In this paper, we propose a technology mining framework for mobile communication industry. We develop a two phase approach of new technology identification and service enhancement. The new technology identification process consists of R&D issues analysis, technology theme design, and emerging technology sampling. On the other hand, existing service enhancement process has technology landscaping, keyword based search, and technological growth analysis. By implementing these two phase frameworks, we develop a technology portfolio for mobile communication industry.

본 논문에서는 GAC방법을 이용하여 공작기계의 안내면오차를 수치제어 공작기계가 가지고 있는 가공조건의 조절 능력을 이용하여 가공오차를 보상제어 함으로써 규명(identification)할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

In this paper, A new design method of fuzzy modeling is presented for the model identification of nonlinear complex systems. The proposed fuzzy GMDH modeling implements system structure and parameter identification using GMDH(Group Method of Data Handling) algorithm and linguistic fuzzy implication rules from input and output data of processes. In order to identify premise structure and parameter of fuzzy implication rules, GMDH algorithm and fuzzy reasoning method are used and the least square method is utilized for the identification of optimum consequence parameters. Time series data for gas furnaceare those for sewage treatment process are used for the purpose of evaluating the performance of the proposed fuzzy GMDH modeling. The results show that the proposed method can produce the fuzzy model with higher accuracy than other works achieved previously.

A conditional probability based approach known as Particle Filter Method (PFM) is a powerful tool for system parameter identification. In this paper, PFM has been applied to identify the vehicle parameters based on response statistics of the bridge. The flexibility of vehicle model has been considered in the formulation of bridge-vehicle interaction dynamics. The random unevenness of bridge has been idealized as non homogeneous random process in space. The simulated response has been contaminated with artificial noise to reflect the field condition. The performance of the identification system has been examined for various measurement location, vehicle velocity, bridge surface roughness factor, noise level and assumption of prior probability density. Identified vehicle parameters are found reasonably accurate and reconstructed interactive force time history with identified parameters closely matches with the simulated results. The study also reveals that crude assumption of prior probability density function does not end up with an incorrect estimate of parameters except requiring longer time for the iterative process to converge.

The governmental attitude toward private investment and financing for infrastructure projects has changed from the initial prohibition to the current encouragement in China, which has been embodied in the legal documents and administrative process. However, the problem of identification, bidding, and approval procedure for privately financed infrastructure projects has been observed in policies and administrative measures promulgated by different or even the same government branches, which is prohibitive factors for smooth project implementation. After analysis of the identification, bidding, and approval process of infrastructure projects, the authors proposed a simplified and alternative procedure and clarified the key points of relevant project documents.

To investigate the interplay between individual and collective self-regulations, the authors propose a dialectic process that describes the changes in the locus of self-regulations between individual self and collective self. The results from three studies display a strong support for the two sets of hypotheses drawn from the proposed process. Our findings demonstrate that consumers can move the locus of self-regulation from individual-self to collective-self when a social identity is activated (preliminary study and study1). Further examination of regulatory swing between individual and collective regulatory orientations revealed group identification as a key variable in determining the locus of self-regulation (study2). While a consumer with a high level of group identification changes her locus of self-regulation from an individual to a collective (a regulatory shift) and evaluated messages and products framed consistent with their group orientation, a consumer with low level of group identification maintains her locus of self-regulation in her personal level of self (a regulatory preservation) and evaluated messages and products framed consistent with their personal regulatory focus.

본 논문은 잡음이 존재하는 미지 시스템 출력 신호의 3차 통계치인 cumulant를 이용한 AR 식별에 관한 것이다. 미지 시스템 식별을 위한 알고리즘에서는 Parametric Modeling 기법중에서 Global Convergence 보장 및 시스템의 진폭과 위상 정보를 모두 표현할 수 있는 Cumulant를 이용한 AR (Auto Regressive) 식별 방법을 적용하였다. 식별 과정에서 미지 시스템을 하나의 AR 시스템으로 간주하였고 입력 신호를 발생하여 이를 통과시킨 후 잡음이 부가된 출력 신호를 얻어 이를 이용하였다. 신호대 잡음비의 변화에따른 AR 시스템의 식별을 수행한 결과 원래의 시스템 출력치와 유사한 양호한 식별 결과를 얻을 수 있었고 극점이 z 변환의 단위원내에 존재함을 확인하였다.

The current number of international students is gradually increasing in the world due to their passion for study or exchange students programs related to be affiliated with their universities. Many international students have great hope for their successful life of studying abroad. The factors that play a key role in successful study abroad can be seen as life satisfaction in host country and career commitment. Therefore, this study suggested the way to improve students' life satisfaction and career commitment among Chinese international students in Korea. It focused on social identification as a core factor in improving international student life satisfaction and career commitment. In addition, it also focused on social support as a factor to increase social identification. According to the results of empirical analysis, it was verified that perceived social support improves social identification among international students. In addition, social identification improves their life satisfaction and career commitment. Therefore, the mediating effect of social identification was found to be significant in the relationship between perceived social support and life satisfaction and career commitment. This study was verified that if international students perceive social support, they can experience social identification. This process can eventually lead to life satisfaction and career commitment. Based on these results, it emphasized that the role and importance of social identification. Finally, the practical implications and future research directions were discussed.

The aim of this study was to suggest the standard process in developing Questionnaire of Pattern Identification (QPI). The process in developing QPI was researched from validated and developed questionnaire and the standard process in developing QPI was suggested through review of the experts in research, statistics and clinics. Check list was also provided. The number of QPI reviewed in this research was 17(4 in disease in Korea Medicine, 5 in Pathological symptoms, 6 in Sasang constitutional Diagnosis, and 2 in etc), The standard process in developing QPI consisted of 11 phage and 33 check lists. 1) Composition of Research Member(3check lists), 2)Set up of the Aim(5), 3) Review for advanced research(3), 4) Finding an Important Index(3), 5) Review of item selection(4), 6) Developing the questions using items(5), 7) Developing Draft of Questionnaire(2), 8) 1^st Survey of Reliability and Validity(2), 9) Revision and Correction of Item(1), 10) 2^st Survey of Reliability and Validity(2), 11) Completion and Application(3). This study suggests the standard process in developing QPI for the first time in Korea. This following step may help A new QPI development.

In this quantitative research, it was enhanced to understand the impact of intrinsic motivation on creative process engagement by examining the significant role of psychological safety on intrinsic motivation. These relationships were examined by targeting the employees working full-time for five star deluxe hotels. Total number of 230 responses had been collected out of 250 cases requested and he number of 213 cases was used for the final analysis. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 7 software program. The results suggested that psychological safety is significantly associated with intrinsic motivation. Furthermore, the hotel employees' problem identification, information searching & coding, and idea generation are affected by intrinsic motivation. That is, intrinsic motivation plays a significant role for each sub-factors of creative process engagement in the hotel industry. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are established and related suggestion for formulating marketing strategy is well discussed.
