BIM을 이용한 전통 한옥의 공간구문 분석을 위한 공간분할기법 개발 (Development of a Spatial Subdivision Technique using BIM for Space Syntax Analysis of a Korean Traditional House)

  • To effectively use Building Information Modelling (BIM) dealing with semantic information including the entities of building components, the information about building components should be standardized. Like standardized modern buildings. in the past, Korean traditional houses were built according to strict procedures and formats. Therefore, if the Korean traditional house are modelled by using BIM,. not only the Korean traditional house of good quality will be built quickly and cheaply, but also spaces in the existing Korean traditional house will be easily analyzed. However, when analyzing spaces of the Korean traditional house using Space Syntax, some problems are caused in dividing outdoor space such as yard with unclear boundaries, unlike indoor space with clear boundaries surrounded by walls. These comes from the fact that researchers have subjectively divided a space in the house into convex spaces as units for Space Syntax analysis. Therefore, this study aims to develop an objective and rational spatial subdivision technique for Space Syntax analysis of a Korean traditional house modelled by using BIM. We could objectively and reasonably divide a Korean traditional house space into convex spaces by recognizing the building components in the house modelled in the form of Industry Foundation Classes(IFC). Depending on the connection of convex spaces allocated in the spatial subdivision technique, j-graph in Space Syntax could be drawn and the measurements of spatial configurations could be determinded. Through the developed technique, the social properties including the cultural and philosophical aspects of Korean people was identified by measuring the spatial configurations of Korean traditional house. The developed technique will serve as useful means to help architects to find an appropriate purpose of each space for sustainable architecture on the basis of the spatial and social relationships in buildings or urban systems.

건조방법에 따른 고춧가루의 품질특성 (Effects of Drying Methods on Quality of Red Pepper Powder)

  • 본 연구에서는 건조방법에 따른 고춧가루의 품질 변화를 비교하기 위하여 한 가지 품종의 고추를 PE House 건조, 열풍건조, 원적외선 방법을 이용하여 건조한 다음, 건조조건별로 고춧가루의 수분함량 변화, pH, ASTA value 및 capsaicinoids와 vitamin C의 함량을 조사하였다. 건조 후 고춧가루의 수분함량은 12.05~14.01% 함유한 것으로 나타났으며, pH는 건조 전 생고추인 4.93보다 다소 높은 5.00~5.54를 나타내었다. 고춧가루의 매운맛을 나타내는 총 capsaicinoids의 capsaicinoids의 함량은 PE House 건조에서 224.40 mg/100 g으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 열풍 $70^{\circ}C$ 건조에서 191.87 mg/100g으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 하지만 건조방법에 따른 capsaicinoids 함량이 유의적 차이를 보이지 않았기 때문에, 매운맛 함량의 변화는 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 고춧가루의 대표적 항산화제인 vitamin C 함량은 다른 건조방법 및 조건에 비해 PE House, 열풍 $60^{\circ}C$과 원적외선 $60^{\circ}C$에서 596.60~648.31 mg/100 g으로 높은 수준의 함량을 나타내었다. 소비자가 고춧가루를 선택하는데 중요한 요소로 작용하는 ASTA value는 126.68~156.77로 건조방법 및 조건에 따른 유의적 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 따라서 고추의 건조방법 및 조건을 낮은 온도 조건에서의 열풍, 원적외선 건조방법으로 결정한다면 고춧가루의 vitamin C의 손실을 최소화하고 PE House 건조에 비해 신속하며 오염을 예방하는 고품질의 고춧가루 제품을 생산할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

주택의 실내공기질 개선 평가 방법 (Evaluation Method for Improvement Efficiency of Indoor Air Quality in Residence)

  • Indoor air quality is the dominant contributor to total personal exposure because most people spend a majority of their time indoors. The purposes of this study were to evaluate the alternative method for improvement of indoor air quality in house after coating titanium dioxide ($TiO_2$) photocatalyst for interior part of the house using nitrogen dioxide ($NO_2$) multiple measurements. To evaluate the alternative method in indoor environment, daily indoor and outdoor $NO_2$ concentrations of an apartment and a detached house were daily measured for consecutive 21 days in winter and summer, respectively, Another daily 21 measurements were carried out after $TiO_2$ coating on wall paper of interior part in houses. All $NO_2$ concentrations were measured by passive filter badges. Indoor air quality models using mass balance are useful tool to quantify the relationship between indoor air pollution levels, ambient concentrations, and explanatory variables. Using a mass balance model and linear regression analysis, penetration factor (ventilation rate divided by sum of ventilation rate and decay rate) and source strength factor (emission rate divided by sum of ventilation rate and decay rate) were calculated. Subsequently, the decay constants were estimated. In this study. magnitude of improvement of indoor air quality could be evaluated by decay constant.

하우스감귤의 출하구조 분석 (An Analysis on Shipment Structure of House Tangerine in Jeju)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제주도 하우스감귤의 출하구조를 순별, 월별로 구분하여 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 제주도 하우스감귤의 가격신축성함수를 추정, 분석함으로써 어떻게 출하조절을 하는 것이 하우스감귤농가의 소득을 안정 증대시킬 수 있는지를 모색하고, 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 제주도 하우스감귤의 순별 가격신축성은 시기에 따라 상이하게 나타나고 있는데, 6월 상순에서 7월 하순까지의 하락폭이 큰 것으로 나타나 이 시기의 출하조절의 필요성이 크다. 품질이 떨어지는 해를 나타내는 더미변수인 DUM_Q의 부호는 음(-)이고, 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 추석이 10월에 들어있는 해를 나타내는 더미변수인 DUM_SUK의 10월 중순부터 하순까지의 부호가 음(-)을 보이고 있다. 하우스감귤의 출하물량 1% 증대에 따른 월별 가격신축성은 상이하게 나타나고 있는데, 6월에서 7월과 9월에서의 하락폭이 큰 것으로 나타나 이 시기의 출하조절의 필요성이 요구된다. 월별 가격신축성함수의 더미변수인 DUM_Q 및 DUM_SUK의 부호는 음(-)이고, 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 따라서 순별 및 월별 가격신축성함수의 더미변수인 DOM_Q와 DUM_SUK의 부호가 음(-)을 보인다는 것은, 품질이 좋은 해보다 품질이 나쁜 경우에, 그리고 추석이 9월에 있는 경우보다 10월에 있는 경우에 출하조절의 필요성이 더 중요함을 의미한다.

다양한 건조방법에 따른 목이버섯의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics by Various Drying Methods in Ear Mushroom (Auricularia auricula-judae Quel.))

  • In order to produce the high quality of dried-ear mushroom, various drying methods such as hot-air drying at $40{\sim}80^{\circ}C$, freeze drying and drying in vinyl house were carried out. Drying hours of hot-air drying, freeze drying and drying in vinyl house were 12.5~21.5, 36.0 and 72.0 hrs, respectively. Vitamin $D_2$ content of sample was the highest as $6.77{\mu}g/g$ DW in drying in vinyl house and then followed by freeze drying as $5.90{\mu}g/g$ DW and hot-air drying as $1.89{\sim}5.01{\mu}g/g$ DW. After dry, external appearance and color of mushrooms applied hot-air drying and drying in vinyl house were better than freeze-dried one. After rehydration, water uptake of sample in drying in vinyl house and hot-air drying at $50{\sim}60^{\circ}C$ were 17.8 and 19.3~21.0 times, respectively. The methods of drying in vinyl house and hot-air drying at $50{\sim}60^{\circ}C$ also led to high hardness, good shape and resilience. As the results of production of dried-ear mushroom with high quality, we suggest that the best method for drying is the drying in vinyl house due to not only high vitamin $D_2$ content, good external appearance and color after drying but also high hardness and good shape after rehydration.

커피교육이 커피전문점 선택속성의 중요도와 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 광주·전남 지역을 중심으로 - (Influence of Coffee Education on Importance and Satisfaction of Coffee House Selection Attributes in Gwangju and Jeonnam Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the general characteristics of coffee house consumers as well as the importance and satisfaction of selection attributes of specialty coffee houses according to length of coffee education period. Applicants in the Gwangju and Jeonnam area who had finished their Barista 2 grade certificate examination participated in a survey on March 12, 2011. Further, university students living in Gwangju participated as subjects who had never experienced coffee education from March 15 to March 31, 2011. Two-hundred and one subjects participated in the survey, and 184 questionnaires were used for analysis. Regardless of coffee education experience, quality of coffee was important, but higher educated subjects showed the lowest satisfaction of coffee from a coffee house (p<0.01) in terms of attributes such as freshness of coffee beans (p<0.01) and overall taste (p<0.01). Further, subjects who received no or little education demonstrated high correlation between importance/satisfaction of 'brand' and 'employee' compared to subjects who studied more than 2 semesters. These results provide future coffee house entrepreneurs and baristas with market information and marketing strategies for understanding customers' coffee house selection attributes.

어메니티를 활용한 친환경 저층집합주거 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Environment-Friendly Low-rise House using Amenity)

  • As the problem of destroying natural environment is emerging as a common social issue world widely, recently in the filed of architecture there has been increasing interests in environment-friendly architecture according to the awakening and understanding of environmental pollution. The social problem caused by pursuing affluent urban life is now making the quality of life an issue against the urban policy that has been simply emphasizing quantitative expansion only. Accordingly, development and popularization of such a type as environment-friendly low-rise house is being suggested as an alternative idea, because it can combine secured independent space, which is a merit of independent houses, and characteristic architectural shapes, making possible the development of large scale environment-friendly complexes. Based on the analysis of the examples of Environment-friendly low-rise house in other countries that are utilizing amenity concepts, such as environment, ecology, culture and history, the present research proposed an alternative idea for highly dense high-rise houses, by resolving the problems of low-rise house complex caused by the variable of ecological environment. An effort was made to understand the concept of low-rise house through theoretical investigation, and based on the analysis of domestic and foreign cases, a method for improving the problems was deduced as a conclusion.

공동주택의 공간별 채광실태에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of Daylighting in Each Space of Apartment Houses)

  • One of the most important factors in determining the quality of living environment is daylighting. Especially its influence in the psychological and biological life of human beings cannot be underestimated. Therefore, lots of researches have been given to develop a more efficient daylighting system. The sunlighting system, one of many developed systems, has been developed and applied in various ways. However, the high cost of sunlighting system has been the most difficult stumbling-block in making it commercial. However, as domestic apartment houses tend to be more luxury, life environment becomes a very important factor more than cost in building apartment house. Therefore, it would be possible to adopt sunlighting system in the non-window areas such as a restroom in an apartment house. This research is a preliminary work in order to measure a possibility of applying sunlighting system in an apartment house. In order to do so, I measure Sunlight Illuminance Ratio in various areas of apartment house. As a result, in case of a residential-commercial building, areas such as kitchen, restroom, and entrance are relatively weak-lighting areas. In case of a traditional apartment house, restroom and entrance are relatively weak-lighting areas. For that reason, a special lighting support is needed in these areas.

  • For the past years, Korean Housing policy have been focused on quantity rather then quality, when they provide housing. Focusing great quantity on housing led monolithic and standardized house forms in limited area. Most of our traditional residental environment, which made Koreans to communicate with neighbors, disappeared from the result of providing great quantity on housing. However, the increase of the income and standard of living, changed people's view. People start to demand for the place which is commodious and comfortable to live. Moreover, more leisure time caused people to communicate with their neighbors. To meet the demands of new forms of housing, they started to provide a community space to increase sense of belonging and community spirit for the residents in apartment house. The forms of past house which is defined by uniformity is delivered from rational thoughts. People can get emotional satisfaction from Community space because it provides opportunity of communicating and increase community spirit. This research is to classify the emotional expression in Community space and analyze the elements that is expressed in community space of apartment house.

농촌 주거취약계층 주택 개보수 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of House Repairs for Weak Class in Rural)

  • Rural community in Korea being changed to aging community, declining population and income loss by the industrialization and the urbanization. The weak class in rural is confronted with more poorly environment. So it is needed to check the quality of the weak class's house in rural. Basically proposes of this paper is to find ways about rural housing improving and the vitality of rural community. This paper contents rural housing problems through the paper review and house repair characteristics for the weak class. Data for statics analysis were obtained from house repair support program for the weak class in Jeonnam province from 2011 to 2012. The results of this paper are as follow: First, house repair items ranking for the weak class in rural was insulation & heating, toilet, structure, indoor environment, electricity, outside and kitchen & waterproof. This result was reflected that weak class's energy bills is high ratio compared with income. Second, health facilities were improved for the socially disadvantaged's convenience in considering that most of weak class is a senior. Last, most of houses for weak class in rural are old clay wall and block wall. So these houses are reinforced the wall for structural safety.
