본 연구의 목적은 앞으로 지속될 전통도구의 미적 체험에 관한 새로운 인식을 체계화하는데 있다. 아름다움의 이상을 실현하기 위한 노력은 시대와 사회를 막론하고 끊임없이 다양한 형태로 표출되었다. 서로 다른 문화권에서 각기 다른 언어가 사용되듯이 도구 또한 고유한 형태언어를 갖는다. 시각적 의사소통을 전제하는 도구의 형태언어 또한 고유한 어휘와 문법을 갖는다. 우리는 종종 언어의 코드가 일치하지 않는 상황에서 타 문화권의 사고방식과 행동특성을 충분히 이해하는데 어려움을 느끼는 것 처럼 이해의 상황이 준비되지 않고는 진실한 미적 체험에 도달할 수 없다. 도구형태의 미적 가치를 올바로 인식하기 위해서는 도구의 탄생과 진화를 추진해 온 상황과의 역학관계를 인식하여야 한다. 어느 문화권이나 시대를 막론하고 그들이 설정한 에토스에 가장 진실하게 접근하고 그것을 가장 진실하게 표출해 온 도구들은 오랫동안 우리에게 사랑을 받고 보존되어 왔다. 그것은 아름다움을 추구하는 여성의 의복이나 장신구와 같은 미적 대상 뿐 아니라 언어와 같이 그들의 공동체의식을 가장 잘 표현하고 전달할 수 있는 것이라면 시대와 정신이 바뀌어도 변함없는 가치를 발휘할 것이다.

Clothes and human body are inseparably related. Aesthetic consciousness of the body determines the form of clothing, reflecting the time and culture as well as the individual and society. Clothes can even reorganize the meaning of the body, while transcending their instrumental functions of protecting, expanding and deforming the body. Using 'body' to analyze the clothing form, my study develops a framework by which to classify the representation of the body in fashion focusing on the representation of physicality. In order to inquire the formative style and aesthetic values expressed in representing body in fashion, my study examines subjects from the 14th century European costumes to fashion collections of the 20th century. In fashion, representation of the body is visually analogous to the ideal boily shape and structure, including a realistic presentation of the body as well as reflection of aesthetic ideals. Manipulation of physicality entails the reconstruction of the ideal body image through the clothes that modify physicality into unnatural body. Ruff collar, gigot sleeve, crinoline, bustle, stomacher, and corset were all used to materialize the fictitious curves symbolizing femininity, authority, healthiness, maternity, virginity, socioeconomic status, and fertility. Accentuating specific clothing parts represents emphasizing the symbolism of the correspondent body parts. Consequently, in this phase signifiant is $signifi\'{e}$. Aesthetic ideal of the body is visualized in the firm of a dress. Fashion continues to explore forms and images that transcend the traditional representations of the clothed body. As a type of intimate architecture, fashion always mediates the dialogue between clothes and body, or fashion and figure. My study suggests a framework to analyze bodily representation in fashion, focusing on the relationship between the clothes and body.

수체의 단수와 기본단수계는 RSA 암호계에서는 400자리 이상의 큰 수가 소수인지를 판별하는 소수판정법과 그 수를 소인수분해하는 데에 사용되는 다양한 수체선별법에 사용되며, 복소이차체를 기반으로 하는 암호계에서는 이데알의 곱셈과정과 류수(class number)를 계산하는 과정 등 다양한 암호계에서 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기본단수계를 이용하는 암호계의 구현시간과 공간을 줄이기 위하여, 수체의 기본단수계의 존재성을 증명한 Dirichlet의 정리와 몇 가지 기본단수계의 성질을 중심으로 우리가 제안하는 기본단수계의 생성 과정을 소개한다. 그리고 그에 따른 기본단수계의 H/W 구현의 시간과 공간을 최소화할 수 있는 효율적인 기본단수계의 생성알고리즘과 그 알고리즘을 H/W 상에서 구현한 결과를 제시한다.

오늘날의 시장은 기술의 진보로 인하여 과거에는 기대할 수 없던 여러 가지 기능을 제공할 수 있게 되었고 뛰어난 접근성과 반응은 고객이 원하는 때에, 원하는 물건을, 원하는 방식으로 살펴볼 수 있도록 제공해주어 고객의 욕구를 만족을 스스로 결정할 수 있는 구조를 가능하게 한다. 즉, 고객에게 스스로의 가치기준에 맞는 선택의 기회를 부여함으로서 만족을 달성하는 이러한 서비스를 TBSS (Technology-Based Self-Service)라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 TBSS를 이용한 배송서비스 산업에서의 고객 만족 및 재구매의도 향상의 선행요인을 탐구하는 이론적 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 구체적으로 고객 만족과 재구매의도에 영향을 주는 지각된 가치를 '편익-비용'으로 구성하고 결과 편익과 과정 편익, 금전적 비용과 비금전적 비용의 영향력 크기를 비교하는 연구를 수행할 것이며 이를 통해 TBSS가 고객만족도 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 유용성을 판단하는 본 연구의 결과가 고객 만족 및 재구매 의도 제고를 위한 실무적 정보를 제공하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

Near-rings considered are right near-rings and R is a near-ring. $J_0^r(R)$, the right Jacobson radical of R of type-0, was introduced and studied by the present authors. In this paper $J_1^r(R)$ and $J_2^r(R)$, the right Jacobson radicals of R of type-1 and type-2 are introduced. It is proved that both $J_1^r$ and $J_2^r$ are radicals for near-rings and $J_0^r(R){\subseteq}J_1^r(R){\subseteq}J_2^r(R)$. Unlike the left Jacobson radical classes, the right Jacobson radical class of type-2 contains $M_0(G)$ for many of the finite groups G. Depending on the structure of G, $M_0(G)$ belongs to different right Jacobson radical classes of near-rings. Also unlike left Jacobson-type radicals, the constant part of R is contained in every right 1-modular (2-modular) right ideal of R. For any family of near-rings $R_i$, $i{\in}I$, $J_{\nu}^r({\oplus}_{i{\in}I}R_i)={\oplus}_{i{\in}I}J_{\nu}^r(R_i)$, ${\nu}{\in}\{1,2\}$. Moreover, under certain conditions, for an invariant subnear-ring S of a d.g. near-ring R it is shown that $J_2^r(S)=S{\cap}J_2^r(R)$.

Using the Lukasiewicz 3-valued implication operator, the notion of an (${\alpha},{\beta}$)-intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal of a hemiring is introduced, where ${\alpha},{\beta}{\in}\{{\in},q,{\in}{\wedge}q,{\in}{\vee}q\}$. We define intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal with thresholds ($s,t$) of a hemiring R and investigate their various properties. We characterize intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal with thresholds ($s,t$) and (${\alpha},{\beta}$)-intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal of a hemiring R by its level sets. We establish that an intuitionistic fuzzy set A of a hemiring R is a (${\in},{\in}$) (or (${\in},{\in}{\vee}q$) or (${\in}{\wedge}q,{\in}$)-intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal of R if and only if A is an intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal with thresholds (0, 1) (or (0, 0.5) or (0.5, 1)) of R respectively. It is also shown that A is a (${\in},{\in}$) (or (${\in},{\in}{\vee}q$) or (${\in}{\wedge}q,{\in}$))-intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal if and only if for any $p{\in}$ (0, 1] (or $p{\in}$ (0, 0.5] or $p{\in}$ (0.5, 1] ), $A_p$ is a fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal. Finally, we prove that an intuitionistic fuzzy set A of a hemiring R is an intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal with thresholds ($s,t$) of R if and only if for any $p{\in}(s,t]$, the cut set $A_p$ is a fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal of R.

Korean society recently realized the needs for a system that may effectively prevent and/or resolve different family problems caused by the rapidly changing modem society. In order to carry out this objectives. The Healthy Family Act has been legislated and is to be enforced from the 1st of January, 2005. Legislating the law is a means to establish an administrative and institutional structure that may bring in the total welfare system centered around family, so as to promote healthy families in our society. This is also a land marking event that has shifted the paradigm from the welfare system focusing on individual protection to the total welfare system based upon family units. Hence, this study is to examine the specific concepts of 'healthy family,' which is the goal of The Healthy Family Act, and thus to propose the objectives of the law by analysing the institutional system of it. The Healthy Family Act, which consists of major 37 items of 5 chapters with supplementary provisions, aims at the five ideals as follows. The first is to promote the healthy family which is the basis of individual welfare and well-to-do society. The second is to emphasize the importance of family and to provide total service system for family unit. The third is to establish the family value which supports gender-equality and democracy. The fourth is to reinforce the governmental support for independence and cooperation of family. And the fifth is to promote the in-advance and precautionary support for family problems. The law also includes administrative methods for Strong Families Center, different projects and programs for promoting healthy families, roles of Healthy Family Specialist and means to cultivating them, and the policies to specifically carry out the ideas of the law. It is now important to recognize that the development of nation is based on the healthy families and to put much effort in carrying out the ideas and goals of The Healthy Family Act.

Purpose: The number of the transportation poor has been steadily increased, and also the social perspective toward the disabled has been changed. Thus, Universal Design has been needed. In particular, the unknown majority of the transportation poor have frequently used the urban railway facilities which should reflect the ideals and principles of Universal Design. However, previous research has not focused on the study on critical factors of Universal Design. Based on this observation, the present study aims to find out Universal Design critical factors of urban railway station. Methods: This study explores the criteria of planning Universal Design in the urban railway station by analyzing and comparing the similar criteria used in both domestic areas and foreign countries. Result: Findings from this study are as follows. First, we found out the critical factors of Universal Design in the urban railway station by comparing and analyzing the similar criteria previously used. Second, this study also suggests the better directions toward the domestic criteria relating to the urban railway system. Third, we found the need of the universal standard as well as individually corresponding strategy. Moreover, we found the need of preparing the critical factors for the physical environments as well as the human service. Implications: The further research on findings of the planning criteria will have been continued on the basis of findings of the present study.

강유위(康有爲)의 신관(神觀)은 유학과 불학의 만물동근(萬物同根)이라는 개념에서의 천(天) 및 상제(上帝)와 기독교의 신관을 아우르고 있다. 그는 신령들의 경중고하(輕重高下)를 인정하고 부인지심(不忍之心)의 근원은 바로 하늘과 땅을 낳은 지상신(至上神)으로서의 상제(上帝)이고, 극단적인 사회개혁을 추진해야만 한다는 당위성의 윤리적인 근거도 상제의 실존에서 찾았다. 그는 영혼불멸을 신봉하였고 사람의 인권은 하늘이 부여한 것이라는 관점에서 개개인이 평등하므로 남녀의 평등은 가장 기본적으로 준수해야 될 대동세의 윤리가 되도록 했다. 천부인권(天賦人權)과 남녀평등은 그의 사회개혁을 이끄는 중심으로서, 그것을 실현하는 것이 바로 하늘을 닮아 난 사람이 지향해야 될 가장 기본적인 도리라고 강조하였다. 하늘을 대신하여 '천민(天民)'을 돌보는 '공정부(公政府)'가 최선의 방책을 다하여 보장하도록 하는 사회개혁안도 이러한 종교적인 성향의 신념으로부터 출발된 것으로, 대동서에 나타난 그의 전체 사상 체계 중에서 종교적 성향은 일관되게 견지하는 바탕이 되었다.

This paper looks into the complexity of the comparative and conflictive elements portrayed on the novel Nada. Through the interpretation of the actions of the female characters, we can classify them into two different categories: pro-Franco and anti-Franco system. Thus, for example, the character Ena is an active, intellectual and liberal woman capable to manipulate and control men who lives at her own free will. This active and liberal personality is clearly not the favored type of woman under Franco, which prefers a society where men are the dominant figures. Another female character, Gloria, places herself far from the Catholicism based morality during the Franco period as she is having an affair with her husband's brother. We also find examples of the opposite, that is, affinity with Franco ideals, such as Angustias' decision to become a member of the convent, in line with the motto "Spain, united and great, through Catholicism"; the example of Ena's mother, nurturing six sons and daughters, also resonates with Franco ideology of a woman's role in the Spanish society, being mostly a reproductive instrument. One of the topics of this novel is the confrontation between the prewar petit bourgeoisie and the new postwar bourgeoisie. We can appreciate a big difference between the lifes of Andrea's family and Pons' family. Andrea has friendly relationships with friends from the new bourgeoisie; however, these interactions are not genuine, but superficial. Because of that, we also conclude that this novel reflects the underlying conflicts between different social strata. We also observe the conflicts and confrontations between republicans and nationalists in this society, through the relationships between two brothers, Juan y $Rom{\acute{a}}n$. During the civil war, Juan collaborates with the national faction, while $Rom{\acute{a}}n$ joins the republican faction. Consequently, they separate from each other due to their different ideologies. We will conclude that this novel also reflects on the idea that the Spanish civil war destroyed fraternity and separated families.
