Main content extraction of web pages is widely used in search engines, web content aggregation and mobile Internet browsing. However, a mass of irrelevant information such as advertisement, irrelevant navigation and trash information is included in web pages. Such irrelevant information reduces the efficiency of web content processing in content-based applications. The purpose of this paper is to propose an automatic main content extraction method of web pages. In this method, we use two indicators to describe characteristics of web pages: text density and hyperlink density. According to continuous distribution of similar content on a page, we use an estimation algorithm to judge if a node is a content node or a noisy node based on characteristics of the node and neighboring nodes. This algorithm enables us to filter advertisement nodes and irrelevant navigation. Experimental results on 10 news websites revealed that our algorithm could achieve a 96.34% average acceptable rate.

This study investigates design strategies for improving the educational quality of multimedia contents for early childhood education. It emphasizes both traditional education theory and developmental aspects in its exploration of interactive and educational qualitative multimedia contents for early children. Accordingly, for an effective early childhood education, it is necessary to experience of the playful learning for the conception of ideas and the understanding of the social life. Because this study 1) possibility of multimedia contents for early childhood education, 2) computer application method for early childhood education, 3) examines used in the designing of multimedia contents for early childhood education according to traditional education theory. Multimedia early childhood education system is possible to organize information such as test, image, sound and video based on hyperlink system. I use Microsoft's Ms-office and Asymetrix's ToolBook software that are useful for hyperlink and parameter. Multimedia contents and other pages are used by Dynamic Data Exchange(DDE). Therefore multimedia contents for early childhood education is a useful tool for students of early childhood education department, parents, and children.

본 연구의 목적은 학술 환경 속에서 하이퍼링크와 인용 결정을 내리는 과정들 사이에 인식의 차이점들을 조사하는 것이었다. 적어도 하나의 외부 하이퍼링크를 포함하는 하나 이상의 전자 학술논문을 출판한 15명의 인디애나 대학 교수들과 박사과정 학생들이 인터뷰되어졌다. 네 가지 다른 형태의 하이퍼링크 행위들이 그 인터뷰 자료에 대한 내용분석을 통해 확인되어 졌다. 비록 대다수의 저자들의 하이퍼링크 행위가 관습적인 인용 행태의 함축적인 규범들을 따르는 경향이 있음에도 불구하고, 학술 환경 속에서 하이퍼링크들의 사용에 대한 어떤 일치된 관례들이 존재하지 않고 있음이 본 연구를 통해 밝혀졌다.

With the proliferation of WWW, providing more intelligence to Web sites has become a major concern in e-business industry. In recent days, this trend is more accelerated by prosperity of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in terms of various aspects such as product recommendation, self after service, etc. To accomplish this goal, many e-companies are eager to embed web enabled rule-based system, that is, expert systems into their Web sites and several well-known commercial tools are already available in the market. Most of those tools are developed based on CGI so far but CGI based systems inherently suffer over-burden problem when there are too many service demands at the same time due to the nature of CGI. To overcome this limitation of the existing CGI based expert systems, we propose a new form of Web-enabled expert system using hyperlink-based inference mechanism. In terms of burden to Web server, our approach is proven to outperform CGI based approach theoretically and also empirically. For practical purpose, our this approach is implemented in a software system, WeBIS and a graphic rule editing methodology, Expert Diagram is incorporated into the system to facilitates rule generation and maintenance. WeBIS is now successfully operated for financial consulting in the web site of a leading financial consulting company in Korea.

학문공동체에서 월드와이드웹이 대중화되면서 하이퍼링크를 통한 커뮤니케이션이 새롭게 나타나고 있다. 본 논문은 웹이 (특히 하이퍼링크가) 어떻게 학술 커뮤니케이션 네트워크의 한 형태로 이해될 수 있는지에 대해서 검토한다. 본 연구는 아시아 10개국간 공저자 네트워크와 학술 웹사이트간 하이퍼링크 연결구조를 사회 네트워크 이론과 방법론의 관점에서 살펴보았다. 국가간 공저자 네트워크와 학술 하이퍼링크 네트워크는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 이것은 웹에 나타난 온라인 학술 커뮤니케이션 관계와 오프라인 공간의 네트워크가 상호관련성이 있다는 것을 제시한다.

This study developed e-book content in order to use e-books as a tool to provide more efficient classes to learners who are familiar with smart devices and online spaces. E-book contents were produced using Sigil-0.9.10. The development process is as follows. Before e-book development, it is necessary to prepare manuscript files, image files to be inserted, fonts to be used, and e-book covers. After inserting the book cover images, it is necessary to register the table of contents using the title tag and register the free fonts. Also, a style must be created for text or images used in the main text connected to a file containing the entire text. Then, after separating the entire text file into separate files according to each chapter, the text is completed in turn. E-books were produced focusing on hyperlink functions so that educational content and various example images could be accessed. Currently, there is a lack of research on e-books as textbooks in universities within the fashion design major. In the future, if e-book contents are developed according to the characteristics of courses and the level of learners, they can be used as effective teaching tools.

본 논문에서는 정색엔진의 성능 향상을 위하여 질의어의 모호성 해결과 새로운 가중치 부여 방식을 제안한다. 일반적인 검색엔진은 질의어의 형태와 같은 것들이 포함되어 있는 웹 페이지를 결과로 보여주는 내용기만 방식을 사용하고 있다. 검색 결과로 나타난 웹 페이지들의 순위를 결정하는데 있어서도 주어진 질의어와 웹 페이지 사이의 키워드 매칭에 의한 내용기반 방식을 사용한다. 이와 같이 질의어의 형태만으로 웹페이지들과 유사도를 비교한다는 것은 정확한 검색에 많은 장애를 준다. 또한 질의어의 의미에 모호성이 존재할 경우에는 사용자의 의도와 관련 없는 것들이 결과로 나타나기도 한다. 이러한 원인의 발생은 일반적인 검색엔진들이 내용기반 방법을 기반으로 웹 검색에 이용되기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 질의어에 모호성이 있는 경우 워드넷을 이용하여 모호성을 해결하도록 하는 사용자 인터페이스를 구현했다. 그리고 사용자의 클릭 수를 각 웹 페이지의 가중치에 누적함으로써 다수 사용자의 협동적 평가에 따른 웹 페이지의 중요도가 검색 순위에 반영되도록 하였다. 클릭수의 누적에 있어서 질의어의 의미 카테고리별로 가중치를 구분하여 저장함으로써 보다 세분화된 웹 페이지 가중치 부여 방식을 사용하였다 그리고 점 페이지의 하이퍼링크를 웹 페이지의 가중치에 적용하였다. 웹 페이지의 가중치에 하이퍼링크를 적용함으로써 웹 페이지의 대표성을 가중치에 부여하여 가중치에 신뢰도를 증가시켰다. 실험용 정색엔진이 일반 검색엔진에 비해 높은 검색 정확도를 나타내는 것을 실험을 통해 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 정보여과 시스템에서 웹 페이지를 수집하고 여과하는 과정과 사용자 프로파일을 학습하는 과정에 하이퍼링크 정보를 이용하는 방법을 제안한다. 사용자가 원하는 웹 페이지를 추천하기 위해 사용자 프로파일을 하이퍼링크 정보를 이용해 만들고 사용자의 반응(feedback)에 따라 사용자 프로파일을 조정한다. 가중치 조정에 있어서 학습 효과를 높이기 위해 사용자가 반응을 보인 웹 페이지에서 출발해 링크로 연결된 모든 페이지에 대해 깊이에 따라 가중치를 조정하는 가중치 전파 알고리즘(Weight Propagation Algorithm)을 제안한다. 적은 사용자의 반응으로도 프로파일 내의 많은 페이지에 영향을 줄 수 있어 높은 학습 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

인터넷의 발전과 함께 유해사이트의 급속한 증가로 유해사이트 분류의 신뢰도를 높일 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 기존의 유해사이트 분류방식에는 텍스트 기반의 분류방식과 Skin-Color Detection 알고리즘을 이용한 이미지 기반 방식이 있으며, 현재 텍스트 기반의 사이트 분류방식이 보편적으로 사용되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존 유해사이트 분류의 신뢰도를 높이기 위하여 유해사이트에 포함된 링크 정보를 기반으로 유해사이트 분류의 정확성을 검증할 수 있음을 증명하였다.

현대사회에서 인터넷 이용은 인간으로서 기본적인 삶의 문제가 되어 매일 인터넷을 이용하지 않는 경우는 것의 없으며, SNS를 사용하면서 거의 매일 하이퍼링크를 하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 하이퍼링크가 합법적으로 업로드된 저작물에 연결되는 것에 대해서는 별로 문제가 되지 않지만, 불법적으로 업로드된 저작물에 링크를 하고, 이러한 링크를 관리하여 수익모델을 가지고 있는 개인 및 기업의 증가로 대한민국뿐만 아니라, 전세계적으로 저작권법적인 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미국, EU, 대한민국의 판례를 간략하게 정리하고, 현재까지 판례를 비판하며, 입법론을 제안해 보고자 한다.
