전통주거건축의 양택적 원리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Yang Taeg in Traditional Korean Housing.)

  • This study is to find mental element and principle for building as the side of tranditional ideas and to understand dwelling from and style by this wag. So we can understand yang taeg theory as a part of feng shui that controls the mental, field of traditional architecture. The results may besummarised as follows. 1. Mentalprinciple of traditional architecfure being understood as a "역" is to result is not the concept of shape as materials and in but that of phase as a spririt. 2. In yang taeg theory, architectural behavior (as selecting site, building and the day for building) is made form the base of that, a human being as a part of universe. 3. Geomantic aspect, to being, laid in an fying a human being and nature as spatial, time concept. 4. The concept of domain in feng-shui is found in village as well as in house.

  • Finishing materials and colors which were expressed in the space is an important factor to decide the imagination of the space. Therefore if we analyze and spotlight the space with that factors again, we will readily know the characteristics that are expressed in our living space. A purpose of this study is how the traditionality like national thoughts, customs and behavior patterns is changed, arranged and expressed in the korean housing space in the 21c on the finishing materials and colors. Though this study we can know that the traditionality which are expressed in modern housing spaces shows with accommodating to characteristic that is expressed in traditional housing spaces.

누전차단기 하우징의 내후성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Weathering of RCD'S Housing)

  • This study selected an outdoor RCD'S and verified behavior of change in the housing with time. Weathering tests were carried out as outdoor exposure test (90 degrees, 37 degrees) and laboratory test (xenon lamp), and the results were evaluated based on color difference, gloss, contact angle, and optical microscope. This study can provide basic data for standardization of development and performance evaluation on RCD'S housing products.

공동활동참여도와 공동생활공간만족도의 효과 - 스웨덴 코하우징 거주자의 잠정적 주거조절 틀 속에서 - (Participation in Common Activities and Satisfaction with Common Space - In a Tentative Framework of Housing Adjustment for Swedish Cohousing Residents -)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the role of participation in common activities and satisfaction with common space in a tentative housing adjustment framework for Swedish cohousing residents, applying the housing adjustment behavior model of Morris and Winter (1978, 1996). The data used for this research were a subset of data Choi and Paulsson (2011) surveyed from 12 Swedish cohousing units. Number of 216 cases whose age was 40 and over were selected and analyzed with Pearson correlations and hierarchical linear regressions by SPSS. The regression analyses included four main concepts as endogenous variables, which were participation in common activities, satisfaction with common space, overall life satisfaction, and intention to move out. The results showed that participation in common activities raised satisfaction with common space and overall life satisfaction but reduced intention to move out. Meanwhile, satisfaction with common space diminished intention to move out but did not impact overall life satisfaction. When overall life satisfaction was added to the final regression model, the direct impacts of security reasons, participation in common activities, and satisfaction with common space on intention to move out disappeared. It may be concluded that participation in common activities and satisfaction with common space acted as intervening variables in the tentative cohousing adjustment framework. Even though this study leaves further research on specifying the framework, it may be noteworthy as a first attempt that explains the flow of main concepts. This study may broaden the possibility of empirical studies to develop an analytical path model of housing adjustment for cohousing residents.

재한외국인의 주거실태 및 주거만족도에 관한 연구 -서울, 경기 지역을 중심으로- (A Study on Housing Situation and Residential Satisfaction of Foreigners in Korea -Focusing on Seoul and Kyonggi Province-)

  • 본 연구는 재한외국인의 주거실태와 주거만족도를 조사하고 이들의 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기도에 거주하는 재한외국인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 132부의 설문을 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과 응답자들은 대부분 중국국적으로 평균연령은 45.7세였다. 주택소유형태는 90% 이상이 차가였으며, 주택유형은 단독주택이 가장 많았다. 전반적인 주거만족도 점수는 3.43점으로 보통 이상이었으나 주차공간과 노후도, 공간구성에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮았다. 주거만족도 변수에 대한 요인분석 결과 '공간계획 및 구성,' '시설설비,' '생활편의시설,' '생활환경,' '주거비부담'과 관련된 5개 요인이 도출되었다. 이들 5개 요인이 주거만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 중회귀분석 결과 '공간계획 및 구성'과 관련된 요인의 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다.

퍼소나 기반 시나리오 방법론을 적용한 주택에서의 노인 행위 시나리오 개발 (Developing Scenario for Elderly Residents' Behaviors at Home Using Persona-based Scenario Method)

  • An analysis of elderly behavior at home needs to be meticulously understood in order to build a spatial environment where the elderly can live safe and independent lives. To this end, the following study analyzed elderly behavior that occurs in the home, constructed personas, and developed persona-based scenarios of elderly behavior at home. Persona was composed of behavioral characteristics, spatial characteristics, and personal characteristics (gender, age, disease etc) that have a direct effect on living activities in the home, so it was intended to express a more real persona. The study developed six personas based on the behavioral and mobility characteristics of the elderly, and scenarios for each persona developed bsed on the following eight behaviors: toilet use, bating/Shower, washing and grooming, having meal, sleeping, dressing/undressing, laundering clothes, and getting out of home). Through this, the study determined the characteristics and difficulty level of various sub-behaviors and actions that occur in elderly behaviors at home. It also determined characteristics related to the use of physical elements such as equipment and furniture that are a part of those sub-behaviors. The behavior scenarios developed in this study can be utilized to understand the difficulties involved in elderly behavior, and to present a spatial plan and remodeling direction that alleviates such difficulties. This study is also significant that it investigates the applicability of persona-based scenario method on residential architecture.

캡으로 연결된 마이크로파일 기초시스템의 하중분담거동에 관한 수치해석 평가 (Numerical Assessment of Load Sharing Behavior on Capped Micropile Foundation Systems)

  • 마이크로파일이 직접기초시스템으로 활용되는 경우 말뚝 캡이 설치되어 말뚝지지 전면기초의 래프트와 같은 역할을 수행하지만 마이크로파일 기초시스템의 하중분담 거동에 관한 연구는 미미한 실정이다 이에 본 연구에서는 말뚝캡이 씌워진 실물 크기의 마이크로파일 재하시험 자료를 바탕으로 3차원 비선형 유한요소해석을 실시하여 마이크로 파일과 래프트의 하중분담 거동을 분석하고 각각의 변수들이 하중분담 거동에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 해석 결과 $2{\times}1$ 마이크로파일 기초시스템의 경우 최종하중단계에서 약 50%의 하중을, 그리고 $2{\times}2$ 마이크로파일 기초시스템의 경우 약 30%의 하중을 캡이 분담하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 마이크로파일의 간격 및 경사각이 증가할수록 캡의 하중분담이 커지는 것을 알 수 있다.

  • 자동차 부품 T/P housing과 valve에 사용되는 S20C 계열의 강에 Mn과 V 첨가에 따른 냉각속도의 영향과 조직의 거동, 단조 시 변형속도와 경도 변화를 조사하였다 냉각속도를 증가하면 오스테나이트 결정립에 의한 변태 지연에 의해 변태개시 온도가 저하되었다 미소한 Mn 함량의 증가는 냉각속도를 민감하게 하여 변태개시 온도를 감소 시켜 결정립 미세화를 일으킨다. 또한, 성형압이 클수록 내부보다 표면이 큰 경도값이 나타났다.

  • According to the changing environment of modern society, a resident of the symbols reflects the growing need for housing has risen. Recently the participation of women in Korea, increased divorce rates, diversification of types of jobs, personal life, due to the typically family-oriented values is not the type of atypical forms of various types of households (a person households, newlyweds, Late Marriage Couples, single parent households, cohabiting, single core, including a disclaimer) is formed, and this trend for the social composition of the new housing environment is required. In this study, South Korea, Japan, the two countries central to the values of personal life for the area be developed by the individual but in reality did not meet the residential space in the current "environmental action research" living life based on the construction of a personal area tend to be aware of. Central values of private life, which amplified the possibility of increased prices as the difficulties in living life the most "private area" Building "area of the discrepancies" and controlled through the building of the reason for the tendency of humans in the future by identifying Oriented for the formation of residential space is to provide basic information. In addition, changes in family patterns in Japan and South Korea ahead of the current family patterns by comparing the present and future of Korea is trying to think.

국부가압 다이캐스팅 공정에서 3차원 유동 및 응고해석을 통한 자동차 변속기 Gear Housing의 주조방안 설계 최적화 (Optimization of Casting Design for Automobile Transmission Gear Housing by 3D Filling and Solidification Simulation in Local Squeeze Diecasting Process)

  • In the partial squeeze casting process, the filling behavior of liquid metal and solidification pattern in thick area have significant influence on the quality of casting products and die life. For the optimal casting design of automobile transmission gear housing, various analyses were performed in this study by using computer simulation code, MAGMAsoft and the simulation results were compared and analyzed with experimental results. By air pressure criteria, internal porosities caused by air entrap during the mold filling were predicted and reduced remarkably by modification of gating system. Also, optimal squeeze-time lag to apply partial squeeze pin in thick area was calculated and the castings was free from shrinkage defects with the result of solidification analysis. Consequently, casting design for automobile transmission gear housing was optimized and approved by Computer Tomography.
