The pursuit of efficiency is taken for granted in today's public administration, and the limit of this study exists in the point that we should carefully deal with combining the redundancy scheme to the public administration. Accordingly, although this study should suggest the specific plans and backgrounds of the needs for the redundancy, it will only find out the applicability of the redundancy to the public administration for its purpose. Redundancy means the excess or superfluity in something, which means the surplusage status ranging from the wasteful and excessive supplies, insignificant additions, to the surplusage in a legal pleading. The emphasis of this study is placed on the changes in the rigidity in believing that the removal of the redundancy from the public administration is the best option in any case of the efficiency. In addition, the necessity of the overlapped organization should not be neglected by the concept of the efficiency. Indeed, it is necessary to correct the overlapped function of superfluity and ambiguity public administration, in order to remove the neglect conflicts between the organizations, to guarantee the inconsistency in the public administration and to ensure the efficiency in the public administration volunteering.

Website design (due to increased online retailing) has received more attention as a way to influence consumer responses (Eroglu et al., 2001, 2003; Kim et al., 2009; Kim & Lennon, 2008; Yoo et al., 2010); however, the website design of multichannel retailers has not been examined from the perspective of the consistency of online store image with the brand image. This study examines the effect of brand image consistency (especially through the website) on consumer attitude and patronage intentions. The findings of this research will add to the growing body of literature on multichannel retailing and provide practical information for online retailers in the development of a website for their online business.

Density Probability Distribution Functions (PDFs) are a classic statistical way to study properties of Interstellar Medium (ISM) turbulence. In our three-dimensional MHD simulations, density PDFs of the position-position velocity (PPV) spaces are close to a log-normal distribution. the PDF widths depend on the plasma parameters such as magnetic strength and sonic Mach number. Futhermore, we compare these simulations results to Galactic molecular clouds observed by Jackson et. al (2006). By fitting of the velocity dispersion in the spectral line observation, volume density PDFs of the defined molecular clouds indicate that the sound speeds of the turbulences seem to have a few times larger than the simulation results. In order to understand the inconsistency with general characteristics of turbulence, we consider other simulations inducing the turbulent flow randomly at small driving scales. We find that the density PDF width decreases at more smaller driving scale. Finally, the simulations suggest that sources of ISM turbulence in Galactic molecular clouds can be important on small scales.

This paper describes an effective knowledge acquisition method in the fault diagnosis expert system for the electronic switching system TDX-1A. The knowledge acquisition procedure consists of the knowledge collection, the fault diagnosis modeling and the knowledge representation. Furthermore, to improve the performance of the knowledge bases with rule and frame representation, we showed the knowledge base checking methodlogy by using redundancy and inconsistency check algorithm.

The adoption of expert systems mainly as operator supporting systems is becoming increasingly popular as the control algorithms of system become more and more sophisticated and complicated. The verification phase of knowledge base is an important part for developing reliable expert systems, especially in nuclear industry. Although several strategies or tools have been developed to perform potential error checking, they often neglect the reliability of verification methods. Because a Petri net provides a uniform mathematical formalization of knowledge base, it has been employed for knowledge base verification. In this work, we devise and suggest an automated tool, called COKEP(Checker Of Knowledge base using Extended Petri net), for detecting incorrectness, inconsistency, and incompletensess in a knowledge base. The scope of the verification problem is expanded to chained errors, unlike previous studies that assume error incidence to be limited to rule pairs only. In addition, we consider certainty factor in checking, because most of knowledge bases have certainty factors.

CASE도구의 일부로 제공되는 기존의 문서화 도구들은 개발자들을 위한 편리한 기능을 제공했지만, 문서화 참여자들 사이의 협동작업 및 정보교환을 효과적으로 지원해 주지 못했다. 협동작업 환경 및 정보교환 도구 지원의 미비로 인한 문서화 참여자들 사이의 의사소통 부족은 문서 사이의 불일치(Inconsistency), 누락(Incompleteness), 애매모호함(Ambiguity)을 발생시킨다. 소프트웨어 문서가 사용자 및 개발자를 위한 중요한 자료로 활용되기 위해서 협동 문서화 작업 환경의 구축과 정보 교환 도구의 지원은 필수적인 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 문서 상태와 사건을 중심으로 한 문서화 프로세스를 정의하고 문서 변경이나 삭제가 발생했을 경우, 이를 탐지하여 자동으로 개발자들에게 메시지를 보내주는 메시지 에이전트(Message Agent) 기반의 협동 문서화 작업 환경을 제안한다. 협동 문서화 작업 환경은 여러 명의 문서화 참여자들이 서로의 문서를 공유하며 작업할 수 있는 환경을 제공하며, 메시지 에이전트를 통한 메시지의 자동 전송으로 문서화 도중에 개발자가 직접 메시지를 작성하던 번거로움을 줄이고 문서의 질적인 향상을 기할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Recently, a matter of the highest priority that the company must do for the satisfaction of customer service is that the company ensure the competitive power throughout the strategic cooperation in the market environment changing rapidly In this situation, one of allied strategies is the supply chain management and the outsourcing is one of the supply chain management strategies. In this paper, the inventory sharing system is introduced as the method to solve two inconsistency problem such as inventory and customer service. This paper also suggests how to increase customer service and to decrease inventory throughout construction of the inventory sharing system among outsourcing companies. For this, we experimented the effect of the inventory sharing system on the supply chain dynamics by using the simulation modeling and analyzed the validity about construction of the inventory sharing system presented in this study. The simulation is designed by Vensim(Process simulation package) and has some feedback loops.

용도지역은 농업적 측면에서 토지이용의 규제와 촉진 등을 위한 것으로써 해당토지소유자의 재산권과 직결되므로 정확하고 체계적으로 관리되어야 한다. 그러나 시군구에서 관할하는 용도지역은 소축척의 지형도 기반이나 개별적으로 종이도면에 관리하여 관련 용도지역간에 서로 유기적이지 못해 관련 용도지역의 공통경계선 불일치로 논리적인 불부합 자료가 발생하는 등 많은 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 농지종합정보화사업애서 구축하는 농업진흥지역도의 각종 용도지역간에 불부합지역을 추출하고 그 원인을 분석함으로서 불부합지역 정비방안을 작성하고 재발하지 않도록 기준 및 지침수립을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 용도지역 자료간 불부합으로 인해 각 지자체에서 발생하고 있는 민원문제를 해소하고, 종합적이고 정확한 현황파악과 함께 보다 과학적이고 종체계 토지이용계획을 수립할 수 있는 기반을 조성할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Surface dry condition examination method on the KS F 2504(Testing method for specific gravity and absorption of fine aggregate) has dim detail prescriptions which can cause different ways of understanding based on one's convinence, not on correct means of rule. So we investigate the problems about the inconsistency on decisioing surface dry condition at management examination in the lab and scene. In conclusion, free-falling method is easier and faster than self-weight method. And we also found that the most important face on decisioning surface dry is compacting factor of tamping rod.

The dependence of sulfur redox behavior and its diffusivity on temperature and composition was studied in mixed alkali silicate melts by means of square wave voltammetry (SWV) at different frequencies in a temperature range of $1000^{\circ}C$ to $1400^{\circ}C$. The voltammograms showed two reduction peaks at high frequency but only one peak at low frequency. Irrespective of $K_2O/(Na_2O+K_2O)$, each peak potential due to reduction of $S^{6+}$ to $S^{4+}$ and $S^{4+}$ to $S^0$ moved toward a negative direction with temperature decrease, and the peak current showed a strong dependence on frequency at a constant temperature. However, the compositional dependence of the peak potential showed an inconsistent behavior with an increase of $K_2O$. The mixed alkali effect was not observed in sulfur diffusion. This inconsistency of both peak potential and diffusion for compositional dependence may be derived from the strong volatilization of sulfur in melts.
