외식프랜차이즈 가맹점의 가맹본부에 대한 만족도 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determinants Influencing Satisfaction with Franchising System in Foodservice Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to find relationship of satisfaction factors between franchisor and franchisee, and to examine the effects on satisfaction with franchisee in foodservice industry. Through the prior study, instrumental and relational factors were adapted as independent variables, and satisfaction variables were selected as dependent variables. The survey was administered to 346 franchisor possessing over 30 franchisees at Dae-gu metropolitan area, and analyzed by SPSS 10.0. The results of analysis were examined through the multiple regression analysis.

  • Under the present situation of severe competition in the food industry, food industry should put much emphasis on maintaing repeating guests as well as attracting new guests. Food industry should gain competition superiority with relationship marketing which consists of the interaction between the role of guests as participants and the guests-oriented service of employees, and marketing activities building up, maintaining, and enforcing the relationship with the guests. However, food industry in Korea have not had much interests in the relationship marketing Which can maintain repeating guests, and they have not carried out relationship marketing activities. This study attempted to establish the relationship marketing strategy of the food industry for the maintenance of friendly relationship with its guests. After reviewing the precedent theory of relationship marketing, the study tried to find out the important factors to affect the relationship marketing of food industry.

의료관광산업을 위한 메디컬리조트 이용의도 영향요인 (Influence Factors of Use Intention of Medical Resort for Medical Tourism Industry)

  • 본 연구에서는 의료관광산업을 위한 메디컬리조트의 발전방향과 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 메디컬 리조트의 성공적 사례와 관련 서비스를 탐색하고 이를 유형화하여 메디컬리조트의 가치를 헤도닉 가치, 호스피탈리티 가치, 안전 및 개인정보보호 가치, 이익성 가치로 구분하였다. 메디컬리조트 이용경험자를 대상으로 이러한 메디컬리조트의 가치가 메디컬리조트에 대한 지각과 메디컬리조트 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 검증해보고자 하였다. 연구결과 메디컬리조트의 헤도닉 가치와 호스피탈리티 가치가 메디컬리조트에 대한 유용성 지각과 웰빙 지각에 강한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었으며, 메디컬리조트의 안전 및 개인정보보호 가치는 유용성 지각에만, 그리고 메디컬리조트의 이익성 가치는 웰빙 지각에만 영향관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 메디컬리조트에 대한 유용성 지각과 웰빙지각은 메디컬리조트 이용의도에 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 특히, 메디컬리조트에 대한 웰빙지각의 경우 메디컬리조트 이용의도에 강한 영향관계를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과는 의료관광산업을 위한 메디컬리조트 관련 연구영역을 확장했다는 점과 함께 의료관광객의 편의와 요구에 부합하는 메디컬리조트 발전을 위한 유용한 시사점을 제공하였다는 점에 그 의의가 있다.

  • 서비스 산업에서 기업들은 시장에서의 위험을 줄이고 사업을 확장하는 방편으로, 그리고 사업자들은 프랜차이즈 회사의 마케팅이점, 재무적 이점 및 운영에 대한 제반 이점들을 이용하여 빠른 시간 내에 시장에서의 인지도를 높이고 정상적인 시업궤도에 진입하기 위하여 프랜차이즈 시스템을 많이 이용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가맹점들이 프랜차이즈 시스템을 이용하여 사업을 시작하고자 하는 요인들은 무엇이며, 이들 요인들이 프랜차이즈 계약의 전반적인 만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 연구를 하였다. 연구결과 프랜차이즈 계약의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 마케팅 요인, 재무적 요인, 운영적 요인, 그리고 계약의 공정성 요인이었다. 그리고 각각의 요인들이 프랜차이즈 계약의 만족에 미치는 영향에는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Despite the recent increase in the prevalence of the franchise system in the foodservivce industry is increased recently, the its variation the exigencies of the industry itself requires that franchise systems to be fully equipped with various a variety of business strategies which is indispensable to run franchise system. In the previous studies, most the majority of researchers have been likely to gathered samples from only one region, or all from a similar type of business. However, considering the difference between Seoul and other areas or categories of business type, there could be may be differences different with in these conditions (market orientation, transaction specific assets, environmental dynamic, and trust and trust). Therefore, the principal objective of this study aims was to verify the differences among areas and categories of franchise business. The results of this article are as follows : the variables of customer orientation, competitor orientation, environmental dynamics, and trust and transaction- specific assets show evidence regional differences (p<0.01), and these variables are differ significantly different by category of business (p<0.05). However, the present paper is limited in its scope. Further studies on into different largesclae assessments are needed required.

Factors Affecting Online Hotel Selection Behavior of Domestic Tourists: An Empirical Study from Vietnam

  • The purpose of this study was to offer a new conceptual framework based on a combination of the TPB model, the TAM model, and two additional constructs consisting of eWOM and pricing value called the E-P-TAM-TPB model, and to assess the model's implications on hotel selection behavior. This study empirically examines the E-P-TAM-TPB model to evaluate and validate domestic tourists' online hotel booking intentions by using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The data was collected from 355 domestic tourists who booked the room via the hotel website. The major findings of this study indicated that the E-P-TAM-TPB model has a positive significant influence on online hotel selection behavior. The results revealed that all proposed hypotheses were declared supported. Future studies should build on the framework by incorporating potential moderators to better understand how different groups of customers behave online in different segments of the hospitality industry. Managers must not only develop an easy booking process but also provide price value information to attract or impress clients. Tourists can compare room rates with other hotel websites and OTAs.

모바일 앱 및 키오스크 사용자의 추천의도에 관한 연구 ; 비대면서비스 이미지의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Investigating the Recommendation Intention of Customers on the Mobile App and KIOSK: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Untact Service Image)

  • This study investigates customers' perceptions of untack services in the hospitality and foodservice industries based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study first identifies Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Image as antecedents of customers' Behavioral Intention and Recommendation Intention. Second, the structural relationships among them are established and tested. The study adopts a self-administered survey method, uses SmartPLS 4.0, and applies a two-stage approach. After testing the reliability and validity of customers' 429 data on hospitality and foodservice, hypotheses were tested. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use significantly affects Perceived Usefulness and Image. Perceived Usefulness significantly also affects Image and Behavioral Intention. The Image of untact services also significantly affects Behavioral Intention and Recommendation Intention. And Behavioral Intention significantly affects Recommendation Intention. Finally, the mediation effects are also all significant. The study's findings suggest that researchers and practitioners should consider the management of Image and Recommendation Intention in the untact service environment.

  • Throughout history, tableware has attained an important position in human culture, and historical eras are clearly reflected in the shape of tableware items, which are tied to the cultural background of foods. In particular, the distinctive qualities of foods within a food-culture, such as the means for cooking, storing, or eating, have impacted the usage and shape of tableware along with the food behaviors of individuals. Korea, China, and Japan have all played important roles in producing limitless amounts of high quality porcelain products and take pride in being leaders of the world's porcelain production industry. Based on their natural geographical proximity and political and cultural exchanges, these three countries have long influenced one another not only in terms of technical concepts but also in improving quality within the tableware industry. Thus, by comparing Korea, China, and Japan's evolutionary interdependable variance with regard to their tableware, food-culture, and food-behavior, one can provide information on the historical stream and cultural exchanges relevant to china and porcelain. Ultimately, through the examination of tableware, the conclusions of this conceptual study offer researchers a deeper understanding of the historical stance of food-culture and contribute new and useful information for the future.

  • This Study is performed to research a customer satisfaction to a Franchisee on the food franchise industry. In future, the food industry will be complicated and various. So customer needs also will be complicated. Consequently. a study of customer satisfaction will be researched continuously for corresponding an industrial transfiguration and a customer variety. The result of this study, a Franchisee satisfaction on the food franchise industry is evaluated below the average. This result can be happened by the scale of food franchise industry. However actually it has caused by the lack of Franchisee management mind, the capability of head office, and the lack of competitive power. The mind of service for customer, hygiene and cleanness mind, and the lack of marketing strategies and strategic management can not be satisfied of customer. Also customer value creation can not be made. So the education training and marketing strategies for Franchisee on the food franchise industry have to be requested. And a continuous study for customer satisfaction that correspond with the characteristics of industrial classification be raised.

  • The Dining-out industry should catch up with the rapid change of economic environment actively and achieve the objectives of the company. Therefore, the management of Dining-out industry should be focused on the customers' changeable behavior, which is the center of economic environment, and make customers satisfied as the first factor. The purpose of this study is to find out the relation between the customers' content and the growing of selling in Dining-out industry, to compare with the merit and the demerit of the Dining-out industry objectively, and finally to contribute the increasing of selling in Dining-out industry.
