This paper examines Fernand Khnopff's Symbolism, focusing on the I Lock My Door upon Myself as a manifesto of his artistic credo in style and theme. Its title was originally in English, originating from the poem "Who Shall Deliver Me?" by Dante Gabriel Rossetti's sister Christina Rossetti. I use the term "Social Symbolism" which combines a nationalist perspective with traditional French Symbolism, in order to explain how the image of Bruges is represented in his oeuvre. Symbolism calls for psychological introspection evoking death, love, silence, and solitude and recluse from realty in pursuit of the Unknown and the Ideal. Although Khnopff shared this idea, he departed from symbolist tradition by incorporating a political milieu in his paintings. First, I discuss Khnopff's early stage in the formation of his artistic concept, including his family background as well as his early opportunity to visit the Exposition Universelle in Paris where he formed his early interests in aesthetics, philosophy, literature, mythology and Egyptian art. His early works, La Painture, la Musique, la Poesie(1880-1881), Le Crise(1881), and En ecoutant Schuman(1883) reveal his favorite subjects which were quite prevalent in the symbolist traditions of both Belgium and France. By looking at Khnopff's paintings, I endeavor to situate his Symbolism in the context of the development of Belgian modernity and cultural nationalism. Second, my analysis of Khnopff creates a new overview of Symbolism in Europe, especially in Belgium. In the absence of socio-political integration, the Symbolist painter adds nostalgic meaning to the landscape of Bruges. The scene of Bruges illuminates the social atmosphere in Belgium at that time. Since Belgium became an independent country, it tried to differentiate its own cultural and national identity from France. There was a powerful social movement for Belgium to claim its own identity, language, and culture. Bruges was, for Symbolists, the epitome of Belgium's past glory. This encouraged the formation of Belgian nationalism centering on Brussels, as I demonstrate in Khnopff's Bruges-la-Morte(1892). The relationship between Symbolist artist and writers is crucial for understanding this development. Khnopff, for instance, illustrated or provided frontispieces for many Symbolist writers such as Rodenbach, Peladan, Spencer and Le Roy. Khnopff did not objectify the exact meaning, but rather provided his own subjective interpretation. In this respect, I Lock My Door, inspired by Rossetti, started from the same motif, but Khnopff seeked escape into silence and death while Rossetti searched for Christian salvation. Finally my paper deals with the social context in which Khnopff worked. He was a founding member of Les XX in 1883 and later La Libre Esthethetique he also participated in the exhibition of le Salon de la Rose + Croix. Les XX was not a particular school of art and did not have a uniform manifesto, but its exhibitions focused on decorative arts by encompassing art for all people via common, everyday objects. The Periodical, L'art moderne was founded to support this ideal by Edmond Picard and Maux. Les XX declared art as independent art, detached from all official connections. Khnopff designed the 1890 catalogue cover of Les XX and the 1891 cover. These designs show decorative element of Art Nouveau in an early example of "modern poster." Les XX pursued all art including graphic arts, prints, placard, posters and book illustrations and design. These forms of art were l'art social and this movement was formed by the social atmosphere in Belgium in terms of social reforms and strikes by working class. Khnopff designed the book cover for la Maison du Peuple. The artist, however, did not share the ideal egalitarianism of the working class to a certain degree, while he was working in his villa he designed under the ideal motto, "on n'a pas que," he expressed the nihilistic emotions toward society by the theme of interiority such as solitude, silence, narcissism, introspection, and introversion. In the middle of his Symbolism, we find the "cultural nostalgia" or longing that the artist develops in the I Lock My Door upon Myself. Khnopff's longing toward the lost city of "Bruges" form the crux of his "Social Symbolism."

우수한 핵의학 영상의 획득과 불필요한 환자 피폭을 최소화하기 위한 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나가 방사성의약품의 방사능을 정확하게 측정하는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 각 의료기관에서 사용하고 있는 방사능측정기에 대한 적절한 품질관리가 수행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 의료기관이 보유하고 있는 방사능측정기의 품질관리를 지원하고 의료기관이 사용하고 있는 방사능측정기의 측정 정확도를 평가하고자 방사능비교측정을 수행하였다. 방사능비교측정은 I-131, Tc-99m, I-123을 이용하여 각각 수행하였다. I-131을 이용한 방사능 비교측정에는 45개 기관의 58개 방사능측정기가 참여하였고, Tc-99m의 경우 58개 기관의 74개 방사능측정기가 참여하였으며, I-123의 경우는 45개 기관 60개 방사능 측정기가 참여하였다. 편차가 ${\pm}10%$를 벗어나는 측정기에 대해서는 추가적인 비교측정을 수행하였으며, 그 결과 일부 측정기는 편차가 ${\pm}10%$ 이내로 개선되었다. 비교측정 결과 편차가 ${\pm}5%$ 이내인 측정기가 각각 81% (I-131), 61% (Tc-99m), 67% (I-123)이었고, 편차가 5%< $|{\Delta}|{\leq}|10%$ 이내인 측정기는 각각 17% (I-131), 20% (Tc-99m), 15% (I-123)이었으며, 편차가 ${\pm}10%$를 초과한 측정기는 각각 2% (I-131), 19% (Tc-99m), 18% (I-123)이었다. 본 연구의 결과로부터 방사능비교측정은 의료기관의 방사능 측정 정확도를 향상시키고, 방사능측정기의 측정 정확도 저하여부를 확인하기 위해 지속적으로 수행되어져야 할 것으로 생각한다.

Objectives : To observe changes in the serum proteins before and after intravenous injection of wild ginseng herbal acupuncture. Methods : Blood was collected before and after the administration of wild ginseng herbal acupuncture and only the serum was centrifuged. Then differences in the spots on the scanned image after running 2-Dimensionl electrophoresis were located and conducted mass analysis and protein identification. Results : Following results were obtained from the comparative analysis of serum proteins before and after the administration of wild ginseng herbal acupuncture. 1. 28 spots were identified before and after the administration. 2. In confirming manifestation degree, spots with more than two-times increase were 204, 803, 1505, 2205, 3105, 7104, 9001 spots, with more than one-time increase were 1101, 1302, 2013, 3009, 3010, 4002, 4009, 6706, 7103, 8006, 8101, and spots with decrease were 205, 801, 3205, 5202, 6105. 3. After conducting protein identification, proteins 205, 804, 1302, 4009, 6105, 6106 are unidentified yet, and 1101 is unnamed protein. Protein 204 is identified as complement receptor CR2-C3d, 801 as YAP1 protein, 803 as antitrypsin polymer, 1505 as PRO0684, 2013 and 3010 as proapolipoprotein, 2205 as USP48, 2403 as vitamin D binding protein, 3009 as complement component 4A preprotein, 3105 as immunoglobulin lambda chain, 3205 as transthyretin, 4002 as Ras-related protein Ral-A, 4204 as beta actin, 5202 and 7104 as apolipoprotein L1, 6704 as alpha 2 macroglobulin precursor, 7103 as complement component 3 precursor, 8006 as testis-specific protein Y, 8101 as Transferrin, 9001 as(Alpha-Oxy, Beta-(C112g)deoxy) T-State Human Hemoglobin, and 9003 as human hemoglobin. 4. Immune protein CR2-C3d, which acts against microbes and pathogenic organisms, and Antitrypsin(803), which is secreted with inflammatory response in the lungs, were increased by more than 200% after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 5. Immunoglobulin lambda chain(3105), Alpha-Oxy, Beta-(C112g)deoxy T-State Human Hemoglobin(9001), and human hemoglobin(9003) were increased by more than two-times after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 6. Proapolipoprotein(2013, 3010) and apolipoprotein(7104), key components of the HDL-cholesterol which plays an important role in preventing arteriosclerosis, were increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 7. Vitamin D binding protein(DBP, 2403), protecting the lung at the time of inflammatory response, was increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 8. Transthyretin(TTR, 3205), which is the main protein causing familial aimyloid polyneuropathy(FAP), was decreased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 9. Ras-related protein Ral-A(4002) that controls phospholipid metabolism, cytoskeletal formation, and membrane traffic, was increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 10. Testis-specific protein Y(8006), which takes part in determination of the gender, was increased by more than two-times after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 11. Transferrin(8101), T-State Human Hemoblobin(9001), and Human Hemoblobin(9003) which balances the iron level in the body, were increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. Conousion : Above results support the notion that intravenous injection of cultivated wild ginseng herbal acupuncture induce changes in serum proteins and this research can be a pioneer work in finding biomarkers.

우리나라의 혁신클러스터 정책은 지역균형발전을 목표로 2005년부터 본격적으로 추진되었다. 본 연구는 판교테크노밸리를 사례로 혁신클러스터 입주기업의 지속가능성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 판교테크노밸리는 중앙정부 보다는 지자체(경기도)의 주도하에 건립되었고 '한국의 실리콘밸리', '아시아 실리콘밸리' 등으로 불리며 대표성이 커지고 있다. 성장하고 있는 판교테크노밸리는 2016년 대비 2017년에 입주기업 수가 감소하는 현상이 발생하였고, 2019년을 기점으로 판교테크노밸리의 비즈니스 생태계가 변할 수 있는 이슈(기업의 입지 이전 가능 이슈)가 발생하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 영향 요인을 조사하기 위해 양적 및 질적 연구를 통합하여 진행하였다. 설문조사를 기반으로 양적연구를 진행하고 인터뷰를 통한 질적 연구를 적용하였다. 양적 연구에서는 판교테크노밸리의 지속가능성에 영향을 주는 요인을 조사하였고, 질적 연구에서는 양적 연구결과에 대한 구체적인 이유와 추가적인 요인을 조사하였다. 양적 연구결과 기업내부여건변화, 인적·물적 인프라, 협력 및 시너지, 입주 형태 범주에서 지속가능성에 대한 영향력을 발휘하는 요인들이 나타났다. 영향력에 대한 구체적 이유는 질적 연구과정에선 나타났다. 지자체의 지원 범주는 양적 연구에서 의미있는 요인이 나타나지 않았다. 추가적으로 질적 연구를 통해 지속가능성에 영향을 가장 크게 발휘하는 범주로 '판교테크노밸리의 좋은 이미지'가 제시되었다. 판교테크노밸리 내 협력네트워크 활성화에 대해서는 기업들이 수동적인 자세를 취하고 있으며 지자체의 역할을 기대하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 판교테크노밸리가 지속가능하기 위한 방안으로 현실적인 방안과 이상적인 방안을 함께 제시하였다.

하악 완전 무치악 환자에서 이공 사이에 2개의 임플란트를 식립한 후 4종류의 어태치먼트를 사용한 하악 오버덴쳐를 제작하여 유한요소 모델을 만들고 여기에 3가지 하중 조건을 가하여 유한요소 해석 프로그램인 ANSYS 10.0을 이용하여 어태치먼트 종류에 따른 임플란트 주위골과 보철물 및 임플란트와 골 사이 계면에 발생하는 최대 응력의 크기와 응력 분포양상을 분석하였다. 하악골체의 전체적인 골격구조에서 치아 부분은 오버덴쳐로 모델을 형성하였고 오버덴쳐와 하악골 사이에 2mm 두께의 점막을 삽입하였다. 임플란트 오버덴쳐의 유한요소 모델은 ball and socket, Locator, magnet, bar의 각각 4가지 형태를 제작하였다. 고정체의 식립 위치는 양측 이공 전방이고, 경계 조건 중 고정점은 하악각 부위와 모형의 최후방 절점들을 고정점으로 설정하였다. 하중조건은 오버덴쳐의 좌측 제 2소구치에서 제 2대구치 편측 부위에 170N의 하중을, 좌 우측 제 2소구치에서 제 2대구치 양측 부위에 170N의 하중을, $90^{\circ}$수직 방향, $45^{\circ}$경사, 그리고 $0^{\circ}$ 수평 방향으로 가하였다. 결과 분석시 모든 하중방향에서 응력의 크기는 bar에서 임플란트나 오버덴쳐에서 가장 크게 나타났으며, 계면에서의 응력은 모든 어태치먼트에서 비슷한 응력분포가 나타났다. Ball and socket, Locator, magnet에서는 유의성을 보이지 않았다. 응력의 분포도에서는 4종류의 어태치먼트 모두 임플란트 치경부에서 응력이 집중된 양상을 보였으며 bar타입에서는 bar의 중앙에 응력이 크게나타났다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 어태치먼트의 종류에 따라 응력분포의 차이가 있었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 어태치먼트의 선정 시 응력집중을 완화시킬 수 있는 바람직한 설계와 선택이 필요하리라 사료된다.

본 논문은 2013년 이후 급변하는 한국의 만화산업에서 수도권에 집중된 창, 제작 환경의 지역 균형 발전을 위한 방안을 연구하기 위한 것이다. 만화는 여타 문화 콘텐츠 산업에 비해 제작비가 낮을 뿐만 아니라 제작기반이 최소한의 요건만 갖추어지면 가능하므로 지역 분권이 상대적으로 매우 용이한 분야이다. 현재 대부분의 만화 관련 기업, 진흥 기관 등은 서울과 부천 등에 분포하고 있다. 그러나 작가의 경우 전국적으로 분산되어 있으며 해외에서 작품 활동을 전개하는 작가도 유의미한 수치에 이른다. 대전, 부산, 순천, 경북 등에서는 만화 창 제작 센터를 구축하기 위해 2015년부터 본격적인 움직임을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지역별 만화 창 제작센터 구축 움직임을 해외 사례와 함께 살펴보고 각 지역별 특색과 균형, 조화를 어떻게 이룰 것인가를 점검해보고자 한다. 먼저 정부의 만화산업 육성 정책의 현황을 분석했다. 만화산업중장기발전계획을 축으로 한 정부의 만화진흥정책은 그간 한국콘텐츠진흥원과 부천의 한국만화영상진흥원을 축으로 전개되어 왔으나 웹툰 산업이 급성장하면서 각 지역에서도 진흥 기관의 필요성이 2015년 이후 제기되어 왔다. 2019년부터 시행하게 될 4차 만화산업 중장기발전계획 수립을 앞두고 본격적인 지역균형발전의 지원 틀이 갖춰져야 할 것으로 보인다. 해외의 경우는 미국 샌디에고(코미콘), 프랑스의 앙굴렘(국립이미지센터), 일본의 교토(만화박물관), 사카이미나토(미즈키시게루로드) 등 일찍부터 지역을 중심으로 만화진흥 기관, 행사 등이 발달해 왔던 점은 시사하는 바가 크다. 결론에서는 지역마다 만화창 제작센터가 구축된다고 하더라도 지역의 성격과 특징에 맞게 설립되는 것의 중요성과 필요성을 구체적인 방안을 들어 제안하고자 했다. 이를 바탕으로 문화콘텐츠 산업에서 거의 유일하게 지역 창 제작 시스템이 정착될 수 있는 만화, 웹툰 산업의 비전을 제시하고자 한다.

관측밀도가 동일한 조건에서 단위격자점의 크기를 줄일 경우 PRISM 방식에 의해 추정된 강수량 분포 가 단위격자점의 크기를 줄이기 전에 비해 개선되는지 확인하기 위해 PRISM 코드를 수정하여 $270m{\times}270m$ 격자점 단위로 구동할 수 있도록 하였다. 남한 전역의 지형자료를 270m DEM으로부터 준비하고 432개 기상청 자동기상관측소의 2007년 월별 적산강수량 자료를 입력자료로 하여 각 격자점의 PRISM 회귀식을 도출하였다. 회귀모형과 DEM 고도에 의해 각 격자점의 월별 적산강수량을 추정한 다음, 추정된 강수량분포도로부터 한국수자원공사 우량관측소 166개소에 해당하는 격자점의 자료를 추출하여 해당관측소의 실측값과 비교하였다. 동일한 강수자료를 이용하되 이번에는 5km 격자점의 PRISM 회귀모형을 유도하여 강수량 분포도를 작성하고 166개 지점 추정강수량을 추출하여 실측자료와의 차이를 RMSE로 표현하였다. 5km 대신 270m 분해능의 DEM을 사용할 경우 월 강수량이 100mm 이상인 경우 평균 10%의 오차 감소효과가 확인되었다.

본 논문에서는 초고해상도(UHD: Ultra High Definition) 영상의 방송 서비스를 위한 UHD 영상의 주관적 화질 평가를 수행하고 이에 따른 화질평가 결과를 분석하였다. TV, 인터넷, 개인 미디어 기기들의 보급으로 인해 영상 콘텐츠의 소비가 늘어나고 있으며 이와 더불어 고화질 영상에 대한 수요 또한 증가하고 있다. 현재 HD급($1920{\times}1080$) 영상이 DTV, DVD, 디지털 캠코더, 감시 비디오 및 기타 멀티미디어 기기 등을 통하여 다양한 형태로 소비되고 있으며, 최근에는 이러한 HD 해상도를 넘어 4K-UHD($3840{\times}2160$) 해상도의 디지털 시네마 콘텐츠가 활발히 제작되고 있고, 멀티미디어 시장에서도 이를 지원하는 카메라, 빔 프로젝터, 디스플레이 등의 기기가 출시되기 시작하였으며, 곧 방송${\times}$통신 환경에서도 4K-UHD 비디오 서비스가 출현할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 UHD TV 서비스 도입 시에 UHD 비디오의 시청환경 및 신호규격을 결정하는데 도움을 주기 위해 4K-UHD 영상에 대해 공간 해상도, 컬러포맷, 프레임률, 압축률을 포함한 4 가지 항목에 대한 주관적 화질 평가 실험을 수행하였다. 평가 결과, HD 해상도 대비 UHD 해상도의 영상에 대해 더 높은 주관적 화질 평가 결과를 보였으며, 컬러포맷이 YUV444인 4K-UHD 영상이 YUV422, YUV420인 4K-UHD 영상들 보다 화질이 더 높은 주관적 평가를 받았고, YUV422와 YUV420 4K-UHD 영상 간의 화질 비교에서는 주관적 평가 차이는 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 프레임률에 있어서는 60fps의 4K-UHD 영상이 30fps의 4K-UHD 영상보다 움직임이 많은 영상일수록 더 높은 주관적 화질 평가 결과를 보였으며, HD 영상에 대한 비트심도 비교에서는 10bit인 영상과 8bit인 영상 간의 주관적 화질 평가차이는 매우 작은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 복${\times}$부호화된 4K-UHD 영상의 PSNR이 높을수록 높은 주관적 화질평가를 받았으며 시청거리가 멀어질수록 부호화에 의한 화질 열화를 인지하는 능력이 떨어지면서 PSNR이 낮은 영상도 화질이 양호한 것으로 평가되는 경향이 있었다.

To analyze dental hygienists and other manpower at dental care service institutions where a dental coordinator was working among about 200 dental care service institutions in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, and Incheon as of June 2005 for contents of training for dental coordinators, opinions of qualification of dental coordinators, present and future services provided by dental coordinators, and awareness of dental coordinators and to provide basic data about future services, roles, and cultivation of dental coordinators, a survey was conducted and 216 copies returned were analyzed, obtaining the following results. 1. 83.8 percent needed an educational program for dental coordinators as an educational content; 41.7% had awareness of the educational content; and 83.8 percent insisted that over the intermediate level of curricula should be taken. Dental coordinator cultivation institutions identified included the institution under the control of the Korean Dental Hygienists Association and the education center for the department of dental hygiene; 76.9% insisted that an appropriate qualifying examination should be necessary. They suggested the central government department and the local government as a certification institution; 39.4% insisted that financial support for the education should be provided by financing education alone. Only 28.7% experienced dental coordinator education and 73.1% hoped to serve as a dental coordinator. They were found to expect a rise in payment(64.4%) and in the title(46.8%) after completion of the educational program. 2. 66.2% saw a dental hygienist as the most appropriate for a dental coordinator; clinical career (39.4%) and practical capacity(29.2%) were suggested as requirements for a dental coordinator; and a period of over three years(47.2%) was suggested for appropriate dental career. 3. Dental coordinators' present services included 'reservation management' for customer management, 'staff service training' for organization management, 'understanding of customer reception attitudes and actions' for self-management, 'hospital information management' for hospital marketing, 'acceptance' for hospital affairs management, and 'hospital environment management' for hospital facilities management; their future services included 'acquisition of ability to use a foreign language' for self-management, followed by 'staff service training' for organization management, 'training and counseling' for customer management, 'acquisition of counseling capacity' for self-management, 'complaining customer reception' for customer management, and 'marketing strategy implementation' for hospital marketing. 4. After comparing dental hygienists and other manpower in terms of dental coordinators' future services, dental hygienists showed interest in 'acquisition of ability to use a foreign language,' 'staff service training,' 'complaining customer reception,' and 'acquisition of counseling capacity' while other manpower showed interest in 'acquisition of ability to use a foreign language,' 'document data management,' 'acquisition of basic service manner,' 'acquisition of counseling capacity,' 'manpower management,' 'establishment and evaluation of a marketing strategy,' and 'education and counseling.' 5. As for awareness of dental coordinators, they were thought of as helpful in improving image of a dental clinic; it was found that continuous training should be necessary to develop dental coordinators' capacity; dental coordinators' services should be important and contribute to patients' qualitative satisfaction.

90년대 말에 등장한 사이버가수는 잠시 등장했다가 사라져 버렸고 2000년대 들어 몇 번의 시도는 있었지만 유의미한 성공사례를 보여주지 못하고 있다. 사이버가수는 대중음악계에서 아이돌 육성시스템의 등장과 IT산업의 기술발달에 힘입어 탄생하게 되었고 '아담'에서 시작해 보컬로이드 '시유'까지 개발되게 된다. 만화나 게임에 등장하는 일반적인 디지털캐릭터와 차별화되는 사이버가수는 음악을 매개로 하는 우상화의 대상이 될 수 있고 다수의 팬덤을 형성하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 따라서 실패를 거듭하고, 유행이 흘러간 컨텐츠로 간주될 수 있겠으나 보컬로이드 같은 새로운 매체를 활용해 지속적인 창작 시도를 하고 있어 진정한 사이버가수 탄생에 대한 기대가 존재한다고 볼 수 있다. 초창기 사이버가수는 인간의 외형만 닮아가려는 노력으로 진행되다가 사이아트와 시유에서 인간의 기능들을 닮아가는 것으로 진화되어 왔다. 본 논문은 과거 등장했다가 사라진 사이버가수가 단순히 실패사례로 끝나지 않고 나름의 인공생명체로 진화하려는 과정 속에서 기술을 발전시키고 기계이미지를 바라보는 대중의 인식변화를 조금씩 이끌었다는 점에서 의미 있는 시도였다고 본다. 더불어 그 진화의 방향성은 인간의 기능을 기계적으로 하나씩 획득하면서 인간과 상호 재미와 감정을 교류하면서 자신만의 외형과 기능을 갖춘 인공생명체로 진화하려는 모습을 갖추고 있다. 이런 논리를 뒷받침하기 위해 브루스 매즐리시의 인간과 기계의 공진화에 대한 연구를 참고했고 90년대 후반부터 등장했던 8개의 사이버가수들의 기획 및 디자인적인 캐릭터성과 가수로써 중요하게 평가되는 목소리(보컬)에 대한 발달과정을 브루스가 연구한 관점에서 사이버가수의 진화과정으로 분석했다. 기계는 인간과 함께 공진화하면서 진화해오고 있다. 사이버가수도 인간의 이데아적 욕망과 죽음에 대한 공포의 양가적 대상으로 인식되고 있지만 새로운 인공생명체가 되려는 개발노력은 지속되고 있다. 따라서 새로운 사이버생명체라면 시유 같은 스타일이 될 가능성이 높다. 왜냐하면 만화적 형태나 기계음 목소리가 인간이 실재 욕망하는 기표의 형태는 아닐 수 있으나 현시대의 대중이 원하는 욕망과 기술적 발달이 교차되는 지점에서 탄생할 수 있는 기표의 형태이기 때문이다.
