Purpose: Taking Tesla Motors as a case study object, this research aims to summarize the management strategy of Tesla Motors through an evaluation of its business models in Korea and China then helps other new energy automobile enterprises in formulating strategic directions in a targeted manner. Research design, data and methodology: Using the case study method, this study conducts in-depth research on the business model of Tesla, a representative enterprise of the new energy automobile industry. This study mainly uses secondary data obtained from the official websites to support our research. Results: With its top-level innovative technology, distinctive marketing model, and extensive strategic model, Tesla holds the largest share of the new energy vehicle market. Local market brands such as BYD and Hyundai-Kia still have a considerable competitive advantage, and there is a need to learn from each other for further development. Conclusions: To adapt to the needs of economic transformation and environmental development, implementing business strategies related to new energy automobile enterprises is a topic worthy of study. Enterprises such as BYD and Hyundai-Kia have unique advantages in their home markets. However, as sustainable development progresses, these advantages will gradually weaken, and further measures are necessary to maintain their competitive advantage.

This study is intended to implement an e-Learning system assisted class for the dress unit in the subject of technology & home economics in the middle school. This class is aimed at making teaching-learning in the dress unit effective, triggering students' interest in it, enhancing their understanding and offering basic materials for the e-Learning development about clothing instruction in the subject of technology & home economics. To make the concrete situational learning effective and provide realistic learning environments, learning contents were implemented so that the learners themselves could manipulate the contents by clicking. How to wear clothing according to learners' individuality was presented in order to trigger the learners' attention and motivation using the latest clothing pictures from the Internet shopping mall, and the dress fashion pictures of their peers. The result of this study can be summed up as follows. First, the implementation of learning materials with which simulation manipulation and visualization were possible could make the students reach the learning goals easily. Second, teaching-learning activity could be made more effective using audios, images and moving pictures rather than written texts. Third, learning the dress unit, which is especially related with a new fashion, made the most of the advantage of e-Learning by providing realistic and lively learning materials in a timely manner. And it triggered learners' motivation by providing pictures or moving pictures related with their real life. Based on these research results, this study suggests further research to develop e-Learning contents using various multimedia authoring tools as well as the ones applied to this study in learning the dress unit. It also suggests that the database of teaching-learning materials be constructed to securely prepare abundant instruction materials.

The purpose of this study was to examine how married women with a child perceived the low-fertility issue in order to increase the success of policy decisions for increasing the fertility rate and to present alternatives. The study subjects were 327 married women with a child who resided in Dongjak-gu, Seoul. After the survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 11.5 program. The findings of the study were as follows. First, the married women who already had one child found it ideal to have two children. In fact, however, 36.4% had determined not to have another child, and only one parent wanted to have a second child in 26.9%. Second, they took a dismal view of the government's fertility encouragement policies, and they considered it necessary for the government to pursue a more down-to-earth measure. Third, economic aid for child rearing and education was identified as the most critical way to boost the childbirth rate. In conclusion, current national policies aimed at increasing the low-fertility rate are redundant if they are only designed to publicize government action. Actions need to be taken to assist married women in taking better advantage of the existing policies.

The traditional way for convergence of smart appliances was software integrations on middleware. It is possible advantage to integrate easily and quickly with this way. But basically the middleware approach is slowly executed as it is huge the size of software. To solve this problem, we suggest a modeling tool for convergence. As we can execute and generate the automatic source code at the design phase with our modeling tool, it is possible to do software integration without the middleware. We use one example of U-Home environment to show the convergence for TV and the door lock system. With our approach, we will be able quickly to develop the convergent products what the customers desire with inexpensiveness, that is, the convergence of smart appliances without the middleware.

The early studies on the cultural industries had mainly emphasized the viewpoint of "efficiency" based on the "flexible specialization" theory, but they have gradually shed light on the viewpoint of "creativity": creative human resources and various networks generating creative energies. Despite the importance of these studies, it is impossible to explain every cultural industrial agglomeration phenomena from specific and few viewpoints due to the diversity of each cultural industry. This study describes the dissimilarity of agglomeration factors between the Japanese animation and home video game industries which form salient agglomeration in the same region. Both industries share similar characteristics with industrial agglomeration of SMEs in Tokyo and close inter-firm relationships. However, they differ in their historical development paths and each firm's behavior and strategy because of their own distribution systems and production processes. In particular, the difference in distribution systems clearly affects whether a company values "efficiency" factors of agglomeration advantage or "creativity" factors of that in case of locational choice. The distribution sector of the cultural industry, compared with the production sector, has a tendency to value profitability rather than creation itself. Therefore, a cultural industry with the strong distribution sector tends to form the industrial system emphasizing profitability. The Japanese animation firm is apt to choose its location from the perspective of efficiency, which easily contributes to profitability, because television broadcasting stations are strong distribution sector. Conversely, the Japanese game firm chooses its location from the perspective of creativity due to the absence of strong distribution sector.
With the arrival of the big data era, customer data and data mining analysis have gradually dominated the process of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This phenomenon indicates that customer data along with the use of information techniques (IT) have become the basis for building a successful CRM strategy. However, some companies can not discover valuable information through a large amount of customer data, which leads to the failure of making appropriate business strategy. Without suitable strategies, the companies may lose the competitive advantage or probably go bankrupt. The purpose of this study is to propose CRM strategies by segmenting customers into VIPs and Non-VIPs and identifying purchase patterns using the the VIPs' transaction data and data mining techniques (K-means clustering and association rules) of online shopping mall in Korea. The results of this paper indicate that 227 customers were segmented into VIPs among 1866 customers. And according to 51,080 transactions data of VIPs, home product and women wear are frequently associated with food, which means that the purchase of home product or women wears mainly affect the purchase of food. Therefore, marketing managers of shopping mall should consider these shopping patterns when they build CRM strategy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of the use of them and the moves to strengthen home economics resources for school lifelong education for parents and local residents. This study conducted a systematic random sampling. Questionnaires were distributed to home economics teachers from 285 middle schools, 123 high schools, and 130 of them were sampled as the subjects of this study. The results of this study were as follows. First, home economics teachers were active participating school lifelong educational program. But according to the result of research on the actual condition, the proportion of taking part in it was low. More than half of home economics teachers who took part in program's lecturer were in charge of computer courses. So they didn't show their ability as expert. Also they were in charge of several works than roll of lecturers. It was mentioned too great a burden. There is little in-service training for meeting specialization for school lifelong education. They wanted to take part of lecturers of program and preferred hours of being over class. More than half of them had intended to obtain a lifelong educator's license. The part of elective courses for obtaining a lifelong educator's license is similar to home economics educational contents. So, they have an advantage of obtaining it. Second, one-fifth of school that gave school life education carried out program of related home economics. Mostly they had mothers of students-oriented programs on artistic and leisure. But this is that home economics teachers mentioned less important teaching at society in the future. They importantly mentioned program on children's education in now and the future. Parents of students and local residents also extremely wanted it. For differentiated school life education, quality of programs is important greatly. Third, the actual condition of practical room relating home economics is only practice to cook mostly. So they are reluctant to be open it because of being responsible for the results from using there. It is necessary to ameliorate there's facilities and to increase there's area. Fourth, home economics teachers want to improve their specialization through in-service training, to develop and diffuse programs of superior quality, and to get extra pay for overtime from the government.
Mobile IP is designed to provide IP services to roaming nodes. Mobile users take advantage of this protocol to obtain the services as if they were connected to their home network. In many cases mobile users is connected through a wireless link and is protected by corporation's firewall in virtual Private network. In order to have a successful deployment of Mobile IP as an extension of a private network, security services should be provided as if the mobile node were attached to its home network. In this paper, we propose the security mechanism of combining Mobile IP and IPSec tunnels, which can provide secure traversal of firewall in a home network. The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism provides the secure and efficient communication.

Recently, sharing economy is getting the attention of the public. So this phenomenon to share their goods, home, gifts, etc. in various fields has been increased. Typically when traveling away from home to host as "Airbnb", the share house to share their homes are traded most actively. Through a share house host can make money using house empty, customers can take advantage of the hostel while traveling at low prices. The existing share house system must ensure that every time they empty the house Customers, host had the inconvenience of having to wait for the application of the tenant customers. To solve this problem and to implement a service platform based on the waiting list. Through this platform, customers will be able to eliminate the inconvenience of having to find the house every time you want to apply for a tenant waiting to get home, give the order to wait.
