The purpose of this study was to analyze the cases of IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde to discuss power dressing characteristics represented in the fashion style of women political leaders. Study methods included literature reviews on the theoretical background of Christine Lagarde's Political Leadership formation and the power dressing of women political leaders. The results of the study were as follows. First, governor Christine Lagarde's fashion styles worn at formal events were summarized into suits, bags, scarves and jewelry. Clothing type was found to be 98% suits, 5% dress with the colors black, gray and white being worn the most, 84% were achromatic, blue tones and vivid tones were about 16%. Faborite accessories included scarves, jewelry and luxury bags. Scarves were higher frequency utilization at 51% of the total wear. Second, characteristics of power-dressing appearring as fashion styles were summarized as wealthy, honorable, having political power, being, charismatic or, feminine. Luxury suite luxury brands holds a sense of power with many believing they wealth, honor and charisma. Luxury bags, V-zone ornaments of scarves and, jewelry are items of power that people often wear in order to charisma and a symbol of power. They are also, used as an important element in portraying confidence and leadership as IMF governors.

Philp Lim, Alexander Wang and Jason Wu are the American fashion designers as descendants of Chinese immigrants. They had the honor of being given the Swarovski Awards- new premier fashion designer- from CFDA(Council of Fashion Designers of America). The purpose of this study were to investigate the characteristics of their collection, and offered the informations for Korean designers entering the American market. This research categorized characteristics of these designers'- whole characteristics and the characteristics of details such as formal characteristics, optimistic characteristics, tactile characteristics-, and fashion styles from the S/S season of 2009 to the F/W season of 2010 were analyzed. These young and male designers being received attention as a star, didn't make creative art pieces. But they made pragmatic, commercial, and con-temporary works in whole characteristics and succeeded in their fashion business like other American designers. On the other hand they oriented high fashion clearly in terms of the detail characteristics - their own accent color, tiny change in variety, unique material, delicate ornaments. Therefore Lim created chic and stylish, Wang made a sporty street style, Wu made a luxury style with mannish and casual through work characteristics suitable for their costumer.

Most capitate fractures occur in association with additional carpal injuries, particularly scaphoid fractures. Isolated fractures of the capitate account for only 0.3% of carpal injuries, and stress fractures are one form of this fracture. We report the case of a 20-year-old male who had a stress fracture of the capitate after serving as an honor guard in the military. Conventional radiographs and computed tomography of the right wrist revealed a minimally displaced fracture line located at the midcarpal aspect of the right capitate. A magnetic resonance imaging scan demonstrates a subarticular capitate fracture with diffuse bone marrow edema, small osteophytes, and irregularity of the midcarpal articular cartilage. We also review the carpal kinematics which possibly caused the stress fracture. Although stress fractures of the capitate are rare, they should also be accounted for with patients who perform repetitive motions of the wrist to a considerable extent.

Recently, the popularity of Social Network Service (SNS) along with the spread of smart phone, personal computer and tablet PC helps personal network to construct new forms of services in cyberspace. As such, SNS plays a significant role in constructing diverse online networks and there is a growing interest on SNS at societal level. In this vein, the purpose of the research was to find the factors affecting the continuance intention to use social network services. The major findings are summarized as follows. First, "System Quality", "Contents Quality", "Personal Innovativeness", "Self-Efficiency", "Honor Benefit" has significant effects on "Relationship Quality". Yet, "Economic Benefit" is not statistically significant on "Relationship Quality". Second, "Relationship Quality" has a significant effect on "Continuous Usage Intention". Last, our research discovered the relationship between exogenous variables which would serve as valuable inputs in the development of strategic guideline and plan for SNS companies and related services.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the nursing students' job-esteem. Methods: The data were collected from March 1 to 30, 2011 using questionnaires. The subjects were recruited from the department of nursing at a college in Kyungnam. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, t-test and ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. Results: The significantly factor which is a variable predicting best job-esteem of college nursing students by ability and opportunity to getting accounting for 13.4% (${\beta}$=.277) of the prediction, followed by work conditions, lifestyles, and sense of honor that accounted for 27.6%. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, nursing educational program and curriculum development should give nursing students a variety of experience for their career.

Granular cell tumors are relatively uncommon benign laryngeal lesions thought to originate form Schwann cells. The granular cell tumor occurs everywhere in the body, especially in the head and neck. The larynx is relatively an uncommon location, accounting for approximately 3 to $10\%$ of all reported cases. Typically the most common presenting symptom is hoarseness, with some patients also presenting stridor, hemoptysis, dysphagia, and otlagia. But the tumor may be asymptomatic and discovered only incidentally during a routine examination. The diagnosis of granular cell honor can be confirmed by histopathologically and immunocytochemical staining fer S-100 antigen. Treatment of a granular cell tumor consists of a wide local excision by the endoscopic, transoral or laryngofissure methods. Recently, CO2 laser has been used to remove granular cell tumor with clear resection margin. This article describes one such case in a 62-year-old man, followed by a brief review of the literature on this subject.

Focusing on Anna Katharine Green's Amelia Butterworth series and Agatha Christie's Miss Marple mysteries, this paper aims to examine the contradictory representation of a detective in spinster detective fiction. The spinster detective fiction reveals distinct ways of representing a female detective from the earlier woman detective fiction. Unlike the earlier woman detective represented as submissive and desperate for survival, a spinster detective is a wealthy, intelligent, brave, and independent woman from an upper class family. Since a spinster detective's attributes honor such masculine qualities as independence, intelligence, courage, and capacity for leadership, the spinster detective fiction has a possibility to threaten the established patriarchal authority. The possibility of gender disruption in the spinster detective fiction is, however, contained by the spinster's marginal position in the patriarchal system. Since a spinster exists outside the normal expectation of a woman's life in patriarchal society, a spinster detective creates no conflict with the dominant gender ideology. Furthermore, a spinster detective is represented as a conservative elderly woman expressing reactionary views on social, political issues including women's problems. The spinster detective fiction reinforces the established gender norms rather than challenges and questions them.

This paper focuses on "The Story of $Bras-Coup{\acute{e}}$" in George Washington Cable's The Grandissimes (1880), a story to and around which Cable claimed the larger work was built. It tells of an African candio sold into slavery who, to the dismay of his white purchasers, refuses to work, strikes his master, and runs away to lead a life of a fugitive in the swamps. He is finally captured, whipped, and maimed, but not before he casts a powerful voodoo curse at his master and his plantation. He dies a heroic death, with the last words that he goes "To--Africa." Cable once said that he "meant The Grandissimes as truly a political work as it ever has been called." It is a political work in that $Bras-Coup{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ personal rebellion is associated with much-feared slave revolts, especially the black revolution in San Domingue/Haiti. There is also $Honor{\acute{e}}$ f.m.c. (free man of color), one of the narrators of "The Story of $Bras-Coup{\acute{e}}$" and a stand-in for the Freedmen in the postbellum United States, who nurses his own insurrectionary flame. Through these figures Cable makes a "terrible suggestion" that a black revolution is on the horizon unless whites would not mend their ways soon.

It is needless to say that America's indiscriminate artillery and chemical attacks have worsened the conditions of Vietnam's tropical rain forests, causing war-torn combat troops and civilians to suffer more from the participation and aftermath of the Vietnam war. Around two decades after the Vietnam War, American and Vietnamese writers dealing with the destruction of the human and nature of the Vietnam War and the following traumatic experience commonly report the horrors of inhumane warfare, but some differences among them appear in the reception of the ecocide consciousness. For American writers who had been involuntarily involved or who had stayed in the back area as interpreters and counter-intelligence force, the Vietnam War was often a kind of exotic "addicted adventure" which their American hometown could not provide. But apart from overcoming postwar post-traumatic stress by writing of healing which was shared with American war writers, Vietnamese writers have been able to overcome the scars of war as the communal memorial, which Jonathan Shay emphasized as the necessary comforting ritual by community members showing the sign of honor and care. On the other hand, American war writers were on the side of "separate peace," as Jeong stressed, and the Vietnam War to them was more racist like the case of "body count." Nevertheless, it is fortunate that the hideous experience of war could turn them all into the creativity pool, just as the 5,000 square mile of bomb creators have been used as the postwar fish ponds.

With the prosperity of Internet, the game industry is occuping an important position in the national economic system. The study on the game industry which has been drawing eyes from researchers is of great significance. Many scholars have done researches on game motivations, but the elements of intrinsic motivation are still in the exploratory stage. This study determines the dimensions of the influencing factors of players 'intrinsic game motivation and their game experience by adopting the method of literature research. A theoretical model is established to explore the influence of intrinsic game motivation on players' game experience. Questionnaires from players of "The Honor of Kings" are collected through the Internet. SPSS 21.0 is utilized to test the model and hypotheses, and finally the results of the data are analysed. It verifies that intrinsic motivation mainly consists of four components: achievement, social interaction, immersion and escapism. By exploring the influence of the four elements on players' experience, it is concluded that the players' immersion and social interaction have a greater positive impact on their game experience. It is indicated that a better game design highlights the storyline of the game and the interaction system is of importance to enable players to gain a better game experience.
