중소기업의 ERP 시스템 도입요인에 대한 중요도 분석 (The Importance Analysis on SME's ERP System Introduction Factors)

  • 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 제시된 ERP시스템의 도입 요인들에 대해서 델파이 기법과 계층화 의사결정법(AHP)을 이용하여 각 도입 요인들에 대한 중요도를 분석하였다. 1차 계층의 도입 요인들에 대한 중요도를 분석한 결과 혁신요인, 정보기술요인, 사용자 요인, 공급사 요인 중 중요도가 가장 높은 요인은 공급사 요인으로 분석되었고, 1차 계층의 중요도를 고려한 2차 계층에 대한 가중치 분석에서는 공급사 요인의 표준업무 모델의 적합성 요인이었으며, 혁신요인의 최고경영층의 참여 요인(.086)이 2번째로 중요한 도입요인으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석 결과는 국내 중소기업의 입장에서는 이미 개발된 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 운영을 하여야 하기 때문에 해당 기업의 특성이나 경영전략 등이 잘 적용된 시스템을 선정하여 도입하기를 희망하고 있는 것으로 판단할 수 있었으며, 이 과정에서 최고 경영자의 참여 역시 매우 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

  • The construction industry is one of the most prolific disaster-prone industries, particularly those that suffer from falling disasters compared to other industries. The safety accident at the construction site leads to social problems caused by massive loss of life and property, so it needs to be extra careful. The reason why falls are the most frequent accidents of the types of construction accidents is due to the analysis of the risk factors of safety accidents and the development of various construction methods. Therefore, in this study, the accident case for the fallen victims of construction site was analyzed and the risk factor was selected. Based on the safety expert survey, an importance analysis was performed. In conclusion, this study analyzes various risk factors that affect the occurrence of falls, identifies the importance of each factor, and presents basic data for safety accident prevention activities.

농어업유산의 경관가치를 측정하기 위한 평가항목 분석 (An Analysis on the Measurement Items to Assess the Landscape Value of Agriculture and Fisheries Heritage)

  • The purpose of this research is first, to define what measurement items in terms of subjective consideration and preference can be used to assess the landscape values of agriculture and fisheries heritage, and second, to understand the perceptive patterns particularly how landscape experts weigh up the importance of the each measurement item. In order to extract the measurement items, extensive literature review was performed including research documents as well as domestic and international policy reports. A survey targeting the experts was conducted to ask their opinions on the importance of the selected items. For the analysis, SPSS 20.0 for Windows was used to carry out reliability analysis, descriptive statistics such as arithmetic mean and frequency distribution, factor analysis, and multiple linear regression modeling. The results are: the importance value of the landscape values in agriculture and fisheries heritage was 4.1494; the ratio value that the experts perceived the importance was 87.2%; and the average of the importance value of the analyzed items was 3.71. All the items have more than 3.00. Ten factor groups were summarized and defined whose total explanation power was 67.86%. The factor groups were named as lyricism, authenticity, environmentally-friendliness, durability, recognizability, regionality, visibility, value of sightseeing, social image, and universality. The factors influencing the landscape values are, in order of importance, recognizability, authenticity, visibility, universality, durability, and nativeness. According to the analysis, however, environmentally-friendliness, regionality, value of sightseeing, and social image were not as important.

시지각적 분석을 통한 가로경관개선사업 평가에 관한 연구 - 부산시 광복로를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Evaluation for the Improvement of Streetscape through Analysis of Visual and Perceptual Characteristics - Focused on the Gwangbok Street, Busan -)

  • This study conducted an evaluation of the streetscape improvement project of the Gwangbok Street through analysis of visual and perceptual characteristics by comparing selected pictures of streetscape before and after the project. This work has conducted an analysis of the environmental factors which influence subjects' satisfaction degrees including physical street equipments and street view factors which are main contents of this project. Using a satisfaction analysis and factor analysis, each factor's significance was verified quantitatively. As a result of the analysis, physical components of the streetscape were classified into 4 types according to project's effectiveness and improvement priorities. These 4 types include (1) Components for maintenance because of higher satisfaction and higher importance, (2) Components for improvement because of lower satisfaction and higher importance, (3) Components for good business fruits because of higher satisfaction and lower importance, and (4) Components for unnecessity because of lower satisfaction and lower importance.

대형 푸드코트 이용 고객들의 서비스 인카운터 중요도-실행도(IPA) 분석 평가 연구 (A Study on Customer Service Encounters at a Large Food Court Customer Using Importance-performance Analysis)

  • An IPA model was used to evaluate customer service encounters at a large food court; also the gaps between importance and performance from were also evaluated from both perspectives. The findings of this study will be applied in order to improve service quality at various large food service operations. A total of 298 customers from a large shopping mall food court completed the study questionnaire, asking them to evaluate the important and performance attributes of service. Seven underlying dimensions were identified and labeled by factor analysis: factor 1 was "safety": factor 2 "time": factor 3 "atmosphere": factor 4 "quality of food": factor 5 "menu attributes": factor 6 "comfort": and the last and seventh factor was "comprehension". As a result of IPA analysis the overall mean scores between the importance attributes and performance attributes showed significant differences by independent t-tests(p<0.001). Quadrant I was classified with unnecessary items including interior design, proper lighting, suitable chairs, and proper room temperature. In quadrant II thirteen variables showed high scores for both importance and performance, such as various menu choices, hygienic food, dishes, chairs, food court, kitchen, and employees; proper ventilation, employee kindness, waiting time to order, and received food; automatic system for ordering-serving. Quadrant III included eight variables identified as low priority, including appearance of food, nutrient content of food, proper portions, new menu, proper music, proper location of cashier, services for children and efficiency of movement. In quadrant IV six variables were included as areas to focus management's efforts, such as food taste, proper food temperature, use of safe food materials, maintenance of food quality, existence of preferred foods, and proper food prices. These results suggest that food court customers have interests that are distinct from restaurant customers and may need to be treated differently. It is anticipated that this data will be useful to the foodservice industry in order to segment customer characteristics by different dinning behaviors.

IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis)를 활용한 유무형 외식 상품 속성 연구 - 만두전문점을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Tangible and Intangible Attributes in Foodservice products by IPA - Focus on Dumpling shops -)

  • This study utilized importance and performance analysis (IPA) in order to improve and plan tangible (menu) and intangible (service) products at dumpling shops. Menu attributes for tangible products were classified into sensory factor, health factor, hygiene factor, and external factor. Attributes for intangible products were classified into response factor, visual factor, spatial factor, package factor, and promotion factor. In IPA analysis of tangible products, sensory factor and hygiene factor were located in Quadrant I (Keep up the good work). Health factor was located in Quadrant III (Low priority for management) and the external factor was located in Quadrant II (Possible overkill). In IPA analysis of intangible products, response factor and visual factor were located in Quadrant I, whereas promotion factor was located in Quadrant III. The attributes related to kindness of staff and space for customers in the store were more important, but due to their low performance level, they were located in Quadrant IV (Concentrate management here). Thus, the product planner should improve attributes of the related product immediately. As a result, the development of competitive products within the market is possible.

병원 게시물 개선을 통한 병원 만족도 향상 방안 연구 - 실태 분석 및 환자 만족도 조사를 통하여 (How to Improve Hospital Satisfaction through Improvement of Hospital Bulletins - Through case study and patient satisfaction survey)

  • Purpose: This study aims to provide a way to improve hospital satisfaction through improvement of hospital bulletins based on the analysis of the actual condition of hospital bulletins and satisfaction analysis for patients. Methods: First, a case study is conducted. After setting the analysis items based on previous studies and case study, a satisfaction survey is conducted on patients and statistical analysis is performed. Results: As a result of factor analysis, factors were classified into four categories: legibility, visibility, effectiveness, and frequency. As a result of the importance analysis through multiple regression analysis of four factors affecting hospital satisfaction, the importance of the "legibility" factor was the highest, followed by the "frequency", "effectiveness", and "visibility". As a result of the satisfaction analysis of the bulletins in the study site, the "visibility" factor was the highest, followed by "legibility", "effectiveness", and "frequency". Implications: In order to improve hospital satisfaction, the improvement of factors of high importance should be considered first. In other words, in hospital bulletins, legibility and frequency should be considered first. In addition, hospital satisfaction can be maximized by improving the level of factors and variables that are low in the satisfaction survey by factor.

중요도-수행도 분석을 이용한 대학 기숙사 급식소의 서비스 품질 속성에 대한 고객 인식분석 (Customer Perception Levels towards Service Quality Attributes of University Residence Hall Foodservice by Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze university students' perception of service quality attributes in residence hall foodservice. Questionnaires were hand delivered to 1,210 university students residing in a residence hall. A total of 1,011 was usable, resulting in an 83.6% response rate. The survey was conducted between October, 1998 and May, 1999. A statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS/Win 6.12 for Descriptive Analysis, $X^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, Spearman Correlation, and Common factor Analysis, and Importance- Performance Analysis(IPA) was completed. Significant negative correlations between importance and performance were found with 'abundance of foods'(p < 0.001), 'discontent handling'(p < 0.001), and 'availability of new menus'(p < 0.01). factors including food, menu, sanitation, atmosphere, facilities, employee's attitude, and convenience were rearranged and a new dimension was created with the service. Employee's attitude and service factors received the highest scores in customer perception of importance and performance. Food, menu, and convenience factors were included in Quadrant A. female students had significantly higher importance mean scores than males, while males had significantly higher Performance mean scores. Comparison of the Importance of Banks' Attributes between Islamic and Conventional Banks' Customers

  • Purpose - This paper aims to study the main selection criteria for Islamic banks in Indonesia, and to compare them with those for conventional banks. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This study employs an exploratory approach and a natural experimental design with Factor Analysis and two independent sample tests as statistical analysis methods. A total of 363 questionnaires were distributed to three groups of bank customers-customers of Islamic and conventional banks individually, and those of both banks together (121 respondents in each group). Results - The research shows that service appears to be the most important factor in selecting Islamic banks, in addition to other emotional and rational factors. However, this service cannot be expressed as the Islamic banks' advantage compared to conventional banks, because the latter's customers also perceived service as the most important factor. The parametric mean of importance of service for both Islamic and conventional banks' customers is insignificantly different. Conclusion - Customers of both conventional and Islamic banks have a similar degree of importance for convenience, price, and service.

지역문화축제의 서비스품질에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석(2013 평창효석문화제를 중심으로) (The Importance-Performance Analysis on the Service Quality of Local Cultural Festivals(Based on Pyeongchang Hyoseok Culture Festival in 2013))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서비스품질을 활용한 측정기준을 설정하여 지역문화축제에 대한 인식수준을 파악함과 동시에 서비스품질에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석을 통하여 향후 서비스품질 향상 및 방문객의 축제이용시 이용극대화를 위한 효율적인 개선운영방안을 모색하여 지역문화축제의 질적향상에 도움이 되고자 한다. 중요도와 성취도간 대응일치 t-test 결과 1)응답성 요인에서는 휴식공간여부, 시설배치도, 의사전달, 화장실비치/청결도 2) 확신성 요인에서는 음식가격, 종업원의 친절, 3)신뢰성 요인에서는 (행사장까지)축제팸플릿, 안내시설/표지판, 친절도, 스케줄안내, 신속한 대응 등 모든 항목, 4) 유형성 요인에서도 지역문화인지도, 유익성, 스토리텔링 등 모든 항목에서 5) 공감성 요인에서는 행사의 다양성과 축제내용 항목에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
