Post-modern society leads us to accept diversity and variability instead of pursuit of the absolute truth, beauty or classical value systems, thus leading to hybrid phenomena. The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristics and expressive effects of hybrid expressions through which to provide conceptual bases for interpreting expanded meanings of fashion illustrations that express aesthetic concepts of hybrid culture. Hybrid refers to a condition on which diverse elements are mixed with each other, so any one element can not dominate others. It is often used to create something unique and new by a combination of unprecedented things. Hybrid can be classified into four categories: temporal hybrid, spatial hybrid, morphological hybrid and hybrid of different genres. Temporal hybrid from a combination of past and present in fashion illustration includes temporal blending by repetition and juxtaposition. Spatial hybrid shows itself in the form of inter-penetration and interrelationship by means of projection, overlapping, juxtaposition and multiple space. Morphological hybrid expresses itself through combination of heterogenous forms and restructuring of deformed forms. Hybrid of different genres in fashion illustration applies various graphic elements or photos within the space, and represents blending of arts and daily living. Such hybrid expressions in fashion illustrations reflect the phenomena of diversity and variability of post-modern society. Hybrid expressions in fashion illustrations predict endless possibility of expressing new images through combining various forms or casual elements and can develop toward a new creative technique.

연초 N. glauoa(2n=24)와 N. langsdorffii(2n=18)의 종간상 호교잡에 의하여 종간잡종을 획득하였다. N. glauca $\times$ N. langsdorffii 교잡에서는 100%의 F$_1$ 종자를 획득할 수 있었으나, N. langsdorffii $\times$ N. glauca교잡에서는 종자결실이 극히 불량하였다. 그러나 종자 발아율은 모두 양호하였으며, 정상 식물체로 생장하였다. F$_1$식물체의 chromosome수를 조사한 결과 모두 2n=21개로 종간잡종임이 확인되었으며, 엽병의 존재여부 및 형태, 잎의 형태, 꽃잎의 형태와 색깔 및 크기, 화분의 색깔 등의 형태적 특성을 조사한 결과 모두 종간잡 종임을 재차 확인 할 수 있었다. F$_1$잡종식물체에서는 spontaneous tumor인 genetic tumor가 형성되었으며, N. glauca을 모본으로 한 교잡체에서는 생식생장기부터 형성되었고, N. langsdorffii을 모본으로 한 잡종체에서는 생식생장기 이후에만 형성되었다. 특히 genetic tumor 조직을 기내에서 식물호르몬 무첨가 배지에서 배양할 경우 생장이 매우 왕성하였으며 많은 teratoma shoot를 형성하였다. 또한 genetic tumor 조직이 아닌 일반 F$_1$식물체의 잎과 줄기절편도 식물호르몬 무첨가 배지에 접종되었을 때에도 15일경부터 callus가 왕성히 형성되었으며, 30일경부터는 수많은 teratoma shoot가 형성되었다. 식물호르몬 무첨가배지에서 잡종체의 teratoma shoot 형성은 N. langsdorffii $\times$ N. glauca 보다 N. glauca $\times$ N. langsdorffii가 더 양호한 경향을 보였다. Teratoma shoot 중에서는 뿌리는 가지고 있지 않지만 지상부가 정상적으로 자란 shoot를 절취하여 다시 조직배양 할 경우에는 영양생장기에 배양잡종식물체에서 많은 genetic tumor가 형성되었다.

Cultural hybridization and global cross-fertilization, begun since the 1990s, mean the hybrid mixture of the low-class popular arts and the high-class fine arts and have found expression in intertextuality by means of the thinking system of de-constructuralist post-modernism. This study was intended to investigate the artistic intertextuality between fashion and art frontiere, especially between such fields as 'animation', 'music', and 'performing arts' and 'fashion', which shows the greatest characteristic of the phenomenon that the non-mainstream culture flows into the mainstream culture. It also aimed to investigate the intertextuality between 'technology' and 'fashion' as the delivery room of the youth culture and copycat culture due to the benefit of technologies since the 20th-century digital revolution. Animation as the neo-pop art with the popular code coming to the forefront in the 21th century integrated high-class fashion and low-class fashion into one through the combination of fashion and humor, and the musical element referring to the social difference of the cultural field and the social strata is becoming the 21th-century fashion icon through its fusion with the pictorial tendency along with the leisure-time life of the non-mainstream strata. In terms of intertextuality in performing arts, fashion style performs an important role in the presentation of performing arts and since the de-construction of the fin-de-ciecle form and its fusion with media have taken place, fashion works become and element of the origin that has an influence on a series of film, dance, dramatic elements and the like. The paradigm of technology made it socially and culturally possible to achieve the architecture of clothing system necessary for fashionable technical clothing by allowing the possibility of imitation, the function of technology to form popular culture. The intertextual tendency in the 21th-century fashion began from the de-constructive phenomenon of existing norms and now takes the multicultural character of surpassing a certain domain or concept. And it positions itself as the total art of spearheading the low-class culture and the non-mainstream culture as the hybrid domain of mainstream and non-mainstream cultures or high-class and low-class cultures.

사과나무 교배잡종 (P.16 $\times$ M. prunifolia)의 자엽과 배축 조직을 배양하여 신초의 재분화에 미치는 2,4-D, NAA 키네틴, BA, thidiazuron의 처리효과를 조사하였다. 자엽조직은 1.0 mg/L＋ NAA +2.0 mg/L BA 처리구에서, 배축조직은 0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5mg/L BA처리구에서 가장 많은 수의 신초가 분화하였으며, BA 무첨가구에서는 신초의 재분화가 전혀 이루어지지 않았다. 자엽조직보다는 배축조직을 배양하는 것이 더 효과적이었으며 특히, 배축의 상위부분을 치상하였을때 신초 재분화가 더 양호하였다. 재분화된 신초를 1/2 MS에 1.0mg/L NAA를 첨가한 발근배지에 계대배양한 결과 발근이 양호하였으며 정상적인 식물체로 생장하였다.

This study investigated the effect of offering eco-friendly fashion items on consumers' perceived image of stores and their intention to purchase food in a hybrid cafe setting. The data were collected using an online survey of 465 adults aged 20 to 49 years. In order to compare 'a general cafe' where only food is sold and 'a hybrid cafe' which offers eco-friendly fashion items as well as food, we developed two store types (general×hybrid) with two store designs (modern×eco-friendly) as stimuli, resulting in four scenarios. The results indicated that offering eco-friendly fashion items at a cafe did not significantly affect consumers' perceived eco-friendly image of the store. Further, this negatively affected consumers' perceived healthy and tasty images of the store and intention to purchase food. Such negative effects on the healthy and tasty images of the store increased in the store with a modern design. In conclusion, offering eco-friendly fashion items at cafes may not contribute to enhancing the stores' images or sales.

Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs) are the most protected facilities among all critical infrastructures (CIs). In addition to physical security, cyber security becomes a significant concern for NPPs since swift digitalization and overreliance on computer-based systems in the facility operations transformed NPPs into targets for cyber/physical attacks. Despite technical competencies, humans are still the central component of a resilient NPP to develop an effective nuclear security culture. Turkey is one of the newcomers in the nuclear energy industry, and Turkish Akkuyu NPP has a unique model owned by an international consortium. Since Turkey has limited experience in nuclear energy industry, specific multinational and multicultural characteristics of Turkish Akkuyu NPP also requires further research in terms of the Facility's prospective nuclear security. Yet, the link between "national cultures" and "nuclear security" is underestimated in nuclear security studies. By relying on Hofstede's national culture framework, our research aims to address this gap and explore possible implications of cross-national cultural differences on nuclear security. To cope with security challenges in the age of hybrid threats, we propose a security management model which addresses the need for cyber-physical security integration to cultivate a robust nuclear security culture in a multicultural working environment.

In this paper, we propose a user matching app based on hybrid app and a utilization plan to promote sports tourism in line with the growing trend of sports industry scale. The proposed app categorizes sports facilities across the country into regional, sports, private and public sports facilities to support reservations and matching. The proposed app applied a matching system in which matching scores were given according to the preference of events, places, and users by user net matching algorithm. Users can enjoy sports as a team or individual through the suggestion app even if they do not have any clubs or friends to which they belong. It can be used to improve tourism content services and establish tourism industry policies by analyzing data generated while using a user matching system.

This study is on the esthetic characteristics of Christian Lacroix's haute couture works. The materials for the study are the precedent studies, the related literature, and the photographs of the works and the interview articles in fashion journal at home and abroad. The result of this study were finds three esthetic characteristics in his works and fashion philosophy; historic, ethnic, and hybrid sense. First, the historic sense, Christian Lacroix's biggest characteristic, is influenced by his major studies, but is not a revival from the past itself but a new characteristic based on borrowing and reinterpreting the images created by introducing and compromising the historic elements. Second, the ethnic sense is influenced by the growing background in his childhood and can be characterized as compromise among the multi-national design features. It is certified by the contrasting images, styles, expressions, materials, ornament elements, and so forth with the worldwide ethnic senses centered by the southern France and Spain. Third, the hybrid sense as the essential characteristic shows the uniqueness in his design by not only combining the modern materials, technologies, and futuristic emotion but also liberally compromising and associating the emotions based on a mixture among the follows; the historic representative styles, the foreign materials, the diversity between the Eastern and Western culture, and all elements, details, trimmings In the fashion design.

This study analyzes the Asian, African and Latin American cultural hybrids in modem fashion, and offers a direction for desirable cultural hybrids in modem fashion. First, the cultural hybrids have been considered in two aspect: global hybrids and structural hybrids. Second, the trends of Asian, African and Latin American cultural hybrids have been interpreted differently depending on the cultural backgrounds of each area. However, the cultural hybrid representing the change of tradition in Asia, Africa and Latin America is a common trend, and is used to describe the social changes. Third, this study examines the global hybrid trend in modem fashion based on the hybrid trend of Asian, African and Latin American culture found in the four major collections from 2000 S/S to 2005 F/W. Until recently, the exotic images have been determined in the viewpoint of Western world, and utilization by the world-renowned designers in the four major collections plays the major role in converting the regional cultural elements into global ones. Fourth, this study also examines the structural hybrids in modem fashion based on the hybrid trend found in Asian, African and Latin American designer collections between 2000 S/S and 2005 F/W. The works which are connected to the world trend, but are also rooted from the cultural and regional traditions demonstrate the globalization of the Asian, African and Latin American fashion. Fashion is a messenger of a culture, and its importance as a symbol of a cultural trend is growing.

Interspecific cross between Nicotiana trigonophylla and N. tabacum cv. BY4 is highly sterile because of abnormal ovule and embryo development. In vitro culture of excised N. trigonophylla ovules after polination by N. tabacum allows significant numbers of hybrid embryos to develop into mature plants. Total yield of seedlings and number of normal seedlings were produced following in vitro culture of individual fertilized ovules of N. trigonophylla X N. tabacum at four days post-pollination on B5 medium containing 6% sucrose. Hybrids were uniform in morphology and peroxidase isozyme composition and the majority were cytologically stable: flower characteristics were generally intermediate between those of the parents. All hybrids evaluated were self-sterile.
