공공청사 개산견적 정확도 향상을 위한 공사비 영향요인 분석 (Analysis of Impact Factors for the Improvement of Conceptual Cost Estimation Accuracy for Public Office Building)

  • 본 연구는 기획단계에서 이루어지는 개산견적 예측 모델의 정확도를 향상시키기 위하여 최적의 영향요인 조합을 제시하였다. 이에 기획단계에서 활용이 가능한 정량적인 영향요인을 선정하여 상관분석 통해 공사비에 가장 많은 영향을 주는 연면적을 중심으로 8가지의 영향요인 조합을 설정하였다. 8가지 영향요인 조합을 다중회귀분석을 통하여 VIF계수 및 회귀식을 도출하였다. VIF계수를 통해 연면적, 건축면적과 층 영향요인을 함께 사용할 경우 연면적과 건축면적 두 영향요인 간의 종속적인 관계를 확인하였다. 이에 독립성이 예측 모델 정확도의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 실 사례 프로젝트 10건을 회귀식에 대입하여 정확도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 독립성이 확보가 안 된 영향요인 조합은 다른 영향요인에 비해 정확도 떨어지는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 따라서 최대한 많은 영향요인을 활용하는 것보다 최적의 영향요인 조합을 선정하는 것이 예측 모델의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있다고 판단되며, 본 연구에서는 연면적과 건축면적을 활용하였을 경우 정확도가 가장 높은 것을 확인하였다.

  • In this study, the concept of safety impact assessment to achieve 'Design-for-Safety' in design phase is introduced. For this purpose, safety impact assessment model was devised and a methodology using the risk-based safety impact assessment approach for NATM of tunnel projects is suggested. The suggested methodology includes safety information survey, classification of safety impact factors caused by design and construction, and quantitative estimation of magnitude and frequency of safety impact factors. A real-world case study on the safety impact assessment of a tunnel construction project is also provided in the paper.

환경영향평가 시 토양 관련 평가 항목에 대한 고찰 (Study on the soil related assessment factors in Korean Environmental Impact Assessment)

  • 우리나라는 약 30년 간 환경영향평가가 시행되고 있으며 이 기간 동안 환경영향평가의 대상 사업 및 평가 항목 등에 대한 다양한 개정이 수행되었다. 하지만 현행 환경영향평가법 상의 토양 관련 평가 항목은 토양 환경의 일부분에 국한하여 고려되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 환경영향평가 지침을 분석하여 토양 관련 평가 항목을 분석하였으며 해외의 환경영향평가제도 내 토양 관련 평가항목을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 국내 환경영향평가 제도에서 토양 환경 평가의 문제점과 시사점을 도출하였다. 우리나라의 경우 환경영향평가 제도 내의 수질, 토양, 지형 지질, 수리 수문 평가 항목에서 토양과 관련된 인자를 분석하고 있다. 그 대상은 토양 오염도, 비옥토, 우수유출량, 비점오염원 등 주로 오염과 관련한 인자이다. 하지만 해외의 경우 토양 압밀, 토양 밀폐, 토양 염류화 등 토양의 기능 및 질과 연관된 항목을 분석 중에 있다. 우리나라 국토의 지속가능한 개발을 위하여 해외의 경우와 마찬가지로 토양 관련 평가 인자를 개정할 필요가 있다.

충격 지점과 보행자 전도 거리의 상관관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Impact Point of Vehicle and Throw Distance of Pedestrian)

  • The fatalities of pedestrian account for about 40.0% of all fatalities in Korea 2005. Vehicle-Pedestrian accident generates trajectory of pedestrian. In pedestrian involved accident, the most important data to inspect accident is throw distance of pedestrian. The throw distance of pedestrian can be influenced by many variables. The variables that influence trajectory of pedestrian can be classified into vehicular factors, pedestrian factors, and road factors. Vehicular factors are the frontal shape of vehicle, impact speed of vehicle, the offset of impact point. Many studies have been done about the relation between impact speed and throw distance of pedestrian. But the influence of the offset of impact point was neglected. The influence of the offset of impact point was analyzed by Working Model, and the trajectory of pedestrian, dynamic characteristics of multi-body were analyzed by PC-CRASH, a kinetic analysis program for a traffic accident. Based on the results, the increase of offset reduced the throw distance of pedestrian. However box type vehicle just like bus, the offset of impact point did not influence the throw distance of pedestrian considerably.

Development of a methodology for analysing and quantifying the impact of delay factors affecting construction projects

  • Delays are one of the biggest problems facing by the construction industry and they have significant financial and social impact in construction projects. The paper presents a framework of Delay Analysis System (DAS) with the aim of analysing the impact of delay factors in Libyan construction projects. The system has designed by integrating the possible delay factors, critical activities of a project using@risk simulator. A case study of building project was demonstrated to identify the impact of delays and the sensitivity of delay factor. The case study result showed that the project might be delayed by 97 to 103 days in comparison to the planned duration. The developed DAS is a tool for analysing and identify the impacts of delay factors and assist to construction manager to take necessary measure in reducing the delay impact. The paper provides a methodology for analysing the possible delay impact in a construction project and informing to construction manager in advance of the possible delay factors.

공공건설사업 건설성과 영향요인 가중치 개발 (Weights for Construction Performance Impact Factors of Public Construction Project)

  • 공공건설사업은 사람들의 복지 후생 향상과 국가 또는 공공단체 등이 공공자원을 사용하여 시행된다. 따라서 본 논문은 공공건설사업의 성과를 제고시키기 위해 건설성과에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하였다. 그리고 전문가를 대상으로 AHP를 실시하여 영향요인 별 영향정도를 가중치로 제시하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 영향요인을 건설관련 제도, 프로젝트 관리노력, 프로젝트 환경을 구분하고 세부 영향요인 16개를 제시하였다. 그 결과 적정 예산확보, 합리적 사업시행 절차, 사전 기획 등의 순으로 가중치가 결정되었다. 이는 시공 이전단계의 업무에 해당되는 요인들로 시공이전단계의 관리업무의 중요성을 나타내고 있다. 반면, 자재조달, 작업난이도, 현장 조건 등 시공과 관련된 요인의 중요도는 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 가중치가 높게 나타난 영향요인을 중점 관리하여 건설공사의 성공적인 수행이 가능할 것이다.

Crashworthiness analysis on existing RC parapets rehabilitated with UHPCC

  • In recent year, the coat layer drops and the rebar rust of bridge parapets, which caused the structural performance degradation. In order to achieve the comprehensive rehabilitation, ultra high performance cementitious composites is proposed to existing RC parapet rehabilitation. The influence factors of UHPCC rehabilitation includes two parts, i.e., internal factors related with material, such as UHPCC layer thickness, corrosion ratio of rebars, fiber volume fraction, and external factors related with the load, such as impact speeds, impact angles, vehicle mass. The influence of the factors was analyzed in this paper based on the nonlinear finite element. The analysis results of the maximum dynamic deformation and the peak impact load of parapets revealed the influence of the internal factors and the external factors on anti-collision performance and degree degradation. This research may provide a reference for the comprehensive multifunctional rehabilitation of existing bridge parapets.

  • This study aims to evaluate factors of floor structure influencing to the floor impact sound. For this reasons, we measured the vibration of floor and the floor impact sound in moment flame structure. The main results from this study are that slab area and thickness are critical factors of the floor impact sound and aspect ratio slab is not verified in flor impact sound.

  • Environmental Impact Assessment System, ever since its enactment in Korea fourteen years ago, has been steadily improved by introduction and implementation of new concepts and methodologies which include Environmental Impact Statement(EIS) preparation technique, selection of environmental factors, and the like. However, current guideline requires that every EIS, regardless of the specifics of the project type or characteristics of the site, must evaluate and study for all twenty-two environmental factors as set forth in the regulation. The situation causes many undesirable problems like; lack of site specific evaluation in most EISs, over-sized EIS drafts, consuming too much time and costs for EIS preparation, and so on. The objectives of this study are: - To establish a set of criteria to classify the types of the projects in terms of features of the project content and the characteristics of the site area. - To establish a guideline for selecting major environmental factors of the project type criteria, and - To provide basic materials for the preparation of complets draft EIS of the Amendment of Environmental Impact Assessment Act.

A Study on Impact of Deep Learning on Korean Economic Growth Factor

  • This paper deals with studying strategy about impact of deep learning (DL) on the factor of Korean economic growth. To study classification of impact factors of Korean economic growth, we suggest dynamic equation of microeconomy and study methods on economic growth impact of deep learning. Next step is to suggest DL model to dynamic equation with Korean economy data with growth related factors to classify what factor is import and dominant factors to build policy and education. DL gives an influence in many areas because it can be implemented with ease as just normal editing works and speak including code development by using huge data. Currently, young generations will take a big impact on their job selection because generative AI can do well as much as humans can do it everywhere. Therefore, policy and education methods should be rearranged as new paradigm. However, government and officers do not understand well how it is serious in policy and education. This paper provides method of policy and education for AI education including generative AI through analysing many papers and reports, and experience.
