비이온계 계면활성제 수용액에서 Polyester/Cotton(65/35) 오염포의 습윤특성과 세척성 (Detergency and Liquid Wetting/Retention Properties of Soiled Polyester/Cotton(65/35) Cloth in Nonionic Surfactant Solutions)

  • The effects of nonionic surfactant solutions of 0.1g/dL on detergency and liquid wetting/retention properties of soiled polyester/cotton(65/35) cloth were studied. Soiled polyester/cotton(65/35) cloth (EMPA 104) and 10 different nonionic surfactants (Span 20, Tween 20, 40, 60, 80, 21, 61, 81, 65, 85) were used in the study. The water retention and liquid retention capacity values of soiled cloth were decreased compared with those of unsoiled cloth. The wetting and water retention of soiled cloth improved with addition of surfactants, whereas water retention ratio(W/H) values didnot change markedly. Generally surfactants with low surface tension and high HLB (Hydrophile-lipophile balance) were more effective in improving the wetting/retention properties of soiled cloth. Nonionic surfactants having high ethylene oxide contents of 20 moles; i.e., Tween 20, 40, 60 & 80, showed better detergency than low ethylene oxide contents of 4 moles; i.e., Tween 21, 61 & 81. As HLB values of surfactants and $cos{\theta}$ of the soiled cloth increase, the detergency values of soiled cloth increased.

  • Changes in surface properties and detergency of sunactant mixtures were investigated in order to study the optimum mixing ratio of anionic and nonionic surfactants by measuring surface tension, interfacial tension, suspendability, and emulsification as a Amction of mixing ratio. Also, surface tension and detergency of the surfactant mixtures were determined with the increase of water-hardness or temperature. The results were as follows: the addition of NPE to anionic surfactant solutions (LAS or SDS) by 0.1 mole fraction remarkably decreased surface tension. NPE (n=15)/anionic surfactant mixtures showed a synergistic effect in lowering interfacial tension and emulsification, but NPE (n=7.5)/anionic surfactant mixtures did not. In suspension stability, however, synergism appeared when LAS or 505 was mixed with both of NPE's. With respect to the hydrophile of NPE, NPE (n=15) was more effective than NPE (n=i.5) in improving suspension stability. Detergency of LAS/NPE mixture changed almost linearly with mixing ratio, but that of SDS/NPE mixture increased remarkably by the addition of 0.1 or 0.2 mole fraction of NPE at all temperatures. As the temperature increased, surface tension of surfactant mixtures decreased and detergency was improved, but their synergistic effect decreased. In hard water, the mixtures showed better detergency than single surfactuant solutions.

  • 본 논문은 몰드변압기용 에폭시수지의 열 열화특성을 고찰하기 위하여, 접촉각, 표면저항률 및 XPS를 측정하였다. 실험결과, 표면에서 재가교를 일으킴에 따라 접촉각은 $200^{\circ}C$까지는 증가하다가 $250^{\circ}C$에서는 열응축이 발생되어 접촉각이 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. XPS분석을 통하여 산소/탄소 피크치를 조사한 결과, 최초 미처리의 시료에서는 탄소에 대한 산소의 피크치가 더 높게 나타났으나, 열처리 후에는 그와 반대되는 경향을 나타내었다. 이러한 탄소피크의 증가는 $200^{\circ}C$까지 나타났고 그 이상의 온도에서는 다시 감소하였다. 이것은 $200^{\circ}C$까지는 안정된 표면구조를 형성하다가 $250^{\circ}C$에서는 급격한 산화가 발생됨으로써 탄소결합이 파괴되었기 때문이다. 이는 급격한 표면활성화에 따른 친수화로 도전로가 쉽게 형성되었기 때문이다.

  • PU계 유겔화제를 제조하기 위하여 soft segment로서 친유성을 갖는 polyether계 polyol인 PPG와 PTMG를 사용하고 hard segment로는 TDI를 사용하였다. PPG와 PTMG의 평균 분자량을 각각 1000, 2000, 3000으로 변화시키며 실험한 결과, PPG의 경우 분자량이 증가할수록 유겔화율은 290%에서 130%로 감소하였으며, PTMG의 경우 분자량이 증가할수록 310%에서 250%로 감소하였다. 친수성인 EG를 투입한 경우에 유겔화율은 EG를 첨가하지 않은 경우보다 약 2배 증가하였다. 이는 친수성기의 함량이 증가할수록 물/기름 혼합물에서의 prepolymer의 분산도 증가에 기인한 것으로 판단되며 PPG의 유겔화율은 290%에서 1120%로 증가하였고, PTMG의 유겔화율은 310%에서 1310%로 증가하였다.

pH, 화학적 조성 및 첨가제가 두유(豆乳)의 현탁안정성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of pH, Chemical Composition and Additives on Stability of Soymilk Suspension)

  • 두유를 저장하고 유통하는 중에 크림층 분리와 침전물의 발생 등 현학안정성에 미치는 pH, 단백질과 유지함량, 유화제, 안정제, 당, 식염 및 칼슘염의 영향을 조사하였다. 두유현탁액은 pH가 증가할수록 침전의 발생이 적어져 pH 10에서는 저장하는 동안에 침전이 전혀 생성되지 않았다. 각종 안정제 중 0.03%의 카라기난을 첨가시 안정성이 가장 좋았으며 팜유를 1.5% 첨가시 glycerine monostearate와 sorbitan monostearate 등의 HLB값은 $5{\sim}6$에서 안정효과가 컸다. 두유 중 지방 함량에 따라 점도변화는 크지 않았지만 크림층 분리가 현저하였고 대두유보다는 팜유를 첨가시 안정성이 더 떨어졌다. 설탕 첨가량은 3%까지 안정성에 큰 영향을 주지않았고 식염은 0.5%까지는 첨가량이 증가할수록 안정성이 감소되었다. 각종 칼슘염 중에서는 모두 안정성을 저해하였지만 그 중에서 시트르산칼슘을 첨가시 안정성의 저해정도가 가장 적었다.

PBAST/PVA 이중층 중공미세구의 제조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preparation of PBAST/PVA Double Layered Hollow Microspheres)

  • 본 연구에서는 생분해가 가능하여 친환경성이 우수한 지방족 폴리에스터 중에서 PBAST를 이용하여, 다중유화법($W_1/O/W_2$)에 의해 PBAST/PVA 두층을 갖는 중공미세구를 제조하였다. 최적의 이중층 중공미세구를 얻을 수 있는 조건은, 유기상에서 의 PBAST고분자의 농도 5 wt%, 내부 수용액 상에서의 PVA의 농도 5 wt%, $W_1/O$ emulsion과 외부 수용액상의 비율이 1:4.5이었고 계면활성제는 단일 성분을 사용하는 경우보다 HLB 값의 차이가 큰 보조계면활성제(co-surfactant)를 사용하는 경우였으며, 이때 PBAST/PVA 이중층중공미세구(double-layered microsphere)의 제조 수율은 30.92%, 미세구의 총괄밀도(bulk density)는 0.180 g/ml이며 입자크기는 $1.5{\sim}3\;{\mu}m$로 고른 분포를 나타내었다.

경기도 내 자연 휴식공간의 네트워크화 및 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement and Networking for the Natural leisure areas in Gyeonggi-do)

  • This study is to enhance the provincial leisure plans through various programs and infrastructure facilities and to establish a network of natural leisure areas in Gyeonggi-do. According to the result, first, in terms of analyzing the locations of natural leisure areas by types, the rest of urban parks is formed in the Capital area outside Seoul as centering around the central area. Moreover, with regard to the rest of forest and the rest of natural ecology learning, the area of the detention exceeds the total area of Gyeonggi-do. The rest of valleys and swamps showed a dotted pattern of the detention area while the rest of tideland and fishing village experience indicated a distribution of the detention area along the West Coast as an axis. Second, according to result of analyzing the accessibility of natural leisure areas by types, the rest of valleys and swamps showed the highest accessibility among the natural leisure areas : the rest of natural ecology learning had the medium level of accessibility; the rest of forest indicated the lowest accessibility. Therefore, it is necessary to create more leisure areas concerning the futures demands. In addition, they should be constructed in the places adjacent to the urban district area exhibiting higher usability and accessibility. In the places where there are many natural leisure area with higher utility, management plans should be deliberated as well. Based on the result of analyzing the rest of valleys and swamps and the rest of tideland and fishing village experience, it was found that the natural leisure area should improve the quality of water intensively and hydrophile property and create hydrophilic spaces. The development of natural leisure areas need to be carried out under the principle of environmental protection while considering historic sites and nearby rivers and lakes. Moreover, water leisure programs should be developed actively as well with further utilization of water resources in order to enhance the usability of natural leisure.

비이온계 계면활성제 수용액이 면직물의 습윤특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect on Nonionic Surfactant Solutions on Wetting and Absorbancy of Cotton Fabrics)

  • Textile materials are frequently in contact with surfactant solutions during their manufacturing or finishing processes as well as cleaning processes in use. Liquid wetting, wicking and absorbency of textile materials, and the liquid properties, surface characteristics and pore geometry of textile materials, and the liquie-solid interactions, In this paper, 10 different nonionic surfactants, including Span 20, Twen 20, 40, 60, 80, 21, 61, 81, 65, 85, were used. The surfactants were characterized by their hydrophile-lipophile-balance (HLB) values, structures, and surface tensions. The 0.1g/dL and 1.0g/dL surfactant solutions, which were both above critical micelle concentration (CMC), were used to see the concentration effects on the wetting and absorbency of cotton fabrics. The wetting behavior and liquid retention properties of hydrophobic cotton fabrics with different nonionic surfactant solutions are reported. The contact angles are greatly decreased and the water retention values are greatly increased by adding most of the surfactants studied into the system. The extents of this effects are influenced by the characteristics of surfactants and its solutions. Hydrophilic surfactants which have low number of carbon atoms or unsaturated hydrophobe structures are more effective in improving the wetting and absorbancy of hydrophobic cotton fabrics. The water retention of hydrophobic cotton fabrics has positive relations with $cos{\theta}$, adhesion tension and work of adhesion. The 1.0g/dL surfactant solutions show similar, but slightly improved wetting and absorbency characteristics of hydrophobic cotton fabrics compared to the 0.1g/dL surfactant solutions.

인상채득 후 경화시 트레이의 위치에 따른 주모형의 변화 (Change master cast by hardening method to position of tray after impression taking)

  • There was to purpose of this study improves analyzing cause that prosthesis brings bite engaging that is inaccurate in patient's mouth, when supposed that all conducts that do in operatory and dental laboratory are perfect. Impression did check bite by alginate impression material and polymerization style silicon impression material that use usually in presence at a sickbed Irreversibility, hydrocolloid, alginate impression material washed in flowing water and poured anhydrite after wait about 8 minutes so that region that charge interest after impression check bite may become undoing. And hydrophile property addition polymerization style impression material poured anhydrite after blow 30 considering impression material dwell time and H2 gas occurrence time (5~15 minute) after have washed in flowing water. I got each 7 models, result that manufactures total 28 and measures by third dimension measuring instrument (Meteo, Korea) following sequence curing in tray holder and floor 1, By Alginate impression when is hardened in tray holder and when is hardened in the floor after do check bite, SPH 4, SPH5 all as there is synonymy appeared(P<0.05). By in case do not use average 0.1741 in case use tray holder in 0.0447 SPH5s in case do not use average 0.2838 pastas in case use tray holder in SPH4 0.0309, When did not use both SPH4 and SPH5 tray holder, when used tray holder, 1 appeared more greatly. 2. By amity sex addition polymerization style silicon impression when is hardened in tray holder after do check bite and when is hardened in the floor SPH 4, a11 of the SPH5s very big synonymy be(P>0.05). And in case use tray holder in 0.000657 pasta SPH5s in case do not use average 0.000129 pastas in case use tray holder in SPH4 average 0.000114 pastas, by in case do not use 0.000757, I appeared more greatly when used tray when did not use both SPH4 and SPH5 tray holder, but 1 appeared is not level to keep in mind(Table 8~9). 3 SPH4 was looked very big mindfulness in model that manufacture doing impression check bite by Alginate and model that do impression check bite by amity sex accessory penalty silicon without using tray holder(P< 0.001). I use tray holder and SPH4 did not appear synonymy in model that manufacture doing impression check bite by Alginate and model that do impression check bite by amity sex accessory penalty silicon(P>0.05). Study finding of above when see synthesis Alginate certainly tray holder use must and I could know that hardening method does not exert big influence on volume stability if remove impression sieve of excess because amity sex accessory penalty silicon passes over tray, Also, Alginate impression material previewed can get heading a conspiracy style that volume stability of accessory penalty silicon impression material degree is if use tray holder.

전기방사법으로 제조된 PAN/PVdF 복합나노섬유의 특성연구 (Property Studies of PAN/PVdF Composite Nanofiber Manufactured from Electrospinning)

  • 본 논문에서는 PAN/PVdF의 중량비에 따라 방사용액을 제조한 후 고전압으로 전기방사법에 의해 복합나노섬유를 제조하였다. 제조된 복합나노섬유는 PVdF의 함량이 감소할수록 섬유경이 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. PAN/PVdF 복합나노섬유의 친수성 정도를 확인하기 위하여 접촉각을 측정한 결과 친유성인 PVdF의 함량이 증가할수록 물과의 접촉각이 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 필터측정용 샘플을 $40^{\circ}C$의 온도, 85%의 습도에서 25시간 동안 방치한 후 성능을 평가한 결과 PAN/PVdF 복합나노섬유의 경우 99.95% 이상의 혜파(HEPA)급 및 99.999% 이상의 울파(ULPA)급 성능을 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었으며, 섬유경이 작을수록 필터 성능이 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. PAN/PVdF 복합나노섬유의 벌크 인장강도는 5-8MPa, 신도는 10-300% 범위였으며, PVdF의 함량이 증가할수록 강도와 신도가 동시에 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. PAN/PVdF 복합나노섬유를 $120^{\circ}C$에서 2시간 열처리한 시료의 인장강도는 3-8MPa정도였다. 인장강도의 경우는 열처리에 의해 거의 변화가 없었으며, 신도는 감소함을 알 수 있었다.
