시설하우스 이동형 환경 및 생장 모니터링 시스템 개발 (Development of a Moving Monitor System for Growing Crops and Environmental Information in Green House)

  • 우리 농촌은 시장개방화와 생산 비용 상승으로 수익성 악화에 직면하고 있다. 최근, 정부는 농업 및 농촌의 보유자원과 정보통신기술을 결합한 6차산업의 활성화를 독려하고 있다. 이에 따라 시설 원예 작물의 생육 환경을 원격 모니터하고 제어할 수 있는 '스마트 그린하우스' 보급에 투자를 하고 있다. 본 과제의 목표는 하우스를 이동하는 작물 생장 모니터링 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 이 시스템은 이동형 센싱 모듈, 제어 모듈, 서버 PC로 구성된다. 이동체는 고해상도 IP 카메라, 온습도 센서, 아이파이 중계기를 포함하고 있다. 이 장치는 그린 하우스 천정에 매달린 레일에 걸려 굴러간다. 제어 모듈은 임베디드 PC, PLC, 와이파이 라우터, 그리고 이동체를 끌기위한 BLDC 모터를 포함한다. 그리고 서버 PC는 통합 농장관리 소프트웨어, 홈페이지, 그리고 작물의 영상과 환경정보가 저장된 데이터베이스를 포함한다. 이동체는 하우스 내에서 넓게 이동하며 여러 정보를 수집한다. 서버는 이 정보들을 저장하고 직거래 장터 웹 페이지를 통해 고객에게 제공한다. 이 시스템은 농부들이 하우스의 환경을 제어하고 온라인 시장에 그들의 작물을 판매하는데 도움을 줄 것이다. 궁극적으로 농가 소득증대에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • This study attempted to develop integrated family policy. For this purpose, a delphi survey was conducted twice among 15 professionals regarding the general contents of family policy, the goals and outcomes of president Roh's administration, the direction and plan of action for future family policy. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, the main results of president Roh's administration were the creation of the Ministry of Women and Families, and the Healthy Families Law. Nevertheless, that government had no long-term vision or action programs. Secondly, there are two aspects of family policy which one is family members based and the other is family life cycle based. Accordingly the subjects of this study insist that family policy has to cover people's whole life, all families regardless of family structure, and has to integrate the plans and programs which have been served to individuals, for example, women, child, youth, and elderly. Thirdly, the orientations of future family policy are to be toward happiness, health, equality, coexistence, harmony, growth, generosity, diversity, self-control, and a sustainable society. So the concept of the integrated family policy has to cover all aspects of the family and the diversity of family life. Therefore, the service delivery system for family policy has to converge into the Healthy Family Center.

Durable Press 가공된 레이온직물의 물성변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Physical Properties of Durable Press Finished Rayon Fabrics)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the optimum treatment [condition for the Durable press finish of viscose rayon fabrics. Three types of commercial N-methylol crosslinking agents were applied to the fabric utilizing the pad-dry-cure technique. Changes in physical properties were evaluated for the various resin and catalyst concentrations. For DMU, the effect of different catalysts, $MgCl_2$ and $NH_4Cl$, were also compared. DMU treated fabrics showed in crease recovery angle, tensile strength and tearing strength but drastic decrease in abrasion resistance. DMDHEU and MDMDHEU treated fabrics were similar in most physical properties. However, DMDHEU treated fabrics were better in crease recovery angle and stiffness, and MDMDHEU treated fabrics were better in tensile strength, tearing strength and abrasion resistance. For a given resin system, crease recovery angle, tensile strength and stiffness increased with a increase in resin concentration. Tearing strength showed very little change, while abrasion resistance was decreased significantly as the crease recovery angle was increased. For the treatment of DMU, $MgCl_2$ catalyst was much better than $NH_4Cl$ in all physical properties. When $NH_4Cl$ catalyst was used, strength reduction and discoloration were observed. As the catalyst concentration increased, crease recovery angle, stiffness were increased. Tensile strength and tearing strength were increcased than control but at high catalyst concentration, the strength were decreased and abrasion resistance was significantly lowered. DMDHEU and MDMDHEU were more sensitive to catalyst concentrations than DMU.

  • 오늘날 매우 복잡한 비디오와 방송 작동들 속에서, 방송사들은 확실히 방송중이나 온라인에서 멀티스크린 시청자들에게 높은 품질과 저지연을 방송하는데 거듭 어려움을 겪는다. 적응 비트율(ABR) 프로토콜들은 인터넷비디오가 다양한 멀티스크린 장치를 가능하게 해준다. 하지만 비디오 품질은 종종 중요하지 않고 오늘날 대형화면에 방송되고 가치 있는 선형 방송 컨텐츠에서는 받아들일 수 없다는 것이 입증될 것이다. ABR에서 미디어 정보 처리 기술은 서비스 제공자들이 제어를하고 집에 모든 스크린에 선형 비디오 서비스가 관리된 품질을 제공한다. 그리고 그것은 단일화된 IP 비디오 사회기반시설을 가진 큰 대형화면을 포함한다. 새로운 멀티스크린 보조 ABR (MSA-ABR)은 기부 컨텐츠, 가상 속에 온라인 출판 서비스, 집중 클라우드 사회기반시설의 절차를 수행하는 방송시설을 대한 멀티스크린 보조 ABR (MSA-ABR)을 기반으로하는 클라우드를 사용하도록 제안된 관리시스템을 가져다 준다.

성적 노출증 및 접촉도착증의 유병율 및 임상특성 : 예비연구 (Prevalence and Clinical Characteristics of Sexual Exhibitionism and Frotteurism in Korea : Preliminary Study)

  • Objective : The current study investigated the prevalence and clinical characteristics of sexual exhibitionism and frotteurism, which was conducted for the first time in Korea. Methods : Among 568 total subjects (mean age $19.28{\pm}5.0$ year), 109 were victims of sexual exhibitionism (19.2%, VSE) of which 57 were females (91.9 percent) ; and 57 were victims of sexual frotteurism (10.9%, VSF) of which 57 were females (91.9%). The participants completed the self-reported scale for epidemiological and clinical characteristics. Results : Incident frequencies of above two times of VSE and VSF were 49 (50.0%) and 20 (32.3%), respectively. Incident locations of VSE were school/office 37 (33.3%), street 28 (25.6%), and near home 20 (18.3%). Also, incident locations of VSE were inside of bus 12 (19.3%), subway 12 (19.3%), subway/bus station 8 (12.9%), near home 8 (12.9%), and school/office 7 (11.3%). Notifying rate of VSE and VSF to the police were 7.3% and 0%, respectively. Also, notifying rate of VSE and VSF to family or friends were 72.5% and 58.1%, respectively Conclusion : These results suggested that VSE and VSF had a common prevalence, which could be different from behavioral and emotional characteristics of a control group ; and the victims were shown to require an active intervention by supportive social system.

CCTV 관제에서 동작 인식을 위한 색상 기반 손과 손가락 탐지 (Skin Color Based Hand and Finger Detection for Gesture Recognition in CCTV Surveillance)

  • 본 논문은 CCTV 관제에서 동작 인식을 위한 색상 기반 손과 손가락 탐지 기술을 제안하였다. 논문의 목표는 피부색을 기반으로 한 손 영역 탐지 및 손동작 인식에 대한 강인한 방법을 제안하는 것이다. 탐지된 손 영역과 손동작 인식 기술은 에어 마우스 및 스마트 TV를 조정하는데 적용될 수 있으며 홈시어터 및 감성 센서를 기반으로 하는 장치들을 조종하기 위하여도 사용될 수 있다. 입력 영상으로부터 손 영역을 구분하기 위하여 색상 기반 윤곽선 추출 방법이 사용되어지고 윤곽이 구분된 손으로부터 y좌표값을 계산하여 손가락 끝점을 탐지한다. 손가락 끝점의 위치를 탐지한 후에, R채널만을 이용하여 추적을 하며 손동작 인식에 있어서 차영상 기법을 적용하여 잡영상 제거와 같은 강인한 면을 보여준다. 제안하는 방법으로 손가락 끝점의 추적과 손동작 인식에 관련된 많은 실험을 진행하였고, 실험 결과는 기존의 방법보다 성능 면에 있어서 96% 이상의 정확도를 보여준다.

초음파와 RF를 이용한 자세결정 (Attitude Determination Technique using Ultrasound and RF Signal)

  • GPS is widely used for positioning applications and attitude of a vehicle can be found also with multiple antennas. However, extremely weak signal level prevents GPS from indoor operation. DR with accelerometers and gyros and landmark based localization method used for indoor applications increase complexity and cost. In this paper, a simple but very efficient ultrasound based attitude determination system which determines both position and attitude in WSN is given. The range between transmitter and receivers are measured using the arrival time difference between ultrasound and RF signal. The 3 dimensional positions can be found using more than 3 range measurements. Furthermore, if more than 2 transmitters are used, the attitude can be determined using the baseline vectors obtained by differencing transmitter and receiver positions. The prototype system is implemented to evaluate the performance of the proposed method. In addition, an error analysis shows the relation between the attitude error and basel me length, quality of measurement and orientation of a vehicle. The static and dynamic experiments performed by micro mobile robot shows accurate position with less than 1.5cm error and attitude with less than 1 degree error can be obtained continuously with 20cm baseline. It is expected that these results can be adapted without modification to indoor applications such as home cleaning robot and autonomous wheelchair maneuvering.

정리정돈용 서비스 로봇 플랫폼의 구현 연구 (A Study on Implementation of Service Robot Platform for Mess-Cleanup)

  • In this paper, a Smart Home Service Robot, McBot II, which performs mess-cleanup function etc. in house, is designed much more optimally than other service robots. It is newly developed in much more practical system than McBot I which we had developed two years ago. One characteristic attribute of mobile platforms equipped with a set of dependent wheels is their omni- directionality and the ability to realize complex translational and rotational trajectories for agile navigation in door. An accurate coordination of steering angle and spinning rate of each wheel is necessary for a consistent motion. This paper develops trajectory controller of 3-wheels omni-directional mobile robot using fuzzy azimuth estimator. A specialized anthropomorphic robot manipulator which can be attached to the housemaid robot McBot II, is developed in this paper. This built-in type manipulator consists of both arms with 4 DOF (Degree of Freedom) each and both hands with 3 DOF each. The robotic arm is optimally designed to satisfy both the minimum mechanical size and the maximum workspace. Minimum mass and length are required for the built-in cooperated-arms system. But that makes the workspace so small. This paper proposes optimal design method to overcome the problem by using neck joint to move the arms horizontally forward/backward and waist joint to move them vertically up/down. The robotic hand, which has two fingers and a thumb, is also optimally designed in task-based concept. Finally, the good performance of the developed McBot II is confirmed through live tests of the mess-cleanup task.

수직 진동 운동이 노인의 균형, 보행속도, 근력 및 낙상효능감에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Exercise with Vertical Vibration on the Balance, Walking Speed, Muscle Strength and Falls Efficacy in the Elderly)

  • PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to determine if an exercise program with vertical vibration can improve balance, walking speed, muscle strength and falls efficacy in the healthy elderly. METHODS: A total of 28 elderly were randomly divided into two groups: vertical vibration exercise group (exercise with vertical vibration) (N = 14) and control group (exercise without vibration) (N = 14). The exercise program, comprising calf raise, deep-squat, semi-squat, front lunge, and leg abduction was conducted with or without vibration, respectively. Subjects in each group participated in the 30 minutes training program, 2 times per week for 6 weeks. In both groups, the balance evaluation system (BT4) was used to evaluate standing balance, and walking speed was measured using the 10MWT. The manual muscle test system was applied to evaluate the knee extensor and ankle planter flexor muscle strength of the subjects, whereas the Korean falls efficacy scale (K-FES) evaluated the falls efficacy. RESULTS: After intervention, the vertical vibration group showed significantly higher changes compared to the control group, in the parameters of standing balance (P < .05), 10MWT (P < .05), left knee extensor (P < .05), right knee extensor (P < .01), both ankle plantar flexors (P < .05), and K-FES (P < .05). CONCLUSION: The exercise program with vertical vibration has the potential to improve balance, walking speed, muscle power and falls efficacy in the elderly.

'09 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 '기술·가정' 교과서 '에너지와 수송기술' 단원의 수송기술 문제해결 활동 주제 분석 (The Subjects Analysis of Transportation Technology Problem Solving Activities at Energy and Transportation Technology Unit in Middle School Technology·Home Economics Textbooks of the 2009 National Revised Curriculum)

  • 이 연구에서는 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 12종의 중학교 '기술 가정'교과서 '에너지와 수송기술' 단원에 제시된 14개의 수송기술 문제해결 활동의 주제를 분석하고 현재 교과서에 제시되어있는 수송기술 문제해결 활동의 문제점과 개선 방안 및 발전 방안을 살펴보았다. 문헌고찰을 통해 Jackson's Mill 교육과정, STL, 2009 개정 실과(기술 가정) 교육과정과 DeVore, Komacek가 공통으로 제시한 수송기술의 환경과 체제를 이용하여 분석준거를 개발하고 문제해결 활동의 주제를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 분석준거에 나타난 20개의 수송기술 주제 중 교과서에 제시되어 있는 문제해결 활동의 주제는 8개였다. 둘째, 환경에 따라서는 육상수송 관련 주제가 13개, 항공수송 관련 주제가 2개, 해상수송 관련 주제가 1개의 체험활동에서 나타났으며, 우주수송 관련 주제를 다룬 활동은 찾아보기 힘들었다. 셋째, 체제에 따라서는 구조를 다룬 활동은 13개, 추진장치, 현가장치를 다룬 활동 12개, 제어장치를 다룬 활동이 5개, 안내장치를 다룬 활동이 1개로 나타났다. 넷째, 수송기술 문제해결활동 주제 분석 결과를 토대로 문제해결 활동을 범주화 하면 4종류의 문제해결 활동으로 분류할 수 있었다.
