맞벌이 가구의 수입관리 유형 및 가계비관리 유형과 영향요인 (Patterns of Income and Household Expenses Arrangements and Determinants Within Dual-Income Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the patterns of income and household expense arrangements within dual-income families. The data was obtained from the F-GENS Korea Panel Survey of Ochanomizu University. The responses were gathered from both married and unmarried people, primarily in Seoul and the metropolitan area, of ages ranging from 25 to 44. The sample for this study was comprised of data from 399 double-income households. Crosstab and multinominal logistic regression models were used to analyze the data. The results were as follows. First, dual-income families choose a pooling system as their income arrangement. Second, variables determining the income arrangement were the husband's age, school attainment, annual average income, and average working hour per day. Third, variables that affected the household expenses arrangement included the husband's level of schooling attained and the husband’s job type. Fourth, the ideology of the economic community effected both the income and household expenses arrangement.

  • While one characteristic of modern enterprises is that their forms are mostly stock company type profit organization the other characteristic is that such modern enterprises have mostly been managing under separation between capital and management. The term "Separation of ownership and Management" means that a company is controlled and managed not by its financier or investor but by the professional manager equipped with scientific management skill and knowledge. Nowadays, separation between capital and management could be adopted by advent of professional managers, and the enterprises are managed not exclusively by the interested group of stockholders but by the professional managers Professional managers can manage their enterprises in such a way as to guarantee to achieve sociality and public interests required in the modern enterprises. The purpose of this study is to formalize management ideology of enterprises in Daegu Area by means of comparative study on the degree of separation of ownership and management among enterprises in the United States, Japan and Daegu Area, thus to advise enterprising men of management idea-logy formalized. Findings from the comparative study are as follows 1. There are differences in staffing and financing between enterprises of the United States and those of Japan and Daegu Area. 2. Degree of Separation of ownership and management in Japan and Daegu Area is much less than that of the United States, and 3. The degree of separation of ownership and management is higher in open enterprises in Daegu Area. Accordingly. enterprises in Daegu Area should adopt up-to-data management theory and techniques in order to be developed themselves, and furthermore, to contribute to both the nation and the local community in economic development. In modern industrial society, the scale enterprise organization is growing very rapidly and the managerial circumstances are very much complicate and variable , thus the demand for the competent managers equipped with management knowledge and ability are high. The necessity of systematic and efficient managerial training is social demand needed urgently in modern industrial society. Therefore, it is necessary for the enterprising men in Daegu Area to establish cooperation system between university and industry in which they can participate voluntarily.luntarily.

숲속에 사는 사람, 숲밖에 사는 사람 : 생태인류학적(生態人類學的) 관점(觀點) (People within the Forest, People outside the Forest : A View from Ecological Anthropology)

  • One might have a retrospect on the relationship between the forest and human being from the viewpoint of ecological perspective. It is no doubt that most of the fossil humans should have lived on the forest and the latter provided foods and shelters for humans from their beginning stages, Since the so-called agricultural revolution, humans have extensively started to exploit the forest which had beer, their cradle. The industrial revolution has created another situation against the forest in terms of the quality of ecosystem. These two revolutions have set up the so-called civilization which seems to have been based on the sacrificial oblation of the forest. The cradle for human being has been kept exterminating for the shake of "economic development and miracle." This might be a synoptic history of relationships between the forest and human beings in a sense. designates the behavioral aspects of human being against the forest and people consider the forest only as exploitable resource in this context, and the latter means that people live on the forest and strive to adapt the order of forest ecosystem. The resourcism has developed a strategy of colonialism to exploit the forest and provided a winner's position for the human beings against the forest, This idea and behavioral perspective seems to have started the backfire against the exploiter who is the owner of the civilization. However, there are different philosophies and ideas to view the relationship between the forest and human beings. People within the forest who are mostly considered as "primitives" still keep their idea of the ontology of the forest. There is a theoretical assumption of the "socionatural system" to look into the ecosystem. The forest could be viewed in the above frame of analysis. There are five variables : environment, resource, technology, organization, and ideology. Ideological aspect of the forest can be explained in the context of belief systems. Forest has a meaning of religion and rituals and people within the forest should admire it in anyway of religious reasons. This aspect of the forest cannot be separated from the environmental aspect of the forest. People within the forest acknowledge and practice the above idea. People outside the forest have lost the idea, however, at the cost of acquiring the civilization. They have expelled themselves from the forest and divided the socionatural system of the forest by way of colonialism. The efforts like agroforestry and social forestry would be strategies for recovering the idea of ontology of the forest as well as the sense of community including the forest and human being. People within the forest will be a prospective model for the future socionatural system of the forest for the people outside the forest. At this point, an ecological anthropologist can work with the forest specialists.

학교폭력 방지를 위한 체육의 역할 제고 (Enhancement of the Roles of Physical Education to Prevent School Violence)

  • 최근에 발표된 정부의 학교폭력 근절 종합대책에는 체육수업과 관련된 내용이 포함되어 있다. 청소년들의 체력과 건강이 저하되는 교육현실에도 오히려 학교체육은 소외되는 역설적 사회가 지속된 지 오래이다. 과도한 입시경쟁에서 저평가된 체육교과는 학교교과로서의 핵심적 목적을 전인교육에 두고 인성적 측면의 발달을 공식적으로 강조하고 있다. 따라서 학교폭력 방지를 위한 다양한 접근으로써 체육의 역할이 중요한 의미를 지닌다고 볼 수 있다. 그리하여 이 연구는 학교폭력 방지를 위한 체육의 역할을 제고하는데 목적을 두었다. 우선 한국사회에서 학교폭력이 고착화된 이유는 개인적, 가정적, 학교, 지역사회 등의 요인 등과 더불어 압축적 근대성장에 의한 성장제일주의, 경제적 효율성에 기반을 둔 신자유주의 등이 복합적으로 작동된 결과이다. 그만큼 한국사회에서 학교폭력은 고착화된 가치체계와 신념이 자리하고 있는 것이다. 따라서 심각한 학교폭력의 수준에 불구하고 실효성을 거두지 못하였다고 볼 수 있어 교육환경에 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 이데올로기에 대한 평가가 요구된다. 또한 체육의 가치를 통해 체육이 학교폭력을 완화시키거나 방지할 수 있는 정당성 논리가 재발견되는 만큼 학교폭력을 근절시키기 위한 하나의 대안은 학교체육의 정상화로부터 출발해야 할 것이다. 구체적인 대안은 학교 스포츠클럽의 활성화와 함께 학교폭력관련 프로그램 개발과 체육교사 연수프로그램 운영 등이 동반될 때 보다 근본적인 실천적 대안으로 자리하게 될 것이다.

데이터자본주의 시대 테크노컬처의 의미화 실천: 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 이후의 문화정치적 대안 (Signifying Practices of Technoculture in the age of Data Capitalism: Cultural and Political Alternative after the Financial Crisis of 2008)

  • 본고는 21세기 데이터자본주의 시대의 강력한 물적 토대인 네트워크 테크놀로지와 그 사회문화적 메타포를 비판적으로 사유하여 예술적 가능성으로 전유한 테크노컬처 사례들을 연구대상으로 삼았다. 그리하여 그것의 대안성과 문화정치적 의미를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 이후 본격화된 데이터자본주의의 속성과 영향력, 그리고 그 반동으로 등장한 문화예술적 콘텍스트를 검토하였다. 본고에서 고찰한 첫 번째 사례인 퍼더필드의 <0달러 노트북컴퓨터> 워크숍은 예술과 테크놀로지가 서로 관계하는 배움과 교육을 통해 시민들이 사회변화에 참여할 수 있는 방법에 대해 사유할 수 있는 유용한 범례를 제공하였다. 두 번째 사례인 그리스의 해커스페이스 HSGR은 글로벌 금융위기로 인한 그리스의 재정위기, 국가의 창작지원 감소 등의 상황에서 공동의 진보적 '문화 공유지' 유형을 새롭게 제안하여 네트워크 테크놀로지를 위기 극복의 동력으로서 개발하였다. 세 번째 사례인 파올로 치리오의 <글로벌 다이렉트> 프로젝트는 사회적 거버넌스의 지배적 유형으로서의 국가와 커뮤니티 시스템을 향한 비평적 시민의식을 제고하였다. 이러한 테크노컬처 사례들은 네트워크 테크놀로지의 의미화 가능성에 주목하여, 문화정치의 맥락에서 진보적 정치 이념과 그것의 예술적 실현의 전통을 서로 조합하고 재발견한 실천이라 평가할 수 있겠다.
