Agile software development methodology is a lightweight software development method, plays an important role in the software development team. In this paper, we propose programs that in when agile development co-operation, team management, team collaboration and project management tasks can be high efficiency and allocation of human resources. The proposed model, the use of 6-Sigma priority assignment, established a mathematical model of the operation and distribution of human resources is the most reasonable people go to work. Cooperation makes team-based agile development can improve efficiency. This method improve staff efficiency by teamwork to improve the productivity of software development.

The PAPR of the input signal is increased due to OFDMA signal in a mobile communication system. High efficiency of a power amplifier, which accounts for power consumption, is a very important key technology. Digital Pre-Distortion techniques were used to improve the linearity of the power amplifier. The Asymmetric Doherty scheme was used to improve the efficiency of the power amplifier. In this paper, we propose a new structure of Asymmetric Doherty. Drive power amplifier part is separated as main path and peak path, and phase shifter is employed to improve power combine characteristics of the Doherty Amplifier. Also, envelope tracking technology for drive gate bais in drive peak amplifier is used to improve efficiency.

It is important to improve the performance of storage in the home cloud environment within the virtualized IoT gateway since the performance of applications deeply depends on storage. Though SSD caching is applied in order to improve the storage, it is only used for read-cache due to the limitations of SSD such as poor write performance and small write endurance. However, it is important to improve performance of the write operation in the home cloud server, in order to improve the end-user experience. This paper propose a novel SSD caching which considers write-data as well as read-data. We validate the enhancement in the performance of random-write by transforming it to the sequential patterns.

Profit generation is one of the main goals of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs have deployed a number of solutions to increase profits, including solutions to improve their financial advantage. The question is how to help SMEs make better and more effective decisions to improve their competitive advantage in order to improve their financial performance. The aim of this research is to examine the impact of competitive advantage on financial performance in small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Hanoi. A survey of 120 accountants, sales staff and boards of directors of SMEs was conducted to collect data. Through quantity methodology, we used Cronbach's Alpha, EFA and correlation analysis to determine the relationship between competitive advantage and dependent variable - financial performance. The results showed that the competitive advantage had a positive relationship with financial performance. There is not, statistically, significant difference in the level of financial performance in SMEs in Hanoi in terms of genders and between the mentioned three groups of job descriptions. From the findings, this study suggests several recommendations to improve financial performance such as increase sales and increase profits. The results are considered as a useful reference for establishing policies to attract customers toward sustainable development of firms.

In order for small electric vehicles to drive on hilly roads in Korea, methods to improve the climbing ability and power performance of vehicles should be taken. In order to improve the power performance of small electric vehicles, the performance of motors mounted on electric vehicles should be improved. However, if the performance of the motor is improved to improve the power performance of the electric vehicle, it is possible to lower the price competitiveness accordingly. In addition, the power consumption of the battery is rapidly increased to drive the high-performance motor, so in order to introduce the small electric vehicle into the domestic market, various problems must be overcome. In order to commercialize small electric vehicles that do not emit harmful exhaust gases to the human body in the hilly domestic terrain, it is effective to introduce a separate continuously variable transmission system that can improve the climbing ability and power transmission ability. In this study, we propose a proprietary model of continuously variable transmissions that can be applied to small electric vehicles. The proposed continuously variable transmission is equipped with a spring in the driving pulley and the driven pulley, and has the advantage of performing a shift that increases torque in a situation where the vehicle needs to increase torque when driving on a hill. In addition, the basic design for commercialization of the proposed continuously variable transmission was carried out, and the prototype manufactured and attached to the body of a small electric vehicle.

Antibiotics are widely used to improve productivity in the dairy industry. However, the inappropriate use of antibiotics causes the deterioration in the quality of dairy products undergoing fermentation and maturation. Hence, probiotic use is emerging as an alternative to curb the increased utilization of antibiotics. Probiotics are defined as "living microorganisms that, when administered in appropriate amounts, confer health benefits on the host." They may improve host disease resistance by regulating intestinal microflora balance and promote animal growth and development. In the dairy industry, probiotics have been studied to increase milk production by improving digestion in dairy cows, enhance the content of dairy components such as milk fat and protein, reduce the risk of mastitis in cows, and increase calf weight. Thus, the use of probiotics can improve the production and safety of dairy products. However, some probiotics are still unstable during storage and have low quality and safety issues. Therefore, to reduce the use of antibiotics in the dairy industry, probiotics should be developed and produced considering the above-mentioned problems.

The purpose of this study is to develop a method to improve the quality of engineering education by using Kano's dualistic quality model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the top priority for major education is improve 'smooth support of class medium' as an attractive and one-dimensional quality element, and 'use of various examples' and 'specialty improvement of major curriculum' as an one-dimensional quality element. Secondly, the top priority for general education is improve 'liberal education curriculum' as an attractive quality element 'use of various examples' as an one-dimensional quality element. Thirdly, the top priority for extra-curriculum is develop and provide 'study support program of student' and 'voluntary service'. Fourthly, the top priority for administrative service and facilities is improve 'increase of scholarship' and expand 'service of welfare facilities as dormitory and refectory' as an one-dimensional quality element.

Korea's laws regarding ICT must follow the Void for vagueness doctrine, the Principle of forbidden general delegation, the Principle of justification of system and the Principle of balancing test in the Constitution. The Act for the Promotion and Convergence and so on of Information and Communication in the Future should be improved as follows. It is desirable to improve the part where the principle of system justification of the Constitution is problematic in relation to existing laws. It is desirable to improve the ICT's policies on industry and convergence technologies so that they are well balanced between promotion and regulation of ICT's industries. It is desirable to improve the information service policy and legislative makeup relationship between various government agencies related to ICT. It is therefore desirable to improve the institutional complement to the post-regulatory framework for the protection of users of ICT in the future. It is desirable to create a device to replace the functions of the Information Service Budget Council in the special law of ICT.

Objective: This study aimed to analyze the counseling contents of daycare center teachers by using text mining and semantic network analysis methods to find the necessary support directions for daycare teachers and to improve the quality of child-care. Methods: Five hundred thirteen cases of counseling recorded on the open bulletin board of online counseling (Naver Bands for Nursery Teacher Counseling) were collected, and frequency analysis, centrality solidarity analysis, and machine learning-based topic analysis were conducted using the NetMiner4.3 program. Results: First, 'teacher-to-child ratio' was highest in the frequency. Second, 'colleagues' were all high in all centrality analysis. Third, machine learning-based topical analysis shows that the topics were categorized as subjects about 'childcare and education', 'working environment that supports professional development' and 'working condition', and among them, 'first-time teacher concerns' accounted for 44% of the total counseling content. Conclusion/Implications: This study implied that it is necessary to provide high-quality child-care and education to infants by lowering the 'teacher-to-child ratio', and a systematic program is needed to help improve effective communication skills in interpersonal relationships such as between parents, fellow teachers, and principals. In addition, self-development and efforts to improve teachers expertise should be prioritized in order to improve infant care quality and quality of teachers.

This study aims to investigate the effective method to improve the competence of the Vocabulary by the image and listening towards the ELF. In the first part, we observed the problems and point improvement on learning vocabulary based on learner survey. In the second part, we analyzed two remarkable studies: - consistent and adapt method, communicational context - method based on the lexical, morphological semantical, notional and thematic field Then we proposed effective methods that are applicable to the vocabulary's learning in the class : - learning vocabulary by combining the words - learning vocabulary based on the meaning field - learning vocabulary as concrete characters - learning vocabulary by the descriptive character - learning vocabulary with the type "who am I?" - learning vocabulary by listening For teachers, one of the difficulties to the conduct of vocabulary course is that learners take passive position. Specifically, it is the teachers who play an important role because it runs in the direction of the course. However, learners do not show the active attitude for vocabulary lessons despite the course to take to improve their vocabulary skills. Therefore, teachers must prepare course materials that can both improve the competence of the vocabulary of learners and cause their interest or desire on the current vocabulary. This is why teachers should exploit various materials depending on the skill level of the learner vocabulary.
