reasoning and problem solving for musculoskeletal clinical case. We suggest problem based learning for the education of orthopedic manual physical therapy in which the learners are very interested in and has the effective outcome.

  • Motivation for learning is important for positive learning outcomes as well as for measured achievement levels. When students come to our classes, they bring with them learning histories in which we as individual teachers, most likely, did not have an input. Our students do not only bring with them different levels of prerequisite leanings but also different levels of affect for what they will be learning. If we leave their final learning at the mercy of these entry characteristics, a test given the first day before the course will have almost isomorphic results with their achievement levels on the last day. The ones who had 'it' on the first day will be the ones who in the future will also have 'it', not too different from what the present situation is all over the world. These circumstances will tend to be the case ad infinitum, unless of course, we want to change the situation. This research clearly shows that effective instructional methodologies coupled with cooperative peer interactions not only have an impact on achievement but also on positive attitudes toward one's learning.

  • This research paper describes a complex and vague settings in which organization makes a decision and explains a role of decision maker's learning process. The original paper, written by Cohen, March, Olsen in 1972, said that all members of organization depended on the technology taken through trials and errors, which is the 'learning' process literally. But they intended to exclude the learning process in their simulation model because their PORTRAN model couldn't replicate the learning concept. As a result, they couldn't explain how all agents of garbage can simulation model resolve the problem dynamically. To overcome this original paper's limitations, we try to rebuild a learning process simulation model using by system dynamics approach that can capture the linkage between organization leanings and agents-based decision-makings. Our learning simulation results reveal two points. First, decision maker's leanings process improves the efficiency of decision making in complex situation. Second, group learning shows a superior efficiency to an individual learning because group members share organizational memory and energy.
