This study is designed to have 60 high school students experience the eco-friendly consumer education program for 10 months and compare the levels of each ecological footprint though two different Questionnaires in five sections: housing, food, transportation, purchase, and waste. The program used in this research consists of three parts: eco-friendly attitude education for consumers, eco-friendly citizen education for consumers, and eco-friendly resource management education for consumers. The data are analyzed by SPSS Window 10.0 program. The findings are as follows: First. The eco-friendly consumer education is more likely to help the students develop critical thought and eco-friendly attitude, unlike the economy-related consumer education. Second. The level of ecological footprint is significantly decreased in the group with the eco-friendly consumer education program. compared to the group without it. Third. Experiencing the eco-friendly consumer education program helps the students have the positive attitude on ecology and lead an environmentally sustainable consumer life. The results show that eco-friendly consumer education can make a contribution to raising the good citizens who have eco-friendly attitude and behavior, lead sustainable consumer life, and try to reduce the level of ecological footprint.

The program for measuring EF can be used as educational materials for consumers' environment education in the areas of social environment education and school environment education. The followings are suggestions coming out of this study. First, it is required to revise and complement program for measuring EF analyzing the problems that occur when applying it to middle school students actually. Second, some data that used during normalization of EF ate originally from the USA. So it is necessary to change the data to meet the Korean situation. Third, it is necessary to have design work that can invite interests of students with consumers' environmental education materials through cooperation between environmental education experts and computer programmers. Fourth, it is necessary to have practical research with consumers' environmental education adding educational contents into EF measurement program. The results of this research were as follow : 1. Risk attitude had significant differences by the variabels such as age, sex, education, income and debt/asset ratio. Also the type of investment management was influenced significantly by the variables such as age, education, occupation, income, total asset, debt/asset ratio, achievement motivation and risk attitude. The ratio of risky asset holdings was affected by the variabels such as age, education, occupation, housing ownership, income, total asset, debt/asset ratio, achievement motivation, risk attitude and type of investment management. 2. Among several variables affecting the ratio of risky asset holding risk attitude, education, type of investment management, debt/asset ratio and achievement motivation had direct effect on it. Besides age had indirect effect through risk attitude and age, achievement motivation and risk attitude had indirect effect through the type of investment management. 3. The results of this study showed that causal relation between input, throughput and output can be applied to household's investment behavior and the concept of risk or risk attitude can be applied to other fields except household's investment. A questionnaire was given to international college students who are studying at universities in Korea. The results showed that international college students need to study about the culture of college life and had a perception that it is desirable to learn this through general education classes or freshman subjects after entering university. Also, the culture of college life can be divided into nine categories: bachelor's system; career and employment; university support centers and systems; interpersonal relations; departmental events; housing and living expenses; freshmen's events; exchange activities and programs; and cultural experience activities. International college students showed higher learning needs in order of career and employment; cultural experience activity; and bachelor's system. In addition, the characteristics of the learners showed different educational needs according to year of study and Korean language proficiency. The significance of this study is to specify the items of the culture of college life required for international college students, to measure the validity and reliability of these items, and to categorize the elements of the culture of college life.
