  • Business operates under the fast pace of large-scale changes. These changes occur in environments including competitors, markets and consumers. To survive under these changes, process innovation is becoming the eminent issue faced by executives. Process innovation is to generate, select, and implement new ideas adopting changes in organizational structure, management pattern, human resource management systems and so on. Examples include restructuring, outsourcing, benchmarking, total quality management, and business process reengineering. This study suggests how to develop process innovation ideas. Related screening and implementation techniques are also presented.

  • Freight Forwarders is very important of logistics industry but it still has a lot of problems which have to be improved. The purposes of this study are realizing the current state of freight forwarders and suggesting the developing strategies. It is necessary to make proper size, develop of human resource and construct of information system for development of freight forwarders. Furthermore, it requires more efforts of company and government such as support of tax, support of investment in freight forwarders.

  • A new era with the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution certainly brings new opportunities for human to explore human's activities outside of the Earth. After the Apollo program, exploration for lunar resources and establishment of lunar base seem to be in reality. This could be due to new findings by the LCROSS and LRO proving the advanced scientific development and new scientific results about the moon from Asian countries including China with Chang'E missions. It is expected that fossil fuels will be in shortage in the near future and at this time, Helium-3 could be an energy resource as a replacement of the fossil fuels. At present it is well known that countries like Russia, USA, and Europe will continue to investigate on lunar exploration especially with landers toward future human activities on the moon to establish a lunar base. With this point of view, it is important for human to understand lunar resources and prepare for prospective utilization of lunar resources. This review paper considers on a point of view in both lunar resource exploration and establishment of lunar base.

Development of an IoT-Based Human Interactive Advertising Service for Sharing Economy (공유경제를 위한 IoT 기반의 휴먼 인터랙티브 광고 서비스 구현)

  • In this paper, we develop IoT-HiAS(IoT-Human Interactive Advertising Service) for sharing economy. The HiAS device shooting the front of the device via a webcam and recognizes the person in real time through the SSD model using MobileNet. If the number of persons above the set threshold is recognized by counting the recognized person, the advertisement is reproduced on the idle resource through the beam projector. At the same time as the advertisement is reproduced, the captured image of the advertisement start time in the front of the device and the number of recognized persons are sends the IoT server of an oneM2M-compliant HiAS server using the IoT client. When the advertisement is finish, the webcam is shooting the front of the device and the image is sends the IoT server. We implemented the IoT-based human interactive advertising service by transmitting the received data to the advertiser and the advertising producers through the SNS(Social Network Service) agent of the HiAS server.

  • This study aims to provide philosophical frameworks and approaches, and practical guidelines to interview research. While there are some studies which focus on the practical guidelines, there is a lack of studies which address the philosophical and conceptual issues integral to qualitative interview research. By discussing three different but related philosophical aspects of qualitative interviewing--phenomenology, hermeneutics, and dialectics--consistency among research purpose, research method, research methodology is pursued. Based on this discussion, four stages of interviewing--designing, conducting, analyzing, and writing of qualitative interview research--are presented.

Family Leisure Motivation and Outcomes of Family Leisure Activities (가족 여가 참여 동기 및 가족 여가 활동의 효과)

  • This study examines divergent experiences of family leisure from parent, child and family-level perspectives. In particular, emphasis is placed on differences and similarities about family leisure motivation and outcomes of family leisure activities among socioeconomic backgrounds. Questionnaires were completed by 100 families. The results indicate that Korean families mostly participate family leisure activities because of family bonding although this tendency emerges clearly only from parents' and female adolescents' responses. The families evaluate that family leisure activities bring more positive outcomes than negative outcomes to families. Intellectual motivation, family bonding motivation, and relaxation motivation are positively related to positive outcomes while obligation motivation is negatively related to positive outcomes. Further conclusions and implications are discussed.

  • This study examines managerial aspects of the institutional household(IH) whose importances become crucial in modern society. To analyze idiosyncratic managerial characteristics of the IH, the study delves into three aspects of IH in comparison with other organizations such as family, public organizations, for-profit organizations. The comparison is done in the reference of $\circled1$ conceptual elements, $\circled2$ general managerial settings, and $\circled3$ practical managerial processes including planning, organizational, personnel and human resources development, and finacial management. The analysis shows us that the IH possesses both common and unique characteristics and needs to develop its generic managerial theories.

  • In this study, in light of the reality that the need for systematic development of military service resource management and alternative service discipline / switching service discipline has been discussed for illegal liquidation of military service obligations (Tekketsu) in connection with the military service system, and pluralistic it is assumed judgment if centralized military manpower administration (MMA) the recruitment structure that is, military service resource management that to effectively manage. Military service resources decision to systematic management of resources military service, military service of centralized resource management that MMA is the center, the efficiency of the plan. It is determined that it can improve the precision, thereby increasing and the resource-specific Service Discipline instruction, fairness to ensure consistency in the resource management of Alternate Service Discipline / Switching Service Discipline among, high quality and accessibility of such people petition I thought there may be a service provider is realized, that centralization of MMA is also realized, trying to allo improved fairness associated with the performance of military service obligation. Therefore, in this study, we are exploring a scheme that is able to achieve the unification of the human resource management of military service entity to perform the duty of national defense.

  • Since about 2000. local government has started making ordinance related to the rural development planning which is revitalizing rural area through using rural resource. But, the ordinance of local government have not any contents relating to the land use planning system that is necessary in rural development planning. According to the present local autonomy act, ordinance can not have any regulations restricting basic human right without being allowed by law. In recent, central government is considering to hand power making land use planning system over local government. This paper is to study how to expand the legislative power of local government. This study discussed on logical bases through examining disputes on legal theories, the nature of local ordinance, range of local autonomy affairs and cases of local ordinance.

Evaluation of Environmental Education of Public Servants in NIERD based on CIPP Model (CIPP 모형에 기반한 국립환경인력개발원의 공무원 환경교육에 대한 평가)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the environmental education of public servants in National Institute of Environmental Human Resource Development(NIERD). Based on CIPP model, Evaluation areas and items were made. The data were collected through interviews, questionnaires and training and development team's internal information from November, 2005 to January, 2006. Based on the interviews and survey of 11 employee from training and development team, context factors, input factors, process factors, product factors were evaluated. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the problem of the environmental education of environmental officials indicated lack of interest about education of Ministry of Environment, lack of education expense, lack of expertise of employee in training and development team, and so on. Second, the curriculum for environmental officials was not considered the environmental officials' readiness for education, developmental level and competency. Suggestions for future research were offered.
