Sustainable Park Management with Citizen Participation of the Awaji Island Regional Park

  • Many efforts have been made to improve the management of large-scale green spaces. How to manage large-scale green spaces and their active uses, as well as how to build relationships with local communities have been important issues. For this research, I reviewed the actual status of management, use and citizen participation at large-scale regional parks in Hyogo Prefecture. In addition, I studied the sustainable management through citizen participation of the Awaji Island Regional Park, where I have been involved for several years. I conducted various projects related to the use and management of the park, and examined the direction of citizen participation by conducting questionnaires and interviews. (1) Through interviews about the park, I collected opinions, including good points, problems, and potential solutions through physical and programming measures. (2) I examined what kinds of activities should be conducted in the park in order to revitalize park use and stimulate the surrounding communities. (3) I examined the current status of citizen participation while citizens carried out activities of their own planning. (4) I studied what is necessary to sustain park events and other activities. As a result, I came to the following conclusions. (1) Provision of information that is easy to access, including signs in the park, explanation of routes in large parks, and other techniques that help people become familiar with park facilities, is very important. (2) Local community events, and programs that draw out the willingness and capabilities of volunteers are effective. (3) Several different types of participation exist, including volunteers, guests, staff who work continuously for the project, coordinators, and professional specialists. (4) To sustain citizen involvement in the use and management of large-scale parks, a system that includes coordinators should be developed.

부분적 주변 비율에 의한 확률적 흥미도 측도 기반 유사성 측도의 상한 및 하한의 설정 (Bounds of PIM-based similarity measures with partially marginal proportion)

  • 데이터 마이닝은 다양한 형태의 방대한 데이터 집합으로부터 보이지 않는 지식이나 새로운 법칙을 발견한 후, 이를 바탕으로 의사결정 등을 위한 정보로 활용하고자 하는 것이다. 데이터 마이닝 기법중의 하나인 군집 분석은 거리 또는 유사성 측도를 이용하여 집단을 분류하고, 구분된 각 집단의 특성을 파악하기 위한 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 주변 확률이 일부 포함된 확률적 흥미도 측도 기반의 유사성 측도들인 Peirce I, Peirce II, Cole I, Cole II, 그리고 이들을 응용한 Park I 및 Park II에 대한 대소 관계를 수식의 증명뿐만 아니라 예제 데이터에 의해서도 규명하였다. 그 결과, Cole I과 Cole II의 측도를 동시에 고려한 Loevinger 측도가 기존의 측도들 중에서는 상한이 되나 Park I 및 Park II를 함께 고려했을 경우에는 동시발생비율, 동시 비발생비율, 그리고 두 가지 형태의 불일치비율의 크기에 따라 변한다는 사실을 확인하였다.

  • The stator winding faults diagnosis technique based on MCSA is as follows. Firstly, collecting the 3 phase motor currents, that signal is transformed by (d-q transform, $i_d$, $i_q$). Park's vector pattern, the circle that is down by d-q transformed currents($i_d$, $i_q$). The circle is widely used for stator winding faults detection. The current distortion ratio(DR), defined by the ratio of max-axis and min-axis of ellipse of Park's vector's pattern. In this study, distortion ratio of Park's vector pattern is suggested for Auto diagnosis of stator winding short fault and usefulness of distortion ratio is verified through simulation using LabVIEW program.

  • In some cases of the English landscape garden style in Germany, for example, Worlitz, Branitz etc., including Mu나며, I have found out invisible geometric figures, that must be on the basis of landscape gardening. Particularly the Muskau park. The church of the village "Gerg", outside of the park, and the "pucklerstein" are the bases of this diagram. Above all, I am convinced of my hypothesis of √2 diagram, while I can also understand, out of my analysis, the relations and descriptions of the park in the book of the gardner, Hermann Fust von Puckler-muskau, "Andeutungen uber Landscahaftsgartnerei". Finally, I wish to discuss, how to do the phenomena, 'picturesque motif and geometric figures of the English Landscape Garden.

  • In this paper, we classify elliptic curve by isomorphism classes over some finite fields. We consider finite field as a quotient ring, saying $\mathbb{Z}[i]/{\pi}\mathbb{Z}[i]$ where $\pi$ is a prime element in $\mathbb{Z}[i]$. Here $\mathbb{Z}[i]$ is the ring of Gaussian integers.
