정밀 위치 제어를 위해 MR 밸브 시스템을 활용한 차량 유압 리프트에 대한 수치해석적 고찰 (A Numerical Study of New Vehicle Hydraulic Lift Activation by a Magneto-rheological Valve System for Precise Position Control)

  • 최근 기존의 유압 차량 리프트는 높이제어의 어려움으로 인해 기술개발의 한계에 직면하였다. 휠 얼라이먼트나 차량의 하중 분포에 따른 미세한 불규칙적인 변형을 보상하기 위해서는 매우 정밀한 위치 제어성이 요구되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 기존 리프트 시스템의 한계를 해결하고자 매우 정교한 압력강하를 이끌어낼 수 있는 MR 밸브 시스템을 활용하여 새로운 차량 리프트를 제안하고 이에 대한 분석을 진행한다. 우선적으로 MR 밸브의 요구되는 성능을 파악하기 위해 유압 리프트의 운동방정식을 설립하고, 요구되는 압력강하를 얻기 위해 MR 밸브를 설계한다. 또한 정밀한 위치 제어 성능을 얻기 위해 PID 제어기를 설립하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 시스템의 제어성을 검증한다.

  • The hydraulic loading system real-time simulator using a PC and I/O interface board is developed to simulate the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic loading system in real time. The simulator receives the digital on-off control signals generated by the operator through the D/I channels, updates the state and output variables of the hydraulic loading system responding to the input signals and draw the moving pictuters of the lift cylinder, lift arm and loading box on the PC monitor in real time. Also, the operator can observe the displacement and pressure of cylinder, the rotatinal angle, reaction force, and safety factors of lift arm representing the operation of hydraulic loading system through the PC monitor in real time. The real-time simulator can be a very useful tool to design industrial dynamic systems and feel the goodness of the system operation since the operator can observe the moving pictures of the operating system in real time as he operates the real time simulator.

  • A common hydraulic jack using brdige retrofit has a problem of increasing cost and time of construction to construct additionally temporary bent or concrete bracket, in case of insufficiency work space and release hydraulic pressure. To solve the problem, this technique is developed to alternate the bridge bearing in adequate inspection condition. After control maximum lift-height and minimum lift-force of no damage to super structure, the constructive technique is to alternate and repair the bridge bearing using the wedge jack with bridge bearing ability that is no release hydraulic pressure stopper, and able to reuse separable cylinder.

수치해석을 통한 건설중장비 유압시스템용 파이프설계에 대한 연구 (Pipe Design for Hydraulic System in Construction Heavy Equipment by Numerical Analysis)

  • We herein propose a systematic design method of hydraulic pipes used in heavy construction equipment. We found that even though many design studies have been conducted regarding major hydraulic components such as pumps, cylinders, and control valves, studies regarding the optimal design of hydraulic pipes are scarce. In this study, the design of four types of pipes is considered: two high-pressure and two low-pressure pipes. First, fluid flow analysis was conducted based on oil flow and pressure for various radii of curvature. For a check-valve pipe, we considered the location of an inlet pipe. We could visualize fluid flow inside the pipe according to the flow velocity and pressure distribution. Based on fluid flow analysis, we conducted a structural analysis that revealed the stress distribution and concentration for each pipe design. We selected the best design parameters for each pipe design, fabricated the pipes, and subsequently tested them for validity.

퇴적토 배출을 수반한 연직수문의 수리특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study for the Hydraulic Characteristics of Vertical lift Gates with Sediment Transport)

  • 하단배출 형태의 연직수문에서의 퇴적토사 이동을 수반한 유량계수, 수력도약 높이, 수력도약 길이의 수리특성을 분석하기 위해 수리 모형실험과 차원해석을 수행하였다. Froude 수와 수리특성의 상관관계를 퇴적토 이동 유무에 따라 도식화하고, 무차원 매개변수와 수리특성의 상관성을 분석하고 다중회귀분석식을 개발하였다. 퇴사의 이동을 수반한 수리특성은 퇴적토의 이동이 없을 경우와는 다른 양상을 확인하여 퇴적토 이동을 특성을 나타낼 수 있는 변수의 도입이 필요함을 확인하였다. 유량계수, 수력도약 높이와 수력도약 길이에 대한 각 다중회귀분석식의 결정계수는 유량계수 0.749, 수력도약 높이 0.896, 수력도약 길이 0.955로 높게 나타났다. 개발한 수리특성식의 적용성을 평가하기 위해 실제 측정값과 회귀분석식에 의해 계산된 값의 95%의 예측구간 분석을 수행하였고, 유량계수, 수력도약 높이와 길이에 대한 예측의 정확도 분석차원의 NSE (Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency), RMSE (root mean square)와 MAPE (mean absolute percentage error)는 적절한 것으로 판단되었다.

트랙터 로타리 작업기용 자세 제어 시스템에 관한 연구 (Study on Attitude Control System of Rotary Implement Attached on Agricultural Tractor)

  • In Korea, rotary implements are mainly utilized in the tillage operation. The attitude control system for rolling phenominon of tractors, which in caused due to uneven ground surfaces and sinkage of tractor wheels, is one of the most important control systems in agricultural tractors. The attitude control system of a rotary implement, attached on tractors, was designed and fabricated in this study. The control system was largely composed of four main units; a setting unit, a detection unit, a controller and a hydraulic unit. The implement was controlled by control signals from a computer proportional to controlled errors, on/off action of two directional solenoide valve and lift cylinder on the right lift rod. Response characteristic experiments for the control system fabricated in this study were carried out indoors and outdoors. The results of experiments showed the response characteristics sufficient to use as the attitude control system of rotary implements for agricultural tractors.

  • This paper deals with tipping over of hydraulic excavator's crane work. If excavator lift too heavy weight, excavator tipped up. This is 38% of whole excavator accidents. In this paper, tipping over load which is maximum load of excavator can lift with displacement of excavator links, real load and tipping over rate are calculated with Zero Moment Point. We designed the tipping-over stability criterion algorithm considering the dynamic characteristics to which ZMP theory is applied and discussed the usefulness of the proposed algorithm compared with the moment equilibrium equation through the simulation and the actual test.

선박 유압공급 장치용 사판식 유압 피스톤 펌프 내부 유동해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Internal Flow Analysis in Swash Plate Piston Pump for Marine Hydraulic Power Supply)

  • In this paper, a flow analysis of a swash-plate type hydraulic piston pump installed on a hydraulic flow supply system for marine vessels is presented. A model and governing equations for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analyses of swash-plate type hydraulic piston pumps were built, and simulation results regarding the internal flow field of the pump were obtained. By analyzing the internal flow of the swash-plate type hydraulic piston pump, we can confirm the time-dependent stroke of each piston as the pump rotates. We also verified that by analyzing the pulsating flow against the slope of the swash plate, the simulation results match well with the experimental results. The natural frequency of the system was computed to be approximately 380 Hz by applying and analyzing the fast Fourier transform (FFT) of each swash plate slope evaluated.

  • In this paper, a structural stability analysis of the swash plate hydraulic piston pump installed on hydraulic supply systems in marine vessels is presented. In order to verify the integrity of the pump design, a standard structural analysis technique based on the finite element method has been applied for various operating and boundary conditions. For the maximum operational torque (223 N·m) at 5°, 10°, and 15° of the swash plate angle, the maximum deformation, equivalent stress and safety factor are evaluated. The analytical results show that under current operating conditions, the structural reliability of the design has been confirmed.
