Objectives: The objectives of this research were to develop and evaluate a mobile application for navigation program for cancer patients who might experience some difficulties in obtaining and understanding further schedules, directions due to flooding information at a time and scattered educational materials. Methods: A mobile application was developed an educational mobile app for cancer patients based on a systematic instructional design model called ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The developed application was evaluated by 76 users through a questionnaire of satisfaction. Results: A mobile app contains educational contents for cancer patients, based on their satisfaction, demand and knowledge about cancer education and information services. It contains management of symptoms, management of my schedule, and information about chemotherapy, FAQ, symptoms dangerous enough to contact the hospital, personal history about how to overcome cancer, hospital convenience facilities and education schedule of cancer center. A result of the evaluation of user's satisfaction showed 59.4% responding 'Satisfied' and 27.4% 'Very satisfied'. Conclusion: The personalized information and education contents for cancer patients by using the mobile application was given to cancer patient and then educational outcomes became more effective. The development of the application which persons can use regardless of time and place enables health care providers to acquire the foundation of the patients-oriented educational system. Education satisfaction and knowledge level was increased, after using mobile application.

With the increased desire of TV consumers for interactivity and personalization, IPTV has been rapidly spread in recent years. IPTV can provide a variety of services through hundreds of channels, but the explosion of TV channels makes users even more difficult to find their desired contents. In addition, the channel zapping delay of IPTV is serious due to the limited network bandwidth. To resolve these problems, this paper distinguishes hot and cold channels by exploiting the real-time viewing rate as well as each user's viewing history, and then, maintains hot channels in the hot list, which is searched first during channel navigation and also prefetched to support the preview of channels. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme improves the IPTV channel seek time significantly compared to existing channel seeking interfaces.

The approaching waters of Po-hang port will be increased the traffic volume and passage of larger vessel according to the opening of Young-il new port in 2006. But the adjacent area of Po-hang port still exist the danger elements of safe navigation, the disordered navigation and traffic congestion. Therefore the safety of traffic must be improved in Po-hang vicinity area. This paper describes the status of marine traffic flow and navigational characteristics based on the marine traffic survey using the exclusive software, and the results of marine traffic survey classify into the ship's types and tonnage and track history of passing ships through the statistical method. Finally the examinations of main traffic route, traffic flow and navigational characteristics are discussed, and these results can be utilized the best design of ship's routing at the Po-hang approaching water.

Although Korea has had a proud maritime history of thousands of years marked by outstanding leaders such as Chang Bogo and Yi Soon-shin there has not been a unified 'Ocean Day' like the one in Japan. Extensive historical survey revealed eight candidate days for ocean day designation. Historical significance, seasonal consideration and other factors were examined with respect to each candidate date. Of the eight events the establishment of Chunghaejin maritime base on the island of Wando on the southern coast of Korea by Admiral Changbogo in the lunar month of April in the year of 828 is judged to have the greatest desirability Institution of 'Ocean Day' is recommended with the date to celebrate as May 20(a convenient date of May as translated into solar month). A weeklong celebration throughout the country is also recommended with colorful events to be had over the Ocean Week following the Ocean Day.

Bronchoscopy has evolved over the past few decades and has been used by respiratory physicians to diagnose various airway and lung diseases. With the popularization of medical check-ups and growing interest in health, early diagnosis of lung diseases is essential. With the development of endobronchial ultrasound, ultrathin bronchoscopy, and electromagnetic navigational bronchoscopy, bronchoscopy has been able to widen its scope in diagnosing pulmonary diseases. In this review, we have described the brief history, role, and complications of bronchoscopy used in diagnosing pulmonary lesions, from simple flexible bronchoscopy to bronchoscopy combined with several up-to-date technologies.

It is covered increasingly with data entry, research, processing, modeling and reporting components of the icon in the form of easy-to-use in many datamining tools. Visual data mining process can create a data stream. In this paper, customer behavior is predicted in pages or products, using the history profile analysis and the navigation items are necessary to predict unknown features.

Various convenient systems which are telecommunication and navigation system and safety system which include Antilock Braking System, Electronic Stability Control, Adaptive Cruise Control have been developed and applied to meet customer needs and each standards since vehicles are used. The complexity of new electronics become significant reason of breakdown especially embedded software failures. Hardware reliability is almost stabilized with long history but software reliability needs more improvements through reliability researches. This new challenge will improve software reliability to clear its overall failures in vehicles. This paper introduces some software reliability models and evaluates embedded software reliability using failure data which occurred during operating.

Since the global positioning system (GPS) has been included in mobile devices (e.g., for car navigation, in smartphones, and in smart watches), the impact of personal GPS log data on daily life has been unprecedented. For example, such log data have been used to solve public problems, such as mass transit traffic patterns, finding optimum travelers' routes, and determining prospective business zones. However, a real-time analysis technique for GPS log data has been unattainable due to theoretical limitations. We introduced a machine learning model in order to resolve the limitation. In this paper presents a new, three-stage real-time prediction model for a person's daily route activity. In the first stage, a machine learning-based clustering algorithm is adopted for place detection. The training data set was a personal GPS tracking history. In the second stage, prediction of a new person's transient mode is studied. In the third stage, to represent the person's activity on those daily routes, inference rules are applied.

This paper describes the design principles and structure of a prototype system for collaborative authoring over a wide area network. The system includes extensive support for commenting and comment review, facilities for document space navigation, and tools for controlling and monitoring work group activity, including document locking and activity recording. The operational prototype provides a testbed for the examination of human computer interaction, group interaction, group support, document structures, and the problem and the history of efforts to address it.

IMO(International Maritime Organization) is existed the movement for revising ISM Code so that the maintenance history and the trouble information given trading in a ship can be transferred. An empirical analysis was made on the influence that will have upon shipping industry through surveying on the recognition on ISM Code revision in employees of the relevant field and on the expected problems given being amended ISM Code as the above. In conclusion, the positive effect is judged to be more in the aspect of ship safety, which is the aim of ISM Code, rather than the negative effect, which may take place given being revised ISM Code. In other words, the clean market can be formed through this because fairness is maintained on both sides given trading in a ship by which opening the maintenance record and the trouble history is applied equally to a buyer and a seller. Ships can be reduced a loss of time and cost in preventing similar problems and seeking solution that may appear in important equipments, through this maintenance record. Also, based on these materials, it comes to be available for analyzing a risk of ship and preventing and managing a risk, thereby being increased ability of maintenance and repair in a ship, resulting in being judged to likely contributing to ship safety and environmental-pollution prevention.
