플래너 밀러 스핀들의 재제조를 위한 최적설계 개선안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Optimal Design for the Re-Manufacturing of Planner Miller Spindle)

  • The depletion of resources and waste disposal caused by the continuous development of industry have emphasized the need to reduce consumption and production, recycle and reuse, and the importance of remanufacturing has increased in recent years. The spindle part of the aging planner miller, which is currently being remanufactured, is one of the factors that has the greatest impact on the performance of the machine tool. When designing the spindle part of the spindle shaft, there are considerations such as the configuration size bearing performance of the main shaft, but the diameter of the main shaft, the dangerous speed bearing, and the arrangement that affect the machining accuracy should be basically considered. As such, various studies have been conducted on the design of machine tool spindle spindles, but research on the reverse engineering of existing aging machine tool spindle spindles is poor. Reverse engineering is designing in the direction of improving performance by extracting specifications from already finished products, and first scanning the reverse engineered object through a 3D scanner, 3D modeling is performed based on the collected data, and then the process of deriving improvement plans by reverberating to improve performance by identifying wear and damage conditions is followed. Therefore, in this study, the purpose of this study is to provide data on reverse engineering by deriving improvement plans through optimal design for the bearing position of the aging planar Miller spindle spindle using central composite programming.

화학물질 규제 현실화를 위한 물질안전보건자료 정책 개선방안 (Improvement Plan for Material Safety Data Sheet Policy to Support the Realization of Chemical Regulation)

  • Objectives: After the MSDS submission and non-disclosure review system was introduced in January 2021, there were compliance difficulties in the field. Accordingly, for the establishment of the MSDS system, the government intends to investigate what has been improved and what urgently needs to be improved in the future, and to suggest detailed improvement plans. Methods: The background and problems of urgent difficulties in the field handling chemicals were investigated, and realistic improvement plans were derived through review of other laws related to the MSDS system and overseas cases. Results: In order to guarantee the safety of the public while at the same time promoting corporate R&D, it is necessary to alleviate the non-disclosure screening system for chemical substances for R&D, and to improve the irrationality of failing to implement the non-disclosure screening system due to information on unclassified substances being circulated. For this reason, it seems necessary to ease the requirement to submit all ingredients. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen punishment to raise awareness so that health problems do not occur due to the harmfulness and danger of hidden substances among workers who handle chemical substances and downstream users due to false descriptions in MSDS. Conclusions: All members of our society, including chemical manufacturers/importers and handling companies, academia, civil society, and the government, each subject of chemicals, should take an interest in the entire process from production to disposal of chemicals and work together to prevent harm to the public.

국가산업단지의 지진재난 내진보강대책 수립 연구 (Study on Establishing Earthquake-resistance Reinforcement Measures for Earthquake Disasters in National Industrial Complexes)

  • 연구목적: 국가산업단지 공장시설물이 보유한 내진설계의 잠재적 위험과 안전지도 및 점검의 미비점을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 안전관리 및 내진보강대책 마련을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 국가산업단지의 지진재난 대비 안전관리 현황 및 관리체계 등 지진재난 안전관리 전반에 관한 조사·분석을 통해 문제점 및 개선방안을 도출하였고, 국가산업단지 내 입주기업체 내진설계 실태조사를 실시하여 시설유형과 구조적 특성에 기반한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과: 결론적으로 국가산업단지 지진재난 대비 안전관리 및 내진보강에 대한 문제점을 정리하여 4가지 유형별(내진성능 평가 및 관련 제도 보완, 입주기업 및 지자체 권한, 내진보강 및 안전관리 지원대책, 조직의 역량강화)로 개선방안을 도출하였다. 결론: 이를 기반으로 국가산업단지 입주기업이 지진재난을 대비하여 추진해야 하는 내진보강 대책을 마련하였으며, 각 대책별 세부적인 방안을 제시하였다.

A Study on the Current Status and Improvement Plans for e-Learning Utilization Using the Delphi Technique: Focusing on Scuba Diving Education

  • 이 연구는 델파이 분석을 활용하여 스쿠버다이빙 교육현장의 이러닝 활용실태와 개선방안을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이러닝으로 스쿠버다이빙 교육활동을 진행하고 있는 스쿠버다이빙 교육단체 소속 스쿠버다이빙센터 및 리조트의 경영대표, 교육팀장 등 운영에 관련된 전문가 25명을 대상으로 3차례에 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 이러닝 활용실태와 개선방안 요인을 비교 분석한 결과 활용 기대효과에서는 사용자의 편의성 증대, 학습활동의 시간적 유연성, 상품에 대한 접근성 용이가 중요 요인으로 나타났으며, 문제점에서는 단순한 필수시험 합격, 단순한 설명의 피드백으로 전문성 결여, 학습자와 교수자 간 양방향 커뮤니케이션 미비가 중요 요인으로 나타났다. 개선방안에서는 다양한 온라인 커뮤니티를 연계한 소통, 필수시험은 오프라인으로 실시, 다양한 콘텐츠 개발이 중요 요인으로 나타났으며, 발전방향에서는 주기적인 프로그램 품질평가 실시, 다양한 다이빙 커뮤니티로의 연계, 담당 튜터 배정이 중요 요인으로 나타났다.

수학과 수행평가의 문제점 분석 및 그 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Problem Analysis and the Way of Improvement in Mathematical Performance Assessment)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze theoretically suggested performance test and find out the actual conditions is math class at high schools and to suggest some devices for improvement for the various problems. To achieve this goal of study, I applied a performance test to the first graders of high school for one semester, and analyzed various phenomena which appeared during its practice. I made several questionnaire based on the materials of an academic seminar, "Several questions and devices for the improvement on mathematics performance test" And through the analysis, I pointed several problems of the performance test and proposed alternative plans. Several practical alternatives can be suggested for the problems appeared in the operation of performance test. The most important thing than any other technical solution in teachers′ diverse endeavor and enthusiastic research attitude to overcome the difficulties. Teachers′ spontaneousness is the foundation to enhance their own specialty and eradicate the propriety of the performance test.

최근 분임조 문집의 경향과 이에 따른 문제점 개선방안에 관한 연구 -전국분임조대회 수상기업 중심으로 (Research on the recent tendency of quality circle papers and improvement plans)

  • Purpose: This research is to find the general and somewhat prevailing problems in quality circle papers. Many quality circles try to benchmark awarded papers even though they may have common problems. By pointing out popular problems in papers, many quality circles hopefully could be guided to the right direction in working out improvement actions. Methods: Many papers awarded in national quality circle conferences are deeply analyzed to figure out common problems. 69 recent papers are analyzed step by step and the most important and frequently occurring problems in each step are indicated. Results: Many prevailing problems are found in each step of QC stories. Especially finding themes, Grasping status quo, Cause analysis, Setting targets, Development of and Implementing counter attacks are the most common areas that have problems. Conclusion: Some problems are already too popular to be recognized as problems. In this paper those problems are logically criticized and thereby right directions for future quality circle activities are proposed.

농촌경관의 보전 및 개선을 위한 경관사업의 도입 방안 연구 (A Study on Introducing the Landscape Project for Conservation and Improvement of Rural Landscape)

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce the landscape project for conservation and improvement of rural landscape. So, in this study, the current rural landscape policies and rural landscape planning are examined and the landscape project presented in Landscape Law is also examined. And this study propose the systemic application of the landscape project through the survey of experts related with the landscape project. The results are summarized as follows. Firstly, it is important that each landscape projects are unified for conserve and improve rural landscape. Secondly, it is necessary to define range, enforcement agency, and management agency of landscape projects. Thirdly, it is desirable that the landscape projects should be carried out as reviving the local economies. Comparing to the urban landscape plan, there are few rural landscape plans so far, so, it is difficult to applicate the system of the landscape project, but, continuous studies in this line can help the rural landscape plan to ensure practicality.

국내 건설 현장관리업무의 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the Improvement Plan of Construction Site Management In Korea)

  • In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

위험도로 곡선반경 개선의 경제적 접근에 관한 연구 (An Economic Approach for Improvement of Radius for Hazarouds Road)

  • 정부는 1980년대 이후 급증하는 교통사고 감소를 위한 실질적인 교통안전대책 추진 방안으로 "교통사고 잦은 지점"과 "위험도로"에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이중 "위험도로"의 경우는 도로여건이 조악하여 주행차량의 안전운행에 무리가 발생할 것으로 판단되는 도로구간이며 도로의 기하구조와 기타 환경적 요인에 일정 점수를 부여하여 그 평점으로 선정된다. 이런 위험도로에 대한 개선사업은 차량의 도로 주행시 차량안전만을 고려한 기하구조 개선을 중심으로 사업이 진행되어지고 있어 이로 인한 각 사업에 과다한 사업비가 투자되기도 하여 경제적 낭비를 초래하기도 한다. 이러한 현실하에 개선안 제시에서부터 경제적 접근이 필요하게 되어 본 연구에서는 효율적인 개선안 제시를 통해 사고에 대한 안전성 향상과 과다투자로 인한 경제적 낭비를 막고자 한다. 이를 위해 1995년에 선정된 건설교통부 광주국도유지사무소 관할 위험도로 자료를 선택하여 통계적 처리를 통한 교통사고 예측모형을 제시하였다. 이는 도로기하구조와 교통사고간의 상관관계를 정량적으로 나타냄으로서 특정 요인의 통제를 통한 교통사고 감소를 극대화하기 위함이다.` 또한 노선변경법을 기반으로 위험도로 개선방안의 적정 공사비 산출식을 제시하였다. 제시되어진 적정 공사비 산출식을 통한 공사비와 개선사업에 따른 교통사고 감소간의 비교를 통해 최적의 경제적 파급효과를 유도할 수 있는 개선안을 제시하였다. 그러나 본 연구는 자료선별의 공간적 제약에서 벗어나지 못했으며, 다양한 개선안에 대한 접근이 이루어지지 못한 한계를 내포하고 있어 이를 극복한 연구가 진행되어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Evaluation of Green House Gases (GHGs) Reduction Plan in Combination with Air Pollutants Reduction in Busan Metropolitan City in Korea

  • Since most Green House Gases (GHGs) and air pollutants are generated from the same sources, it will be cost-effective to develop a GHGs reduction plan in combination with simultaneous removal of air pollutants. However, effects on air pollutants reduction according to implementing any GHG abatement plans have been rarely studied. Reflecting simultaneous removal of air pollutants along with the GHGs emission reduction, this study investigated relative cost effectiveness among GHGs reduction action plans in Busan Metropolitan City. We employed the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), a methodology that evaluates relative efficiency of decision-making units (DMUs) producing multiple outputs with multiple inputs, for the investigation. Assigning each GHGs reduction action plan to a DMU, implementation cost of each GHGs reduction action plan to an input, and reduction potential of GHGs and air pollutants by each GHGs reduction action plan to an output, we calculated efficiency scores for each GHGs reduction action plan. When the simultaneous removal of air pollutants with the GHGs reduction were considered, green house supply-insulation improvement and intelligent transportation system (ITS) projects had high efficiency scores for cost-positive action plans. For cost-negative action plans, green start network formation and running, and daily car use control program had high efficiency scores. When only the GHGs reduction was considered, project priority orders based on efficiency scores were somewhat different from those when both the removal of air pollutants and GHGs reduction were considered at the same time. The expected action plan priority difference is attributed to great difference of air pollutants reduction potential according to types of energy sources to be reduced.
