In early 90s the worldwide awareness about the energy crisis and global warming had been increased and emission reduction (by improving energy efficiency), as well as increasing the capacity of clean and renewable energies, showed themselves as the most important steps towards the sustainable development approach. However, investigations on Iran's environmental situation show huge decline in recent decades and apparently there is no sense of urgency about these issues through the vision of Iranian politicians. In this article the idea of replacing the old gas turbines of Polkalleh natural gas compressor station - as one of the main compressor stations of Iran - with newer and more efficient gas turbines is evaluated, emphatically for reducing greenhouse gases emissions and their environmental costs and decreasing natural gas consumption as well. Clearly such idea is costly, but analyzing its economic impacts, huge declines in annual costs and greenhouse gases emissions can be seen as well. So an investment about $95 million can decrease 40% of Polkalleh compressor station annual costs, 25% of natural consumption and 30% of $CO_2$ and $NO_x$ emissions. Besides the simple payback period of this investment is about 2.5 years from the cut-expenses of annual costs.

The purpose of this study is to get a politic advanced idea to operate a pro-environment based u-city through the overcome problems on the construction policy for the even areal distribution, and the development for the model structure of the high level. Advanced pro-environmental ubiquitous urban construction becomes an example of the practical level linked by the national agenda as uKorea policy. The Idea of the national land informal ion systems transforms to enhance or to guide the national strategic industry to implement balanced development as grand objectives of the national land due to the factor that 'the economic development 5 years plan' altered to 'the national land 5 years plan'. Therefore, ubiquitous echo city construct ion becomes realized as static spatial informal ion construct ion and dynamic mobile based ubiquitous lives operable by the information infrastructure and IT839 policy items operation. For the synergy effects through this task, it requires a strong empowerment of the information industries and a new growing core engine of the national economy through the policy of the mutual satisfaction on the spat io-temporal information and the pro-environment information systems.

Purpose - This paper suggests approaching methods for a way of strategies for traditional market extend and new ebusiness, market development, and plan of new product in the future and develop a way of method for cooperation through analysis on the smart phone market trend in different culture, effectively. Research design, data, methodology - As research design, data, and methodology, this paper suggests new idea and approaches from comparing characteristics analysis of smart phone market in different culture in AEC. This paper takes data to analysis from ITU, World Bank, AEC, and IMF. These organizer's data can be trusted as official society in the world. This paper can prove market and the characteristics of society through the corresponding results. Results - This paper can suggest the novel idea on market development and the big possibility depend on ACE country and can describe the possibility on new market because of low smart phone market penetration and low digital market penetration. Conclusions - This paper concludes to develop e-business, culture friendly ship, linking with education, development of appropriate technology depend on country, and should develop new strategy for market extend to low penetration.

In the preceding studies, an analysis of Saga Prefectural sightseeing information by a Self-Organizing Map (SOM) has been tried. And recent development on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) will help us to access any results via the mobile devices easily. This is why the mobile devices, e.g., smartphones and tablet computers, have an operating system installed, and we can improve their functions by downloading any applications on the Web. Then, in order to realize this basic idea, development of an application for the mobile devices is investigated through some computer simulations on the standard desktop PC in this paper. As a result, it is found that i) a developed feature map is useful to identify some candidate topics, ii) a touchscreen is suitable to show the feature map, and iii) arrangement of the feature map can be modified based on our interests. Then, it is concluded that the proposed idea seems to be applicable, even though further consideration is required to brush it up.

본 논문에서는 직무발명보상제도가 기업의 기술혁신에 얼마나 도움이 된다고 생각하느냐는 질문에 54.0%가 "많은 도움이 된다", 23%가 "기술개발에 중추적인 역할을 한다"라는 결과였다. 직무발명제도상에서 기술혁신이 발생하여 170개 기업들이 기술개발단계, 138개 기업이 아이디어 형성단계로 나타났다. 기술혁신이 기술개발단계와 아이디어 형성단계에서 집중하게 된 이유는 신제품 개발의 첫 단계인 신제품을 아이디어 창출단계에서는 가장 많은 아이디어를 창출하는데 역점을 두어야 하기 때문에 소비자, 경쟁자, 전문가 등의 다양한 원천에서 아이디어를 수집하면서 발명을 착상하게 된 것과 제품화되었을 때의 잠재적 가치가 평가기준으로 활용한다.

본 연구는 GROW모델을 활용한 1:1코칭과 예시 아이디어가 신제품 아이디어 창의성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 실험 연구이다. 참여자는 신제품 개발 관련 업종과 관계가 없는 성인 32명으로 구성하였으며, 1:1 코칭 그룹, 예시 아이디어 그룹, 통제 그룹으로 무작위 배정하여 실험을 진행하였다. 참가자가 답변한 아이디어는 실험 후 전문가 집단 4인이 참신성, 적합성, 지불의사가격을 측정해 아이디어 창의성을 평가하였으며, 최종분석에는 30명의 실험자료와 3명의 전문 평가 자료가 사용되었다. 연구 결과 GROW 모델을 활용한 1:1 코칭은 신제품 아이디어 창의성에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 참신성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 예시 아이디어 그룹은 참신성과 적합성에서 통제집단을 포함한 세 그룹 중 가장 낮은 점수를 받아 아이디어 창의성에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 창의적인 아이디어를 제시하는 업무나 상황에서 코칭 활용에 대한 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였으며, 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

The article deals with problems of innovation development on a network basis, which require effective mechanisms of innovation communications. In research the organizational aspects of ICT infrastructure development for innovation networks sustainable development based on cooperative marketing principles is considered. The proposed research idea is based on the idea that ICT implementation is based not only on the operational approach for innovation management as a factor of efficiency of internal communications, but also on knowledge economy and post-industrial economy trends. Therefore, the purpose of study is to develop an ICT model of innovation infrastructure to improve its effectiveness (strategic character) and efficiency (operative character) through increasing the efficiency of network communication interactions. Creation of information space and communication tools to support innovation network sustainable development and cooperation activities in research is proposed to be solved with the help of specialized ICT platform. It is shown, that ICT platform of innovation cooperation innovation network is important tool for common work of participants. ICT platform is considered as an integrated information system designed to automate business processes related to the sustainable development of innovation network, segment management and integration with HEI information systems and industrial cooperation. The main factors that determine the need to use a special ICT platform for innovation network cooperation were considered. The main issues of concurrent engineering (C-technology) application in high-technology industries and innovation cooperation for integrated product development were studied.

The objectives of this study are to find out the process of changes of the costume in the era of practical science, and to search the bukhak's view of the costume. Conclusions are described as follows 1. The bukhak pursued the function and the rationality in men's costumes, and healed with the welfare point of view in the commons and humbles clothes, and criticized the phenomenon of over-fashion in women's costume. 2. They contended for thrift against the luxury. But as they had also a modem thinking at the same time, they seemed to have a flexibility. Therefore they persued the essential courtesy in manners and costume. 3. The common people of Yi dynasty had the idea that Yi dynasty is a small China replace by Ming dynasty. But the bukhak had a self-existent standpoint and a realistic idea to the Ch'ing dynasty. But they would have received the Minis culture as the reactionism in the costume. Chinese envied or ridiculed the korean costume. 4. It was the pursuit of the rationality that the Bukhak presented the direction of the costume. They contended for the growth of the business and the development of technique in order to reform the clothing industry.

The purpose of this study is to investigate an epistemological recognition of rural society. This study suggests an epistemological reorientation for rural society circumscribing diverse theoretical thoughts as well as empirical evidences. Traditional theoretical perspectives in urban-rural dichotomy envisioned by modernistic idea have regarded rural society as a premodern and underdeveloped society. The perspectives also have regarded city as a symbol of civilization and development. These perspectives thought of the function of rural society as a periphery that can survive as a back-up for urban-oriented prosperity. This study shows that these idea have been concentrated on agricultural expansionism and productivism which do not function in the post-modem societies my longer. The present study argues that these modernistic idea give little understanding of implicit value of rural society. Owing to the functional change of rural society which is quite omnipresent in the 21'st centuries in the world, the present study argues that the value of rural society should work even in the market society that has traditionally been regarded as an working-mechanism in urban society. The present study drives a new insight showing that rural renaissance is an explicit existence instead of a phenomenal one.
