무기체계 연구개발시 지체상금 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Criteria for Calculating Compensation of Deferment of Defense Acquisition Projects)

  • 본 연구는 장기계약에 관해 국내에서 유일하게 다루고 있는 방위사업법과 국가계약법의 주요 특징을 비교하고, 무기체계획득시 연구개발 사업에 대한 개선방안을 도출 하였다. 무기체계 연구개발 사업에 기성제도를 적용할 경우에는 당사자간의 분쟁을 예방할 수 있고, 원활한 파트너십을 통해 안정적인 개발환경을 조성할 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 적용하게 되면 지체상금 부과로 인한 분쟁 대응에 소요되는 행정력 낭비와 업체측의 결과예측곤란으로 인한 영업활동의 제한 등 직간접 손실을 경감시킬 수 있고, 나아가서 우리 방산기업의 성장을 통해 국제적 경쟁력을 갖추는 것은 물론 국가의 안보를 지원하는 양질의 무기체계를 적기에 조달할 수 있을 것이다.

봉약침요법으로 치료한 요추부 척수강내 낭종 1례에 대한 증례보고 (Case Report of spinal meningeal cyst patient treated with by bee venom therapy)

  • Objective : Spinal meningeal cysts can be the cause of the low back pain and sciatica. We tried to manage the low back pain and sciatica caused by other disease besides intervertebral disc herniation. Methods : We treated the patient who diagnosed as spinal meningeal cyst and hospitalized. And we investigate the progress of physical condition, VAS, modified VAS, PRS by treatment and MRI before and after treatment. Results : There was remarkable improvement in condition of the patient who has spinal meningeal cyst after bee venom therapy. We found the size of cyst decreased in MRI and also progress in VAS modified VAS PRS physical view improved. Conclusions : We think that the result of this case can be a pilot study that proves the effect of bee venom therapy the low back pain and sciatica caused by variable disease.

  • A study on control of BLDC Is studying In progress, because of radical increase of survo motor at industrial machine and home machine. Nowaday, we study on control of BLDC, because of radical increase of survo motor at Industry and home. Although control ratio and output of the unit volume are good than the others , BLDC motor demands high cost. Therefor, the study on low cost BLDC have square wave back-emf is studing in progress. Therefor, BLDC Motor was studied to reduce high cost that have square wave back-emf at recently. This paper shows that BLDC Motor, developed highly responsility by using Genetic Algorithm(GA) that the advantages of learning ability, Also, this paper shows experiment and simulation at 200W BLDC that have squarewave back-emf by using Genetic Algorithm. At the result of this methods, the study prove experiment's right.

맘퀴스트 생산성지수를 이용한 수산물 가공식품 도매업의 생산성 분석에 관한 연구 (Productivity Analysis in Fisheries Processed Wholesale Products Using Malmquist Productivity Index)

  • This paper estimates changes in the total factor productivity and technical efficiency change index and the technical change index using the Malmquist productivity index (MPI) in fishery-processed wholesale products over the time period spanning 2006-2008. The model considers a number of employees and operating costs as input factors, and sales and EBIT (earnings before tax and interest) as output factors. The results demonstrate that, between 2006 and 2007, there has generally been no technical progress, although a small improvement in productivity was detected in the sales scale of 10 billion won-50 billion won. Between 2007 and 2008, there was technical progress in the majority of DMU, except within the range of 20 million won-10 billion won. Wilcoxon's rank-sum test, however, demonstrates no statistically significant differences in productivity between the two periods.

고대 도금 제작 기술에 관한 연구-수은 아말감 도금법을 중심으로 (A study on the production techniques of ancient gilding-Focus on the mercury amalgam gilding)

  • This study is to disclose the gilding technique and distinctive features of using surface improvement technique in ancient gilt. There are many kinds of the ancient gilding technique so this thesis mainly focused on mercury amalgam gilding. Gilding technique can be largely divided into two branches – the cladding and amalgam method - in ancient periods. The researches have been carried out on two parts; the first is to find the making progress of amalgam on all sort of the gilding materials and the second is to show features of the gilded layer among basic metals. As a result of this experiment, to achieve good quality of amalgam, suitable particle size of the gilding material should be needed and the heating, a primary factor, has an effect on amalgam to be formed. Aspecial features of amalgam gilding, according to changing the basicmetal, would be influenced by chemical attraction for the mercury, condition of the surface and some other factors. A platers abilities and the making progress of amalgam would be influenced by a uniform and good gilding layer. In conclusion, it should be profoundly studied and investigated on the ancient gilding techniques and gold-gilt relics.

A comparative Analysis and Trends of Top Countries for Medical Tourism Industry to Enhance its Activation in South Korea

  • Since its inception in 2009, medical tourism in South Korea has continued to progress. Reaching its peak in 2019, the industry experienced a sharp decline in inbound patients after the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 due to international border closures and a surge in patient numbers. However, from 2021 onwards, there has been a gradual increase in inbound patients. The purpose of this study was to classify the top 12 countries based on the number of actual patients entering the country from 2014 to 2022, using statistics from the Korea Health Industry Development Institute. It also analyzed the changes in the number of foreign patients visiting Korea and the evolving proportion of actual patients compared to short-term visa arrivals on a yearly basis. Through this content, we aim to examine the trends on a country-by-country basis and identify the direction in which the future of South Korean medical tourism should progress. By focusing on healthcare, we intend to pinpoint areas that require attention and improvement, as well as highlight any existing issues. Through modifications and enhancements based on these considerations, we aspire to attract a significant number of foreign patients, thereby promoting South Korea's medical technology on a global scale.

인공위성 강우모니터링: 최근 동향 및 활용 방안 (Satellite Rainfall Monitoring: Recent Progress and Its Potential Applicability)

  • 결론적으로 위성에 의한 강우관측은 지금은 지구의 거의 대부분 지역에서 관측 및 모니터링과 더불어 강우를 이해하는 능력에 커다란 기여를 하고 있다. 특히 1997년 11월 TRMM의 등장으로 강우의 연직분포 및 정량적 관측이 이루어지므로서 국내에서도 위성강우의 활용연구가 급진전할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 위성강우자료를 이용한 농업 및 수자원분야에서의 연구도 기대된다. 위성강우자료를 농업/수자원 분야에 적용하기 위해서는 먼저 자료간의 결합시에 발생되는 규모(scale)와 해상도(resolution) 문제를 다루는 평가연구가 요구된다. 규모문제는 주어진 연구에 가장 적절한 구역의 개수에 대한 불확실성 때문에 발생되며, 해상도 문제는 해당자료를 저해상으로 결합하여 분석하게 되면 기대치 이상의 정보손실을 야기시키기 때문이다. 이와 같은 의문점이 어느 정도 구명된다면 위성강우자료를 이용한 연계연구는 무궁무진하다고 말할 수 있다. 예를 들면 농업분야에서는 위성강우에 의한 격자기반(grid-based)의 토양수분 및 지하수위 변화, 농경지 침수지역 예측 등에, 수자원분야에서는 공간강우-유출해석에 의한 홍수예 · 경보시스템의 향상, 도시지역 홍수범람지역의 예측 등에 활용할 수 있다.

PLVA 방법을 활용한 PR Stripper의 성능 향상과 HDI-PR 표면의 내력 변화 연구 (Improvement of PR Stripper Efficient and Change of Surface Hardness for HDI-PR Used by PLVA Method)

  • 반도체 공정에서 가장 많은 시간과 비용을 차지하는 공정 중 하나는 Photoresist strip 공정이다. 따라서 보다 빠르게 PR의 strip 공정을 단축하기 위한 연구가 계속 진행중에 있다. 하지만 기존 사용중인 strip용액을 대체하기 위한 물질을 찾는 것은 많은 비용을 수반한다. 본 연구에서는 PR의 strip 시간을 최대한 단축시키고 PR strip 잔여물의 빠른 제거를 위하여 기존 공정에서 사용 중인 strip 약액을 플라즈마에 의하여 활성화하는 방법(Plasma Liquid-Vapor Activation: PLVA)으로 PR strip 시간을 최대한 줄이는 방법에 대한 연구를 진행하였으며, 활성화된 strip용액이 더욱 빠른 strip율 성능을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 PR strip에서 이온에 의한 영향을 받은 HDI-PR (high dose implanted photoresist)은 기존 strip용액으로 제거가 불가능하였다. 하지만 본 연구에서 제시한 PLVA 방법으로 활성화된 용액에서는 그 가능성을 확인하였고, 이러한 PLVA방법에 대한 물리적 연구를 위하여 HDI-PR 표면 내력의 변화를 측정하였다. 그 결과 PLVA 처리 전 후 HDI-PR의 표면 내력에 큰 변화를 확인하였다.

Physiology, genomics and molecular approaches for lmproving abiotic stress tolerance in rice and impacts on poor farmers

  • Unfavorable weather and soil conditions reduce rice yield and land and water productivity, aggravating existing encounters of poverty and food insecurity. These conditions are foreseen to worsen with climate change and with the unceasing irrational human practices that progressively debilitate productivity despite global appeals for more food. Our understanding of plant responses to abiotic stresses is advancing and is complex, involving numerous critical processes - each controlled by several genetic factors. Knowledge of the physiological and molecular mechanisms involved in signaling, response and adaptation, and in some cases the genes involved, is advancing. Moreover, the genetic diversity being unveiled within cultivated rice and its wild relatives is providing ample resources for trait and gene discovery, and this is being scouted for rice improvement using modern genomics and molecular tools. Development of stress tolerant varieties is now being fast-tracked through the use of DNA markers and advanced breeding strategies. Large numbers of drought, submergence and salt tolerant varieties were commercialized over recent years in South and Southeast Asia and more recently in Africa. These varieties are making significant changes in less favorable areas, transforming lives of smallholder farmers - progress considered incredulous in the past. The stress tolerant varieties are providing assurance to farmers to invest in better management of their crops and the ability to adjust their cropping systems for even higher productivity and more income, sparking changes analogous to that of the first green revolution, which previously benefited only favorable irrigated and rainfed areas. New breeding tools using markers for multiple stresses made it possible to develop more resilient, higher yielding varieties to replace the aging and obsolete varieties still dominating these areas. Varieties with multiple stress tolerances are now becoming available, providing even better security for farmers and lessening their production risks even in areas affected by complex and overlapping stresses. The progress made in these less favorable areas triggered numerous favorable changes at the national and regional levels in several countries in Asia, including adjusting breeding and dissemination strategies to accelerate outreach and enabling changes at higher policy levels, creating a positive environment for faster progress. Exploiting the potential of these less productive areas for food production is inevitable, to meet the escalating global needs for more food and sustained production systems, at times when national resources are shrinking while demand for food is mounting. However, the success in these areas requires concerted efforts to make use of existing genetic resources for crop improvement and establishing effective evaluation networks, seed production systems, and seed delivery systems to ensure faster outreach and transformation.

또래관계 개선 프로그램 적용에 대한 단일대상연구 (Single Subject Study Intervening Peer Relationship Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the Peer Relationship Program on the school adjustment of Ha-nul with the school maladjustment by peer problems. To achieve this purpose, single subject pretest-pottiest design was implemented for Ha-nul with school maladjustment in the third grade of the elementary school. As for the testing period of this study, this program was carried out one time a week for 10 weeks from Sept 11, 2006 to Oct 13, 2006. Each test lasted for $40{\sim}60$ minutes. To find out changes in the school adjustment of the subject child, the progress in change before and after tests was comparatively analyzed through a Likert-type three-step evaluation scale and presented as tables and graphs regarding the target behavior table. And the school adjustability was calculated in terms of percentage and presented as tables and bar graphs through a Likert-type four-step evaluation scale. Change in the subject Ha-nul's behavior, which was shown in test scenes, was observed and recorded and then Qualitatively analyzed. The following conclusions were drawn from the results of this study: First, the Peer relationship improvement program was effective in the positive influence to the relationship between a teacher in charge and Ha-nul with the school maladjustment This program made a confidence and increased the ability to express one's own ideas and feelings to others. Second, the Peer relationship improvement program was effective in the positive influence to the relationship between schoolfellows and Ha-nul with the school maladjustment This program provided the opportunities to get along with peers naturally and the abilities of a mutual understanding. Third, the Peer relationship improvement program was effective in the partially positive influence to Ha-nul with the school maladjustment. Fourth, the Peer relationship improvement program was effective in the positive influence to follow the school rules by experiencing a role, concession and fairness through the various activities. Fifth, the Peer relationship improvement program was effective in the positive influence to take part in the school event with a self-confidence and cooperation with peers through the various activities.
