The management strategies of each company has been changed fundamentally owing to the emergence of digital economics by using internet. Therefore the efficient management of global e-port causes the main issues not only effect the survival and growth of ports but also exert new opportunities and fatal threats on them. Under the circumstances of these change, the Kwangyang port have to introduce e-biz for the purpose of increasing the level of their competition. The focus of this article is to suggest some strategies on the implementation of Kwangyang Global e-port in Korea. To analyse the e-port realities, I first reviewed the trends of e-marketing and e-biz. I chose and analysed website of four ports like Hongkong, Singapore, Antwerp and Hamburg as successful global e-port models. This article is focused to suggest the theoretical background by analysing the strategic points of Kwangyang global e-port which are divided in 6C: Contents, Communities, Connection, Commerce, Communication and Customization. This paper analyses many problems of Gwangyang port and presents various develpment ways to activate Gwangyang port. In order to be a global e-port, first of all Gwangyang port must improve global web-site by 6C. And also Gwangyang port have to constitute logistics hub site, create infrastructure needed to run electronic business more easily over the internet, establish nationwide network of industries, build up marine and port logistics information system.

In order to support wind power development in Jejudo, the island of winds, the wind resource database KIER-WindJeju has been established by meteor-statistical analysis on met-mast measurements of KIER. The analysis includes tower shading, exposure category, wind profile exponent for wind speed extrapolation to hub height of wind turbine, and correlation matrix between neighboring sites to assist choice of appropriate reference site for long-term correlation. KIER-WindJeju will be provided as an add-on of Google $Earth^{TM}$ and will be used as a guideline of future wind resource assessment in Jejudo.

CIS nations are recognized as an emerging market recently because there are abundant natural resources and a lot of investment demand. Furthermore, they are located in the middle of Europe and Asia and that make them have more strategic importance as a logistics hub. So many global companies including domestic ones began to advance into the on-site. and this tendency will be strong. On the contrary, a research in logistics environment of CIS has rarely been done. This paper provides a way of systematic approach to design logistics network in CIS with real business case and shows the analyzed result of optimization simulation that includes factors having a huge influence on the overall logistics cost.

Fungal genome sequencing and assembly have been trivial in these days. Genome analysis relies on high quality of gene prediction and annotation. Automatic fungal genome annotation pipeline is essential for handling genomic sequence data accumulated exponentially. However, building an automatic annotation procedure for fungal genomes is not an easy task. FunGAP (Fungal Genome Annotation Pipeline) is developed for precise and accurate prediction of gene models from any fungal genome assembly. To make high-quality gene models, this pipeline employs multiple gene prediction programs encompassing ab initio, evidence-, and homology-based evaluation. FunGAP aims to evaluate all predicted genes by filtering gene models. To make a successful filtering guide for removal of false-positive genes, we used a scoring function that seeks for a consensus by estimating each gene model based on homology to the known proteins or domains. FunGAP is freely available for non-commercial users at the GitHub site (https://github.com/CompSynBioLab-KoreaUniv/FunGAP).

This paper predicts how mobile Internet portal services will go ahead and what contents will be needed at the portal site. Mobile Internet interface needs to be concise and compressed because of the size of terminals Thus mobile internal service wants integrated portal service We study the service strategy for mobile internet portal Service according to the product life cycle Many Korean people who have used 'wired and fixed' Internet services and mobile phones want the mobile Internet portal to provide many attractive functions and high quality of service Thus we consider the current Korean mobile Internet service as the maturity phase of its life cycle The maturity phase needs the strategy of diversifying and focusing on, thus we recommend the hub portal model for Korean mobile Internet service, In this paper, we survey contents of mobile Internet portal service as a case study. With the result of the analysis, we present the promising contents as follows: video conference service, financial service, stock trading service, traffic information service, location map service, emergency rescue service, and so on.

Social media has emerged as a major hub of engagement between brands and consumers in recent years, and allows user-generated content to serve as a powerful means of encouraging communication between the sides. However, it is challenging to negotiate user-generated content owing to its lack of structure and the enormous amount generated. This study focuses on the hashtag, a metadata tag that reflects customers' brand perception through social media platforms. Online users share their knowledge and impressions using a wide variety of hashtags. We examine hashtags that co-occur with particular branded hashtags on the social media platform, Instagram, to derive insights about brand perception. We apply text mining technology and network analysis to identify the perceptions of brand images among consumers on the site, where this helps distinguish among the diverse personalities of the brands. This study contributes to highlighting the value of hashtags in constructing brand personality in the context of online marketing.

본 논문은 "PBTI"라 명명한 웹사이트를 설계하고 구현한다. 요즘 유행하는 성격 유형 설문조사인 MBTI에서 영감을 받아 피부타입과 퍼스널 컬러를 검사할 수 있는 온라인 쇼핑몰 웹사이트를 제작하게 되었다. 체계적이고 다양한 질문을 통해 사용자들의 피부타입을 검사하고 해당 피부타입 결과에 따른 상품을 추천해주는 알고리즘이 탑재되어 사용자에 맞는 상품을 추천해준다. PBTI의 이러한 기능들은 다른 온라인 뷰티쇼핑몰과 극명한 차별점을 만들고, 쇼핑몰 매출을 크게 증대시킬 것으로 기대한다. 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위해 오라클을 이용하였고, 웹페이지를 구현하기 위해 스프링을 이용하였으며 팀원들과의 협업을 위해 깃허브를 사용하였다.

전자부품 조립사업은 제품불량이 발생했을 때, 입고된 원자재불량 또는 작업불량을 추적하는 것이 중요하며, 결과에 따라 납품업체 또는 작업현장 개선이 중요하다. 스마트팩토리의 핵심 과제는 데이터 통합허브를 구축하여 저장·관리·분석을 실시간으로 처리하고 클러스터공정, 에너지, 환경, 안전을 통합관리 하는 것이다. 전자부품 관련 중소기업에 생산현장관리를 실시간 모니터링하여 생산데이터의 정확한 분석과 수집으로 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위해서는 스마트팩토리 구축이 필수적이다. 본 논문은 스마트팩토리를 도입하고자 하는 전자 부품관련 중소기업의 특성을 고려해 시스템 구성방법, 스마트팩토리 관련기술 과 적용사례 등을 정의하여 구축에 활용토록 개발되었다.

본 논문에서는 2022년 10월 29일 한국에서 발생한 이태원 압사 사고를 기반으로 미래에 발생할 수 있는 인파 사고에 대하여 군중 밀집으로 인한 위험을 미리 예측하고, 예방하기 위한 목적으로 작성되었다. 단일 CCTV 같은 경우 관리자가 실시간으로 현재 상황을 판별할 수 있지만, 하루 종일 해당 화면만 들여다볼 수 없기 때문에 CCTV 화각으로 촬영된 영상들을 학습한 YOLO v4를 이용하여 객체를 탐지하고, 정해진 군집의 수가 초과하는 순간에 알림을 통해 군중 밀집으로 인한 안전사고를 예방하게 된다. YOLO v4 모델을 사용하게 된 이유는 이전 YOLO 모델보다 더욱 높은 정확성과 빠른 속도로 개선되어, 객체 탐지 기법이 더 용이해졌기 때문이다. 본 서비스를 AI-Hub 사이트에 등재된 CCTV 영상 데이터로 테스트하는 과정을 거치게 된다. 현재 한국에 CCTV는 기하급수적으로 증가하였고, 이를 실제 CCTV에 적용한다면 앞으로 일어나게 될 군중 밀집으로 인한 사고를 비롯한 다양한 사고를 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

이 연구의 목적은 지역대표도서관 건립을 위한 입지 선정에 있어서의 절차와 과정, 그리고 주요 고려사항들을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 부산광역시의 지역대표도서관 건립 계획을 사례로 하여 지역대표도서관의 입지를 선정하는데 있어서 평가의 항목이 되는 사항과 절차를 소개하고 실제로 부산지역에 가용한 부지들을 대상으로 최적의 입지에 도서관이 건립될 수 있도록 하기 위한 과정과 절차, 방법 등을 소개하였다. 가용한 입지의 선정을 위하여 부산광역시와 기초자치단체로부터 제안받은 부지들을 대상으로 지리적 여건, 지역적 특성, 사업여건 등을 고려한 후보지의 사업 여건을 조사, 분석하고 사업타당성을 검토하였다. 이를 통하여 향후 다른 지자체에서 지역대표도서관을 건립하거나 또는 보다 규모가 작은 공공도서관을 건립할 경우 절차적으로 참고할 수 있도록 하였다.
