Objectives: Herbal dispensaries can be installed separately from medical institutions. This study was done to suggest directions of regulation on management of externally installed herbal dispensaries. Methods: In this study, we visited and investrigated 7 representative herbal dispensaries to understand current status of herbal dispensaries. After comprehending current domestic regulations on herbal dispensaries, we referred "Management Practice on Dispensary Facility of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Medical Institution", "Enforcement Rule of Decree on Institution Standard of Manufacturing and Importation for Drugs, etc." and "Enforcement Rule of Food Sanitation Act" to suggest improved regulations for herbal dispensaries. Results: We suggested reasonable regulations for facility standards including location of building, dispensary room, water supply facility, lavatory and storage facility, etc.. Conclusions: We hope that results of this study could be baseline data for developing regulations on facility standards of herbal dispensaries.

In the past, trades with the Latin American markets were not active since the South Korean companies simply considered them substitute markets whenever exports were slow. However, the importance of these markets is highlighted anew thanks to the signing of the Korea-Chile Free Trade Agreement (FTA). Presently, Latin American nations are pursuing FTA with various nations in the world, regardless of the geographic boundaries, in order to vitalize their economy and attract foreign capital. Despite these efforts to liberalize the market, Latin American regions continue to restrict importation by leveraging diverse set of trade regulation policies. This research examines trade regulation policies in the Latin American regions and proposes Korea's countermeasures.

Importation of mass production of building elements with standardization are vital way for environment-friendly architectural planning, which it makes the lifespan of a building longer than normal with easier maintenance and remodeling. The advantage might be magnified here in Korea since typical types of apartment house are dominated in our construction market. For the purpose, a series of pre-manufactured window systems is one of the optimal elements to be prototype building modules. In the design process of the system windows, lots of consideration should be involved and they include aesthetics, thermal performance, noise reduction, airtightness, and so forth. A real survey on the ready-made window systems has been performed and its optical issue related to luminous peculiarity is what is of major interest in this study. In addition, technical review on more advanced window products and their adaptable potential for the integration with fundamental architectural design elements were carried out.

Feature restoration is that restore feature to 3D solid model using the feature information in STEP AP224. Feature is very important in CAPP, but feature information is defined very complicated in STEP AP224. This paper recommends the algorithm of extraction the feature information in physical STEP AP224file. This program import STEP AP224 file, parse the geometric and topological information, the tolerance data, and feature information line-by-line. After importation and parsing, store data into database. Feature restoration module analyze database including feature information, extract feature information, e.g. feature type, feature's parameter, etc., analyze the relationship and then restore feature to 3D solid model.

Libraries today have to investigate the methods connecting the results from continuously collected customer information with their activities, policies, and procedures. Following importation of temperate Australian breeds of sheep into Malaysia, it was demonstrated that there was variability in libido and semen productivity. Consequently, a study was conducted to determine the concentration of testosterone and relate it with libido and semen production. A total of 10 rams each of Dorset Horn, Cross of Merino with Border Leicester, Siamese Long Tail, Suffolk and local Malin were used to study the composition of testosterone in the blood plasma of these breeds. The study showed that there was significant difference between the testosterone level of different breeds in Spring and Summer but not in Autumn and Winter. The difference was pronounced in August and January. A significant difference (p > 0.05) was recorded in the testosterone levels of the different breeds during the day where Malin had better libido compared to the other breeds. There was no significant difference between the testosterone levels of the different breeds at night. The testosterone level of Suffolk, however, was elevated throughout the night (2.00 ng/ml and over) which resulted in better libido at night compared to the other breeds.

Recently, the importation of overseas cement has been increasing and the spot materials of different quality from Japan have to be treated in overseas construction work for technical cooperation with neighboring countries. However, a study on the quality of those oversea materials has not yet been carried out systematically, especially cement among those materials. Accordingly, in this study the properties of high-strength concrete with oversea cement imported from four countries in East Asia and South-east Asia were investigated under normal and high temperature condition, including the carbonation of normal-strength concrete under normal temperature. As a result, it is found that the required of normal-strength concrete will be expected regardless of temperature condition when the flowability is ensured by selecting the appropriate superplaticizer and dosage of it, and the carbonation rate of normal-strength concrete with overseas cement is approximately the same as that with Japanese one under the condition of the same compressive strength.

Due to improve form accuracy and surface roughness of a aspheric lens core that is made of Ni, the study is carried out on localization about a Subminiature Optics of Proximity and Wide Field of View. The required form accuracy P-V $0.2{\mu}m$ and surface roughness is Ra 10 nm. The design of experiment(DOE) is adopted to find a optimal cutting conditions which are spindle speed, depth of cut, feedrate. Finally, the effects of this study are replacing importation and strengthening competitiveness through the localization of the Subminiature Optics of Proximity and Wide Field of View.

Insulators which are used in the domestic electrical industries are mostly depended on importation from some advance countries. Even though insulators which are made of ceramic material have been mostly used domestically, the ratio of usage on composite insulators is recently being increased because of difficulties in manufacturing and high cost regarding ceramic stuffs. In this research, we are trying to develop the composite insulators which are very efficient in insulation regardless of the matter of weight. Even though the technique of manufacturing composite insulator are quite generalized worldwide at the moment, one of the most important issue is to keep security on the know-how that an ingredient of insulated material named 'SF6 gas' is included. Therefore, The aim of this paper is to improve the bonding force and air tight property between two components of composite insulator, Flange and FRP Tube.
