가사노동 서비스 영역의 사회화와 그 만족 수준에 관한 연구 (The socialization of household task services area and the satisfaction with it)

  • The purposes of this study are to investigate the socialization of household task service area and the satisfaction with it, and to find out the factors affecting on them. For these purposes the data are collected by using questionnaire distributed to 450 housewives living in Seoul. The data are analyzed using frequency, percentile, one way anova, pearson's correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis. The results of this research are as follow : 1. There are significant differences in the socialization of household task service area according to housewives's education and employment family income, the type of housing the number of household equipment sex role attitude, attitude about household task, and task performance competency. 2. The factors showing significant relation to the satisfaction about socialization of household task service areas are found to be housewife's education and employment family income sex role attitude and task performance competancy. 3. In the result of the independent contribution of the factors, the most influencial factor is the socialization of household task service area and the next is sex role attitude. 4. Housewives are generally satisfacted on the socialization of household task because of the overweight of household task and because they are unable to those household tasks, and on the other hand they are generally dissatisfacted on the socialization of household tasks because of economic weight, because they couldn't know the ability of service export before employing and because the housework practiced by service expert is different from their expects.

가구특성에 따른 소비지출행태 분석 (An Analysis of Consumer Expenditure Patterns according to Household Characteristics)

  • 본 연구에서는 Price-Scaling AIDS 모형을 바탕으로 가구별 특성의 차이가 소비지출 구조에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 통계청 "가계동향조사" 자료를 이용하여 추정하였다. 추정결과, 서비스 품목들의 소득탄력성은 비서비스 품목들의 소득탄력성에 비해 상대적으로 큰 것으로 나타나 향후 가구소득이 늘어날 경우 서비스 품목들에 대한 더 큰 수요 증가가 예상된다. 또한 품목별 가계의 소비지출행태는 연령별, 소득수준별로 상이한 모습을 띠고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 비서비스 품목에 대한 지출비중이 높은 전통적인 가계지출구조에서 보건, 교육, 통신 등과 같은 서비스품목에 대한 지출비중이 높은 구조로의 전환이 촉진되고 있음이 확인되었다. 이와 같이 서비스품목에 대한 수요 증가로 인한 가계소비지출 구조의 변화는 관련 서비스 시장의 확대와 더불어 서비스 산업의 성장 잠재력을 더욱 확대시키는 방향으로 작용할 수 있다. 따라서 이들 분야에 대한 잠재수요 및 성장가능성에 대한 정확한 파악과 더불어 해당 서비스 시장의 형성 및 확대와 관련한 공급측의 적절한 대응이 요구된다.

소득계층별 한국 차입 가계의 부실화 가능성 연구 (The study on insolvency prediction for Korean households across income levels)

  • This study examined the insolvency of debtors using multiple-indicator approaches and compared the outcomes across income levels with the 2016 'Household Financial and Welfare Survey'. This study used (1) the total debt to total assets ratio (DTA), (2) the total debt service ratio (DSR), and (3) the Household Default Risk Index (HDRI) recently developed by the Bank of Korea. Households in the lowest income quintile were more likely to be insolvent than any other income group. Demographics, such as age and gender of the household head, and most of the financial variables significantly increased the likelihood of insolvency based on the DTA. The number of household members and job status increased the likelihood of insolvency based on the DSR. Also, age, gender of the household head, and most of the financial variables increased the likelihood of household insolvency based on the HDRI after controlling for other demographics and financial variables.

1인 가구의 경제적 특성이 외식산업에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Economic Characteristics of Single-person Households on the Food Service Industry)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the economic characteristics of single-person households and explain the effects of them on the food service industry. Methods: For this paper, I analysed the data related with single-person households and the food service industry in two surveys, Household Income and Expenditure Survey and Wholesale and Retail Trade Survey published by Statistics Korea from 2006 to 2015, with an empirical test performed utilizing these data. The indicators of the age of householders, disposable income per capita, and the rate of household of worker were compared between single and multi-person households. Furthermore, sales and the number of establishments in the food service industry were used as industry-variables, and disposable income, eating-out expenses and the rate of single-person households as the household-variables were used in a panel analysis. Results: The results showed that household incomes were lower, age of householder was higher, and the percentage of household of worker was lower in single-person households in contrast to multi-person households. According to the empirical analysis, eating-out expenses of single-person households, in comparison to multi-person households, has significantly positive effects on the growth of the food service industry. This means that the recent trend of increasing numbers of single-person households may help the growth of the food service industry. Conclusions: The growth in the rate of single-person households has been one of the most striking demographic shifts in recent decades. Their economic characteristics and the effects were analyzed to give the managers in the food service industry and the policy-makers useful information in dealing with this new trend. Moreover, in considering the fact that single-person households eat out more frequently than multi-person households, the food service business should develop the managerial strategies focused on acclimatizing to single-person households.

가구구조 변화가 서비스 수요에 미치는 효과 분석 (The Effects of Changes in Household Structure on Service Consumption in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 저출산 고령화의 진전과 여성 경제활동참여 증대 등에 따른 가구구조 변화가 가계생산에 영향을 주어 서비스 수요를 변화시키는 효과를 분석한다. 특히 기존에 가계생산에 의존하던 가사노동 및 돌봄서비스 등을 시장서비스로 대체하는 과정에서 추가적인 서비스 수요가 발생할 수 있음을 이론적 실증적으로 분석하고 있다. 우선 3부문 시간배분모형을 통해 가계생산의 시장화가 서비스산업의 확장을 가져오는 메커니즘을 이론적으로 탐색하였다. 다음으로, 우리나라 가구구조 변화가 각 소비항목별 수요에 미치는 효과를 분석하기 위해 QUAIDS 수요분석모형에 따른 엥겔곡선을 추정하였다. 분석자료로는 "가계동향조사"를 이용하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 단신가구의 증가, 유배우가구의 감소, 6세 미만 자녀 가구의 감소와 같은 가구 구성의 변화, 그리고 맞벌이가구의 증가 등은 의료비, 교육훈련비, 가사서비스 등 전형적으로 가계생산서비스를 대체하는 시장서비스에 대한 수요를 증가시키고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

공공임대주택의 유형에 따른 거주자 평가와 주거서비스 조사 (Resident Evaluation on Housing and Demand on Residential Service according to Type of Public Rental Housing)

  • There is a growing demand for public rental housing since housing price increased rapidly and socially vulnerable people need more stable housing. The purpose of this study is to investigate housing evaluation (satisfaction), moving plan, and residential service according to the type of the public rental housing and the characteristics of the resident, and to suggest the development direction for comprehensive housing services including the community level. Data used for analysis in this study are from 2016 Seoul panel survey of public rental housing residents. A total of 3009 questionnaire from public rental households were collected in 2016 Seoul panel survey. In order to investigate housing requirements, we analyzed household characteristics, housing satisfaction, moving plans, welfare services, residential activities and community facilities, social environment. In this study, the difference of residential satisfaction, moving plan, and residential service according to the type of the public rental housing and the characteristics of the resident is analyzed to identify their housing demands. As a result, there were differences in residential satisfaction, moving plan, and residential service depending on type of public rental housing and characteristics of residents. Residents in public rental housing modified from the multi-family housing after purchase showed lower residential satisfaction, and higher intention for moving plan compared to residents living in other type of public rental housing. In the residential service, residents in permanent lease type have higher experience of housing service as well as demand on housing service. Especially single household, elderly household, female household, or household with handicapped person indicated higher demand for housing services.

공적연금소득을 통한 가구형태가 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Household Type by Public Pension Income Level on Life Satisfaction)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing the life satisfaction of retirees(n=1,919) in one-person and multi-person households using the 2015 wave of the Korean Retirement and Income Study, collected by the National Pension Service. Methods: Frequency analysis and χ2-test were performed to examine the general characteristics and relation between one-person and multi-person household retirees. Logistic analysis was conducted to examine the factors affecting life satisfaction. Results: Public pension income was a statistically significant factor affecting life satisfaction, economic, health, and life in multi-person households. Conclusions: To improve life satisfaction after retirement, selective insurance benefits are needed depending on the type of household. Moreover a policy for expanding labor market participation is needed.

1인 가구를 위한 스마트 홈 서비스 기능의 우선순위 연구 - 인지된 혁신 특성 요인을 중심으로 - (A Study on functional priority of smart home service for single-person household - focusing on Perceived Attributes of Innovations -)

  • 본 연구는 스마트 홈 서비스의 잠재적 초기 수용자로서 1인 가구를 선정하여, 1인 가구의 채택 가능성을 높일 수 있는 기능적 우선순위를 제안하는 것에 목적을 둔다. 스마트 홈 서비스는 그 가치에 비해 확산이 매우 더디며, 특히 국내 스마트 홈 관련 시장의 경우 도입기에 정체되어있다. 이 문제를 해결하고자 혁신 확산 이론을 적용하였으며, 채택의 가능성을 높이기 위해 자신이 아니면 따로 가정을 관리할 가족 구성원이 없는 1인 가구를 스마트 홈 서비스의 잠재적 초기 수용자로 선정하여 설문을 통해 우선순위의 근거를 찾고자 하였다. 설문은 다음과 같이 구성된다. 1인 가구에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 대표적 특징을 꼽아 이에 따른 측정 문항을 선행연구를 토대로 재구성하였다. 이 후 스마트 홈 서비스의 개념 및 현황을 살펴보고, 대표 사례들을 분석하여 스마트 홈 서비스 기능들을 선정한 후 이에 혁신 확산이론에 대한 선행연구를 참고하여 선정된 인지된 혁신 특성 3 요소를 적용하여 측정 문항을 구성하였다. 총 62개의 응답을 분석한 결과, 현저히 낮은 값을 띄는 기능을 제외하여 다음과 같이 구성된 우선순위를 제안한다. [스마트 알람 - 에너지 소비 모니터링 - 자동 온·오프 타이머 - 내부컨디션 모니터링 - 그룹제어 - 보안 카메라 모니터링 - 원격제어 - 스케줄링/규칙설정] 이와 같이 구성된 기능적 우선순위는 1인 가구에게 가치 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기초자료로서 역할을 할 것이며, 스마트 홈 서비스의 채택률을 높이는 출발점으로서의 의의를 가진다.

A Study on Moment of Truth of Household Telecommunication and Distribution Services in Korea

  • Purpose - There have been not enough studies on the ways customer Moment of Truth(MOT) activities are structured along with consumption chain and their influences as well as the relative influences of service quality at Moment of Truth on customer performance. Therefore, customer service needs needed at Moment of Truth may differ depending on whether these distribution services are at introduction-growth stages or maturity-decline stage already, but there is no study which illustrates this. Research design, data, and methodology - This study selects VoIP and IPTV as the household telecommunication and distribution services at introduction-growth stages as well as high speed internet and wire telephone as those at maturity-decline stages. Then it identifies which experiences that customers have at Moment of Truth by each service as well as the influences related to what the customers consider as important. Results - As the result of demonstration with the target of 858 respondents, customers' experiences and requests differ at Moment of Truth. For service quality, what takes the positive roles in customer performance includes corporeality and certainty for the services at introduction-growth stages as well as reliability, sympathy, and mutuality for those at maturity-decline stages. Conclusions - Implications of these results as well as further directions for study are suggested.

라이프스타일을 고려한 유비쿼터스 주거 공간 계획 연구 (A Study on the planning of Ubiquitous housing for the Lifestyle)

  • According to the ROK 2010 census, representatives living arrangement are changing from 4 people per household to 2 people. Increasing number of elderly household and single household, the variety of lifestyles there has been a type of family structure. In this study, 1) through a precedent study review and case analysis to deduct representative group of lifestyle of Korean household. 2) Proposing spatial configuration according to the preferred lifestyle. 3) Deducting residential U-services from which specified from "Ubiquitous City Construction Project Operation Guide (2009)" of the korean Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. 4) Deduct highly expected U-service by each of lifestyle. As a result, spatial configuration and U-Services are proposed by changes of lifestyle which is based on ROK 2010 census.
