중국 여대생의 지속가능한 패션제품에 대한 공감가치가 호감도와 구매의사에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Empathy Value of Chinese Female University Students on Affection with Sustainable Fashion Products on Affection and Purchase Intention)

  • 사물 인터넷(IoT) 환경은 지속가능한 제품의 제조 및 운용, 그리고 IoT 기술을 활용한 제품 생애주기 관리를 통해 재활용 단계에서 환경적 피해 영향을 줄이고 자원을 효율적으로 활용하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 사회환경을 기반으로 본 연구에서는 기존 연구문헌을 통해 환경보호적 가치, 경제적 가치, 사회적 가치를 포함한 지속가능한 패션제품의 공감가치를 분석하고 공감가치와 제품에 대한 호감도 및 구매의사와의 관계를 검증하였다. 관계 검증을 위해 연구가설을 설정하고 설문지를 작성한 후 조사하였다. 조사 대상자는 가능한 패션제품을 구매한 경험이 있는 중국 광동성(廣東省) 광저우시(廣州市)에 거주하는 여대생을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사 기간은 2023년 8월 10일부터 8월 20일간에 실시하였으며, 총 352건의 설문지를 배포하였다. 회수된 설문지 중 데이터 분석에 유효한 총 313부를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 SPSS 26.0 소프트웨어를 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인 분석, 신뢰도 및 타당성 분석, 상관관계 분석 및 다중 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가능한 패션제품의 공감가치는 환경보호적 가치, 경제적 가치 그리고 사회적 가치로 분류되었다. 둘째, 가능한 패션제품의 경제적 가치와 사회적 가치는 호감도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가능한 패션제품의 환경보호적 가치와 사회적 가치는 구매의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가능한 패션제품에 대한 중국 여대생들의 호감도는 구매의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 소비자들의 가능한 패션제품 구매를 촉진하기 위해 기업들은 제품의 환경보호적 가치, 경제적 가치, 사회적 가치 등의 특성을 강조할 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 본 연구의 목적은 공감가치, 호감도, 구매의사의 관계를 분석함으로써 지속가능한 패션 관련 산업 및 기업에 유용한 기본 데이터 그리고 개발 아이디어와 방법을 제공하여 나아가 가능한 패션제품의 마케팅 전략 개발에 도움을 주고자 한다.

일본 '고증파(考證派)' 의학에 관한 연구 (A Study on The 'Kao Zheng Pai'(考證派) of The Traditional Medicine of Japan)

  • 1. The 'Kao Zheng Pai(考證派) comes from the 'Zhe Zhong Pai' and is a school that is influenced by the confucianism of the Qing dynasty. In Japan Inoue Kinga(井上金娥), Yoshida Koton(吉田篁墩) became central members, and the rise of the methodology of historical research(考證學) influenced the members of the 'Zhe Zhong Pai', and the trend of historical research changed from confucianism to medicine, making a school of medicine based on the study of texts and proving that the classics were right. 2. Based on the function of 'Nei Qu Li '(內驅力) the 'Kao Zheng Pai', in the spirit of 'use confucianism as the base', researched letters, meanings and historical origins. Because they were influenced by the methodology of historical research(考證學) of the Qing era, they valued the evidential research of classic texts, and there was even one branch that did only historical research, the 'Rue Xue Kao Zheng Pai'(儒學考證派). Also, the 'Yi Xue Kao Zheng Pai'(醫學考證派) appeared by the influence of Yoshida Kouton and Kariya Ekisai(狩谷掖齋). 3. In the 'Kao Zheng Pai(考證派)'s theories and views the 'Yi Xue Kao Zheng Pai' did not look at medical scriptures like the "Huang Di Nei Jing"("黃帝內經") and did not do research on 'medical' related areas like acupuncture, the meridian and medicinal herbs. Since they were doctors that used medicine, they naturally were based on 'formulas'(方劑) and since their thoughts were based on the historical ideologies, they valued the "Shang Han Ja Bing Lun" which was revered as the 'ancestor of all formulas'(衆方之祖). 4. The lives of the important doctors of the 'Kao Zheng Pai' Meguro Dotaku(目黑道琢) Yamada Seichin(山田正珍), Yamada Kyoko(山田業廣), Mori Ritsi(森立之) Kitamura Naohara(喜多村直寬) are as follows. 1) Meguro Dotaku(目黑道琢 1739${\sim}$1798) was born of lowly descent but, using his intelligence and knowledge, became a professor as a Shi Jing Yi(市井醫) and as a professor for 34 years at Ji Shou Guan mastered the "Huang Di Nei Jing" after giving over 300 lectures. Since his pupil, Isawara Ken taught the Lan Men Wu Zhe(蘭門五哲) and Shibue Chusai, Mori Ritsi(森立之), Okanishi Gentei(岡西玄亭), Kiyokawa Gendoh(淸川玄道) and Yamada Kyoko(山田業廣), Meguro Dotaku is considered the founder of the 'Yi Xue Kao Zheng Pai'. 2) The family of Yamada Seichin(山田正珍 1749${\sim}$1787) had been medical officials in the Makufu(幕府) and the many books that his ancestors had left were the base of his art. Seichin learned from Shan Ben Bei Shan(山本北山), a 'Zhe Zhong Pai' scholar, and put his efforts into learning, teaching and researching the "Shang Han Lun"("傷寒論"). Living in a time between 'Gu Fang Pai'(古方派) member Nakanishi Goretada(中西惟忠) and 'Kao Zheng Pai' member Taki Motohiro(多紀元簡), he wrote 11 books, 2 of which express his thoughts and research clearly, the "Shang Han Lun Ji Cheng"("傷寒論集成") and "Shang Han Kao"("傷寒考"). His comparison of the 'six meridians'(3 yin, 3 yang) between the "Shang Han Lun" and the "Su Wen Re Lun"("素問 熱論) and his acknowledgement of the need and rationality of the concept of Yin-Yang and Deficient-Replete distinguishes him from the other 'Gu Fang Pai'. Also, his dissertation of the need for the concept doesn't use the theories of latter schools but uses the theory of the "Shang Han Lun" itself. He even researched the historical parts, such as terms like 'Shen Nong Chang Bai Cao'(神農嘗百草) and 'Cheng Qi Tang'(承氣湯) 3) The ancestor of Yamada Kyoko(山田業廣) was a court physician, and learned confucianism from Kao Zheng Pai 's Ashikawa Genan(朝川善庵) and medicine from Isawa Ranken and Taki Motokata(多紀元堅), and the secret to smallpox from Ikeda Keisui(池田京水). He later became a lecturer at the Edo Yi Xue Guan(醫學館) and was invited as the director to the Ji Zhong(濟衆) hospital. He also became the first owner of the Wen Zhi She(溫知社), whose main purpose was the revival of kampo, and launched the monthly magazine Wen Zi Yi Tan(溫知醫談). He also diagnosed and prescribed for the prince Ming Gong(明宮). His works include the "Jing Fang Bian"("經方辨"), "Shang Han Lun Si Ci"("傷寒論釋司"), "Huang Zhao Zhu Jia Zhi Yan Ji Yao"("皇朝諸家治驗集要") and "Shang Han Ja Bing Lun Lei Juan"("傷寒雜病論類纂"). of these, the "Jing Fang Bian"("經方辨") states that the Shi Gao(石膏) used in the "Shang Han Lun" had three meanings-Fa Biao(發表), Qing Re(淸熱), Zi Yin(滋陰)-which were from 'symptoms', and first deducted the effects and then told of the reason. Another book, the "Jiu Zhe Tang Du Shu Ji"("九折堂讀書記") researched and translated the difficult parts of the "Shang Han Lun", "Jin Qui Yao Lue", "Qian Jin Fang"("千金方"), and "Wai Tai Mi Yao"("外臺秘要"). He usually analyzed the 'symptoms' of diseases but the composition, measurement, processing and application of medicine were all in the spectrum of 'analystic research' and 'researching analysis'. 4) The ancestors of Mori Rits(森立之 1807${\sim}$ 1885) were warriors but he became a doctor by the will of his mother, and he learned from Shibue Chosai(澁江抽齋) and Isawaran Ken and later became a pupil of Shou Gu Yi Zhai, a historical research scholar. He then became a lecturer of medical herbs at the Yi Xue Guan, and later participated in the proofreading of "Yi Xin Fang"("醫心方") and with Chosai compiled the "Jing Ji Fang Gu Zhi"("神農本草經"). He visited the Chinese scholar Yang Shou Jing(楊守敬) in 1881 and exchanged books and ideas. Of his works, there are the collections(輯複本) of "Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing"(神農本草經) and "You Xiang Yi Hwa"("遊相醫話") and the records, notes, poems, and diaries such as "Zhi Yuan Man Lu"("枳園漫錄") and "Zhi Yuan Sui Bi"("枳園隨筆") that were not published. His thoughts were that in restoring the "Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing", "the herb to the doctor is like the "Shuo Wen Jie Zi"("說文解字") to the scholar", and he tried to restore the ancient herbal text using knowledge of medicine and investigation(考據). Also with Chosai he compiled the "Jing Ji Fang Gu Zhi"("經籍訪古志") using knowledge of ancient text. Ritzi left works on pure investigation, paid much attention to social problems, and through 12 years of poverty treated all people and animals in all branches of medicine, so he is called a 'half confucianist half doctor'(半儒半醫). 5) Kitamurana Ohira(喜多村直寬 1804${\sim}$1876) learned scriptures and ancient texts from confucian scholar Asaka Gonsai, and learned medicine from his father Huai Yaun(槐園). He became a teacher in the Yi Xue Guan in his middle ages, and to repay his country, he printed 266 volumes of "Yi Fang Lei Ju("醫方類聚") and 1000 volumes of "Tai Ping Yu Lan"("太平禦覽") and devoted it to his country to be spread. His works are about 40 volumes including "Jin Qui Yao Lue Shu Yi" and "Lao Yi Zhi Yan" but most of them are researches on the "Shang Han Za Bing Lun". In his "Shang Han Lun Shu Yi"("傷寒論疏義") he shows the concept of the six meridians through the Yin-Yang, Superficial or internal, cold or hot, deficient or replete state of diseases, but did not match the names with the six meridians of the meridian theory, and this has something in common with the research based on the confucianism of Song(宋儒). In clinical treatment he was positive toward old and new methods and also the experience of civilians, but was negative toward western medicine. 6) The ancestor of the Taki family Tanbano Yasuyori(丹波康賴 912-955) became a Yi Bo Shi(醫博士) by his medical skills and compiled the "Yi Xin Fang"("醫心方"). His first son Tanbano Shigeaki(丹波重明) inherited the Shi Yao Yuan(施藥院) and the third son Tanbano Masatada(丹波雅忠) inherited the Dian You Tou(典藥頭). Masatada's descendents succeeded him for 25 generations until the family name was changed to Jin Bao(金保) and five generations later it was changed again to Duo Ji(多紀). The research scholar Taki Motohiro was in the third generation after the last name was changed to Taki, and his family kept an important part in the line of medical officers in Japan. Taki Motohiro(多紀元簡 1755-1810) was a teacher in the Yi Xue Guan where his father was residing, and became the physician for the general Jia Qi(家齊). He had a short temper and was not good at getting on in the world, and went against the will of the king and was banished from Ao Yi Shi(奧醫師). His most famous works, the "Shang Han Lun Ji Yi" and "Jin Qui Yao Lue Ji Yi" are the work of 20 years of collecting the theories of many schools and discussing, and is one of the most famous books on the "Shang Han Lun" in Japan. "Yi Sheng" is a collection of essays on research. Also there are the "Su Wen Shi"("素問識"), "Ling Shu Shi"("靈樞識"), and the "Guan lu Fang Yao Bu"("觀聚方要補"). Taki Motohiro(多紀元簡)'s position was succeeded by his third son Yuan Yin(元胤 1789-1827), and his works include works of research such as "Nan Jing Shu Jeng"("難經疏證"), "Ti Ya"("體雅"), "Yao Ya"("藥雅"), "Ji Ya"("疾雅"), "Ming Yi Gong An"("名醫公案"), and "Yi Ji Kao"("醫籍考"). The "Yi Ji Kao" is 80 volumes in length and lists about 3000 books on medicine in China before the Qing Dao Guang(道光), and under each title are the origin, number of volumes, state of existence, and, if possible, the preface, Ba Yu(跋語) and biography of the author. The younger sibling of Yuan Yin(元胤 1789-1827), Yuan Jian(元堅 1795-1857) expounded ancient writings at the Yi Xue Guan only after he reached middle age, was chosen for the Ao Yi Shi(奧醫師) and later became a Fa Yan(法眼), Fa Yin(法印) and Yu Chi(樂匙). He left about 15 texts, including "Su Wen Shao Shi"("素間紹識"), "Yi Xin Fang"("醫心方"), published in school, "Za Bing Guang Yao"("雜病廣要"), "Shang Han Guang Yao"(傷寒廣要), and "Zhen Fu Yao Jue"("該腹要訣"). On the Taki family's founding and working of the Yi Xue Guan Yasuka Doumei(失數道明) said they were "the people who took the initiative in Edo era kampo medicine" and evaluated their deeds in the fields of 'research of ancient text', 'the founding of Ji Shou Guan and medical education', 'publication business', 'writing of medical text'. 5. The doctors of the 'Kao Zheng Pai ' based their operations on the Edo Yi Xue Guan, and made groups with people with similar ideas to them, making a relationship 'net'. For example the three families of Duo Ji(多紀), Tang Chuan(湯川) and Xi Duo Cun(喜多村) married and adopted with and from each other and made prefaces and epitaphs for each other. Thus, the Taki family, the state science of the Makufu, the tendency of thinking, one's own interests and glory, one's own knowledge, the need of the society all played a role in the development of kampo medicine in the 18th and 19th century.

Taki Motohiro(多紀元簡)'s position was succeeded by his third son Yuan Yin(元胤 $1789{\sim}1827$), and his works include works of research such as "Nan Jing Shu Jeng"(難經疏證), "Ti Ya"("體雅"), "Yao Ya"("藥雅"), "Ji Ya"(疾雅), "Ming Yi Gong An"(名醫公案), and "Yi Ji Kao"(醫籍考). The "Yi Ji Kao" is 80 volumes in length and lists about 3000 books on medicine in China before the Qing Dao Guang(道光), and under each title are the origin, number of volumes, state of existence, and, if possible, the preface, Ba Yu(跋語) and biography of the author. The younger sibling of Yuan Yin(元胤 $1789{\sim}1827$), Yuan Jian(元堅 $1795{\sim}1857$) expounded ancient writings at the Yi Xue Guan only after he reached middle age, was chosen for the Ao Yi Shi(奧醫師) and later became a Fa Yan(法眼), Fa Yin(法印) and Yu Chi(禦匙). He left about 15 texts, including "Su Wen Shao Shi"("素問紹識"), "Yi Xin Fang"("醫心方"), published in school, "Za Bing Guang Yao"("雜病廣要"), "Shang Han Guang Yao"("傷寒廣要"), and "Zhen Fu Yao Jue"("診腹要訣"). On the Taki family's founding and working of the Yi Xue Guan Yasuka Doumei(矢數道明) said they were "the people who took the initiative in Edo era kampo medicine" and evaluated their deeds in the fields of 'research of ancient text', the founding of Ji Shou Guan(躋壽館) and medical education', 'publication business', 'writing of medical text'. 5. The doctors of the 'Kao Zheng Pai' based their operations on the Edo Yi Xue Guan, and made groups with people with similar ideas to them, making a relationship 'net'. For example the three families of Duo Ji(多紀), Tang Chuan(湯川) and Xi Duo Cun(喜多村) married and adopted with and from each other and made prefaces and epitaphs for each other. Thus, the Taki family, the state science of the Makufu, the tendency of thinking, one's own interests and glory, one's own knowledge, the need of the society all played a role in the development of kampo medicine in the 18th and 19th century.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 도입특성이 조직의 성과기대 및 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 혁신확산 이론 관점 (A Study on the Effect of the Introduction Characteristics of Cloud Computing Services on the Performance Expectancy and the Intention to Use: From the Perspective of the Innovation Diffusion Theory)

  • Our society has long been talking about necessity for innovation. Since companies in particular need to carry out business innovation in their overall processes, they have attempted to apply many innovation factors on sites and become to pay more attention to their innovation. In order to achieve this goal, companies has applied various information technologies (IT) on sites as a means of innovation, and consequently IT have been greatly developed. It is natural for the field of IT to have faced another revolution which is called cloud computing, which is expected to result in innovative changes in software application via the Internet, data storing, the use of devices, and their operations. As a vehicle of innovation, cloud computing is expected to lead the changes and advancement of our society and the business world. Although many scholars have researched on a variety of topics regarding the innovation via IT, few studies have dealt with the issue of could computing as IT. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to set the variables of innovation attributes based on the previous articles as the characteristic variables and clarify how these variables affect "Performance Expectancy" of companies and the intention of using cloud computing. The result from the analysis of data collected in this study is as follows. The study utilized a research model developed on the innovation diffusion theory to identify influences on the adaptation and spreading IT for cloud computing services. Second, this study summarized the characteristics of cloud computing services as a new concept that introduces innovation at its early stage of adaptation for companies. Third, a theoretical model is provided that relates to the future innovation by suggesting variables for innovation characteristics to adopt cloud computing services. Finally, this study identified the factors affecting expectation and the intention to use the cloud computing service for the companies that consider adopting the cloud computing service. As the parameter and dependent variable respectively, the study deploys the independent variables that are aligned with the characteristics of the cloud computing services based on the innovation diffusion model, and utilizes the expectation for performance and Intention to Use based on the UTAUT theory. Independent variables for the research model include Relative Advantage, Complexity, Compatibility, Cost Saving, Trialability, and Observability. In addition, 'Acceptance for Adaptation' is applied as an adjustment variable to verify the influences on the expected performances from the cloud computing service. The validity of the research model was secured by performing factor analysis and reliability analysis. After confirmatory factor analysis is conducted using AMOS 7.0, the 20 hypotheses are verified through the analysis of the structural equation model, accepting 12 hypotheses among 20. For example, Relative Advantage turned out to have the positive effect both on Individual Performance and on Strategic Performance from the verification of hypothesis, while it showed meaningful correlation to affect Intention to Use directly. This indicates that many articles on the diffusion related Relative Advantage as the most important factor to predict the rate to accept innovation. From the viewpoint of the influence on Performance Expectancy among Compatibility and Cost Saving, Compatibility has the positive effect on both Individual Performance and on Strategic Performance, while it showed meaningful correlation with Intention to Use. However, the topic of the cloud computing service has become a strategic issue for adoption in companies, Cost Saving turns out to affect Individual Performance without a significant influence on Intention to Use. This indicates that companies expect practical performances such as time and cost saving and financial improvements through the adoption of the cloud computing service in the environment of the budget squeezing from the global economic crisis from 2008. Likewise, this positively affects the strategic performance in companies. In terms of effects, Trialability is proved to give no effects on Performance Expectancy. This indicates that the participants of the survey are willing to afford the risk from the high uncertainty caused by innovation, because they positively pursue information about new ideas as innovators and early adopter. In addition, they believe it is unnecessary to test the cloud computing service before the adoption, because there are various types of the cloud computing service. However, Observability positively affected both Individual Performance and Strategic Performance. It also showed meaningful correlation with Intention to Use. From the analysis of the direct effects on Intention to Use by innovative characteristics for the cloud computing service except the parameters, the innovative characteristics for the cloud computing service showed the positive influence on Relative Advantage, Compatibility and Observability while Complexity, Cost saving and the likelihood for the attempt did not affect Intention to Use. While the practical verification that was believed to be the most important factor on Performance Expectancy by characteristics for cloud computing service, Relative Advantage, Compatibility and Observability showed significant correlation with the various causes and effect analysis. Cost Saving showed a significant relation with Strategic Performance in companies, which indicates that the cost to build and operate IT is the burden of the management. Thus, the cloud computing service reflected the expectation as an alternative to reduce the investment and operational cost for IT infrastructure due to the recent economic crisis. The cloud computing service is not pervasive in the business world, but it is rapidly spreading all over the world, because of its inherited merits and benefits. Moreover, results of this research regarding the diffusion innovation are more or less different from those of the existing articles. This seems to be caused by the fact that the cloud computing service has a strong innovative factor that results in a new paradigm shift while most IT that are based on the theory of innovation diffusion are limited to companies and organizations. In addition, the participants in this study are believed to play an important role as innovators and early adapters to introduce the cloud computing service and to have competency to afford higher uncertainty for innovation. In conclusion, the introduction of the cloud computing service is a critical issue in the business world.

Proposal of Establishing a New International Space Agency for Mining the Natural Resources in the Moon, Mars and Other Celestial Bodies

  • 본 논문의 제목은 「달, 화성 및 기타천체에 있는 자원채굴을 위한 새로운 국제 우주기구의 설립제안」이다. 새로운 국제우주기구 (가칭: 이하 ISA이라고 호층 함)를 만들겠다는 아이디어는 본인의 학문적이며 실용적인 의견의 제시이다. 달과 화성 및 다른 우주천체에 있는 천연자원을 효율적이고 빠르게 개발하기 위해서는 국제기구로서 ISA의 설립이 필요하다. 이 새로운 국제우주기구인 ISA를 설립하는데 필요로 하는 법적이 근거는 1979 년의 달협약 제11조, 제5항 및 제18조에 근거를 두고 있다. ISA를 설립시키기 위한 절차로 우선 우주조약에 가입한 우주선진국들간에 논의를 거쳐 ISA 설립에 관한 조약초안을 마련하는데 있다. 이 논문에서 본인은 우주법에 관한 미국, 룩셈부르크, 유럽우주기구, 중국, 일본, 한국의 국내입법례와 달, 화성, 소행성, 금성, 목성, 토성, 타이탄별 등의 우주탐험과 앞으로의 개발계획 등을 살펴 보았다. ISA의 창설은 선진국들간에 우주탐험과 개발에 관한 협력사업을 추진하는데 있어 꼭 필요하고 또한 각국들 간에 국제협력이 증진됨으로 달과 화성, 기타천체에 있는 자원개발에 촉매적인 역활을 하게된다. 한편 우주선진국들은 우주자원의 탐험과 개발에 관한 기술확보, 우주 인력의 양성과 우주에 관련된 금융 등을 ISA를 통하여 중앙집중적으로, 능율적으로 관리할 수 있게 된다. 향후 우주 선진국들 간에 우주탐험과 개발에 관한 정책수립과 법율의 마련, 우주과학기술의 연구와 우주산업의 발전면에 국제협력이 절대로 필요함으로 ISA의 창설이 바람직하다고 본다. 우리가 「유럽우주기구 (ESA)의 설치에 관한 협약」을 참고하여 「국제우주기구의 설치에 관한 조약 초안」을 마련하는 것이 필요하다고 본다. 이 「국제우주기구의 설치에 관한 조약 초안」은 유엔의 우주평화적이용위원회 (UNCOPUOS)의 외교회의에서 3 분의 2의 찬성으로 위의 「조약 초안」을 통과시키는 것이 바람직하다. 마지막으로, 매우 중요한 점은 최고 수준의 정치적 추진력이 필요로 하는데 국제 연합을 포함한 우주선진국들의 수장들이 중·장기적인 우주개발 목표달성을 위해 ISA설립을 찬성한다는 엄숙한 공동성명을 발표하는 것이 매우 중요하다고 본다. 우주선진국들간에 우주산업을 더욱 발전시키고 국제협력관계를 증진시키고 새로운 이데올로기와 창조적인 아이디어를 기반으로 우주선진국들 간의 연구협력을 촉진시키기 위해 ISA를 설립시키는 것이 꼭 필요하다. 가까운 장래에 유엔을 포함한 우주선진국들의 정상들이 모이는 정상회담에서 ISA를 설립시키기로 합의만 한다면 ISA는 반듯이 창설될 수 있다고 본인은 확신하는 바입니다.

  • 本文研究共同特性对于无选择权的影响, 并涉及到了调节焦点理论. 本文主要着眼于这三个因子以及他们之间的关系. 之前的研究已经广泛涉及到这三个方面. 第一, 共同特性影响已经被广为研究. Tversky (1972) 开创了这个理论, EBA 模型: 通过消除方面. 根据这个理论, 消费者在比较的过程中更易于注意特殊的特性, 而忽略共同特性. 最近, 更多的研究开始针对于此模型对于消费者行为的影响. 새로운 간호윤리학 방법론;통합된 사례방법론 (An integrated Method of New Casuistry and Specified Principlism as Nursing Ethics Methodology)

  • The purpose of the study was to introduce an integrated approach of new Casuistry and specified principlism in resolving ethical problems and studying nursing ethics. In studying clinical ethics and nursing ethics, there is no systematic research method. While nurses often experience ethical dilemmas in practice, much of previous research on nursing ethics has focused merely on describing the existing problems. In addition, ethists presented theoretical analysis and critics rather than providing the specific problems solving strategies. There is a need in clinical situations for an integrated method which can provide the objective description for existing problem situations as well as specific problem solving methods. We inherit two distinct ways of discussing ethical issues. One of these frames these issues in terms of principles, rules, and other general ideas; the other focuses on the specific features of particular kinds of moral cases. In the first way general ethical rules relate to specific moral cases in a theoretical manner, with universal rules serving as "axioms" from which particular moral judgments are deduced as theorems. In the seconds, this relation is frankly practical. with general moral rules serving as "maxims", which can be fully understood only in terms of the paradigmatic cases that define their meaning and force. Theoretical arguments are structured in ways that free them from any dependence on the circumstances of their presentation and ensure them a validity of a kind that is not affected by the practical context of use. In formal arguments particular conclusions are deduced from("entailed by") the initial axioms or universal principles that are the apex of the argument. So the truth or certainty that attaches to those axioms flows downward to the specific instances to be "proved". In the language of formal logic, the axioms are major premises, the facts that specify the present instance are minor premises, and the conclusion to be "proved" is deduced (follows necessarily) from the initial presises. Practical arguments, by contrast, involve a wider range of factors than formal deductions and are read with an eye to their occasion of use. Instead of aiming at strict entailments, they draw on the outcomes of previous experience, carrying over the procedures used to resolve earlier problems and reapply them in new problmatic situations. Practical arguments depend for their power on how closely the present circumstances resemble those of the earlier precedent cases for which this particular type of argument was originally devised. So. in practical arguments, the truths and certitudes established in the precedent cases pass sideways, so as to provide "resolutions" of later problems. In the language of rational analysis, the facts of the present case define the gounds on which any resolution must be based; the general considerations that carried wight in similar situations provide warrants that help settle future cases. So the resolution of any problem holds good presumptively; its strengh depends on the similarities between the present case and the prededents; and its soundness can be challenged (or rebutted) in situations that are recognized ans exceptional. Jonsen & Toulmin (1988), and Jonsen (1991) introduce New Casuistry as a practical method. The oxford English Dictionary defines casuistry quite accurately as "that part of ethics which resolves cases of conscience, applying the general rules of religion and morality to particular instances in which circumstances alter cases or in which there appears to be a conflict of duties." They modified the casuistry of the medieval ages to use in clinical situations which is characterized by "the typology of cases and the analogy as an inference method". A case is the unit of analysis. The structure of case was made with interaction of situation and moral rules. The situation is what surrounds or stands around. The moral rule is the essence of case. The analogy can be objective because "the grounds, the warrants, the theoretical backing, the modal qualifiers" are identified in the cases. The specified principlism was the method that Degrazia (1992) integrated the principlism and the specification introduced by Richardson (1990). In this method, the principle is specified by adding information about limitations of the scope and restricting the range of the principle. This should be substantive qualifications. The integrated method is an combination of the New Casuistry and the specified principlism. For example, the study was "Ethical problems experienced by nurses in the care of terminally ill patients"(Um, 1994). A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted for fifteen nurses who mainly took care of terminally ill patients. The first stage, twenty one cases were identified as relevant to the topic, and then were classified to four types of problems. For instance, one of these types was the patient's refusal of care. The second stage, the ethical problems in the case were defined, and then the case was analyzed. This was to analyze the reasons, the ethical values, and the related ethical principles in the cases. Then the interpretation was synthetically done by integration of the result of analysis and the situation. The third stage was the ordering phase of the cases, which was done according to the result of the interpretation and the common principles in the cases. The first two stages describe the methodology of new casuistry, and the final stage was for the methodology of the specified principlism. The common principles were the principle of autonomy and the principle of caring. The principle of autonomy was specified; when competent patients refused care, nurse should discontinue the care to respect for the patients' decision. The principle of caring was also specified; when the competent patients refused care, nurses should continue to provide the care in spite of the patients' refusal to preserve their life. These specification may lead the opposite behavior, which emphasizes the importance of nurse's will and intentions to make their decision in the clinical situations.

어린이급식관리지원센터와 보육시설의 유아 당류 섭취 줄이기 영양교육 실태 및 요구도 (A Study on the Current Status and Needs of Nutrition Education on Children's Sugar Intake Reduction among the Center for Children's Foodservice Management and Child Care Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 유아 당류 줄이기 교육프로그램 개발 및 운영을 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위하여 전국 어린이급식관리지원센터(115개)와 보육시설(646개) 총 761개소의 유아 당류 교육실태, 유아의 당류 섭취 줄이기 영양교육 요구도, 유아 당류 교육의 필요성, 프로그램의 개발과 보급의 필요성 등을 조사하였다. 유아를 대상으로 당류 섭취 줄이기를 주요 주제로 영양교육을 실시하는 비율은 어린이급식관리지원센터 14.8%, 보육시설이 31.9%로 나타났고, 영양교육의 내용 중에 일부 포함하여 교육을 실시한 경우는 어린이급식관리지원센터 47.8%, 보육시설 42.4%였다. 유아 대상 당류 영양교육의 필요성에 대한 질문에서는 센터와 보육시설 두 곳 모두 90% 이상이 필요하다는 높은 요구도를 보였다. 당류 영양교육을 실시하지 않는 경우, 그 이유에 대하여 어린이급식관리지원센터는 다른 시급한 영양교육이 많아서, 보육시설은 당류 영양교육 자료가 부족하여서의 비율이 높았다. 학부모를 대상으로 유아 당류 섭취를 주제로 영양교육을 실시한 비율은 어린이급식관리지원센터 및 보육시설 모두에서 20% 정도로 낮았고, 학부모 대상 유아의 당류 영양교육을 실시한다면 적합한 교육방법에 대한 의견에 대하여 어린이급식관리지원센터는 집단교육을 통한 강연의 비율이 높았으며, 보육시설은 영양상담의 비율이 높았다. 어린이급식관리지원센터에서 교사 또는 원장은 유아 당류 섭취를 주제로 교육을 실시한 경우는 14.8%로 낮았던 반면, 보육시설에서 유아 당류 섭취교육 관련 교사 연수가 필요하다는 비율은 68.0%로 높았다. 유아 대상 영양교육을 할 경우, 적합한 교육 실시 내용으로 두 곳 모두 '당류 섭취와 충치'와 '당류 섭취와 비만'이 높은 반면, '당류 함량이 높은 식품'과 '당류 섭취를 줄이기 위한 실천행동'은 낮았다. 효과적인 영양교육 방법으로는 '동화나 인형극을 활용한 교육'이 두 군 모두 80% 이상 높게 나타났고, 영양교육 담당자로는 센터 영양사와 보육시설 담임교사가 함께 하여야 한다는 의견이 두 군 모두에서 높았다. 바람직한 영양교육 요구 횟수에 대하여 센터는 평균 2.7회, 보육시설은 4.0회로 보육시설에서 원하는 교육 횟수가 높았고, 바람직한 교육모형으로 센터의 방문교육 후 추가적인 교육은 교재 교구 배부 후 교사들이 교육하는 방법이 두 군 모두에서 90% 정도로 높았다. 유아의 당류 섭취를 줄이기 위한 표준 교육프로그램의 개발과 필요성에 대하여 매우 필요하다와 필요하다고 답한 비율은 두 기관 모두 90% 이상의 비율을 보였다. 이상과 같이 본 연구를 통해 유아 당류 섭취에 관한 교육은 유아, 학부모, 교사 대상으로 실시하고 있는 비율이 낮으며, 수행되더라도 영양교육의 일부로 실시되고 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 교육 프로그램의 개발과 운영에 대한 요구도는 높음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 교육의 형태나 횟수, 내용, 방법 등에 대한 조사자료는 전국의 어린이급식관리지원센터와 센터회원 보육시설을 대상으로 수집된 자료이므로 어린이급식관리지원센터를 기반으로 체계적인 유아 당류 섭취 줄이기 영양교육 프로그램 개발에 적용할 수 있는 객관적인 자료로 중요하다고 생각된다. 따라서 향후 유아 당류 교육 프로그램 개발과 함께 교육 효과를 평가하는 연구가 지속적으로 수행되어 국가기관인 식품의약품안전처 산하 어린이급식관리지원센터를 중심으로 한 우리나라 영유아 당류 섭취 영양 관리 체계가 마련되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

  • 서비스실패는 고객이탈의 주요 원인이다. 오늘날과 같은 공급과잉의 치열한 경쟁시장에서 서비스실패로 인한 결과는 단순한 고객불평에서 끝나지 않고 해당기업에 대한 대중 소비자의 반기업정서를 유발할 만큼 치명적일 수 있다. 따라서 효과적인 복구전략 개발을 위해, 실패와 복구에 대한 고객반응을 심도있게 설명할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 서비스실패와 복구를 '고객-기업 관계의 위기와 회복'이라는 관점에서 조망하여, 복구만족도 수준에 따라 고객애정, 고객신뢰, 충성의도의 이월효과와 심각성의 직접 효과 및 실패 이전과 복구 이후 시점간 관계특질변수들의 역학관계변화도 비교분석하였다. 분석결과, 일단 실패가 발생하면 복구만족수준에 상관없이 충성의도는 미래로 이월되지 않았고, 실패의 심각성은 충성의도에 유의한 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 다시 말해 실패의 발생으로 그 무엇보다도 고객충성도가 가장 큰 타격을 입었다. 다행히 충성의도의 선행변수인 고객애정과 신뢰는 복구만족이 높은 경우 실패 이전에서 복구 이후로 이월효과를 보였다. 복구만족이 낮은 경우는 이월효과가 전혀 발견되지 않았고, 실패의 심각성이 문제시되어 신뢰와 애정의 회복에 장애물로 작용했으며, 과거에 비해 고객애정의 충성의도에 대한 직접 효과도 감소하였다. 일단 실패가 발생한 후에는 복구수준과 상관없이 충성의도 형성에 있어 고객신뢰의 중요성이 급증했다는 점도 중요한 발견점이었다. 연구결과를 통해, 실패복구상황에서 고객층성도 재구축을 최종 지향점으로 삼되, 그 과정에서 무엇보다도 신뢰의 회복을 최우선 목표로 설정해야 하고, 심각한 실패일수록 반드시 높은 복구 만족도를 달성해야 한다는 교훈을 얻었다. 복구만족의 조절효과 및 실패심각성과의 상호작용 패턴에 대한 흥미로운 발견을 바탕으로 이론적, 관리적 시사점을 도출하였으며 연구의 한계와 향후 연구과제에 대해서도 논의하였다.

무용의 저작권 인식 활성화와 실효성 방안 연구 (Awareness Activation of Dance Copyrights and Research of Effectiveness Plans)

  • 무용은 인간의 움직임으로 사상과 감정을 표현하는 예술로서 저작권법의 보호받아야 하는 저작물성을 가지며, 창작자인 안무가와 실연자인 무용수는 저작권법 안에 해당하는 창작자와 실연자로서의 그 권리를 행사할 수 있다. 그러나 아직 무용계에 종사하는 예술인들은 저작권에 대한 인식과 정보가 부족하고 그 활용이 지극히 적은 수준이다. 안무가의 경우 자신의 창작물에 대하여 그 권리를 행사하는 것에 익숙하지 않으며, 법적인 절차와 방법에 대하여 어려움을 가지기도 하고 적극적으로 대처 하지 못하고 있다. 무용수의 경우에는 더욱 그러한데 직접 작품 안에서 실연을 하는 주요한 위치에 있음에도 불구하고 실연자로서 그에 합당한 권리를 행사하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 무용 저작권에 대해 살펴보고 앞으로 무용계에서 저작권의 관심과 이용이 활성화되기 위한 대책 마련과 그 실효성 방안에 관하여 논하고자 한다. 주된 논점은 무용예술의 주제가 되는 안무가와 무용수, 무용 전공 학생들이 저작권에 대한 인식에 대해 살펴보아 무용 저작권 보호의 필요성에 대한 문제제기와 구체적으로 실현가능한 무용의 저작권 보호 방안에 대한 것이다. 연구방법으로는 먼저 무용 저작권에 대한 개념과 내용을 살펴보고 지금까지 무용과 관련한 저작권 사례를 검토하여 이론적 틀을 마련하고자 하였다. 다음으로 2015년 실시된 무용 전공생과 안무가, 무용수를 대상으로 저작권 인식에 관한 설문조사의 실증 분석 자료와 전문 무용가 3인의 무용 저작권과 관련한 심층면담의 채록분석 자료를 토대로 현 무용 저작권의 인식 현황에 대해 살펴보고 앞으로의 무용의 저작권 활성화를 위한 구체적인 방안을 살펴보고자 하였다. 앞서 진행한 연구결과에 따른 무용 저작권의 실효성 있는 방안으로는 첫째, 무용계의 저작권 인식과 활용을 높이기 위해 우선적으로 선행교육이 필요하다. 교과수업과 같은 장기교육과 특강과 세미나 같은 단기교육이 병행되어 이루어져야 하며, 무용단과 안무가, 무용수, 무용 전공생을 위한 저작권 교육이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, 무용 저작권의 활성화를 위해 공연예술 저작물이라는 명칭과 이에 따른 개정이 필요하며, 이와 함께 체계적인 저작권 관리를 위하여 무용 저작권 협회의 설립과 무용 저작권의 전문가 양성이 필요하다. 셋째, 안무가와 무용수를 위한 저작권 보호 방안으로는 먼저 무용 작품 창작과 실연 시 권리이해관계의 확립이 필요하며, 무용 저작물 등록의 활성화가 이루어져야 한다. 또한 무용계도 안무·출연 계약서를 작성하고 계약문화가 활성화되어야 하며 기본적인 방법으로 안무·실연의 기록물을 체계적으로 보존, 관리해야 한다. 앞으로 무용계에서는 무용의 저작권 보호에 대해 관심을 가지고 지속적인 협의가 필요하다. 이로써 점차 무용의 저작권 인식을 함양시키고 무용 저작권이 활성화될 수 있는 발판을 마련할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.
