subway has became citizen's feet which can transport over 24 million people since the era of high oil price started. Because the request of passengers for more comfortable thermal comfort is drastically increasing, the importance of comfortable environment in the passenger car is more stressed. This paper suggests an indicator whether railroad car is fitted with suitable cooling and heating equipment by applying the international climatic testing method, UIC 553, 553-1. Specified ambient temperature, humidity, solar irradiation condition, as well as extreme outside condition, can be achieved by using an environmental chamber. The change temperature and humidity in the passenger space can be monitored to judge if the passenger room is nicely air-conditioned.

Noise map is a presentation of existing data or predicted noise situation in terms of noise indicator. However, it has shortcoming for assessing the number of people exposed, or the number of dwellings affected to any relevant limit values of noise level in certain areas. In this study, so called over-ride value noise mapping is proposed to make up for the shortcoming by using over-ride function of object-oriented programming and it is to show the guard of the area where it is satisfied the standard of option, or it is not satisfactory. Over-ride value noisemap data is combined with topography layer, population and house statistics, and GIS space statistical analysis. The over-ride value noise mapping can also he applied to make the road traffic noisemap, the railroad noisemap, the aircraft noisemap, and the industrial site noisemap This can express noise damage information more exactly.

Formation which is an indicator of nonuniformity in fiber distribution is concerned with small scale variation in roughness, optical properties, print density, and so on. This study evaluated the formation of sheets which were made usning handsheet former and paper-machine with hydraulic headbox. Optical method and ${\beta}-ray$ method were used for formation test. The fiber type, freeness and basis weight of sheet were considered as variables. The formation of handsheet was affected by fiber type and freeness, and floe size distribution was influenced by basis weight. For machine made sheet, its formation seemed to be dependent on the hydraulic forces in headbox and former. When two formation test methods were compared, there was the highest relationship between optical formation index and normalized standard deviation from ${\beta}-ray$ method.

Purpose - The study on the consumption structure of urban residents can help us to understand demand law and to grasp the changing consumption trend of people. Consumption structure is an important indicator reflecting the people's living standard. It is of realistic significance to study urban consumption structure. Research data and methodology - This study is carried out with data connected with urban residents from Shandong Statistical Yearbook for the period 2000-2010 analyzing eight commodity groups. The almost ideal demand system (AIDS) is one of the important models related to consumption structure. Results - This paper shows that firstly gives a brief introduction to AIDS. Then it makes an empirical analysis on the urban residents' consumption structure in Shandong province, China on the basis of AIDS model. Conclusions - the authorities are supposed to control the prices of HC, Foodstuff and Housing and encourage the consumption of HC, Housing, EE accordingly. At the same time, local government should increase the supply of goods connected with housing, HA, HC, and EE so as to attract more consumption from the urban residents in Shandong.

pKi values and sensitivity of acid-base indicators in the mixed solvent systems of water-alcohols and water-acetone at differential pH and in concentration media were determined by spectrophotometric method. When the concentration of the organic solvents were increased, the pKi values of sulfophthalein indicators, thymol blue and bromcresol purple, became larger whereas those of an axo indicator, methyl yellow, became smaller nad the pH values of the equivalent points of acids became smaller and the pH values of the equivalent points of acids became higher than those in the aqueous solution. potassium bicarbonate, a standard compound used in the organic solvent systems without a prerequisite procedure of expelling carbon dioxide by boiling.

In order to dermine the degree of contamination for the Ilgok landfill site, stream water, groundwater and stream sediment samples were collected in 1998 and 1999, and analyzed for physico-chemical properties. The stream water contains significanr concentrations of TDS $HCO_3^-$and $NO_3^-$, and ground-water is polluted by $NO_3^-$ up to the drinking water standard from landfill leachate. From the point of the horizontal movement of elements, stream water IL-2 at the conjunction point with landfill leachate reached the most high concentrations of $HCO_3^-,Cl^-,Na^+, K^+, NO_3^-,Mg{^2+}$ and $SO_4^{2-}$stream water Il-3 shows the high concentrations of $Ca^{2+}, Pb^{2+}$ and $Mg^{2+}$. The optimum contamination indicator of Ilgok landfill site is $HCO_3^-, C^l-, Na^+, Mn^{2+}$ and TDS from the calculation of contamination factor.

Generally, the quality of satellite images is expressed by GSD (Ground Sample Distance), MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) and SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio). However, these factors are technology-oriented and do not explain interpretability of satellite images. We need a standardized index which shows standard of interpretability. In this study, we estimated NIIRS (National Imagery Interpretability Rating Scale) through the GIQE (General Image Quality Equation) which is able to judge image interpretability with the standardized index. Traditionally, NIIRS has been determined manually by specialized image analysts. We used the GIQE in order to reduce inefficiency and high costs cause by manual interpretation and to produce accurate NIIRS. For monitoring image degradation, we estimated GIQE physical parameters from image analysis and carried out time series analysis about the quality of the KOMPSAT-1 images. On all of the tests, we were able to identify the image degradation due to the changing time. This indicates that NIIRS derived from GIQE will be used for image degradation indicator.

기업의 웹사이트는 기업의 환경 변화를 주도하는 관문으로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 현재 기업의 웹사이트 평가지표에 대한 연구는 진행되지 않고 연구의 대부분이 웹사이트의 외형적인 측면들을 평가하고 있다. 특히 e-Biz 측면에서 전자상거래 주체인 B2B(Business to Business) 웹사이트에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어 지지 않고 있어, 기업 관점의 웹사이트 평가와 B2B 웹사이트에 대한 평가지표 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 평가지표 KPI(Key Performance Indicator)를 도출하고, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법으로 웹사이트 평가 연구를 통하여 평가지표를 추출한 후 B2B에 적용함으로써 각 지표들의 중요도 및 가중치의 차이를 살펴본다. 이를 통해 기업과 기업간에 전자상거래 규모의 확대에 따른 의사결정과 B2B 웹사이트를 보다 쉽게 설계 할 수 있는 명확한 기준을 제시하였다.

The present study was conducted to investigate the biochemical and cultural characteristics of Escherichia coli isolates from clinically affected chickens during the period from May 1988 to June 1989. A total of 82 E coli cultures were isolated from lesions of 75 chickens with colisepticemia. Biochemical properties of E coli isolates tested were in accordance with the general classification standard; all the isolates showed positive reaction in Catalase, Indol, and Methyl-Red tests, but negative reaction in Oxidase, Urease, $V{\ddot{o}ges$-Proskauer, Citrate utility, $H_2S$, Phenylalanine diaminase, and malonate tests. And the carbohydrate fermentation rates of them were shown to be variable. of the 82 isolates, 48(58.5%) cultures produced colicin to inhibit the indicator strain of E coli.
