Purpose - The domestic technology trading market is composed of a technology trading platform with the participation of technology trading institutions. The institution that operates the technology trading platform provides various support for technology transaction. The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement plans through analysis of the services provided by the technology trading platform. Design/methodology/approach - TA model was built based on existing research and the importance and satisfaction of each evaluation item of the model were identified through the hierarchical analysis process and expert opinion gathering. Then importance-satisfaction correlation analysis was applied. Findings - As a result of analyzing the importance of the technology trading platform, supply technology information, technology value evaluation, and demand technology information are in order. Technology marketing and demand technology information are areas that require focus management and there are differences according to experience and low-skilled people suggest the need to improve technology value evaluation service. Research implications or Originality - This study is significant in that it evaluated the operational performance of a technology trading platform that had not been addressed for 15 years and suggested improvement measures. Initially a series of technology transaction processes such as technology value evaluation technology matching and technology commercialization support were expanded from simple information on previous technology and this study includes these changes.

Urban areas are variously under threat including deterioration of ecological functions. Many pond wetland types have been created as part of an effort to improve and restore this urban environment. This study was arranged to examine improvement plans of wetlands in urban areas by analyzing semi-natural wetlands in farm areas. As for environment for water quality, it suggested the inflow of natural water neighboring rivers or the direct inflow of rain as the improvement plans. The result which analyzed soil pH, OM, and T-N content of the soil environment mentioned that urban areas supplied artificial sluices, removed apoptotic bodies, and used artificial soil and waterproofing materials and use of natural materials in design and construction, the sluice state of the natural form, and negligence of autumn plants were suggested as the improvement plans. Florae appeared in the subject sites of the study have found that there are 35 families 69 species in urban areas and 53 families 142 species in rural areas. As the average has found that there are 18.5 families 29.3 species in 4 urban areas and 26.3 families 53.5 species in 4 rural areas, the big difference between them was analyzed. As the cause has found that there are differences in yearly plants in farming areas when compared to urban areas, creation of various basic environments including soil and water quality was suggested to make yearly plants settle down widely. Naturalized plants have found that there are no big differences between urban areas and rural areas. However, the average of the naturalized ratio in urban areas is 17.4% as the naturalized plants are about 1/4 of the appeared plants. As it was analyzed to be higher than 7.7%, the average of the naturalized ratio in farming areas as the big difference, creation of various inhabiting environments was suggested to make more yearly plants appear like the analyzed result of the life type. Consideration of placement, materials, and inhabiting environments was suggested to make creation of wetlands well appreciated to improve functions of wetlands in urban areas. It is expected that the above results of the study will be utilized in creation and improvement of the pond wetlands which can play a huge role in increase and improvement of biological diversity in urban areas.
As an aging population has increased vastly and nuclear families have been a dominating family type in modern Korean society, the numbers of the elderly who suffer Empty Nest Syndrome and LID (Loss Isolation Depression) syndrome have been accelerated. These syndromes involve psychological instability, melancholy, and lethargy. To make the elderly get out of this phenomenon and live actively, the scheme of converting their existing house into shared housing was set as a hypothetical solution in this study. This study sets out to find out responses of the elderly to alter their own house's function in housing improvement area. A Small Workshop Panel method was used and the elderly aged 55 years upwards took part and they own a detached house in a housing improvement area that is relatively large for the elderly or the elderly couple to live alone. Through the workshop, problems that the elderly have been experiencing within their houses were looked into and responses of the elderly on altering their house to shared housing by introducing developed schematic plans. Although, the first response was negative, positive responses from the house owners were carried out when a visual support i.e. developed shared housing plan was provided. The positive response was based on the fact that subsidies from the government on house renovation and tenants matching programs are supported as shared housing could provide home owners economical support with rents and help them to feel less lonely. This is a way of relieving the elderly from being neglected and supporting them to live and age actively in their later lives. Furthermore, by providing a visual media to the elder residents in housing improvement area, their greater understandings on the development and addressing their opinions were possible. Therefore, more tools that promote elder residents' participation are needed for future housing improvement projects and an aging society.
The purpose of this study was to survey the improvement activities for the apartment house ; and to examine the relationship between apartment residents and their housing improvement activities in order to present some informations for the further studies and plans of apartment design and housing policy. Library and questionnaire survey methods were used in this research. the sample was taken from 102 housewives living in the apartments over 45 pyong (1602 sq. ft.), in Seoul, Data were analyzed with the SPSS using frequency, percentage, chi-square test, F-test, Duncan's multiple range test, η2, and C2. The results were as follows: 1. It was found that residents had experienced with 3.6 kinds of housing improvement activities. Living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchens in family living areas ; balconies and utility rooms in utility areas were improved for the physical convenience and quality of living. 2. This survey indicated that apartment residents evaluated thier housing condition as high, except storage spaces and outdoor noises. 3. About 80% of respondents were expected to live continuously in the current apartments because they were satisfied with the size of thier residences, However, they wanted to improve the inside of the entire apartment, especially bathrooms. 4. Variables which had a significant relationship in housing improvement activities in the past were the length of residence, the expected length of residence, and the characteristic of residence. 5. The expected length of residence, and the characteristic of residence were found to be effective variable for evaluating the current residence. 6. Finally, the expected length of residence, and the characteristic of residence were significant variables of the housing plan in the future. Housing improvement activities were prevalent recently and expected to be continued in the future. It can be said, therefore, that apartment residents have a long -term plan to live in one place rather than moving out ever two-three years.
Purposes: This study was performed to understand the recognition about accreditation motives, support within the hospital and accreditation survey process for the hospitals that participated in the accreditation program and to find out whether these factors are related to hospital management performances, so that the study can suggest plans for activation and development of the accreditation program. Methodology: This study was performed targeting 98 hospitals answered th the survey among 189 acute care hospitals that acquired accreditation from December 2010 to February 2014. For data analysis, frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2$-test, reliability analysis, ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis H test and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 were used. Findings: The hospitals that had staff in charge of patient safety had bigger hospital culture change than those that didn't have(p<.05). In addition, the hospital culture change was bigger as internal motives were bigger, and as CEO's will was bigger(p<.05). Meanwhile, as maintenance rate of internal management after accreditation was higher, and as CEO's will was bigger, process improvement level was higher(p<.05). The quality improvement and patient satisfaction level were higher as CEO's will was bigger, and as suitability of survey process was recognized to be high(p<.05). As a result of analyzing the factors that affect hospital management performances with hospital culture change, process improvement and quality improvement combined, as internal management maintenance rate was higher, as CEO's will was bigger, and as suitability of survey process was higher, performances were higher(p<.05). Practical Implications: Hospitals need to reinforce internal motives to improve internal competences such as the whole system maintenance opportunity and staff training. In addition, the will of hospital director is most important, and if there is hospital director's interest in quality improvement and improvement intention definitely, employees voluntarily participate in and cooperate with the accreditation program, so that prompt medical service provision and high quality of medical services can be guaranteed, leading to hospitals' management performances.
The purpose of school lunch service programs (SLPs) is to provide school children with nutritious meals each day, to assist them in improving their mental and physical development, to make them understand the basic knowledge needed for healthy daily living throughout their lives with sound nutritional habits, and further, to enhance the national health status as well as the individual. The major purpose of this study is to describe the history and current status and promotional plans in Korea's SLSPs to improve the nation's health status. The major findings of this study are as follow: 1) The progression of the SLSPs can be devided into four major periods: Relief (1953-1972), Self-supportive (1973-1977), System-establishment (1973-1983), System-development(1984- ). 2) As result of the implementation of SLSPs in Korea, many positive effects have been found in school education, notably in the field of physical growth, social development and personality cultivation. 3) This study deals with a more detailed assessment with regard to the effects of the program on school education activities and the improvement of nutritional habits in the family. Although it is limited and not yet complete, the program implementation has contributed to the improvement in children's food-intake habits, understanding of food, and manners, and increased sanitary consciousness. It has also affected of parent's concerns and attitudes towards the improvement of daily meals as well as national eating patterns, and eventually provided motivation for increased farm production of nutritious food stuffs and reasonable food consumption. 4) The SLSPs does have its stare of problem such as an unsatisfactory budget, lack of understanding of the program by school personnel and parents. However, there is no doubt that the SLSPs should be carried out effectively for better health, and especially for the growth and development of the children. Finally, the problems and promotive Plans of the SLSPs can be approached by aspects of the administrative, financial and operational systems. These system have to coordinate with relevant authorities to expand participation in the program for the successful implementation of the SLSPs. The eventual objective this study is to propose ways and means for mobilizing every available element in the effort to attain the goals of educating and training healthy and competent personnel manpower, stabilizing the demand and supply of food and the ensuring adequate coordination of national food production and consumption.

The purpose of a utility tunnel is to prevent repeated excavation as well as disasters and calamity. Domestic utility tunnels have been built in new town development plans. Currently, it is difficult to establish a utility tunnel due to a conflict of opinions by organization and financing. In this paper, research was conducted based on systematic procedures to suggest ways of improving the activation of utility tunnels in new cities and existing cities. First, a survey was conducted on the laws and status of utility tunnels, and problems were derived based on the review and analysis of the status. Finally, a method suggesting improvement measures to solve problems was applied. Based on the related laws and problems, the status of the development project was analyzed to select the installation scale in the utility tunnel, and the appropriate scale was reviewed through economic feasibility analysis of the installation scale under 2 million square meters. Considering the new city and the existing city, it was proposed to support administrative expenses to reduce the burden on additional installation areas and occupied institutions in a utility tunnel. In addition, improvement plans were presented for the details of the master plan for reviewing the installation regional of the utility tunnel. This paper will help officials to work smoothly when planning and installing utility tunnels in the future.
Considering the role of roads in cities and the purpose of the Road Name Address Act, it is natural that the road name of the address is registered as the nearest road section adjacent to the building. Therefore, the Enforcement Decree of the Road Name Address Act also stipulates that mayor assign building numbers based on the basic numbers of road sections adjacent to the main entrances of buildings. However, there were cases where addresses are given from distant roads rather than adjacent roads among the actual road name addresses. Most of them are caused by misinterpretation of the case where the entrance faces more than one road. In this study, institutional and systematic improvement plans were proposed with the aim of enabling accurate selection of address information reference objects by demonstrating the limitations of the current building numbering method and presenting institutional improvement plans. Road name addresses were implemented for the core purpose of improving the inconvenience of locating the lot number address. Although some still complained of the inconvenience of road name addresses, successful settlement was possible because of the intuitive principle that most countries around the world could use it and find buildings along the road. Therefore, the system and system improvement should be made quickly in terms of accurate address information quality management and revitalization of related industries.

The railway platform is an important facility closely related to the safety of passengers, trains, and images of railway facilities, and requires thorough facility management. However, the problem that the finishing material (plastering mortar) for the joint finishing of dissimilar materials (concrete+granite) falls off in the direction of the track at the platform podium is occurring multiple times across the country. Since these problems threaten the safety of train operation and the safety of passengers, immediate and continuous management is required. This study tried to derive improvement plans through the analysis of the drop-off problem of finishing materials occurring at the platform podium. The status of missing finishing materials for the platform podiums of about 200 railway stations and the related design and construction standards of the Korea National Railway were investigated. After that, the cause of the drop-off of the finishing material was analyzed, and as a result, it was found that the main cause was the boundary between the roadbed and the architectural process that occurred during construction. Subsequently, in connection with the derived causes and design, construction standards, (1) improvement of finishing materials or construction methods, (2) design of finishing materials that are easy to adjust height, (3) design of separate finishing methods, (4) improvement methods and durability were suggested.
