안전사고와 민원이 많은 건설현장에서 새로운 건설기술, 특히 자동화 장비가 적용되는 경우는 드물다. 본 연구에서는 건설 자동화 장비의 적용 가능성을 높이기 위하여 고려하여야 하는 기술도입 영향요인들을 도출하고 분석하였다. 먼저, 영향요인들을 기술과 비기술 요인으로 분류하고, 기술요인을 사용성과 기능성 요인으로, 그리고 비기술 요인을 비용, 공사특징, 조직요인으로 분류하였다. 다음으로, 전문가 설문을 통하여 각 영향요인들의 중요도와 실현 가능성을 분석하였다. 사용성과 기능성이 중요도와 실현 가능성이 모두 높은 요인으로 분석되었다. 또한, 영향요인들의 중요도와 실현 가능성에 대한 건설사와 장비 개발사의 관점 차이를 분석하였다. 사전관계와 운전자 태도, 구성원들 의지, 공사품질들은 모두 건설사가 장비 개발사보다 더 높게 인식하고 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 장비 개발사는 건설사와의 관점 차이를 인지하고, 건설사가 중요하게 생각하는 요인들을 중심으로 개발하여야 할 것이다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 자동화 장비 개발 사전 단계에서 적용할 수 있는 평가기준으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The objective of the study is to produce preferential impact assessment factors for Environmental Impact Assessment by considering regional features and public participation in the initial stages of EIA. In order to produce preferential impact assessment factors, the study was carried out through theoretical research and a survey of public awareness as a ways to reflect public participation based on theoretical research. The survey of public awareness was conducted in the form of an interview to review the impact which the construction of atomic power plants at Hyo-am village, Jang-an, Kyungsang Province and Bi-hak village, Suhsang-myon, Ulsan-Kun will have on the surrounding environment: to reflect public participation on deciding preferential assessment: and to determine the extent of alternatives of the proposed project. As the result of the study, the following were identified as preferential assessment factors in the settlement and surrounding areas cultivation marine products, change of temperature of seawater due to flow of warm water, land use(negative), noise vibration during construction, existing plants, erosion accumulation, influx of manpower for construction(negative), recreation landscaping during construction and operation, change in flow of transportation during construction, the quality of seawater during construction and operation were produced as preferential assessment factors in both settlement area and neighboring areas. In the settlement area, the educational environment(negative & positive) and positive aspects of the influx of manpower for construction were also identified as preferential assessment factors.

Hazard recognition is considered as one of the pre-requisites for effective hazard management and injury prevention. However, in complex and changing environments, construction workers are often unable to identify all possible hazards that can occur in the jobsite. Therefore, identification of factors that impact hazard recognition in the work environment is necessary to reduce safety incidents as well as to develop strategies that can improve worker's hazard recognition performance. This study identified factors/problems that impact worker's hazard recognition abilities and suggested some potential technologies that can mitigate such problems. Literature reviews of journal articles and published reports related to hazard recognition studies were conducted to identify the factors. The study found out that the major factor responsible for affecting worker's hazard recognition abilities were human-related. Industry factors, Organizational factors and Physical factors of the site were the other factors identified from the study that impact worker's hazard recognition performances. The findings from the study can help site personnel recognize areas where effective measures can be directed towards worksite safety of workers while working in complex construction environments.

임팩트 투자는 사회적 가치와 재무적 이익을 동시에 추구하는 소셜벤처에 대한 투자로, 재무적 수익을 창출하는 동시에 다양한 사회문제를 혁신적으로 해결하는 데 중점을 둔다. 국내 임팩트 투자 생태계는 정부 및 공공기관의 주도 하에 성장하였으며, 2021년 운용자산 기준 총 7,000억원으로 3년만에 3.5배 증가하였다. 이러한 양적 성장과 함께 질적 성장을 견인하기 위하여 벤처투자와 구분되는 임팩트 투자에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 임팩트 투자만의 차별화되는 영향요인을 실증 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 먼저 선행연구 고찰을 통해 투자 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 임팩트 투자사 대표 및 심사역 11명을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 수행하여 주요 요인을 도출하였다. 이후 임팩트 투자 심사역 10명을 대상으로 AHP 조사를 실시하여 중요도 우선순위를 확인하였다. 상위 요인의 중요도는 시장>창업가(팀)>제품·서비스>재무의 순서로 높게 나타났으며, 세부요인의 중요도는 '시장의 경쟁강도 및 진입장벽>신시장 창출 가능성>시장성장 및 확장 가능성>팀의 전문성 및 역량>제품·서비스의 차별성 및 경쟁력'의 순서로 나타났다. 연구 결과, 선행연구에서 밝힌 벤처투자 결정요인과 다르게 임팩트 투자는 시장 관련 요인을 중요하게 평가하고 특히 투자 결정 시점에서 소셜벤처의 사회적 가치 보다 비즈니스 모델의 지속가능성과 수익을 중요하게 고려한다는 점을 확인하였다.

In the displacing settlement area, the educational environment(negative & positive) and positive aspects of the influx of manpower for construction were also identified as preferential assessment factors.

In This Study, New Product Development Activities, Innovation Activities, Technical Cooperation Activities may have an Impact on Competitive Advantage, Development Performance and Business Performance. The aim of Empirical Analyze is to identify the Structural Causal Relationship among the Activities and Performance Factors. We get the Results as Follows : New Product Development Activities have a Positive Impact on Competitive Advantage as well as the Development Performance. Technological Innovation Activities have a Positive Impact on Competitive Advantage, and do not have enough Impact on the Development Performance. Technical Cooperation Activities have a Positive Impact on the Development Performance, and do not have enough Impact on the Competitive Advantage, Competitive Advantage has a Positive Impact on the Development Performance as well as the Business Performance. Development Performance has a Positive Impact on the Business Performance.

The study aims to determine the factors and their influence on the income from using public agricultural land of households. Public agricultural land is agricultural land, including land for growing annual crops, perennial crops, and land for aquaculture, leased by commune-level People's Committees with a lease term of not more than 5 years. Secondary data were collected for the 2017-2021 period at state agencies. Primary data were collected from a survey of 150 households renting public agricultural land. The regression model assumed that there were 28 factors belonging to 7 groups. The test results show that 25 factors affect income, and 03 factors do not. The group of COVID-19 pandemic factors has the strongest impact, followed by the groups of agricultural product market factors, land factors, capital factors, production cost factors, labor factors, and climatic factors. The impact rate of COVID-19 pandemic factors is the largest (23.00%); The impact rate of climatic factors is the smallest (6.04%). Proposals to increase income include good implementation of disease prevention and control; increasing the land lease term; accurately forecasting the supply and demand of the agricultural market; raising the level of the household head; ensuring sufficient production capital, and adapting to the climate.

As the electronic market grows, the vendors establish internet shopping mall with a plenty of electronic catalogs and prepare to respond rapid electronic market growth. Consequently, building attractable electronic catalogs is very important to give a customer satisfaction. Based on prior researches, this study suggest a research model to understand the factors of electronic catalogs and their impact on the customer's relationship quality. As a result, this study confirmed that accuracy, timeliness, interaction, presentation, and information structure of electronic catalog were important factors. Presentation is the most important factors of electronic catalog. Information structure and accuracy also heavily impact on user satisfaction. And their impact on the customer satisfaction and trust were proved to be substantial. These results will contribute to provide implicit guidelines to the developers of internet shopping malls.

As the environmental concerns in Korea have shifted gradually from the environmental pollutions to the quality of life (QOL) enhancement, it has become increasingly important to implement comprehensive assessment of environmental quality as possible. This is the major reason to develop Environmental Assessment Index. This study focuses on indices development of factors in Environmental Impact Statement Preparation Regulation. Environment in this regulation is composed of natural environment, life environment and socio-economic environment, and it is composed of 22 factors. EAI(Environmental Assessment Index)studied in this research is integrated by 16 factors. It will contribute to public participation in Environmental Impact Assessment process and environmental policy.

In this paper, we propose a 2D-FE model in single impact with combined physical factors to obtain a unique residual stress by shot peening. Applied physical parameters include elastic-plastic deformation of shot ball, material damping coefficients, strain rate, dynamic friction coefficients. Single impact FE model consists of 2D axisymmetric elements. The FE model with combined factors showed converged and unique distributions of surface stress, maximum compressive residual stress and deformation depth. Further, in contrast to the FE models with rigid shot and elastic deformable shot, FE model with plastic deformable shot produces residual stresses very close to experimental solutions by X-ray diffraction. We therefore validated the 2D FE model with combined peeing factors and plastic deformable shot. This FE model will be a base of the 3D FE model for residual stresses by multi-impact shot peening.
